“DONDA: With Child” Visual Album Leak Sees Kanye West Connect With Travis Scott, Big Sean, And Many More

Kanye West has been finishing up his first summer as Bianca Censori’s husband in Europe. Overseas, the couple’s outfits have been nothing short of head-turning. Earlier in September they made an appearance at London Fashion Week. The father of four notably surprised other Mowalola show patrons by teasing upcoming music. It’s unclear when he plans to release his latest work, but as it turns out, there are still previously unreleased tracks from Ye’s DONDA era that are only just now seeing the light of day.

As HipHopDX reports, DONDA: With Child, a visual album directed by Vanessa Beecroft leaked online on Thursday (September 21). It was initially expected to arrive on streamers in 2020. However, it’s now recognized as an early version of West’s DONDA, which landed in 2021 after a particularly tumultuous rollout. The rapper’s late mother is heard several times throughout the 35-minute effort. Listeners also received different versions of popular songs like “Off the Grid” and “Hurricane.”

On the leaked edition, Pusha T markedly carries us through the guest verse and hook of the former song. As for the latter, Big Sean and Ant Clemons gave a fresh perspective on Lil Baby and The Weeknd’s work. Other famous faces who appear on the tracklist include James Blake, Sheck Wes, Saint JHN, and Travis Scott, as per Reddit.

On the topic of La Flame, the father of two is once again in the news regarding the 2021 Astroworld Festival tragedy. He’s been sitting through hours of deposition hearings regarding the mass causality event, and it was revealed earlier this week that the phone prosecutors were hoping to collect as evidence is currently at the bottom of the Gulf of Mexico. According to PEOPLE, the “hanging out” follows Beckham Jr.’s split with his model girlfriend Lauren Wood, who he shares a son with.

The two are stated to have mutual friends linking the two, but TMZ notes in 2021 Kardashian went to a couple of Rams games when Beckham played for the Los Angeles Rams. Beckham now suits up for the Baltimore Ravens.

Most recently, an NSFW picture caught Kanye West with his butt out in a compromising position on a boat. TMZ caught up with Kim Kardashian’s team, who stated she could care less.

The Ongoing Astroworld Lawsuits Reportedly Left Travis Scott In Questioning For Hours

Although Travis Scott will not face criminal charges in relation to the 2021 Astroworld Tragedy, the “Sicko Mode” rapper’s legal battle is far from over. According to Billboard, yesterday (September 18), Scott returned to Houston, Texas, for questioning in connection with the ongoing civil depositions.

Two sources told the publisher that the deposition lasted nearly eight hours. In a statement shared with the outlet, Scott’s spokesperson, Ted Anastasiou, addressed the matter.

“Travis Scott’s deposition is typical legal procedure,” said Anastasiou. “What is not typical is how the media continues to focus on him despite being cleared of any wrongdoing by extensive government investigations, including by the Houston Police Department. Travis is fully cooperating with the legal process while still remaining committed to his tour in support of his record-breaking album, Utopia, and his charitable efforts to support at-risk communities.”

The tragic incident, which supposedly led to thousands of injuries and nearly a dozen deaths, sparked an investigation by Congress to ensure public safety at future large-scale music events. Several families have quietly reached a settlement with Scott and the event’s promoter, Live Nation. However, Billboard revealed that there could still be upwards of 1,500 remaining active cases.

The first trial of the lawsuits is scheduled for May 6, 2024.

Travis Scott‘s fourth studio album Utopia has proven to be one of the most acclaimed albums of the year. And for the first time in three years, Scott will be returning to the road for a tour in support of the album.

While many fans are excited to see Scott on his upcoming Utopia: Circus Maximus Tour, the idea of a Scott production is giving many people pause, due to the Astroworld disaster of 2021. With the upcoming tour comes several questions.

Are Travis Scott and Live Nation doing a tour?

Live Nation is, in fact, sponsoring the Utopia: Circus Maximus Tour. Live Nation/Ticketmaster is the largest entertainment company in the world, and thus, one of very few event production companies able to handle a fanbase as big as Scott’s.

Still, many fans are worried about the idea of a potential repeat of the Astroworld catastrophe, which resulted in eight deaths and several injuries. Following Scott’s 2021 Astroworld festival in Houston, several attendees and their families filed lawsuits against Live Nation, with one plaintiff notably suing for $1 million in damages.

Live Nation has not indicated what measures they will take in order to avoid an Astroworld repeat, however, Houston is noticeably absent from the Utopia tour stops.

Travis Scott and Kylie Jenner have a couple children together, but beyond that, they’ve had an up-and-down relationship over the years. At the moment, the two don’t appear to be together, so when did they break up?

Per Insider‘s relationship timeline, Jenner ended her long-term relationship with Tyga in March 2017. The next month, she and Scott were spotted together at Coachella, holding hands. Things escalated from there, as that September, Jenner revealed she was pregnant with her and Scott’s first child. On February 1, 2018, she gave birth to Stormi Webster. In October 2019, though, Jenner confirmed that she and Scott had broken up.

Eventually, the two found their way back to each other, and in September 2021, Jenner confirmed she and Scott were expecting a second child together. In February 2022, she gave birth to a baby that was initially named Wolf Webster, but whose name was later changed, just this January, to Aire Webster.

Shortly before Aire’s new name was announced, it was reported that Jenner and Scott spent the holiday season apart and that they had broken up again. It appears at least for the time being, Jenner has moved on, as earlier this month, she and Timothée Chalamet were spotted kissing at a Beyoncé concert.

