Comedy Central has officially set the premiere date for its much-anticipated adult animated series, Everybody Still Hates Chris.

The reimagined series, starring and executive produced by Chris Rock, will debut on Wednesday, Sept. 25, at 10 p.m. ET/PT. This animated take on the beloved classic brings together a stellar voice cast, including Terry Crews, Tichina Arnold, Tim Johnson Jr., Ozioma Akagha, Terrence Little Gardenhigh, and Gunnar Sizemore.

Everybody Still Hates Chris features Chris Rock (“Rustin,” “Fargo”) reprising his role as “Adult Chris,” narrating stories inspired by his own experiences growing up as a skinny nerd in a large working-class family in Bed-Stuy, Brooklyn, during the late 1980s. Terry Crews (“America’s Got Talent,” “Brooklyn Nine-Nine”) voices “Julius,” Chris’s hardworking father who knows the value of every penny. Tichina Arnold (“The Neighborhood”) returns as “Rochelle,” Chris’s strong-willed, no-nonsense mother.

The series also introduces new voices to the franchise. Tim Johnson Jr. (“Saturdays”) will voice “Young Chris,” a nerdy teen overshadowed by his younger brother and tormented by his little sister. Ozioma Akagha (“DELILAH”) voices “Tonya,” Chris’s mischievous younger sister, while Terrence Little Gardenhigh (“Danger Force”) voices “Drew,” the golden child of the family. Gunnar Sizemore (“Kung Fu Panda”) rounds out the cast as “Greg,” Chris’s only friend at school.

The original Everybody Hates Chris series, which aired from 2005 to 2009, was critically acclaimed and won a NAACP Image Award in 2007. All four seasons of the original show are available for streaming on Paramount+.

Produced by CBS’ Eye Animation Productions, Everybody Still Hates Chris is set to capture the humor and heart of the original while delivering a fresh, animated twist.

Antonio Brown Left Speechless By Tokyo Toni’s Proposition

Antonio Brown is an interesting character. Overall, AB was one of the best wide receivers in the entire NFL just a few years ago. However, his on-the-field and off-the-field antics ultimately got him removed from the game entirely. There isn’t a single team out there that wants to risk their chemistry by bringing him in. Consequently, Brown has looked towards other avenues in order to make money. For instance, he is a musician now who is also part of Kanye West’s Donda Sports team.

Recently, the former NFL superstar was on the Aunt Tea podcast with Tia Kemp, Tokyo Toni, and Karlissa Saffold. As you can imagine, the antics were on a whole new level for much of the proceedings. It was a fantastic episode that had a lot of fans in stitches, although one moment in particular truly stands out. As you can see below, Brown was talking to Toni about his sexual prowess. That is when she said that if you can’t dance, you can’t be good at sex. It led to a whole rant from the podcast host, and all Brown could do was sit there almost in awe of what he was hearing.

Ultimately, it was yet another example of how the Aunt Tea podcast has proven to be appointment viewing every single Sunday on the Zeus Network. The network has been looking for its next hit that doesn’t involve the likes of Chrisean Rock or the Baddies brand. Now, it seems like they have found it. One can only imagine the guests they will be getting in the near future.

Let us know how you feel about all of these antics, in the comments section down below. Have you been watching the Aunt-Tea Podcast and if so, who has been your favorite guest so far? Do you believe that AB will ever get back into the NFL? Additionally, stay tuned to HNHH for the latest news and updates from around the music world. Marlon Wayans Deemed “Cringe” After Responding To Automated Barack Obama Text

Marlon Wayans is a beloved actor and comedian who has given us some classics over the years. Recently, you may recall that Wayans was in a bit of a feud with none other than DJ Vlad. The whole beef stemmed from Wayans wanting money to be interviewed by Vlad. Vlad did not appreciate this, especially since Wayans’ interviews don’t generate the clicks necessary to make the money back. Overall, fans took Wayans’ side, and it is easy to see why given his legendary status.

