Even Nick Cannon Is Mindful Enough Not To Bring His ‘Bullsh*t’ To His Ex-Wife Mariah Carey’s Home

Nick Cannon is one of the hardest-working men in Hollywood, serving as a host to several television shows, including Wild’ n Out. (He’s also taking over Beat Shazam for a hospitalized Jamie Foxx.) But it’s his unofficial mission to expand his already massive family that’s most caught the public’s attention.

With a dozen children to his name, the entertainer often jokes about “having “super sperm” and feeling like he can “impregnate the whole world.” However, Cannon’s ex-wife, music superstar Mariah Carey, finds no humor in his paternal pursuits. During his recent appearance on The Jason Lee Show, Cannon — who has two kids with the legendary singer — shared what she thinks about his growing family, in an exclusive shared with Uproxx.

“She’s high frequency, man. She always like — she asks me all the time, like, ‘You aight? How you doin’? You handling it all,” says Cannon adding, “She’s like,” as long as you don’t bring none of that bullsh*t over to the Manor of Carey.’”

Cannon added, “She lives in her own world. Nothing can infiltrate that. So, when we talk daily, she’s just checking on my spirit.”

The full interview will air on REVOLT’s linear channels tonight, May 8, at 10 pm ET. Starting Tuesday, May 9, the video will be uploaded to REVOLT’s digital platforms. Find more information here.

Nick Cannon Reveals Why He Has So Many Kids

Nick Cannon has addressed his public image surrounding his many children. He says that despite what people may think on social media, he is not a “deadbeat dad.” Nick was recently interviewed by the LA Times. There, Cannon talks about his approach to fatherhood and how social media can often misconstrue things. In the interview, he clarifies that he is there financially for all his kids and their mothers. Additionally, he says that he is often villainized because of the number of children he has. However, he believes it is not about what he does or says to his kids. Instead, it is how they feel when they are with him that matters.

Cannon explained that many of his partners are in the same age group. As such, he says they expressed anxiety about their biological clocks during the pandemic. So, he wanted to give them what they desired. He mentioned that they were all aware he had no interest in a traditional relationship before having children with him. He did not want to give half of what he built to someone he barely knew. Therefore, he would rather have an honest relationship than be with someone who claimed to be in love but still slept with others. Cannon has also bought homes for all the women he shares children with. Apparently, there is nothing they could ask for that he would say no to.

Nick Blames His Exes For His Toxicity

Nick Cannon is not perfect. However, the 42-year-old father of 12 does try to be present for his kids when he can. Recently, he rented out the entirety of Six Flags Magic Mountain for the twins he shares with Mariah Carey. However, Nick does often display some toxic behavior in the public eye. On May 4th, he took to his Twitter to place the blame on his exes for his toxic “origin story.”

“Shout out to all my toxic people that ever broke up with Somebody because they thought Somebody was about to break up with their Somebody!” Nick said, speaking in circles. “To all my ex’s Thanks for my toxic Origin story! Gladly turning into the Villain all y’all want me to be!!” It is unclear what he means about turning into the villain. While he is often trolled for having so many kids, he is generally not seen as an actual bad person. What do you think about Nick’s new interview and tweets? Is he a villain? Let us know in the comments below!

Nick Cannon’s Exes Are To Thank For His “Toxic Origin Story,” Father Of 12 Says

Not only does Nick Cannon have a dozen children in his life to take care of, but the California native also has six baby mamas to consider when making major life decisions. Mariah Carey, Brittany Bell, Abby De La Rosa, Bre Tiesi, LaNisha Cole, and Alyssa Scott are the women he co-parents with. Understandably, his relationship with some appears to be stronger than others. He and De La Rosa work together at The Daily Cannon, but Nick and Carey are known to have their spats. Elsewhere, Cole was recently left to deal with watching the actor forget their daughter’s name during an interview.

He’s obviously not perfect. Still, the 42-year-old tries his best to show up for his kids. He even rented out Six Flags to celebrate his eldest set of twins’ birthdays. He shares much of his life and has always been candid about how being a father of 12 impacts his busy schedule. Cannon has also regularly been outspoken about his love life, as we saw on Twitter this past Thursday (May 4). In the early morning hours, he used the platform to get a few things off his chest. Mostly he spoke about past romances that have shaped him into the man we see before us today.