According to The Daily Mail, the bodysuit was so revealing that Censori would have to cover her nipples with a crossbody bag. The Italian Constitutional Court could fine Censori from $5,000 to $10,000 USD for her exposure in a place that minors could occupy. Censori was braless in the bodysuit.

A previous report states Kanye West reportedly smells a bit different these days. Reports state his “wife,” Bianca Censori, is turned off by his hygiene.

According to Radar Online, Ye’s fashion choice is to highlight his brilliant mind and hide a bit of weight, but when it all comes off “a serious stench” is released.

“He wears these outfits partly because he genuinely believes they showcase his fashion genius and forward-thinking,” the insider told Radar. “But it’s also to cover him having gained a little weight.”

Another added, “It’s a serious stench when the layers come off and he’s dripping in sweat head to toe — especially as he’s not big on showering — and poor Bianca’s nostrils are on the receiving end.”

Another insider noted that Kanye rarely uses deodorant, making matters worse.

Travis Scott Called Dibs On The ‘Blade’ Soundtrack, Even Though The Movie’s Fate Is Up In The Air

At times, it seemed as if Travis Scott would never release his Utopia album. On July 28, he finally did, and it was worth the way. Utopia debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 chart and stayed there for four consecutive weeks. Scott will also soon stage his Utopia — The Circus Maximus Tour, with tickets going on sale last week. Tickets went so quickly that Scott added more dates.

In other words, Scott isn’t intimidated by delays, so it’s unsurprising that he wants to soundtrack a movie that might never happen.

On Monday morning, September 4, Scott posted to X (formerly known as Twitter), “Woke up thinking I would love to do the soundtrack to Blade.”

In May, The Hollywood Reporter exclusively reported that Marvel Studios was “shutting down pre-production” on Blade, starring Mahershala Ali. The film was initially due to start filming in Atlanta in June, but that was nixed because of the ongoing Writers Guild Of America strike.

“That doesn’t mean a new Blade, with or without its two-time Oscar-winning star, will never happen,” Uproxx’s Matt Prigge explained at the time. “Marvel plans to restart pre-production when the strike ends, whenever that is. When/if it arrives, it will be the second big screen stab at the character, who was iconically played by Wesley Snipes over three films.”

Travis Scott Shows Off New Jordan Cut The Check Collaboration

The Jordan Cut The Check is a new sneaker model designed in collaboration with Travis Scott. Travis has obviously collaborated with Jordan Brand before, on some incredibly popular sneakers. His design aesthetic has been more than established, with rustic tones of brown and sail seen throughout. Of course, the backward Nike Swoosh will always be a telltale sign that Travis was here. Now, he’s finally getting his signature sneaker from Jordan Brand. The Jordan Cut The Check is the signature model for Travis Scott, and he has been pictured wearing a new colorway. The sneakers will almost certainly give Travis some more design control as he’s no longer held back by the silhouette.

This is really the first time we’ve seen an artist get a signature sneaker from Nike, and this could be the start of something big. Travis just dropped his album, Utopia, so the timing of this collaboration could not be better. Although it’s not dropping until later this year, this could be the release of the year. Travis always brings the heat and his audience is massive, so this pair could be the start of a revolution in the sneaker world. We will just have to wait and see.

The soles are a vibrant greenish yellow with a black midsole. The uppers feature a grey/sail tone with a strap over the laces and a lighter Nike Swoosh, backward of course. Jordan branding can be seen on one tongue, and we’re assuming Cactus Jack branding can be found elsewhere on the sneakers.

Sneaker Bar Detroit reports that the Jordan Cut The Check x Travis Scott will be released during the holiday of 2023. Also, the retail price of the sneakers will be $200 when they drop. In 2015, a budding Houston artist by the name of Travis Scott released his debut album, Rodeo. It is widely considered possibly the greatest trap album of all time. It took the subgenre to heights it really had never reached before. Travis was able to blend grittiness with artsy in a world where trap meant rumbling 808s and loud hi-hats. He drew out melodies, created elegant and grand atmospheres, and his now signature beat switches, into one near-flawless record.

Tracks like “90210,” “Oh My Dis Side,” “Maria I’m Drunk,” and so many others are classics. It got fans and critics uncontrollably excited about what Scott could do moving forward. Just about a year later on September 2, 2016, Travis capitalized on this hype with the release of his sophomore LP, Birds In The Trap Sing McKnight. A 14-track project where La Flame gunned for mostly ethereal and moody vibes. Many believe this is his most underrated album in his discography and it is easy to see why. The hits on here are very solid with “pick up the phone” with Quavo and Young Thug, “beibs in the trap” featuring NAV, and “through the late night” with one of his idols, Kid Cudi. However, the one cut that stands above the rest is none other than “goosebumps.”

An unexpected feature from Kendrick Lamar had many going insane at the fact that he would hop on a song with Travis. The rapper shared similar thoughts. Around the time of Birds, Scott was interviewed by Hot 97. He talked about how grateful he was to work with Lamar. “Shout out K-Dot, I love you.” He goes on, “Yo I’m on Kendrick’s radar!” Lamar had a show where he had fans singing along to “Antidote.” That is when he knew he needed him for “goosebumps.” The guest verse is one of the best of 2016 with all of his crazy high notes and cadences.