Recently, however, Wayans found himself on the side of cringe. In the post below, you can see that Wayans crafted a lengthy paragraph in reply to an automated text from Barack Obama. It is the kind of text that is sent to anyone who has either voted or donated to a Democratic political campaign. Overall, Wayans’ text was an attempt at humor, but for some, it fell flat.

Marlon Wayans Texts Back

Interestingly enough, some people on The Shade Room actually thought that Wayans had messaged the real Obama. Meanwhile, others made fun of those who are so easily convinced. “Idk if I want to laugh or cry! The number of people who DID NOT realize it’s a campaign text he was trolling is SCARY! That means they’re probably not registered to vote!” one person wrote. “Mannn, Barack sent me that same message… and here I was thinking I was special,” said another. “Ohh the amount of uneducated people in these comments is frightening. THATS NOT ACTUALLY OBAMA !!!! it’s a automated text,” one commenter concluded.

Let us know what you think about all of this, in the comments section down below. What do you make of so many people getting duped into thinking he was actually messaging Obama? Have you been paying attention to the election? Who do you think will win? Additionally, stay tuned to HNHH for the latest news and updates from around the entertainment world. We will continue to keep you informed on all of your favorite personalities and their upcoming projects.

“American Sports Story: Aaron Hernandez”, is a new series from Ryan Murphy coming to FX.

This show is set to be the first season of an anthology series, much like Murphy’s “American Horror Story” or similar to the one about the OJ Simpson trial starring Cuba Gooding Jr. Ya’ll remember that?

The series, jus dropped the first trailer. Written by Stu Zicherman and executive produced by Murphy, it promises to delve into the dramatic and tragic life of former NFL star Aaron Hernandez.

According to the official description, “The first installment of “American Sports Story” is based on the podcast “Gladiator: Aaron Hernandez and Football Inc.” from “The Boston Globe” and Wondery. The limited series charts the rise and fall of NFL superstar Aaron Hernandez and explores the disparate strands of his identity, his family, his career, his suicide, and their legacy in sports and American culture.”

The story will explore much of Hernandez’s complexities, including allegations of affairs with men while engaged to Shayanna Jenkins-Hernandez, who supported him through his conviction for the murder of Odin Lloyd.

During the trial, Hernandez was also indicted for the 2012 double homicide of Daniel de Abreu and Safiro Furtado, though he was acquitted in 2017.

Tragically, just days after his acquittal, Hernandez was found dead in his jail cell, an apparent suicide.

That was just crazy.

Get this, the series stars Josh Andres Rivera as Aaron Hernandez, alongside Jaylen Barron, Catfish Jean, Tony Yazbeck, Lindsay Mendez, and Patrick Schwarzenegger.

Behind the camera “American Sports Story: Aaron Hernandez” is executive produced by Ryan Murphy, Stuart Zicherman, Nina Jacobson, Brad Simpson, Alexis Martin Woodall, Eric Kovtun, Scott Robertson, and Carl Franklin.

Remy Ma Almost Fell For A Nicki Minaj Reference On “Family Feud”

Remy Ma and Nicki Minaj’s beef is well-documented at this point, and while things died down a while ago, it’s still hard to ignore. Moreover, the former recently participated on Family Feud, and a particular fill-in-the-blank question led to a pretty interesting reaction. The prompt was “[Blank] Friday,” which led many eagle-eyed fans to spot the Bronx femcee’s small laugh when she heard the prompt. A lot of fans figured that she thought of Minaj’s album Pink Friday first, but she instead gave “Black Friday” as an answer. While we’ll probably never know whether or not Steve Harvey chose to be cheeky with this, fans ran with that narrative regardless.

Furthermore, the last “update” we got concerning Remy Ma and Nicki Minaj were some odd claims from Hazel-E. She claimed that Remy, the Migos, Suge Knight, and many others actually received payment to sabotage Nicki’s career. Of course, rumors like these are pretty frequent and common when it comes to the discussion around these two female rappers and many others. Even though we’ll probably never see evidence of this, some fanbases will still use it as a talking point either way.

