Rolling Loud Miami Teams Up With Prime Video

Rolling Loud Miami is going down next weekend, and it promises to be a truly amazing show. Overall, so many big artists are going to be in attendance. For instance, Travis Scott, Playboi Carti., Lil Uzi Vert, and ASAP Rocky are tapped for the event. Moreover, a recent paid promotion on Instagram claims that Utopia will be performed for the very first time on July 22nd. This is a massive proclamation, and fans are not sure what to make of it. Either way, it is another reason to attend the festival.

In recent years, Rolling Loud has received a bit of criticism for how it had handled streaming. Although many of the sets can be viewed online, the stream isn’t always working to its best abilities. Furthermore, there are some instances where the artists refuse to be streamed. This subsequently leads to issues and a whole bunch of complaints from fans. Now, however, Rolling Loud Miami will be much easier to stream and its all thanks to a new deal with Amazon.

From Friday, July 21st to Sunday, July 23rd, the festival will be available for streaming through Prime Video as of 4 PM EST. Additionally, you will be able to watch the show on Twitch at the Amazon Music and Rolling Loud channels. This is a huge upgrade from previous years, and overall, it is very much in the best interest of fans. This pro-consumer approach is definitely going to be appreciated. For now, however, it is still unknown if every single artist has agreed to a stream.

Hopefully, this ends up being everything fans have hoped for. The festival boasts a truly fantastic lineup, and we’re sure some amazing performances are on the horizon. Let us know if you will be going to Rolling Loud Miami, in the comments section below. Additionally, stay tuned to HNHH for more news from around the music world.

Meek Mill has addressed the backlash he’s been receiving for shouting “free Tory Lanez” during his recent Rolling Loud performance. In a pair of posts on the new social media site, Threads, the Philadelphia rapper said that he’s got “real man influence” and “not internet tricks.” Meek made the remark while performing his 2016 collaboration with Lanez, “Litty.”

“I say free young thug … free lucci … free melly,” Meek began in one post. “I don’t even know why y’all start dealing with us if yall gone try to smear us …. That’s why I stick to the trenches.”

Lanez is currently behind bars due to the shooting of Megan Thee Stallion. He was originally convicted on three counts for the incident in 2022. They include first-degree assault with a firearm, discharge of a firearm with gross negligence, and having a concealed firearm in a vehicle – unregistered. He faces a maximum of 22 years and eight months in prison. A Los Angeles County Superior Court judge pushed Lanez’s sentencing date to Monday, August 7, 2023, last month. Be on the lookout for more information regarding his case at that time.

How To Watch Rolling Loud Miami 2023

After taking over Munich, Portugal, and Rotterdam earlier this month, Rolling Loud is returning to where it all started. Rolling Loud’s hometown Miami festival is set to kick off next week, but if you won’t be able to make it to Florida for the in-person action, have no fear; the customary livestream is returning once again to ensure that you can stay up-to-date on all the performances from ASAP Rocky, Playboi Carti, Travis Scott, and more.

According to a press release, Rolling Loud Miami will stream live from the Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens, July 21-23, on Amazon Music, Prime Video, and Rolling Loud’s Twitch channel. The stream will start each day at 4:00 ET and the livestream schedule will be announced ahead of the festival itself. In a statement, Rolling Loud co-founders Matt Zingler and Tariq Cherif said, “We are excited to team up with Amazon Music to bring Rolling Loud Miami to the masses. Miami is our flagship festival and hip-hop’s biggest stage, and with the help of Amazon Music, we can show millions of people what Rolling Loud is all about.”

Rolling Loud continues to expand both domestically and internationally; in addition to the above festivals, the brand also returned to Los Angeles this year and made inroads into Asia with its first Thailand show.

Eem Triplin Claims Next-Up On New EP “STILL PRETTY”

Eem Triplin’s come a long way since his viral performance at Rolling Loud in 2022 where he performed in front of 13 people in New York City. However, it seems like he won’t be entertaining small audiences for much longer. In the past year, he’s unleashed a string of singles including “AWKWARD FREESTYLE,” a record that earned him a glowing co-sign from Tyler, The Creator. Overall, he’s crafted a distinct sound for himself that draws influences from a range of artists to help form his dreamy soundscape.

