Blueface & Megan Thee Stallion Have Karlissa Saffold’s Blessing As He Follows Houston Hottie On IG

Blueface and the women in his life are nearly always at odds, but as we approach 2024, it seems the California native might be looking to change his ways. After a particularly tumultuous year welcoming his first child with Chrisean Rock, and getting engaged to his first baby mama, Jaidyn Alexis, Blue might be preparing to spin the block with another rap diva. During an interview with Jason Lee and his fiancee a few months back, the “Thotiana” artist alleged that he “might’ve got some head” from Megan Thee Stallion much earlier on in their careers, causing a stir online.

For her part, the Hot Girl Coach failed to address the rumours. However, Blueface’s mom, Karlissa Saffold, is confident that her son would make a great partner for Meg. She previously alleged that the Houston native wanted to peg Jonathan Porter, but now, she’s celebrating the fact that the MILF Music founder is following Thee Stallion on Instagram. “I’m watching this s**t play out,” Saffold wrote online earlier this weekend. “Like out don’t know the outcome 😜.”

Blueface’s Mom is Still Rooting for Him and Megan Thee Stallion

On another slide, the Porter family matriarch reposted one of the femcee’s recent feed posts, in which she channels Regina George with a blonde wig. “You better treat this queen like the queen she is, or don’t even try it,” Saffold told her son. “You need to be ready in mind and your spirit ❤. Y’all have my blessings.”

Not only is Blueface’s mom keeping a close eye on who her son follows on Instagram, but she’s also been peeping his recent Story antics. Amid his search for a new woman to replace the void left by Chrisean Rock and Jaidyn Alexis turning on him, the 26-year-old shared his “mating call” with followers, which Karlissa Saffold says reminds her of a look she once saw in Blue’s dad’s eye. Andre 3000 Thanks Frank Ocean For “Blessing” Post-Outkast Career, Among Others

Andre 3000 isn’t done breaking down the context, content, and general release of his new album, New Blue Sun. Moreover, he recently sat down on Questlove Supreme on Wednesday (December 13) with the legendary music figure and his co-hosts to speak on the project, his life, his career, and their experiences. One of many interesting tidbits happened when the Outkast legend spoke on what it was like to work with other artists after the duo released their last album (as of writing this article), Idlewild. While he doesn’t feel this way about hip-hop as much these days, it’s heartening to hear his gratitude and appreciation for people giving him the space to rap even as he wrapped up his run with Big Boi.

“A year after Idlewild at home, I was blessed to start getting asked to be on remixes,” Andre 3000 remarked. “And that was a blessing for me because it gave me a chance to rap. When I say a blessing, this is a town creating a new sound. DJ Unk actually came through another DJ friend of mine that know Unk, and Unk said, ‘Ask Andre if he’ll get on [the ‘Walk It Out’] beat.’ It was no big production; I don’t know if I got paid for the [remix].

Andre 3000 On Questlove Supreme: Listen

“I think the trade-off was, ‘Hey Unk, can you do a couple beats that we scratched in the background of my cartoon for Class of 3000?’” Andre 3000 continued. “The beat was so jammin’ that you just wanted to get on it. So I say the blessing because any rapper just wanna be on a good beat and in the city. Or even later, like, new artists. Even if a Frank Ocean says, ‘Hey, get on my song’… Frank Ocean’s a new artist, I don’t know him. When I say a blessing, that introduced me to a whole other generation, too.

“I say blessing because we just came off Speakerboxxx/The Love Below and Idlewild,” he concluded. “Which was a musical, more focused, melodic kind of thing, so I didn’t rap a lot in those offerings. So I say a blessing because it gave me an opportunity to do what I enjoy doing.” For more news and the latest updates on Andre 3000, check back in with HNHH.

Lil Tecca Returns With Catchy New Single “Blessing”

Lil Tecca has always been known for dropping dope catchy tracks that will stick with you for a very long time. Of course, that is exactly what he did with the song “Ransom” which is three years old at this point. Overall, Tecca is a very solid artist who has managed to keep his fans engaged.

In this day and age, it is very difficult to maintain relevancy. However, Tecca has been able to do just that thanks to some impeccable songwriting. He has a great ear for beats, and his melodies are extremely sticky. This creates an amazing formula that will keep him going for a very long time.

Lil Tecca Drops “Blessing”

After teasing the song on his social media pages, Tecca blessed his fans on Friday with a new track called “Blessing.” Immediately upon putting on this track, you will hear some piercing piano chords arranged in a punchy way that drives the song forward. Moreover, the 808s here are punchy as well. They add some nice texture to the production, and Tecca certainly nailed it with the beat selection.

Overall, this is another Lil Tecca song in which he flexes his wealth. Tecca is feeling blessed because of everything he has in his life, and material goods are a large part of that. It’s a dope track, and we’re sure more, including a new project, are on the horizon.

As always, give us your thoughts on this brand-new song, in the comments section below. Of course, you can also stream the song beneath the quotable lyrics. Additionally, stay tuned to HNHH for more news from around the music world.

Quotable Lyrics:

Yeah, I’m the blessing, so who ’bout to bless me now?
She wan’ cuff and arrest me now
I’m that n***a, no, you cannot test me out
All that extra shit really gon’ stress me out

Lil Tecca Realizes He’s The ‘Blessing’ On His New Single

Back with another hit, Lil Tecca has dropped his new single, “Blessing.” On his punchy new synth-and-bass-heavy track, Tecca is searching for people on his level — both romantically and within his circle.

“I’m the blessing, so who ’bout to bless me now? / She wan’ cuff and arrest me now,” Tecca raps on the song’s chorus.

He continues, saying, “All that extra sh*t really gon’ stress me out / Put some Chrome on my chest piece now.”

On the song’s final verse, he examines the loyalty of some of the people around him, and makes note of lessons he’s learned over the years.

“Had to learn that some people can’t sit with us / Never lied when I said that you let me down / Never lied when you let me down / Gossipin’, then you can’t be ’round,” he raps.

Skilled with his pen, as well as Auto-Tune effects, Tecca has several hits under his belt. While one might imagine he faces a lot of pressure to follow up his smashes with even more smashes, Tecca revealed in an interview with XXL that the pressure all went away after the release of his 2019 hit, “Ransom.”

“You get the most pressure when you do this for your first time ’cause everyone is looking at you like, ‘Can he do it again?’ But even before I had “Ransom,” I already been dropped buzzing songs… And it’s two years later now, so how can I still feel pressure from two years ago, a year ago? I’m doing me,” he said. “If I let anything give me pressure, I’m just letting a bunch of random people eat me up on some brainwashing shit. That’s dead.”

Check out “Blessing” above.