Remy Ma Dodges A Nicki Minaj Reference On Family Feud

However, despite Remy Ma and Nicki Minaj’s long and contentious history, some fans still think that they can bury the hatchet. In fact, the latter seemed to hint at a reconciliation while promoting Pink Friday 2, but that never manifested for that album’s rollout. Still, with so much beef going around in 2024, it seems as good a time as ever to either re-engage or reconsider. After all, this combative year could also result in more amicable moments of coming together rather than continued battle.

Meanwhile, Remy Ma doesn’t really want to talk about any of this beef, for the most part. For example, she avoided a question about Nicki Minaj and Latto beefing at the 2023 Grammys. Maybe Remy would rather speak on her own experiences with femcees rather than other ones. Regardless of whether or not these two eventually make up and set their issues aside, it’s impossible to not think of their spat whenever their names come up together.

Tokyo Toni & Karlissa Saffold Almost Come To Blows During Heated “Aunt-Tea” Episode

Tokyo Toni and Karlissa Saffold are currently on the same show together, called Aunt-Tea. Moreover, the show also features Tia Kemp, who has become quite the star in her own right over the past few months. Overall, the show has been a huge success so far and every single guest that has come on has been a hit in some capacity. While the show is still finding its footing, there is no doubt that Zeus Network is enjoying what it is seeing so far.

Unfortunately, there does seem to be a troubling chemistry issue brewing between Saffold and Toni. The latest episode of the show aired this weekend and it featured none other than the sensational Big Freedia. However, the show was getting bogged down by a brewing feud between Saffold and Tokyo Toni that almost came to blows. In the clip below, the two started shouting at one another and had to be separated by security. In another clip, the two were arguing directly in front of their guest, who appeared to be disturbed by the on-set drama.

Tokyo Toni vs. Karlissa Saffold

In the comments section over at The Neighborhood Talk, fans took to the side of Karlissa Saffold. In fact, some even made the claim that Tokyo Toni should be removed from the show entirely, as she continues to talk over people. For now, it remains to be seen what will come of all of this. However, we do know that this will be good for the Zeus Network ratings. Hopefully, the two are able to patch things up and continue working together in a cordial manner.

Big Freedia Is Over It

Let us know how you feel about all of this, in the comments section down below. Do you agree with the fans who want to see Tokyo Toni taken off of the show? Have you been tuning into the program? And if so, what are your thoughts on it so far? Additionally, stay tuned to HNHH for the latest news and updates from around the entertainment world. Tyler James Williams’ Dream ‘Abbott Elementary’ Guest Star Isn’t Beyoncé, But It’s Close

The third season of Abbott Elementary scored a mention in Uproxx’s “Best TV Shows Of 2024 (So Far)” list. Last month, Quinta Brunson confirmed the upcoming fourth season will feature a “crossover” episode.

“We will be doing an interesting crossover this season,” the creator of the acclaimed ABC comedy said, per Variety. “I’m not gonna tell you with who, or with what, or where, or when, but it’s really exciting and I think it’ll change television as we know it.”

Tyler James Williams has an idea.

“I would love to see Solange [Knowles] as a cousin,” Williams told People. “I feel like we look alike. It’s like us and then my dad is Orlando [Jones]. Yeah, I think Solange would be great. Just add a family member.”

Williams has earned three Primetime Emmy nominations for his portrayal of Gregory Eddie on Abbott Elementary.

Through the first three seasons, the list of star Abbott cameos includes Vince Staples, Questlove, Zack Fox, Kevin Hart, Ayo Edebiri, Andre Iguodala, Jason Kelce, Jalen Hurts, Brandon Graham, and Gritty.

Sexyy Red has made her case to appear on the show, so maybe she’ll join the list when Abbott Elementary returns for its fourth season premiere on October 9.