The Johnston, PA artist has delivered a string of promising singles in the past few months. Records like “LET YOU KNOW” ft. $NOT became a full-circle moment from the days when he began working with $NOT and producing records like  “Revenge,” “Benzo,” and “Davanti.” However, since the beginning of the year, he dropped off singles like “Tell Me I’m Right” and “Walked In” to set the tone for his debut project.

Eem Triplin Unveils New Project

This weekend, the rapper made a statement with the release of his latest body of work, STILL PRETTY, a 7-song project that showcases his versatility and consistency. Eem Triplin holds it down on his own across STILL PRETTY, producing a large portion of the project alongside BRYVN, Sauron, Dahi, Charlie Myles, and more. The moody beats and contagious melodies, paired with his playful wordplay, underscore Triplin’s distinct sound that we hope he’ll be expanding on even more throughout the rest of the year.

The release of STILL PRETTY comes in the midst of a busy year for Eem Triplin. The rapper already hit the road as an opener for Lucki and recently joined $NOT on the Get Busy or Die tour. He also performed at Rolling Loud Portugal and will hit the stage at the festival’s iterations in Germany and Miami. Check out STILL PRETTY above and sound off with your thoughts in the comments.

Reese LaFlare Says Lil Uzi Vert Is His “Dawg 4L” Following Rolling Loud Comments

Rolling Loud Portugal went down this weekend with performances from everyone from the biggest rappers in the game, like Travis Scott, to YouTubers such as iShowSpeed. Speed’s released music in the past but not enough to qualify for a full-time rapper. Although fans appeared elated by his presence at the festival, Reese LaFlare seemingly took issue with the matter. The Atlanta-based rapper revealed that he hasn’t been able to perform at the festival for years due to a former feud.

“They put this N***a on stage but Stopped having me perform at Rolling loud because me and Uzi had ‘Beef’ once upon a time ….. H*e sh*t,” he tweeted on Saturday (July 8). As Speed’s fans leaped to his defense, Reese reiterated that the streamer isn’t actually an artist. DJ Scheme, who brought out the YouTuber during his set at Rolling Loud, said Speed has a massive following in Portugal. “it would of been criminal to not let bro rock out! This music Shit is about having fun & being yourself u know this!” Scheme told Reese, who agreed but stood by his stance.

Reese LaFlare Clarifies Friendship With Lil Uzi Vert

Via NoJumper

NoJumper later reposted Reese’s tweet about iShowSpeed with the headline reading, “ATL Rapper Reese LaFlare Calls Out Rolling Loud For Not Letting Him Perform Because Of Past Beef With Lil Uzi Vert.” In response, Reese slid in the comments to reiterate his advocacy for working musicians. “KEEP REAL ARTISTS AND MUSICIANS PERFORMING [heart emoji],” he said. “I speak [from] my personal experiences.” Afterward, he clarified that there are no issues between him and Uzi. “Sidenote I talk to Uzi all the time that’s my Dawg 4L.”

Lil Uzi Vert and Reese LaFlare’s feud dates back to 2016 when they allegedly got into an altercation at Day N Night Festival. However, two years later, both artists patched things up at a party. Besides Reese’s recent tweets, he recently released his mixtape, Diva Vol. 4. Hosted as a Gangsta Grillz effort, Reese LaFlare and DJ Drama joined forces for the 12-song project which includes appearances from Vince Staples, Ty Dolla $ign, Benny The Butcher and more.

Travis Scott Reportedly Set To Perform “Utopia” At Rolling Loud

Travis Scott is easily one of the biggest artists on the entire planet right now. Overall, everyone is looking forward to Utopia and everything that will come with it. However, we still technically do not know the official release date. Originally, the album was rumored for July 21st thanks to the watch face on a few billboards. From there, fans began to contemplate a July 28th release date as Travis announced that he would be performing at the Pyramids in Cairo, Egypt. Needless to say, fans don’t really know what to expect.

Additionally, a new development has hit social media and it has people believing that the album is, in fact, coming out on the 21st. This is all thanks to a paid advertisement by Rolling Loud on Instagram. Below, you can see that the advertisement makes mention of Travis Scott’s performance scheduled for July 22nd in Miami. It claims that this will be the first time the album is played Live. Consequently, this has people believing that the project will be released the day before. However, we still do not have a confirmation.

