Shannon Sharpe is easily one of the most famous athletes to ever attend an HBCU. Although he has been tough on the HBCU circuit, he acknowledges that it is how he got into the NFL. For those who don’t know, Sharpe attended Savannah State University. While there, he was a standout tight end who went on to win three Super Bowls in the NFL. Furthermore, he changed the tight end position forever while also becoming one of the greatest to ever play his position.
Now, Sharpe is one of the co-hosts on First Take with Stephen A. Smith. Overall, this is great news for a lot of fans. He and Stephen A. Smith have a ton of chemistry and they are always heavy on the banter. This week is especially special as they are visiting various HBCUs. One of the ones they went to just so happens to be Savannah State. Of course, Shannon was ready to tag along for that as he was going to visit his alma mater. In the video below, you can see just how warm the reception was.
Shannon appeared to be exceptionally excited while walking through the parade of students who were there to greet him. He was turning up, and it was truly awesome to see. At the end of the day, Sharpe is one of the school’s biggest legends. For the football players there, he is someone who is revered and will continue to be for many years to come. As for the episode of First Take that ensued, it was a great one as there were many big topics to cover. For the students, it must have been a treat to watch live.
Let us know what you think of Sharpe going back to Savannah State, in the comments section below. Additionally, stay tuned to HNHH for the latest news and updates from around the sports world. We will continue to bring you all of the latest updates on your favorite athletes.
For most of this last decade, the New York Giants have been stuck in mediocrity. That was until just last season. Led by their number eight overall pick from 2019, Daniel Jones, they went 9-7-1 and nabbed a wild card spot. In fact, they even grabbed a fairly stunning victory against the Minnesota Vikings on the road. They would eventually fall to the Eagles in the Divisional Round. Nonetheless, it was still a successful season with their first-year head coach Brian Daboll. However, things have gone south for Jones and the Giants this season.
Somehow, Jones has regressed to an extent and they are now 2-7 on the year after falling to the Las Vegas Raiders who are also going nowhere. The final score was 30-6, and even though the visiting team still might not have won, it might have been closer if Jones played the whole way. Right at the beginning of the second quarter, the Duke product crumbled to the turf on a contactless injury.
In sports, when a player goes down without anyone near him, you immediately fear the worst. Unfortunately, that did happen as multiple reports, including TMZ Sports, came out that Daniel Jones suffered a torn ACL. With that one final blow for Giants fans, they seem to have a lot more questions to answer than expected this upcoming offseason. In addition, Jones just inked a four-year $160 million dollar deal for his efforts just last season. The only two quarterbacks on the roster are a banged-up Tyrod Taylor and undrafted rookie Tommy DeVito. The latter stepped into to finish the game and he will shoulder the load until Taylor returns.
What are your initial thoughts on Daniel Jones tearing his ACL against the Las Vegas Raiders on Sunday, November 5? Do you think the Giants regret paying Jones all of that money? Are they the most directionless franchise in the NFL right now? We would like to hear what you have to say about all of this. With that in mind, be sure to leave all of your thoughts and opinions in the comments section below. Additionally, always keep it locked in with HNHH for all of the latest breaking news around the New York Giants, as well as everything else going on the sports world.
Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift have been having a good time with one another as of late. Although some NFL fans simply roll their eyes at the relationship, others actually support it quite fully. Moreover, Taylor and Travis are currently in the midst of doing their own thing. He is out and about playing some football, meanwhile, Swift is on tour. The two probably won’t be able to see each other for some time, however, there is no doubt that they are still admiring each other from afar.
Yesterday, Kelce was playing against the Miami Dolphins in Germany. This was a huge match for the Chiefs, and in the end, they came out victorious. The score was 21-14 and it was record-breaking for Kelce. He is now the leading receiver in the history of the Chiefs franchise. He has surpassed Tony Gonzalez which is a massive achievement. Subsequently, the record was posted by PEOPLE on Instagram. Internet sleuths were then able to find out that Taylor liked the post, which can be found below.
It was a very subtle way of showing support, however, we are confident it was one that Travis appreciated. He continues to be one of the best tight ends to ever play the game, and he is right up there with Rob Gronkowski. If he somehow surpasses Gronk in Super Bowls, then he will definitely be able to obtain that feat. Ultimately, it will be up to his longevity that will determine where he ends up on that list. Although in the eyes of Shannon Sharpe, he is already the GOAT tight end.
Let us know what you think of Kelce and his new record, in the comments section below. Has he obtained GOAT status in your eyes? Additionally, stay tuned to HNHH for the latest news and updates from around the music world. We will always be sure to bring you the latest updates on your favorite athletes.
