Metro Boomin Responds To Sexual Battery & Sexual Assault Allegations

Metro Boomin has reportedly broken his silence on the lawsuit against him via a statement to Billboard from his lawyer. For those unaware, he received a suit in Los Angeles court from a woman alleging battery and sexual battery stemming from a 2016 incident in which he allegedly sexually assaulted her and impregnated her. Per Billboard and TMZ, plaintiff Vanessa LeMaistre claims that she visited the producer’s studio in September of that year, took a shot of alcohol with half a Xanax pill, and blacked out. Then, she alleges, he sexually assaulted her, and she allegedly got an abortion in November after learning that she was pregnant.

Not only that, but Vanessa LeMaistre alleges that Metro Boomin indirectly referenced this alleged incident on his 21 Savage and Offset collab project from 2017, Without Warning, specifically the track “Rap Saved Me.” “She took a Xanny, then she fainted / I’m from the gutter, ain’t no changing / From the gutter, rap saved me / She drive me crazy, have my baby,” 21 spits on the chorus. Even though Metro himself doesn’t rap this and it’s unclear who wrote the lines, they are still allegedly a source of “further trauma” for her.

“These are false accusations,” Metro Boomin’s attorney Lawrence Hinkle III reportedly stated to Billboard concerning these sexual assault allegations. “Mr. Wayne refused to pay her months ago, and he refuses to pay her now. Mr. Wayne will defend himself in court. He will file a claim for malicious prosecution once he prevails.” Vanessa LeMaistre claims that she met him during an emotional time in her life shortly after her 9-month-old son passed away. They allegedly met in Las Vegas, which led the 21 Savage collaborator to allegedly invite her to his Los Angeles studio in September of 2016.

In addition, LeMaistre allegs that Metro Boomin was ingesting a lot of codeine before she blacked out on a couch. She alleges that she woke up on a bed, where he was non-consensually performing oral sex on top of her. The next morning, LeMaistre alleges that the 2024 rap beef participant told her to leave his hotel room. As for the pregnancy, she alleges that it was Metro who impregnated her because she hadn’t had sex with anyone else.

Chris Brown Accuser Shares Disturbing New Details Of Alleged Rape At Diddy Party

Later this month, Investigation Discovery is set to unveil its new documentary, Chris Brown: A History of Violence. The doc will explore the allegations of abuse coming from several women, including one alleged victim who accuses Brown of sexual assault. According to the Daily Beast, the anonymous woman claims that the alleged assault took place at one of Diddy’s yacht parties.

At the event, she alleges that Brown led her to a bedroom where the alleged assault took place. “Chris Brown raped me… And I can say that, and I know it for a fact. Instead of telling myself that it wasn’t. It was. It was rape,” she alleges. She also alleges that Brown drugged her, and kissed her repeatedly in attempts to stifle her cries.

The woman went on to hit Brown with a $20 million lawsuit after the alleged assault, which was eventually dismissed. This was due to “conflicting text message records,” according to the Daily Beast, and her lawyer Ariel Mitchell withdrawing from the case. At the time, Brown had fired back at the woman’s lawsuit by alleging that texts and voicemails she sent after the alleged encounter proved that she was lying. Allegedly, these messages showed her trying to hang out with Brown again, saying positive things about their alleged encounter, and more.

While this particular accuser has chosen to stay anonymous, not all of them have. Earlier this month, one of Brown’s alleged victims Liziane Gutierrez came forward, explaining why she chose to participate in ID‘s documentary. “Several women agreed to participate and share their stories. We all went through a similar situation,” she alleged. “We can’t be against domestic violence and simply ignore some cases or even worse blame the victim.” What do you think of the disturbing new details revealed by a woman who was allegedly assaulted by Chris Brown? Woman Claims Diddy Sexually Assaulted Her Over Comment Made About His Involvement In Tupac’s Murder

Adding to his long list of over 100 accusers, another woman has recently come forward to file a lawsuit alleging that Diddy sexually assaulted her over taunts she made about his alleged involvement in the drive-by shooting of Tupac Shakur in September 1996 that left him mortally wounded.

Ashley Parham claims that back in 2018, she teased the Bad Boy mogul about being involved in ‘Pac’s death and she claims that because of the verbal jab, he targeted her and eventually sexually assaulted her with a television remote.

Parham claims that the taunt was made in her initial contact with Diddy over FaceTime, to which he replied that she would “pay” for her comments. Parham says that a month later, she was invited to a home in Orinda, California, but contends that the meeting was a set up orchestrated by Diddy. She says that upon her arrival, Diddy held her at knifepoint and threatened to give her a “Glasgow smile” for her Tupac cooments.

