Andrew Tate Raided Again Over Allegations Involving Minor: A Breakdown Of Accusations & His Response

Romanian authorities have once again raided the home of controversial internet figure Andrew Tate, according to AP. The 37-year-old influencer, who is awaiting trial on multiple serious charges including human trafficking and sexual exploitation, faces a fresh set of legal hurdles. This latest raid, conducted by Romania’s anti-organized crime agency, has put a bigger spotlight on the Tate brothers, who have denied any wrongdoing and allege the recent raids are part of a larger conspiracy.

New Raids In Bucharest & Ilfov County

In the early hours of Wednesday, masked police officers descended upon Andrew Tate’s residence in Bucharest, as well as three other locations in the surrounding Ilfov County. Romania’s Directorate for Investigating Organized Crime and Terrorism (DIICOT) led the operation as part of an ongoing investigation into serious allegations, including human trafficking, the trafficking of minors, sexual intercourse with a minor, influencing statements, and money laundering. Following the raids, DIICOT announced that hearings would be conducted later at their headquarters to further probe these allegations.

Mateea Petrescu, a spokesperson for Andrew Tate, acknowledged the raids and confirmed that his legal team is actively involved. “Although the charges in the search warrant are not yet fully clarified, they include suspicions of human trafficking and money laundering,” Tate’s spokesperson said. Notably, there was no mention of the allegations involving minors.

Andrew Tate Responds

Following the raids, Tate reposted a video of his brother, Tristan, addressing the allegations involving a minor, claiming that the alleged victim is actually a friend of theirs who would be willing to testify on their behalf. “The “minor” they are talking about is 24 years old. But because she first followed me years ago, when she was 17. They say I INTENDED TO traffic her. Even though, I literally did nothing to her and we’ve been friends for years,” he tweeted.

Later, he suggested that his pro-Palestine stance played a role in the raids and wrote #FreeGaza on his page. “9 hours into the house search and an armed police officer looks at me apologetically and shrugs his shoulders. He said ‘You’ve made somebody very angry,’” he tweeted. “I don’t have a phone because it was taken by the police. But when I speak loud my words are heard by someone from a computer far far away by magic.”

Ongoing Legal Struggles

This raid is just the latest development in the ongoing legal battles facing Andrew Tate and his brother Tristan. The two, both former kickboxers with dual British-U.S. citizenship, were arrested in Romania in 2022 alongside two Romanian women. Prosecutors formally indicted the group last year, and in April, a Bucharest court ruled that their case met the necessary legal criteria for trial, though a start date has yet to be set. Despite the charges, Tate and his associates have consistently denied any wrongdoing.

Since their arrest, the Tate brothers have faced a series of legal restrictions. Initially held in police detention, they were later placed under house arrest and restricted to Bucharest and Ilfov County, before the restrictions extended to all of Romania. In July, a court ruling that temporarily allowed the brothers to leave Romania, provided they remained within the European Union, was overturned, keeping them grounded as they await trial.

Sean Kingston Arrested Hours After House Raid On Fraud & Theft Charges

Just hours after his mother went into police custody during a SWAT raid on his Florida mansion, authorities arrested Sean Kingston at a California concert on fraud and theft charges. Moreover, he was performing at Fort Irwin for U.S. Army personnel, as indicated by social media coverage of these chaotic developments and some surfaced show clips. The singer and rapper now awaits extradition to Florida, where authorities filed these charges, from a San Bernadino jail. Authorities arrested his mother Janice Turner on similar charges of fraud and theft, which he reacted to via his Instagram Story. “People love negative energy! I am good and so is my mother! My lawyers are handling everything as we speak.”

Furthermore, this all relates to a lawsuit against Sean Kingston filed earlier this year from the company Ver Ver Entertainment LLC. They claim Kingston breached his contract with them and committed fraud when he reached out to buy a big TV and sound system. Rather than paying over $100,000 for the goods, he allegedly promised the company that he and “Eenie Meenie” collaborator Justin Bieber would make promotional videos for it. Following a $30,000 down payment and the promise of another $47,000 sum down the line, this promise allegedly never manifested after they installed the TV, and neither did the social media promotions.