Nick Cannon Thanks His Former Lovers on Twitter

“Shoutout to all my toxic people that ever broke up with somebody because they thought somebody was about to break up with their somebody,” he wrote. It remains unclear if Cannon was being sarcastic and laughing at the complicated nature of modern dating, or dishing about a situation he’s been experiencing in his own life. “To all my exes, thanks for the toxic origin story,” Cannon added in another tweet an hour later. “Gladly turning into the villain all y’all want me to be!”

As AllHipHop notes, Nick Cannon has been linked to some beautiful famous faces aside from his baby mamas. The list includes the likes of Kim Kardashian, Christina Milan, and Selita Ebanks, just to name a few. Do you have any exes who have notably contributed to your origin story? There’s One Thing That Makes Nick Cannon Feel Like He Can ‘Impregnate The Whole World’ (Which He’s Pretty Much Already Done)

Nick Cannon has really been leaning into his fatherhood lately. Last month, he claimed he has “super sperm” because he’s “practiced birth control, and people still got pregnant,” he said. The dad of 12 chose chaos earlier this week by bringing up the topic again after a haircut.

On Wednesday, May 3, he tweeted, “Something about a Fresh Haircut that makes you feel like you can impregnate the whole world…” He ended the sentence with three laughing emojis, though who knows anymore?

The replies are predictably full of jokes and memes.

Last year, Cannon explained why monogamy wasn’t for him in a YouTube Live interview with Dvsn.

“I’ve practiced monogamy, I’ve been a cheater, I’ve been toxic,” he said. “It all starts with honesty. It’s really just surface, basic stuff. One of my therapists coined what I do as consensual non-monogamy. Because to even pretend like I’m in a monogamous relationship, that would be misleading. Because, as we know, monogamy defines one thing — and people like to classify what I do as polyamory or polygamy, but even that, I always say to define me is to confine me.”

Dvsn is a Warner Music artist. Uproxx is an independent subsidiary of Warner Music Group.

Nick Cannon’s Haircut Makes Him Want To “Impregnate The World”

Nick Cannon has gained a reputation for having numerous children and baby mamas. It has gotten to the point where he struggles to remember all of his kids’ names. Nevertheless, he remains committed to providing his children with a good life and shows them a lot of affection. Recently, Cannon celebrated the 12th birthday of his twins, Monroe and Moroccan, whom he shares with Mariah Carey. Carey was also in attendance for the celebration. To make the occasion extra special, Cannon went above and beyond by closing down Six Flags for a private party with his children’s friends.

He shared the festivities with his followers on Instagram, where he posted a video of the party. The clip shows the children, surrounded by their loved ones, smiling and enjoying themselves. In the background, 50 Cent’s “In Da Club” can be heard playing. “Roc and Roe’s 12th, [we] shutting down, Magic Mountain. Six Flags, doing what big 12-year-olds do. The big 12, let’s go!” he exclaims in the video. His twins’ birthday isn’t the only thing Nick is happy about.

Nick Leans Into His Baby-Making Persona

Nick Cannon’s frequent and notable baby-making endeavors have been the talk of the town for a while now. He made headlines last month after claiming that his sperm was so potent that birth control couldn’t stop it. In an interview on the Howie Mandel Does Stuff podcast, Cannon stated that he has practiced birth control in the past but still ended up fathering children. To him, this suggests that he has “super sperm” or something of the sort. Despite this, Cannon has attempted to be responsible and learn from his experiences.

During the same podcast interview, Cannon expressed contentment with his current number of children but remained uncertain about the possibility of having more kids in the near future. However, in a new tweet posted by Cannon yesterday, he said he feels like he can “impregnate the world.” Of course, he was just referring to how his new haircut made him feel. However, coming from him, it might be a threat. What do you think of Cannon’s tweet? Is he leaning into the jokes? Let us know in the comments!

Nick Cannon To Fill In As Host Of “Beat Shazam” Amid Jamie Foxx Hospitalization

Nick Cannon will be filling in as the host of the series, Beat Shazam, while Jamie Foxx remains hospitalized with an undisclosed medical emergency. The news comes after a report from TMZ revealed on Wednesday morning that the 55-yea-old actor has been hospitalized for over three weeks since his health scare. Foxx’s daughter, Corinne, who serves as a DJ on the game show will be replaced by Kelly Osbourne while she remains with her family.