A Glasgow smile is where an assailant cuts their victim’s face at the corners of their mouth.

Parham then claims that Diddy took his clothes off, covered her body in a liquid-like substance, then proceeded to sexually assault her with a television remote. She also said that Diddy threatened to make her disappear before he and two other men raped her.

Parham alleged that the mogul told her he “hadn’t had any a*s that tight in a while” and offered to pay her to say their encounter was consensual.

In court docs obtained by TMZ, Parham says that she declined the offer and threatened to go to the police, but Diddy responded by threatening the safety of her family. Parham alleges that she reported the incident to Walnut Creek Police and the Orinda Police Department, however, no investigation was ever conducted into the incident.

Diddy’s reps have yet to publicly address these new allegations.

Kanye West’s Harassment Accuser Alleges He Drugged And Sexually Assaulted Her At Diddy Party

Kanye West’s former assistant Lauren Pisciotta has reportedly filed a new 88-page lawsuit against him including various disturbing allegations, according to alleged court documents reportedly obtained by Daily Mail. Chief among them is the claim that Ye allegedly drugged and sexually assaulted Pisciotta at a Diddy party. This follows her previous lawsuit in June accusing the Chicago artist of alleged sexual harassment due to their phone, text, and in-person interactions, allegations that he denied despite not yet forming a legal defense. The former assistant reportedly worked for the Yeezy mogul from 2021 to 2022. She alleges that they first met along with a musician client of hers at a studio session and party cohosted by Kanye and Sean Combs.

At a party, Lauren Pisciotta alleges that Kanye West handed her a drink that made her feel “disoriented” and in a “highly impaired state,” per the alleged court documents in addition to the previous sexual harassment lawsuit. She claims that she couldn’t remember what happened that night and that her musician client didn’t want to talk about it. Pisciotta also alleges that she found out about the alleged incident years later right before Ye fired her, allegedly hearing it straight from his perspective and understanding why her client didn’t want to discuss it.

According to the reported court documents, Lauren Pisciotta thought that a studio assistant drugged her but did not force himself onto her in any way. Nevertheless, how she supposedly found out about the alleged sexual assault is because Kanye West’s ex-wife (not named in the reported lawsuit, but believed to be Kim Kardashian as his only former spouse at press time) allegedly thought that Ye was having an affair with Pisciotta in November of 2022. The former assistant alleged that Kanye didn’t let her reach out to Kim to dispel those affair rumors because they “did kind of hook up a little one time,” the lawsuit claims that he told Pisciotta.

Furthermore, the reported lawsuit claims that he recounted the night when she was allegedly drugged and alleged that they slept together, although Pisciotta alleges that he didn’t reveal “true nature and severity” of this alleged incident to Kim. Then, Pisciotta allegedly told Kanye West that she supposedly didn’t remember that night, to which he allegedly replied “Women love to say they don’t remember” before changing the subject, per the reported lawsuit. Ye hasn’t publicly responded to this lawsuit and these allegations at press time, and he denied all of Pisciotta’s previous allegations of sexual harassment.

Funk Flex Refuses To Believe The Allegations That Diddy Sexually Assaulted 120 People

Amid the federal case against Diddy for alleged sex trafficking and racketeering, various other allegations emerged over the past year or so. In fact, one of the big lawsuits involves his alleged sexual assault of 120 individuals, which his circle and legal team have firmly denied in addition to all the other allegations, save for the Cassie video. For example, Sean Combs’ ex bodyguard accused his alleged assault victim of making him a “scapegoat.” But some media figures are also skeptical of this particularly high number of allegations. Funk Flex recently posited on social media that 120 is going too far, although he condemned the Bad Boy mogul’s documented physical abuse of Cassie (that footage appears in the video below, so viewer discretion is advised).

120 people sexually assaulted by Diddy, for real?” Funk Flex suggested. “120 people, sexually assaulted by Diddy. Stop. Just say you’re broke and you need money. You know what we don’t like here, you know the situation we don’t like. That video with Cassie and Diddy was an awful video to watch, and that shouldn’t happen to any woman. But assaulting 120 people sounds stupid.”

Funk Flex Speaks On Diddy

Many people were critical of Funk Flex’s perspective because of the span of time that these lawsuits represent and because of Diddy’s generally massive reach in terms of power and resources. However, this criticism does not reflect an actual verdict or statement of fact concerning the allegations, as they all remain unconfirmed and accusatory. As such, it’s important to make that distinction and factually assess these claims as allegations, not proof or conviction. The New York executive and prosecutors will each make their case and fans recognize that these abhorrent allegations could have happened, not that they did happen. Only a court of law will be able to reach a conclusion as to their veracity.