Sean Kingston Arrested During Performance

Previously, Sean Kingston caught accusations of failing to pay for certain items, such as a November 2023 debacle with watch company Dream Watch over two unpaid pieces: a Richard Millie Model RM 65.01 Automatic and a Patek Phillipe Calibre. The company, seeking an award of over a million dollars, claimed that he contacted them in 2022 to buy the watches. Apparently, a representative flew from Malaysia to Los Angeles to give them. Allegedly, the Jamaican-American creative didn’t have the money for them, despite promising to pay via wire transfer.

“Sean Kingston represented his initial wire attempt was rejected because it was flagged by his bank due to the large amount being wired overseas,” the lawsuit read. “Thereafter, Kingston represented his account was frozen due to the initial wire attempt, amongst other excuses which persisted for over three months until Kingston stopped responding to Plaintiff entirely. Ultimately, the agreed upon funds [are still missing], and Defendants continue to refuse to render payment as agreed. Defendant Kingston continues to possess the two watches.”

Sean Kingston’s Home Raided By Police: What We Know

Law enforcement swarmed and raided Sean Kingston’s home in South Florida on Thursday morning amid an ongoing probe relating to fraud and theft charges, Page Six can confirm. The raid, involving multiple law enforcement agencies, targeted Kingston’s residence in Southwest Ranches and resulted in the arrest of his mother, Janice Turner. Moreover, the operation was part of an active investigation led by the Broward County Sheriff’s Office. Kingston, whose real name is Kisean Paul Anderson, was not present during the raid, as he was in transit from Los Angeles to Las Vegas following a performance. The specifics of the investigation and the full extent of Kingston’s involvement remain unclear at this time.

Details Of The Raid

The Broward County Sheriff’s Office confirmed that their investigation commenced early Thursday in Dania Beach, Florida, and subsequently extended to Kingston’s home. The raid involved several detectives from the Dania Beach District, the Strategic Investigations Unit, and a SWAT team. Local news outlets reported a significant police presence as they raided his home, with over a dozen deputies and a command center set up in Sean Kingston’s driveway.

Authorities served arrest and search warrants, leading to the detention of Kingston’s 61-year-old mother, Janice Turner, on multiple fraud and theft charges, per Local 10 News. The public information officer emphasized further that the investigation is ongoing, and more details will probably emerge as it progresses.

At the time of police raided his home, Sean Kingston was not at his Florida residence. He had posted on his Instagram Story on Wednesday, indicating he had just finished a show in Los Angeles and was heading to Las Vegas. This suggests that Kingston may have been unaware of the imminent police action at his home.

The “Beautiful Girls” singer is currently entangled in a legal dispute with Ver Ver Entertainment, which has sued him for failing to make payments on a 232-inch television installed at his Broward County home. Furthermore, court documents filed in February outline the allegations, with Ver Ver Entertainment accusing Kingston of fraudulent behavior to acquire expensive items without payment.

Dennis Card, the attorney representing Ver Ver Entertainment, described Kingston’s alleged tactics as a systematic fraud. Card stated, “He induces them into giving him really expensive things. We know that our property is inside this house right here, so as soon as the raid takes place, we are going to have a crew of people in there to reassemble it and take it back to its rightful owner.”

This recent raid is not Kingston’s first encounter with legal issues regarding his financial dealings. In 2016, he was sued for $300,000 for jewels he allegedly could not afford. Additionally, a separate Florida jeweler took legal action against him for $48,000 worth of unpaid goods. In 2015, a court ordered Kingston to pay over $356,000 to Avi Da Jeweler, a New York-based jeweler, for bounced checks related to watches. Kingston’s penchant for a lavish lifestyle, including high-value watches, custom beds, and state-of-the-art electronics, has undoubtedly brought him into conflict with creditors and legal authorities. His legal representatives have yet to comment on the latest developments.

What’s Next?

As the investigation continues, questions remain about whether Sean Kingston himself will face arrest. Law enforcement has not confirmed whether one of the arrest warrants issued was for Kingston or if plans are in place to detain him in connection with the fraud and theft charges involving his mother. However, he has since responded to the raid, writing, “People love negative energy! I am good and so is my mother! My lawyers are handling everything as we speak. Fans and observers alike will be pay close attention as more information comes to light and as Kingston potentially navigates yet another legal storm.

Sean Kingston Updates Fans After Home Raid & His Mother’s Arrest

This morning, Sean Kingston’s Florida mansion was raided by authorities, and his mother was taken into custody on various charges. The suit, filed by Ver Ver Entertainment LLC in February, accuses him of failing to pay for a $150K entertainment system.

