X (Formerly Twitter) Is Officially Allowing Porn But There’s A Catch

Elon Musk’s social media platform, X (formerly Twitter), is officially allowing porn to be posted on the site, but the adult content must be labeled as such and can’t be posted in profile pictures or banners. The company made the announcement in a statement on Monday.

“We believe that users should be able to create, distribute and consume material related to sexual themes as long as it is consensually produced and distributed,” X said in a statement. “Sexual expression, whether visual or written, can be a legitimate form of artistic expression. We believe in the autonomy of adults to engage with and create content that reflects their own beliefs, desires, and experiences, including those related to sexuality.”

“We balance this freedom by restricting exposure to Adult Content for children or adult users who choose not to see it,” the statement continues, “We also prohibit content promoting exploitation, nonconsent, objectification, sexualization or harm to minors, and obscene behaviors. We also do not allow sharing Adult Content in highly visible places such as profile photos or banners.” The company defines “adult content” as any “consensually produced and distributed material depicting adult nudity or sexual behavior that is pornographic or intended to cause sexual arousal.”

X To Formally Allow Adult Content

Kanye West Announces Plans For Yeezy Adult Entertainment Studio

Few pop culture events are more chaotic than a Kanye West press tour. The rapper manages to shock fans every time he sits down for an interview, and this week has been no different. West told TMZ on Tuesday that he plans to start a brand new pornography studio under his Yeezy banner. This has been a long time coming, according to the outlet. West plans to launch the porn studio as early as this summer, with the help of industry veteran Mike Moz.

A representative for Kanye West claimed he’s entertained the notion of getting into porn for several years. The difference maker, it seems, is the connection with the aforementioned Moz. As a former boyfriend of Stormy Daniels, Moz reportedly has the experience and the knowledge to make a porn studio successful. At least, in the rapper’s estimation. TMZ reported that the Yeezy porn studio would kick off a “broader adult entertainment division” with Yeezy as the parent company. West has not yet commented on the business plan in a public capacity.

Kanye West has a contentious history with pornography. He served as the official creative director of the 2018 Pornhub Awards, and performed his single “I Love It” at the ceremony. The rapper has also claimed to have a porn addiction that threatened his relationship with his ex-wife and his children. In 2022, he got on Instagram to criticize social media for making porn more accessible than ever. “Hollywood is a giant brothel Pornography destroyed my family I deal with the addiction,” he claimed. “Instagram promotes it Not gonna let it happen to Northy and Chicago,” he continued.

West is singing a completely different tune in 2024, which is something fans should be well accustomed to. The rapper famously cycles through different eras and belief systems in his life and music, only to change things up shortly after. Historically, West has announced business plans that have yet to come to fruition, so time will tell if Yeezy’s adult entertainment studio actually happens. Until it does, it’s yet another bizarre chapter in the Kanye West saga.

Hit-Boy Opens Up On Career Soundtracking P*rn

Hit-Boy fans probably weren’t expecting his Twitter feed to light up in the particular way it did today. It all started when he tweeted out a beat of his that he made to soundtrack an erotic film long before he made it as a successful producer. “the part of my journey I never told no one. my cousin phashon RIP used to direct p*rn when i was younger. he used to buy beats from me for the score to his films,” the producer said in a Tweet. He went on to reference the specific video he posted in particular. “he bought this beat from me for a pinky scene when i was 18. I was tryn make dr dre type beats,” the tweet reads.

Unsurprisingly, fans had a LOT to say about the revelation. Many expressed surprise that as massive a producer as Hit-Boy was ever restricted to soundtracking p*rn movies. Others thought it was hilarious that Hit-Boy specifically mentioned he was channeling Dr. Dre with the beats he was producing. Regardless, it led to an entire day of discussions between Hit-Boy and fans about his previously unknown former job.

Hit-Boy Reveals Where His Beats Used To End Up

Hit-Boy has had quite a busy 2023 so far, releasing three entire albums. The first of which Victims & Villains was a full length collaboration with Musiq Soulchild that came out back in March. Later that month he dropped a solo album called SURF OR DROWN. The record had features from The Alchemist, Nas, Curren$y, Dom Kennedy, James Fauntleroy, and more. Last week he dropped another collaborative project this time with his dad, Big Hit. His father had just been released from prison earlier this year and wasted no time getting back to the studio.

Superstar musicians like Nas and Beyonce aren’t the only celebs Hit-Boy likes to hang out with either. Pope Francis Discusses Views On Porn, Abortion, & More

Pope Francis recently sat down for a candid interview for a new Hulu documentary titled The Pope: Answers, in which he speaks with young adults between the ages of 20 and 25. In the film, the Pope admits that online dating apps like Tinder and Hinge are a “normal” option for meeting potential partners. He also discusses the Church’s views on the LGBTQ community, abortions, and more.

“Sex is one of the beautiful things God gave to human beings,” he said. “… Christians haven’t always had a mature catechesis on sex.” As for porn, he added: “To express oneself sexually is something rich. Anything that diminishes a true sexual expression, diminishes you as well, it renders you partial, and it diminishes that richness.”

Pope Francis also voiced his support for the LGBTQ community, saying that the church must be supportive of all. “The church cannot close its doors on anybody,” he said. “I don’t have the right to cast anyone out from the church. My job is to receive, always.” As for those who get abortions, he added: “It’s good to call things by their name. It is one thing to accompany the person who had one [abortion], quite another to justify the act.” He also said that, at one month from conception, a human embryo is no longer “a bunch of cells that got together, but a systemized human life.”

The Pope’s interview releases as he’s been recovering from bronchitis, which hospitalized him for three days. The 86-year-old recently returned to the public eye on Easter to preside over the Vigil Mass at St. Peter’s Basilica. The Pope: Answers premiered on Hulu on April 5.

Searches For Stormy Daniels Up 32,000% After Donald Trump Indictment

Searches for Stormy Daniels on Pornhub are skyrocketing following the recent indictment of Donald Trump. According to TMZ, there’s been a 32,000% increase in the porn star’s typical daily average for searches as compared to her average daily searches since January. As of last Wednesday, there were about 34,500 searches for Daniels, whereas this week, there were 630,000 searches.

Daniels recently thanked her fans for their support on Twitter amid Trump’s ongoing legal battle. “Thank you to everyone for your support and love!” she wrote. “I have so many messages coming in that I can’t respond…also don’t want to spill my champagne #Teamstormy merch/autograph orders are pouring in, too! Trump appeared in court in New York City on Tuesday, before flying back to Mar-a-Lago that same night. There, he delivered a speech condemning the case against him as well as the Manhattan district attorney. “They can’t beat us at the ballot box, so they try to beat us through the law,” Trump said. From there, he added: “The only crime that I’ve committed is to fearlessly defend our nation from those who seek to destroy it. The criminal is the district attorney because he illegally leaked massive amounts of grand jury information, for which he should be prosecuted — or at a minimum, he should resign.”

The case against Trump hinges on payments to Daniels that allegedly violate federal campaign finance laws. In total, Trump faces 34 felony counts of falsifying business records. Trump’s former fixer, Michael Cohen, has admitted to paying $130,000 in 2016 to silence Daniels’ story about an alleged affair with the former president.
