Kanye West Is Reportedly Making Songs At A Rapid Pace Amid New Album Rumors

Kanye West has been in Italy for the last couple of months, or at least it has seemed that way. Overall, a lot of his moves in the country have been made public thanks to the paparazzi. Furthermore, he is constantly being seen alongside his wife, Bianca Censori. These two have certainly made a splash in the media, and a lot of rumors have come with that. Some say Kanye is controlling Censori, while others have noted that Censori allegedly just thinks her friends are jealous.

However, in the midst of all of this, it has also been reported that Kanye is working on a brand-new album. This comes as a bit of a surprise to fans when you consider all that has happened over the past year. Of course, he went on those anti-Semitic rants that had people swearing off Ye. That said, Kanye has always been able to avoid cancelation, regardless of what he does. This will definitely be put to the test with a new project.

Nipsey Hussle’s Baby Mama Allegedly Has “Unapproved” Recording Of Their Daughter

Nipsey Hussle’s ex, Tanisha Foster, continues to battle the late artist’s estate in court. Over the years, their legal back and forth has primarily surrounded the custody of their 14-year-old daughter, Emani. Most recently, Emani’s legal advocate, William Spiller, accused Foster of being in possession of an “unlawful” recording of the teen.

Though it remains unclear exactly what the recording is, Spiller notes that any conversation he has with Emani is protected under the law, and her having the recording is in violation of their attorney-client privilege. He claims that she’s failed to relinquish the tape, which he calls “surreptitious, unlawful, [and] unapproved.”

“It cannot be stressed enough that such a recording is unlawful,” Spiller emphasizes. He wants sanctions adding up to $2,500 filed against her, but according to her, she doesn’t have to pay up. Foster is now working to try to get Spiller removed from his position as Emani’s guardian ad litem, though she failed to specify a reason why. Nipsey Hussle’s family members are Emani’s primary legal guardians, after a judge ruled in 2019 not to give Foster guardianship. Instead, Nipsey’s siblings Samantha Smith and Sam Asghedom as well as his mother Angelique Smith, were given custody. At the time, they described Foster as being “unfit” to be Emani’s primary guardian.

His estate has also gone back and forth with the mother of his other child in the past, Lauren London. Regardless, both of his children are expected to inherit around $1 million from their late father. London and Foster continue to celebrate Nipsey after his 2021 death, with various heartfelt social media posts. What do you think of the legal battle between Nipsey’s ex and his estate? Travis Scott And Mike Dean Work On “UTOPIA” At Abbey Road Studios

Travis Scott and his producer Mike Dean were recently spotted working on Scott’s upcoming album, UTOPIA, at Abbey Road Studios. Dean shared a photo of the rapper on Instagram, writing “WE AT ABBEY!” The London recording studio is known for becoming a home base for The Beatles in the ’60s, later being renamed after their 1969 LP, Abbey Road. Travis Scott and his security team recently recreated the iconic album cover, walking in a line outside the studio with Scott’s famous UTOPIA briefcase in tow.

Scott has continued to tease the highly-anticipated album, being spotted several times recently with security toting the UTOPIA briefcase. Last week, Mike Dean even opened it, hinting to fans that the LP may be coming soon. He shared a photo on Instagram looking into the open briefcase, asking fans “What’s in the case?” This, of course, led to fans speculating on the album’s release date in the comments section. Epic Records CEO Sylvia Rhone previously said that the album is set to drop sometime this month, but no official release date has been confirmed.

According to Complex, fans may have a SZA feature to look forward to sometime in the near future. The outlet claims that a source told them the two have been recording new music together as of late. Behind-the-scenes photos of SZA’s “SOS” tour recently showed a member of her security team handcuffed to the UTOPIA briefcase. Scott also joined the songstress on stage at her tour stop in Amsterdam.

At a performance last month, Scott also teased a new collab with Bad Bunny, playing a snippet of the unreleased track at a Monaco club. This left listeners thinking that the Puerto Rican rapper may appear on UTOPIA. Fans also suspect that The Weeknd could be featured on the upcoming album. Last month, he shared photos alongside a security guard cuffed to the UTOPIA briefcase. Scott and the briefcase also made appearances at the premiere of The Weeknd’s series, The Idol, at Cannes Film Festival.

Young Thug Case: Potential Juror Jailed For Recording Trial

The latest update in the Young Thug case, where several other YSL members face RICO charges, concerns the seemingly unending jury selection process. Moreover, it’s been months of consistent delays and lengthy court proceedings to pick the case’s jury. Of course, it’s quite the complicated and high-profile indictment, so it’s understandable while still being frustrating. However, given all the leaked information that emerged surrounding this case, Judge Glanville tried very hard to keep things within the courtroom. As such, he sentenced a potential juror to three days in jail for recording part of the trial proceedings.

Although it’s unclear whether the recording in question actually came out, such actions could greatly affect the process. For example, leak of an interrogation of a YSL affiliate put said member in danger, caused a wave of speculation online, and made a codefendant seek mistrial. Despite probes into these leaks, it’s hard to identify who is putting out what on the Internet and social media. Not only that, but Judge Glanville specifically told all potential jurors that they couldn’t record anything in these proceedings.

Young Thug Trial Recording Gets Potential Juror Jailed

Furthermore, the juror candidate in question faced accusations of live-streaming court proceedings on March 17. Reportedly, she claimed that she took a quick video and then promptly deleted it after a fellow potential juror told her she’s not supposed to do that. Moreover, she says that deputies confiscated her phone and found the vid in the “recently deleted” folder. She further explained that it was her first time being called as a juror. Thus, she didn’t know what was allowed and what wasn’t. However, Glanville pushed back on this, as he maintained that he made guidelines very clear.

Meanwhile, the Atlanta Journal-Constitution reported that the court summoned around 1,200 potential jurors for this case. Still, not one has been selected as of yet. Given this and other curious developments in the case, this process will likely take weeks or months to complete. In the meantime, fans hold out hope that this case can at least get going as fast as possible. With that in mind, stick around on HNHH for the latest on the YSL trial and Young Thug.

Babyface Details Studio Session Between Mariah Carey & Whitney Houston

Babyface recently recalled mediating a recording session between Mariah Carey and Whitney Houston while there was tension between the two artists. Speaking with Vulture for a recent interview, Babyface reflected on the making of the 1998 song, “When You Believe,” for the movie The Prince of Egypt.

“Well, they did not record together. It was done separately. The one great thing that came out of that, more than anything, is that I was asked to be the producer because they both asked for me, and neither of them were going to do it, from what I understand, unless I was the producer,” the legendary R&B producer shared.

He then explained that neither singer would trust the other’s primary producer, which is why they brought in Babyface.

“Mariah’s producer was Walter Afanasieff at the time and did most of her stuff, and Whitney’s was David Foster. So neither one of them trusted those producers; Whitney wouldn’t have trusted Walter, and Mariah wouldn’t have trusted David.”

From there, Babyface revealed the two singers were willing to pose together for photos, despite not recording with one another.

“I was Switzerland, and I was able to go in there, and they both felt safe that I would do the best for them. It was a little bit of work to get to that point,” he added. “We had a photo-op together where they were in the studio together, but they did not sing together that time.”

Babyface previously worked with Houston for her album, My Love Is Your Love.