Now, Kingston has provided fans with an eagerly anticipated response to the raids. In an Instagram Story, he explained that both he and his mother are doing well and that their legal difficulties are being worked out by their lawyers. In his update, Kingston also threw a bit of shade at those discussing the case. “People love negative energy!” he began. “I am good and so is my mother!.. My lawyers are handling everything as we speak [prayer emoji].”

Sean Kingston Says He & His Mother Are “Good”

It remains unclear whether or not anything came of the raid, which Kingston wasn’t home for according to TMZ. A lawyer representing Ver Ver Entertainment LLC, Dennis Card, allegedly was. He alleges that Kingston reached out to the company to purchase the entertainment system last year. In order to reduce its $150K price tag, he allegedly agreed to make a promotional video for the product alongside Justin Bieber but failed to follow through with his end of the deal.

“He likes having bling, he likes showing off, he’s a showman,” Card claimed. “My client has a $150,000 television sound system that’s in there, there’s also about $1 million worth of watches that are in there, there’s a $80,000 custom bed that was ordered. This is an organized systematic fraud.” What do you think of Sean Kingston’s response to his Florida mansion getting raided this morning? Sean Kingston’s Home Gets Raided, His Mother Arrested Amid Alleged Fraud Investigation

Today, Sean Kingston’s Florida mansion was reportedly raided by authorities in connection to a lawsuit. The suit was filed in February of this year by Ver Ver Entertainment LLC. They accuse the performer of breach of contract as well as fraud. Allegedly, he reached out to the company last year to buy an entertainment system, which was reportedly worth roughly $150K. To lower the price, Kingston allegedly agreed to promote the product in a video with Justin Bieber but never followed through with his end of the deal.

“He likes having bling, he likes showing off, he’s a showman,” attorney Dennis Card claims. “My client has a $150,000 television sound system that’s in there, there’s also about $1 million worth of watches that are in there, there’s a $80,000 custom bed that was ordered. This is an organized systematic fraud.”

Sean Kingston Accused Of Scamming Ver Ver Entertainment LLC

At the time of writing it’s unclear whether or not Kingston was home during the raid, though his 61-year-old mother Janice Turner was. She was taken into custody at the scene on various charges of fraud and theft. The company suing Kingston believes the musician didn’t “have any intention” of making a promotional video for their product. “He’s 100 percent a scammer, he’s on felony probation right now for trafficking in stolen property, he’s got judgments against him for procuring more than $1 million in watches without paying for them,” Card alleges. “This is just an ongoing pattern for Sean.”

Benny The Butcher dropping by The Breakfast Club isn’t anything new, though his latest interview with DJ Envy and Charlamagne Tha God does have hip-hop heads talking. YNW Melly: Alleged Victim’s Father Blasts Witness Tampering, Home Raid Notes Revealed

The YNW Melly case is the cause of much discussion and speculation online, especially now ahead of its retrial. Moreover, the father of one of his alleged victims (YNW Juvy), Christopher Thomas Sr., recently joined Law & Crime‘s Sidebar podcast. Specifically, he blasted the Florida rapper’s new witness tampering charges, as he stands accused of persuading his ex-girlfriend Mariah Hamilton and her mom Felicia Holmes to conceal information about the alleged double murder. Not only that, but some alleged footage came out of what police discovered during a raid on codefendant YNW Bortlen’s house. All in all, things are getting complicated very fast.

“They going through extreme measures to try to cover up or convince people not to testify like Mariah and Mariah’s mom,” Thomas alleged regarding the YNW Melly case. “They was using code words like Rihanna and A$AP Rocky’s baby mom. To me, when I looked at the text messages, I mean Instagram messages, with Bortlen and she said like, ‘You will never- good will never come to somebody because you snake somebody that never did anything to you,’ my mind instantly went to Chris. Like she talking about Juvy ‘cause he didn’t in that situation. I ain’t saying he was an angel, but he didn’t snake Melly. Melly took Chris out.

“And for them to even go through this process, I’m thinking they don’t care nothing about my son,” the father’s accusations about these YNW Melly charges went on. “They don’t care nothing about Chris. I’m like dang, man. Felicia Holmes and Mariah Hamilton, to sit there and be on your own channel and talking about Juvy and Sak were like brothers to her and then do that to them, that’s an insult. It’s just cr*zy.