Damar Hamlin went through a near-death experience just last year. Overall, NFL fans remember it vividly. After colliding with Tee Higgins in the middle of the field, Hamlin’s heart stopped. Overall, it was a pretty awful thing to have witnessed and fans were pretty devastated. Hamlin was given CPR on the field and then taken away in an ambulance. Subsequently, fans were fearing the worst for Hamlin. There was a real feeling that he may have passed away on the field.
Miraculously, Hamlin was able to recover very quickly. Furthermore, he has actually gotten to play a bit this year. Although he hasn’t been in the lineup a lot, he has still gotten some looks here and there. Overall, he is a prime candidate for the Comeback Player Of The Year award. Last night, Hamlin did not get to play, however, it was still an emotional game for him. This is because it took place at Cincinnati’s Paycor Stadium.
Prior to the game, Hamlin kneeled around midfield and thought about everything that took place that fateful day. Overall, he seemed pretty quiet and subdued, which makes a whole lot of sense. Furthermore, he was greeted by his teammates who were extremely supportive towards him. They knew how much of a big deal it was for him to be out there. In fact, after the game, he took to Twitter and wrote: “Tonight was everything for me.. y’all don’t know the half of it. Trust me.” For Bills fans, it was a truly emotional moment that showcases how much Hamlin is loved. His incident is one that was hard to stomach, but it is good to see something positive come out of it.

CJ McCollum is a player who has been doing some pretty amazing things for the New Orleans Pelicans. Overall, he is someone who has the ability to change the course of a game. In fact, the Pelicans are off to a hot start this season, largely thanks to McCollum. He has been averaging over 21 points per game and the team is now 4-2. However, he will have to miss some time with the team as he was recently diagnosed with a collapsed lung.
McCollum has suffered this in the past, which made this latest news that much harder for some to swallow. However, he seems to be in good spirits and will be reevaluated in just a couple of days. Needless to say, it is a good thing that they were able to catch this when they did. That being said, one NBA Twitter account used an interesting photo when delivering the news. Below, you can see that McCollum is holding his heart in the picture, where a lung would be. You can see the connection in that.
“This is an insane pic to post with the news,” McCollum said on Twitter. His reaction to the tweet was pretty appropriate given the circumstances at play here. Regardless, McCollum will be back on the floor sooner rather than later. Not to mention, the Pelicans have been rolling thanks to performances from him and Zion Williamson. If you are a Pelicans fan, the future is most definitely bright. However, if the team cannot stay healthy, then you may well have quite a few issues trying to sure up some good results this season.
With this latest McCollum news in mind, let us know what you think of the Pelicans’ chances, in the comments section below. Do you think they may have a good shot at winning the in-season tournament? Additionally, stay tuned to HNHH for the latest news and updates from around the sports world. We will always be sure to keep you informed on all of your favorite athletes.

Worlds Stats
Additionally, here are the stats for KDA leaders and champion presence. Furthermore, these stats change daily and are updated as such. However, she fell to 95% after the October 27 matches.
Machine Gun Kelly did a quick interview with Sky News’ Martin Brundle at an F1 race recently, and it’s gotten social media users talking. MGK seemed to be in a bit of an off mood, resulting in an awkward and confusing interview. While it’s possible that the performer was simply having a bad day, Brundle left the interview feeling as though he had certainly been kicked off of MGK’s “Christmas card list.”
When asked about his career, MGK didn’t answer for a moment, instead nodding in agreement. This prompted Brundle to repeat his question. “Oh, my career,” Machine Gun Kelly then replied. “I don’t think about my career.” He went on to give a vague complimentary explanation of F1 racing. “I think your business is great,” he said. “It’s loud, your life is on the line, and that’s exciting… I was in a studio the other week and Lewis Hamilton was in the other studio. That was nice, yeah.”
MGK later asked Brundle to do an “air piano and air guitar collaboration” with him, which the British sportscaster declined. He refused to take no for an answer, however. The artist continued to demand that Brundle pretend to play keys, leaving the interviewer confused.
When Brundle wouldn’t budge, MGK gave the camera a thumbs down before walking off. Social media users are split as to was responsible for the strange interview, while some believe both participants are to blame. Others are simply noting that this was a pretty bizarre crossover.
Social Media Reacts To MGK’s Strange F1 Interview
What do you think of Machine Gun Kelly getting clowned online for his awkward interview? Do you think he deserves the roast he’s getting, or are social media users overreacting? Who do you think is to blame for the interview going south? Share your thoughts in the comments section, and keep an eye on HNHH for more updates. Check out some social media users’ reactions down below.
Rubi Rose dropped her phone number on social media in response to former NBA star Paul Pierce. Pierce had originally tweeted “my crush” after seeing Rose link up with N3on at a recent event. In response, Rose quote-tweeted Pierce’s tweet with one of her “Text me then 4046899173 .” As mentioned, this comes just a few days after Rose joined a N3on livestream, sparking rumors that Rose is rizzing up the streamer amid his relationship drama.
