In Arizona, the ACLU filed a petition to extend the state’s deadline for voters to fix issues with their mail-in ballots. Conversely, in Pennsylvania, attorneys filed a suit challenging the validity of undated mail-in ballots, contending that some were counted in violation of state law. Republicans in Georgia filed a lawsuit arguing that it was illegal for county election officials to accept mail ballots after early voting ended but before the close of the general election.

Each case has its own unique set of allegations and evidence, with varying levels of validity. Some legal experts caution that while a few cases may present legitimate grounds for review, others seem based on speculative claims.

Further, the American Bar Association (ABA) has cautioned attorneys about filing baseless lawsuits against state electoral ballot-counting facilities. The ABA stresses that attorneys must avoid using the legal system for unsupported claims that may create confusion and decrease public trust in elections.

While attorneys play a key role in addressing legitimate concerns over electoral integrity, the ABA warns that baseless lawsuits can strain court resources. Attorneys are urged to ensure that any election-related litigation is grounded in credible evidence to uphold ethical and legal standards. The ABA notes that filing meritless lawsuits can have severe repercussions as the lawyers involved may face disciplinary action or disbarment.

States and federal courts have increasingly responded to unsubstantiated election-related lawsuits by dismissing cases and, in some instances, imposing penalties on those who filed them. Judges have openly criticized cases that lack merit, warning that such actions can be costly to the state and potentially delay the certification of results. The next few weeks will determine the fate of many of these cases.

Cardi clapped back by sharing a New York Post front page showing Melania Trump in the nude.

Fans in the replies are loving her post. “That’s right Cardi! They are such hypocrites!” one user wrote back. Another added: “I love this. I’m a new fan, Cardi! We’re all hurting, we’re all the same.” Others did continue to troll her over the election results.

Ranting about the two topics on X (formerly Twitter) Banks alleged that Diddy’s attempts at getting out on bail are because he learned Donald Trump will be the future president of the United States.

It’s not the first time Banks has weighed in on Diddy, having theorized in a post from September that he was the “bottom” and Meek Mill was the “top” in an alleged sexual relationship, which stems from allegations put forth in Lil Rod’s sexual assault lawsuit from earlier this year. She had been reacting to since-debunked audio at the time that claimed to be of the two rappers getting intimate.

Kamala Harris is spending time with her family after losing the 2024 presidential election to Donald Trump. Her niece, Meena, recently shared photos of her playing Connect Four with some loved ones. Meena wrote in the caption: “Back to where it all began only a few months ago. My eternal gratitude to everyone who showed up. We love her so much.”

Fans of her campaign showed plenty of support in the comments section. “It’s so bittersweet but I’m so glad she gets to have this kind of love and joy again,” one user wrote. Another added: “I know that’s right Kamala! You don’t deserve all that Dramala. Gone and rest your Mindala.” One more theorized that she’ll get the job done in 2028: “She will be back. Harris conceded to Donald Trump in the 2024 election back on November 6th, after losing every swing state to the Republican candidate. “The outcome of this election is not what we wanted, not what we fought for, not what we voted for,” she told her supporters during a speech at Howard University. “But hear me when I say … the light of America’s promise will always burn bright as long as we never give up and as long as we keep fighting.”

Donald Trump Vows To Terminate Gender-Affirming Care When He Takes Office

Following a victorious campaign for a second term, convicted United States president-elect Donald Trump is starting to outline his plans for his first few days in office next January. One of his main missions is to terminate gender-affirming healthcare for transgender youth and the U.S. citizenry at large, which he explained via a new video. The 47th president of the nation promised to end all federal programs promoting concepts of sex and gender transition at any age, and also brought up his planned outlawing of surgeries, puberty blockers, and more procedures when it comes to underage individuals.

“Here’s my plan to stop the chemical, physical, and emotional mutilation of our youth,” Donald Trump recently expressed. “On day one, I will revoke Joe Biden’s cruel policies on so-called gender-affirming care. Ridiculous. A process that involves giving kids puberty blockers, mutating their physical appearance, and ultimately performing surgery on minor children. Can you believe this? I will sign a new executive order instructing every federal agency to cease all programs that promote the concept of sex and gender transition at any age.”

In addition, Donald Trump also plans to request that Congress block taxpayer dollars from being used to further these procedures, along with a law prohibiting the “sexual mutilation” of a child in all 50 states. Also, he announced his desire to terminate hospitals or healthcare providers from Medicaid and Medicare if they participate in gender-affirming care. The near-assassinated public official (which fortunately did not happen) added a plan to create a private right of action through which individuals can sue doctors who provided gender-affirming care to minors. He claimed the Department of Justice will investigate big pharma and hospital networks to determine if they covered up side effects of transition processes for profit.