“There’s a lot of evidence that’s not going to be allowed in,” he concluded. “But everybody in the world know who it points to. But the people that’s lying and covering up, they need to do something about them people too. In my book, they just as guilty.” For more news and the latest updates on the YNW Melly double murder case, come back to HNHH.

Polo G Charged With Illegal Possession Of A Weapon, New Details Of Alleged Robbery Emerge

Earlier this week, it was reported that Polo G’s Los Angeles mansion was raided by police in connection to an alleged robbery. At the time, a representative for the rapper claimed that he was not the primary focus of the investigation. He was, however, taken into custody along with three others. It was later revealed that law enforcement found a firearm during their search, and Polo G’s attorney took the opportunity to set the record straight.

“The incident surrounded someone staying in Polo’s home and not Polo directly,” the attorney claimed. “The officers have detained Polo to ‘verify’ that he is not a convicted felon, as they assert a firearm was found in the home. It is widely known that Polo is not a convicted felon and never was a convicted felon.” Reports later surfaced stating that the rapper was released on bond. He was arrested again shortly after for alleged kidnapping, and subsequently released again. Details of the robbery were previously unknown, however, TMZ recently spoke with the LAPD to gain more insight.

Polo G Charged With Illegal Possession Of A Weapon

Reportedly, Polo G’s brother Trench Baby had invited an unnamed man to his home to film a music video. Once the man arrived, however, Trench Baby allegedly pulled a gun on him and demanded that he empty his pockets. In addition to this, he allegedly told the man to wire him money. The outlet reports that Trench Baby and the man had worked together in the past, though it’s unclear why he was victimized. LAPD also claims to have found a small amount of unnamed drugs on his person upon his arrest.

Trench Baby has been charged with robbery, while Polo G has been charged with illegal possession of a weapon. This comes as a disappointment to fans, who have been eagerly-awaiting his upcoming release, Hood Poet. With that being said, it’s unclear exactly how his legal difficulties could impact the release. Stay tuned to HNHH for more updates on Polo G.

Polo G & Family Bail Out Of Prison On Felony Charges After Police Raid: Report

Authorities reportedly released Polo G and his brother from prison on bond, and got felony charges following a Wednesday (August 23) police raid on the Chicago rapper’s home. Moreover, his mother also clarified that they released his sister as well, and she announced that Polo and his sibling Taurean came home. Both had a $100,000 bail, left jail on Thursday (August 24), and have upcoming court dates on September 12 and 13, respectively. However, after officials finished the raid, police arrested them on Wednesday for several felonies, according to TMZ Hip Hop. These include kidnapping, assault with a deadly weapon, and robbery, and they bonded out the following day. In addition, on Wednesday, the Hall Of Fame MC’s lawyer Bradford Cohen spoke to XXL about these developments.

“The incident surrounded someone staying in Polo’s home and not Polo directly,” he remarked to the publication. “The officers have detained [Polo G] to ‘verify’ that he is not a convicted [criminal], as they assert a firearm was found in the home. It is widely known that Polo is not convicted and never was convicted. I personally got all his charges in Miami dismissed when he was in our opinion wrongfully arrested and charged. They have refused to allow us access to our client which is also an illegal and unethical practice and someone will have to answer for these new wrongful actions.”

Furthermore, Cohen referred to an earlier 2021 incident with this statement. Authorities arrested Polo G in Miami and faced charges of “battery on a police officer, threatening a public servant, resisting an officer with violence, resisting an officer without violence, and criminal mischief.” Regarding the robbery charges, it seems authorities were concerned that he was harboring a fugitive, and other reports suggested that the robbery fugitive in question was Taurean. “Polo, Leilani, and Baby are detained,” his mother had written on social media. “An active investigation is taking place… To my knowledge, Polo is not the object / focus of the investigation. I am hopeful that the LAPD will handle this matter with tact and transparency. I will update you all as time permits.”

Polo’s Sister Speaks Out After Prison Release

Meanwhile, this threw a wrench into the 24-year-old’s release rollout, although more clicks can’t hurt. His upcoming album Hood Poet may be his last, and it’s unclear if this legal case will impact it significantly. Hopefully he’s able to sort all this out and authorities can get a clearer image of who’s at fault. On that note, keep checking in with HNHH for more news and the latest updates on Polo G.