Of course, Paul got a lot of hate for shooting his shot at Rose. “Bro older than his jerseys about “my crush”. “Damn my guy u ugly as hell,” Pierce shot back alongside a bunch of emojis. Pierce has garnered a bit of a reputation for being a wild card but all this came out of left field. However, will something happen between the two? We’ll have to wait and see. We’ll have any updates as and when they emerge.
Meanwhile, Rose also showed out at an Atlanta Hawks game this week. Rose looked ready to play in a pair of denim shorts, although the cowboy boots may have made it a little hard to dunk. She had fun with the flirty photoshoot, blowing some kisses and turning around to flaunt her figure. “I just want a n-gga i can ball with,” she captioned her post of the event. The Hawks eventually won out 129-120. At the time of writing, the Hawks are 4-2 while the Wizards are 1-5 to begin the season.
Someone else who got wrapped up in Rose’s appearance was Wizards player Jordan Poole. The Wizards were the Hawks’ opponents for the game that Rose attended. Much attention was paid to Poole throwing an off-the-backboard alley-oop to Kyle Kuzma…despite it being the third quarter and the Wizards were down 20. Many people racked up this showboating to trying impress the courtside Rose. Furthermore, how do you feel about all of Rose’s antics? Let us know in the comments.
Logan Paul is the new WWE US Champion after taking down Rey Mysterio at WWE Crown Jewel in Saudi Arabia. It was an antic-filled match, which saw Paul utilize brass knuckles amongst other tools to take down the Mexican veteran. Paul’s first title comes just over two years after he made his WWE debut. Furthermore, the title comes in just his eighth pro wrestling match.
However, Paul appeared to imply that the title meant a greater focus on the promotion for him. “I think I have to,” Paul said of spending more time on WWE programming. “You’re going to have to watch Raw. You’re going to have to watch SmackDown. I’m going to make some surprise appearances and show these wrestlers who’s the real king.” It’s unclear who his first title defense could come against. That said, everyone from Dominik Mysterio to Bad Bunny has been named as a potential opponent.
Furthermore, Paul took an opportunity to trash talk Dillon Danis in his post-fight interviews. “That was barely a performance. I wouldn’t even call that a fight. Tonight was a fight. Tonight was hard. I’m telling you, bro. I’m winded. I feel like I really earned this. So, I see these comments online. ‘Logan Paul, spoon-fed, silver spoon in his mouth. Everything’s been given to him his whole life. He hasn’t earned it.’ I would do more in 12 hours than most people do in 12 months. My blueprint cannot be duplicated, bro. My pace is unmatched. I’m not playing the same game as the other people. I’ve beaten the matrix and I’m the architect,” Paul said.
Last month, in the days after their controversial boxing match, Danis filed an appeal against the fight result. However, Paul was dismissive of the former MMA fighter. “Embarrassing & desperate. What’s the appeal? He tried to take me down – failed, he tried to choke me out – failed. He didn’t even try to fight back, he just took his ass beating like a bitch. Dude really thinks he can handle everything online. He should just accept the loss like a man & move on with his pathetic life,” Paul wrote on X, formerly Twitter, in response to the news. Furthermore, over half of the DAZN Prime Card matches are currently under investigation for an appeal.
TikTok star Keith Lee has responded to Chad Johnson expressing his disdain for Lee’s review content. “You must have never heard of me, but if you have heard of me, why is this your first time speaking on me? Why haven’t you spoken about the positive things we’ve done with this platform?” the former MMA fighter asked the retired wide receiver. Lee went on to cite examples such as helping fund cancer treatment for one restaurant owner and helping a schoolteacher retire.
However, Lee even had backup – from Johnson’s own daughter no less. “Listen, we team Keith Lee over here,” Johnson claimed his daughter had texted him. “My daughter got on my head about this. And when your daughter get you on about something like this, you know you never gonna win,” Johnson continued. Other famous daughters have also gone after Johnson. A TikTok from the daughter of Jalen Rose has garnered hundreds of thousands of viewers.
While Sharpe, as he often is with the topic of sexuality, was hesitant, Johnson voiced his full-throated support for the idea of his partner doing OnlyFans to help the family’s finances. He acknowledged that OnlyFans can be a way to find financial stability in a world where a lot of people increasingly find a lack of it.
It’s unsurprising that Johnson would support the notion. Johnson recently revealed that in 1997, while attending Santa Monica College, he worked as a stripper to help pay his bills. “I used to strip at The Right Track, I used to be a dancer. I could tell you cause we family. 1997, I was in LA. My mom was out there but I really couldn’t live with my mama, so I had a place in Santa Monica. Sometimes I was short on my light bill. Them candles, light em. I used to strip. I used to be a dancer. If anybody in the chat is from LA that’s a little bit older, I used to strip at The Right Track. I bullsh-t you not,” Johnson told a livestream back in September.