Meanwhile, speaking of the Diddy case, his federal trial now has a new judge overseeing it. U.S. District Judge Arun Subramanian will reportedly now preside over the case, but no explanation has yet emerged at press time as to why Judge Andrew L. Carter stepped back.

Russell Simmons Facing $3 Million Debt For Alleged Failed Settlement Payments To Three Women

Russell Simmons faces yet another legal obstacle after allegedly failing to fulfill previously agreed settlement payments to three women totaling $3 million, putting him in debt for this amount. The three individuals in question are Sil Lai Abrams, Wendy Carolina Franco, and Sherri Abernathy. Moreover, they reportedly agreed on confidential settlements with him in November 2023 for “alleged personal, physical injuries and sickness.” According to Variety, the payments were due by earlier this week on Tuesday (October 1). Simmons offered confessions of judgement and allowed the three women to pursue expedited judgements and start a collection process in the case of his default, which is now reportedly a reality.

However, Russell Simmons did not admit wrongdoing, and it’s unclear why these individuals agreed on these settlements due to the confidential nature of what court documents are available. Nevertheless, he agreed to pay Franco $515,000, whereas he reportedly promised to pay Abrams and Abernathy $1,265,000 each. Abrams previously alleged that Simmons sexually assaulted her in 1994, one of various allegations of sexual misconduct against the music executive. As previously stated, though, the nature of all the three settlements here is unclear.

Elsewhere, Russell Simmons appeared in the headlines recently for a social media interaction relating to the current Diddy scandal. He liked a post from Instagram page The Neighborhood Talk that shared a clip from an interview with Ariel Mitchell-Kidd, an attorney representing one of the Bad Boy mogul’s allege victims. Mitchell-Kidd alleged that someone contacted her about the sale of one of the alleged “freak-off” tapes. In addition, she brought forth the allegation that this footage features another high-profile celebrity. While many online users speculated about this “like,” it’s all just rumor and interpretation, not a concrete connection.

Meanwhile, Russell Simmons continues to engage in a legal battle with his ex, Kimora Lee Simmons. This is based on allegations that she stole money from him to bail her ex husband out of prison, to make a long story short. As for allegedly failing to pay these three women’s agreed court settlements, the available reports on the matter don’t indicate a next step.

Dwight Howard’s Sexual Assault & Battery Case Gets Dismissed

In July of 2023, Stephen Harper filed a lawsuit against Dwight Howard, accusing the former NBA star of sexual assault and battery. Reportedly, the suit stemmed from an encounter they had at Howard’s Georgia home in 2021. Harper accused Howard of sexually assaulting him, which Howard denied. Instead, he insisted that they took part in “consensual sexual activity.” He proceeded to ask the judge to dismiss the case, a request they quickly shot down in February.

Now, however, ESPN reports that Harper has dismissed every claim he made against Howard, meaning he cannot sue him again for those claims. Howard’s attorney Justin Bailey also told the outlet that Harper was not paid to drop the lawsuit. At the time of writing, it remains unclear what prompted this decision.

Stephen Harper Dismisses All Claims Against Dwight Howard

In Harper’s original filing, he alleged that he and Howard exchanged various DMs that were sexual in nature. Eventually, after months of chatting, Howard allegedly invited Harper to his house for sex. When he arrived, Harper alleged that he was made to participate in a threesome with a cross-dresser named Kitty. Howard’s legal battle with Harper is not the only one he’s seen the end of as of late, however. In March of this year, Howard also dropped his lawsuit against Masin Elije.

Back in 2018, Elije allegedly spread rumors that Howard is bisexual. He denied this at the time and went on to sue her for defamation. Reportedly, he decided to drop the suit because he did not believe he’d be able to gather enough evidence to win the case. What do you think of Stephen Harper dropping his lawsuit against Dwight Howard? Are you surprised by this or not? What about Howard reportedly receiving zero settlement money? Afrika Bambaataa Reunites With Sexual Assault Accuser That Walked Back His Allegations

Afrika Bambaataa has one of hip-hop’s most complicated, controversial, and crucial legacies in legendary and ugly ways alike. The hip-hop originator and pioneer also faced a slew of child sex trafficking and sexual assault accusations over the past eight years or so, which have really tainted his contributions to the culture in at least a small but nonetheless significant way. However, one of his accusers, Ronald “Bee-Stinger” Savage, linked up with him at an event for a Zulu Nation member, and Savage gave the following statement exclusively to AllHipHop: “Never underestimate the power of God when he intervenes in an affair he sets everything straight.”

