Rolling Loud’s Compilation Album Begins With “Finger Food” By Rae Sremmurd & Duke Deuce: Stream

It’s already been an undeniably big year for compilation albums. Still, before 2022 closes out, Rolling Loud is giving us a taste of what their upcoming project will sound like. On Friday (December 9), they shared “Finger Food.” The lit new track was chiefly crafted in collaboration with Rae Sremmurd and Duke Deuce.

The “Crunkstar meets Rockstar” single accordingly focuses on the trio’s no-f*cks-given attitude. As they each take turns sharing their verses, the artists are seemingly trying to capture the energy of what it’s really like to be at an RL show.

“All she wanna do is f*ck on a sand beach / And woah / Climb up in the DJ booth / Stand up in that photo coupe,” Swae Lee rhymes on the chorus.

Later, we hear from Duke, who raps, “Young and reckless, put the pedal to the metal, let it rock / Bitch, you know we crunk as hell, hittin’ donuts in the lot.”

Finally, Slim Jxmmi comes through with some lyrics of his own. “I’m just mixin’ up my dranks just like they chemicals / Double stuff my backwood and let’s go to the moon,” he spits early on in his verse.

It remains unclear what other artists will appear on the upcoming compilation project. According to a press release, though, it’s a “mix of collaborations that could only happen at the hands” of the festival.

Since then, he’s remained relatively low-key, though he did link up with Lil Silva on “What If?”

However, it’s clear he’s gearing up for a massive year in 2023. “Fam Without Blood” follows the release of “I Can’t Feel My Mind (Freestyle)” last month.

In addition to his releases, he also hit the road with BadBadNotGood over the summer on their North American Talk Memory tour. Then, he hit the festival circuit across Europe.

Lil Pump Links With Ty Dolla $ign For New Single “She Know”

Lil Pump has been trying to make a comeback as of late. Of course, when we first met the artist, he was touting himself as the “Youngest Flexer.” He was discovered by many in Adam22’s old No Jumper vlogs, and to this day, he remains a prominent name in the rap world.

Although many will always remember him for “Gucci Gang,” Pump has proven that he can do much more than that. For instance, Pump is trying to soft-launch some sing-rap vibes. Additionally, he is cooking up a new project called Lil Pump 2 which is expected to come out in 2023.

Lil Pump Drops “She Know”

Consequently, Pump is looking to come through with some singles ahead of his new tape. Among these new tracks is an effort called “She Know” which features Ty Dolla $ign. This brand-new track was released this week, and it showcases Pump taking on an r&b sound.

Of course, this is a huge departure from what we are used to from Lil Pump. Instead of those energetic flows, the Florida artist is looking to slow things down. The inclusion of Ty Dolla in this song certainly works as his smooth voice works wonders alongside Pump’s.

Overall, this is a very interesting new sound for Lil Pump, and it will be interesting to see if he keeps up this aesthetic into the new year. It’s always fun to hear someone change up their sound, regardless of what the result may be.