If the album does drop on the 21st, that means we are officially 10 days out from Utopia. Although, we don’t have a lead single, a cover, a tracklist, or even a features list. Overall, this is in line with the roll-out we got for Astroworld. Scott wants to keep things under wraps, and you have to respect that kind of strategy. Regardless, fans are extremely interested in where things are going to go right now. Hopefully, we end up with a truly memorable album.

Let us know which features and unreleased songs you would like to see on this new project. Moreover, do you think Utopia is going to be a classic? Stay tuned to HNHH for the latest news and updates from around the music world. We will continue to keep you updated on t

Meek Mill Declared ‘Free Tory Lanez’ During His Rolling Loud Portugal 2023 Appearance, And Fans Online Weren’t Too Happy About It

Since his release from prison in 2018, Meek Mill has used his platform to advocate for criminal justice reform. The “Dreams & Nightmares” rapper’s campaigning doesn’t stop when he hits the stage. During his Rolling Loud Portugal 2023 performances, Meek called for a fellow entertainer’s release. However, the musician learned quickly that not everyone agrees with him.

While performing his 2016 song “Litty,” Meek Mill declared “Free Tory Lanez” to the sea of Rolling Loud attendees, and while the crowd didn’t give him any pushback, social media wasn’t too happy about it. Lanez, who appeared on the track with Meek, is awaiting sentencing for assaulting rapper Megan Thee Stallion.

After the fan-captured clip was shared on social media, users chimed in on Meek’s call to release the recording artist. Several users alleged that Meek couldn’t find fault in what his former collaborator was convicted of because he was also accused of similar abusive behaviors toward his ex-girlfriend Nicki Minaj. One user wrote, “Of course, he says that birds of a feather flock together.”

Another user wrote, “Abusers supporting each other, what’s new.”

Meek denied all accusations of being abusive toward Minaj, writing in a now-deleted tweet, “The only way you can try to kill my career is to say I beat women.”

Reese LaFlare Mocked For Hating On IShowSpeed Rolling Loud Set

Reese LaFlare has hit out at Rolling Loud, claiming that the promotion refuses to book him over a previous beef with Lil Uzi Vert. It was a while ago, but LaFlare and Vert beefed back in 2016. Punches were reportedly thrown in an altercation at the Day N Night Festival. However, the beef appeared to be quashed in 2018, with Vert wishing LaFlare well on Twitter. Furthermore, LaFlare posted a picture with Vert from a Drake party.

The thing that appears to have set LaFlare off is a surprise performance by streamer IShowsSpeed at Rolling Loud Portugal. Speed is a controversial figure, known for his eye-catching antics on stream, a love of Cristiano Ronaldo, and several instances of off-color remarks. He was permanently banned from all Riot Games products after a sexist rant on stream in 2022. He further got into trouble after yelling “Konnichiwa” at a Chinese man while attending the 2022 FIFA World Cup. Despite these controversies, IShowSpeed remains on the biggest names in streaming. That, somehow, landed him a spot on the Rolling Loud billing.

LaFlare Objects To Speed Billing

“They put this N***a on stage but Stopped having me perform at Rolling loud because me and Uzi had “Beef” once upon a time ….. Hoe shit,” LaFlare commented on Twitter, quote-tweeting a clip from Speed’s set. However, the tweet likely didn’t get the response that LaFlare was looking for. As it turned out, most people either didn’t know who he was. Meanwhile, others argued that maybe he just wasn’t popular enough for Rolling Loud right now. Reese, who has never released a studio album, last released music with Diva Vol. 4.

He’s latest song dropped 2 days ago and got like 800 views, what is he talking about?😅,” one person asked. “To be fair I don’t think anyone knows who he is so make a hit and stop hating on Speed,” added another. “they stopped putting you on stage because nobody knows you, your set would be empty asf..,” argued a third. “Name 5 Reese la flare songs *gunpoint*”, added someone else. So maybe it was less about beefing with Uzi and more about just not being notable enough to not even undercard a regional Rolling Loud.