Other elements of Donald Trump’s plans concerning gender-affirming care include investigations into alleged and potential hormone and puberty blocker trafficking, policing affirmations of transgender identity in state and school districts, the promotion of positive nuclear families and strictly unique gender roles, passing a bill in Congress declaring the only recognized genders by the United States government to be male and female (assigned at birth), and the notion that a child cannot assume a new gender or identity without their parents’ consent. Sadly, this plan falls into the exact misconceptions, polarizations, bigotries, generalizations, misunderstandings, and over-reaching violations of personal rights and freedoms that led this administration and ideology into a second term.

However, he feels like his support of the convicted president-elect resulted in some groups and organizations trampling over his freedom of speech. The reason why is because the organizers for a meet and greet with the rapper this week canceled the event due to his political views. FBI Thwarts Another Alleged Assassination Attempt On Donald Trump’s Life

Donald Trump has now faced various attempts on his life, and that’s not counting the ones that remained plans instead of full-on attempts. For example, according to The Washington Post, law enforcement charged three men in connection to an alleged plot to assassinate the convicted United States president-elect during his successful campaign for a second term in office. An FBI agent’s sworn testimony detailed phone conversations with Farhad Shakeri, a correspondent for the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps who is one of the three men federal authorities accused of this plot. Shakeri alleged that he and the codefendants planned to assassinate the Republican politician in mid-September.

Allegedly, they received a deadline of October 7 to come up with a plot, but plans did not find an opportunity to manifest due to Farhad Shakeri’s contact in the Guard Corps’ disapproval. According to Shakeri, his contact found their plan to lack in strategic value, and suggested that they attempt to resume the plot after the election. They mistakenly thought Donald Trump would lose, according to Shakeri’s alleged testimony. “[Shakeri] was tasked by the regime to direct a network of criminal associates to further Iran’s assassination plots against its targets, including president-elect Donald J. Trump,” Attorney General Merrick Garland stated.

Furthermore, law enforcement arrested Fahrad Shakeri’s alleged associates, Carlisle Rivera and Jonathan Loadholt, without bond. Reportedly, they are New York City residents. As for Shakeri, federal authorities believe he is on the run in Iran. Fortunately, it seems like this alleged plot never came to fruition and did not result in any loss of life or damage. Meanwhile, the world continues to react to Donald Trump’s win over Democratic candidate Kamala Harris.

Kodak Black Thinks His Charity Event Was Canceled Over Donald Trump’s Win

Kodak Black has been a vocal supporter of Donald Trump for some time now. This doesn’t necessarily come as a surprise, considering Trump commuted his prison sentence on his final day in office back in 2021. According to the rapper, however, this could be resulting in some negative consequences for him.

TMZ reports that Kodak’s West Palm Beach charity event was recently canceled abruptly, and he suspects it allegedly has something to do with Trump winning the election. Allegedly, he made a deal to host the event at CACTI Park of the Palm Beaches over a month ago. Earlier this week, law enforcement and event organizers shut down the plan, citing security as a major concern. Bradford Cohen, Kodak Black’s lawyer, tells the outlet he thinks this is allegedly all political.

“It seems very convenient that they canceled the event the day after the election,” he explained. Cohen also alleged that event organizers are now in breach of contract. Reportedly, Kodak has already dished out roughly $200K for the event, coordinating security, medical services, and more. “All public events must be permitted by the City of West Palm Beach. As of this time, the City has not issued a permit for Kodak Black Day, and therefore the event is not currently authorized to be held,” general manager of CACTI Park of the Palm Beaches Mike Sophia told TMZ.

This wouldn’t be the first time a celebrity allegedly had their event shut down due to political reasons, however. After joining A Tribe Called Quest at their induction into the Rock N Roll Hall Of Fame (only the 12th hip hop group to be inducted), Consequence releases a new single, “What Has America Done,” which is now available. “What Has America Done” features Public Enemy’s Chuck D (and he also illustrated the singles cover art) and Tony Williams. “What Has America Done” will be included on the deluxe edition of Nice Doing Business With You (which will include seven new tracks) which will be released on 11.22.24.

With the video that was premiered by TMZ earlier today, Consequence and Chuck D give a State of the Union address on the heels of the Presidential election.

“The results of the 2024 Presidential Election are a reflection of who and where we are as a nation. Like it or not, especially if you’re African American, we must continue to pursue our equalities and make sure we do everything in our power to level the playing field as best we can” Consequence commented. “In doing so, we can forget where we’ve been and what it took to get where we are.”
