Desiigner Violated Pretrial Release Terms In Public Masturbation Case, He Admits

Desiigner’s currently facing charges for exposing himself and masturbating on a plane, and his case just got a massive speed bump. Moreover, TMZ Hip Hop allegedly obtained court documents that show that the rapper reportedly admitted to violating terms of his pretrial release. More specifically, these were drug testing to prove a refusal of drug use, having no contact with alleged victims, and abstaining from drinking alcohol. This incident occurred back in April, and this alleged admission could result in the judge revoking his pretrial release and putting him in prison. Furthermore, apparently his probation officer told the court that the “Mafia Water” MC admitted this, and that he failed to attend drug testing.

However, these charges of indecent exposure were explained by the New York artist as a result of dwindling mental health. While it’s never healthy or appropriate to speculate on these issues, it’s certainly a factor that could affect his will or ability to participate in these release terms. As such, we wish Desiigner the best on this tough but surmountable journey of accountability and self-improvement. In fact, he checked himself into a mental health facility to deal with his problems.

Still, apparently the 26-year-old also meant to attend counseling sessions, which the probation officer reportedly said he was unable to verify. In particular, he claimed that Desiigner hasn’t done his due diligence to submit proof of these sessions and his consistent attendance of them. In addition, apparently he hasn’t signed onto co-payment agreements for his drug testing. Also, the former XXL Freshman hasn’t provided the probation office with a P.O. Box address for it.

Meanwhile, this legal trouble served as a backdrop to his various new music releases over the past few months. One of these was “Timmy Turner 2,” a single in which he specifically tackles topics of mental health and personal struggle. With that in mind, it’s at least heartening to see that these developments haven’t stopped his drive to continue his career. But the issue still remains: if he can’t balance the two based on these new reports, then he could face more consequences than he bargained for. On that note, check back in with HNHH for the latest news and updates on Desiigner.

Boosie Badazz Reveals He’s Masturbated On A Flight Before

Last month, rapper Desiigner entered a mental facility after being charged with incident exposure. Allegedly, Desiigner had been caught masturbating on a flight from Japan to the United States. “I turned 26 today and i want to thank ya’ll for holding me down,” he wrote to Instagram last week. “I admitted myself into a facility last week to focus on my mental health. But before that i had planned to release TIIMMY TURNER 2 this week as a surprise to my fans. I recorded this joint a while ago and it reflects on where i’ve been mentally over the past year,” Desiigner wrote on social media after the news broke.

A few days after the incident, Boosie was on VladTV and asked about the incident. “So he just went dumb?” Boosie asked. “Aye, did he go head up with the bitch [allegedly referring to the flight attendant]? Oh he just jacked off? Oh, he fucked up. He need to go to that fucking hospital. He need to take his ass to that hospital.” In that same clip, Boosie explained the right way to get yourself off on a plane. While having sex on a plane, aka entering the “mile high club”, is a fairly common feat, less attention to given to solo entrants.

Boosie Admits To Jerking It On A Plane

While the story is a little old, VladTV only uploaded the clip of Boosie’s own aerial masturbation experience on June 3. “My dick get hard on the plane,” Boosie went on to explain. “It was a long plane ride. My dick get hard on the plane too. Go jack off in the bathroom. I dun did it before. Go jack off in the bathroom. Fucking right I did. I was watching Twitter one day. That bitch was — mayne I was on Twitter, I went and hit my shit in the bathroom. Fucking right.”

Boosie continued. “On the plane. Yeah, I jacked off on the plane. That bitch got hard and it was about a five-hour flight. I killed that motherfucker right there. It was American, I was on American, I remember.” So there you go folks – follow in Boosie’s example and if you absolutely need to relieve yourself (sexually) on a plane, do it in the bathroom. Pimp C Initially Thought Jay-Z Was Rapping About Masturbating On “Big Pimpin’”

A misunderstanding over one of Jay-Z’s lyrics on “Big Pimpin‘” allegedly played a role in Pimp C being hesitant to appear on the iconic track. Roc-A-Fella A&R Kyambo “Hip-Hop” Joshua recalled the story during a recent appearance on the R.O.A.D. Podcast.

He explained that Pimp C thought that Jay was referring to masturbating when he rapped, “Let ’em play with the dick in the truck.”

However, Pimp C’s first issue with appearing on “Big Pimpin’” was his respect for 2Pac. The late legend’s death was still recent at the time they recorded the song.

“But once he got past that, he thought Jay was saying that he was playing with his dick in the truck,” Joshua recalled. “So he’s like, ‘Man, I’m not getting on no song with another man talkin’ bout playing with hisself in the truck! Young Hop, you my boy, but what you tryna have me doin’, man?’ He said, ‘That’s like career suicide!’”

From there, they clarified that Jay was referring to female passengers who would be in the car with him.

“He said, ‘I could see that. That makes sense now.’ Then he kinda got closer to doing it,” Joshua added.

Jay-Z was eventually able to convince UGK to appear on “Big Pimpin’.” He included the song on his fourth studio album, Vol. 3… Life and Times of S. Carter. The song was a massive success, peaking at No. 18 on the Billboard Hot 100 songs chart. It also helped propel the album to triple platinum status in the time since its release.