“Bambaataa is not a pedophile and, in my eyes, he was doing something that was consensual with someone that he thought was of age,” Savage said of Afrika Bambaataa during a recent interview with Chuck “Jigsaw” Creekmur. “I wish, back in 2016, I remembered about the fake ID, I wasn’t thinking about that I had forgot about that I was in deep depression and still dealing with the trauma as an adult. I want to apologize for the little kid that didn’t know anybody and just wanted to be down with this thing called hip-hop so I pretended to be older.

Afrika Bambaataa’s Accuser Changes His Perspective

“This is something that took place 35 to over 40 years ago,” Savage continued concerning Afrikaa Bambaataa. “This man has never been convicted of anything. Let it go. I needed to set the record straight [and get] my closure. I just hope this brings healing to people around the world. If I can have forgiveness and healing, so can you.” Ronald Savage is a former hip-hop artist that also got involved in a lot of politics and activism in New York, particularly in regards to child molestation.

He accused Afrika Bambaataa of sexually abusing him back in 1980 when Savage was just 15 years old. This kicked off a wave of accusations against the rap legend. This will probably be quite a complex and controversial walk-back to see evolve in the public consciousness. Let’s see how people respond to this shifting legacy.

TI & Tiny’s Sexual Assault Case Gets Dismissed Without Prejudice

TI has seen his fair share of legal drama in recent weeks. Luckily, the trap pioneer has taken home at least one win. Last month, he and his wife Tiny filed a motion to dismiss a lawsuit from an anonymous woman. She accused them of drugging and sexually assaulting her in 2005. According to court documents obtained by AllHipHop, it was approved, meaning that the case was dismissed.

“The court agreed with Tip and Tameka that Jane Doe doesn’t appear to have any viable claims,” the pair’s rep told the outlet. “As Tip and Tameka stated three years ago, these allegations are some of the many false, salacious allegations thrown out into the media in a cheap attempt to extort money from them.”

Judge Sides With TI & Tiny

TI and Tiny have denied the allegations since the suit was filed. In their motion, they also argued that the statute of limitations for the woman’s claims had expired. “All the claims asserted in the Complaint are time-barred because the statute of limitations for such claims has long expired over sixteen years ago,” their attorneys wrote. “Further, notwithstanding the fact that Defendants Clifford Harris (‘Mr. Harris’) and Tameka Harris (‘Mrs. Harris’) (collectively ‘Defendants’ or ‘Harrises’), deny that any of the alleged conduct even occurred, the Complaint fails to allege facts to sufficiently establish any of the claims alleged in the Complaint.”

This lawsuit isn’t the only thing TI can put behind him, however. Earlier this month, he was arrested by mistake at an Atlanta airport. After it was confirmed that authorities were looking for a different man with the same name, he was promptly released. What do you think of a judge deciding to dismiss a lawsuit against TI and Tiny for alleged sexual assault? Irv Gotti Denies Sexual Assault & Abuse Allegations And Claims He’s Being Extorted

Via an alleged representative, Irv Gotti has denied the sexual assault and abuse allegations against him by an anonymous woman in a new lawsuit. Moreover, TMZ reportedly obtained a statement about how he might file a countersuit since the Jane Doe in question only made this case once he refused her requests for monetary compensation. Allegedly, this lawsuit against Gotti emerged “after Mr. Gotti rejected the attempt by this individual to coerce a payment of money from him. The lawsuit contains a single page of ‘facts’ which are unsworn to, sparse by any measure, and which Mr. Gotti categorically denies.”

Furthermore, the mystery female filed suit against Irv Gotti on July 11 in Florida with accusations of sexual assault, battery, and intentionally inflicted emotional distress. She alleges that he abused her during two years of dating beginning in 2020, and that “Gotti coerced Plaintiff into having sex with him” on vacation, the lawsuit reads. Other details of alleged “unwanted sexual acts” include that “Gotti forced her to perform oral sex on him in an elevator,” and that later that year, “he again forced her to perform oral sex on him in an Uber.” The relationship apparently ended after this.

“The allegations represent an affront to women who have truly suffered abuse,” Irv Gotti’s representative added. “Mr. Gotti has been surrounded by strong women the entirety of his life. His mother, five sisters, and daughter. The top employees at his company are women. Mr. Gotti’s relationships with women have been characterized by mutual respect, honesty, and empathy [and] Mr. Gotti’s reputation has been placed at issue.” In addition, the rep called this a “baseless” lawsuit and revealed that the Murder Inc. executive might retort with a countersuit.

Meanwhile, this is definitely a much larger issue than what Irv Gotti had previously faced on social media as of late. When Ashanti and Nelly announced that they’re expecting a child, the Internet trolled him into oblivion. But now things became much darker and much less fun to joke about. Hopefully we get to the bottom of this case and those criminally responsible see the justice that they deserve.