Corinne provided the first update on her father back in April. “We wanted to share that my father Jamie Foxx experienced a medical complication yesterday,” she wrote at the time. “Luckily due to quick action and great care he is already on his way to recovery. We know how beloved he is and appreciate your prayers. The family asks for privacy during this time.”

There haven’t been any further details revealed about Foxx’s status. On April 21, a source for PEOPLE told the outlet that he is “OK” but “still in the hospital.” Martin Lawrence also told Extra at the time that he’s heard positive updates. “Well, I hear he’s doing better,” he told the outlet at his Hollywood Walk of Fame star’s unveiling ceremony. “My prayers go out for him every night and just wishing the best for him, one of the best that we got in Hollywood. Not only one of the best entertainers, but a good person.”

Nick Cannon also remarked that he’s praying for Foxx during an interview with ET. “You see, I posted on Instagram,” he said. “I literally have been saying prayers out loud. Words of affirmation for my big brother, I know he’s doing so much better. I’m actually about to do something special for him, and doing him a favor. I can’t really say what it is, but it’ll be out there soon. I was reluctant to go all the way there, and even talk about it, but he gave me the blessing, so it’s a beautiful thing. He’s awake. They say he’s alert, so, we love it.”

Foxx began hosting Beat Shazam when it launched on Fox back in 2017. In the time since, the show has put out five seasons and 64 episodes. Foxx’s hospitalization came while filming a Netflix movie by Seth Gordon titled Back in Action in Atlanta with co-stars Cameron Diaz, Glenn Close, and Kyle Chandler.

Nick Cannon Shuts Down A Six Flags For Twins’ Birthday

Nick Cannon has become well known for his parade of children and baby mamas. Sometimes, he even struggles to remember all of his own kids’ names. However, that doesn’t mean that he isn’t trying his best to give his kids a good life. In fact, he shows them quite a bit of love. Cannon recently celebrated the 12th birthday of his twins, Monroe and Moroccan. They are the children that he shares with Mariah Carey, who was also present. To commemorate the occasion, Cannon went the extra mile. He shut down Six Flags for a private party with his children’s friends.

Six Flags, doing what big 12 year olds do. The big 12, let’s go!” he exclaims in the video. His twins’ birthday isn’t the only thing Nick is happy about.

Nick Cannon Celebrates The End Of “Red Table Talk”

Nick Cannon recently expressed how pleased he was that the infamous Red Table Talk has been canceled. The show was hosted by Jada Pinkett Smith and frequently had big name celebrity guests. Other Smith family members like Will, Jaden, and Willow were also staples. However, more often than not, the show gained attention for its extreme toxicity. Many often criticized the show for it.

On Nick’s radio show, he claimed that the Will Smith incident at the Oscars would not have happened if not for Red Table Talk. “If there was no Red Table Talk then he wouldn’t have slapped the sh*t out of Chris Rock,” Cannon claimed. His co-host, Abby De La Rosa disagreed with him, saying that the show represented honesty and openness. “Too much honesty can get your a*s slapped in the face,” Cannon responded. However, his co-host wasn’t backing down, though. “A good slap is what people need sometimes” De La Rosa said. What do you think about Nick’s take? Let us know in the comments!

Nick Cannon Shuts Down Six Flags to Celebrate 12th Birthday of Twins Monroe and Moroccan

Nick Cannon

Nick Cannon was holding down his family this past weekend, taking his twins Monroe and Moroccan to Six Flags. Making their 12th birthday special, Cannon shut down the theme park for the celebration.

Cannon shares the twins with Mariah Carey. He would capture the family experience on Instagram.

“Happy 12th Birthday to my first borns Roc & Roe! 🎉❤ Daddy loves y’all forever!” Cannon wrote.

Babies on hold for Nick Cannon? Maybe not, because birth control ain’t got nothing on the sperm from Nick Cannon. 12 babies deep, Cannon revealed that his large family is a result of his own brand of “super sperm.”

Speaking with Howie Mandel on Howie Mandel Does Stuff, Cannon says the power of his sperm was able to move past birth control efforts.

“I’m gonna be honest, I got some super sperm or something ’cause I’ve practiced birth control, and people still got pregnant,” Cannon said.

He added, “I’m trying to be as responsible as I possibly can, learning lessons.”

You can hear it all below.

Nick Cannon Blasts “Red Table Talk” In Wake Of Cancellation

Red Table Talk had become a talk show staple in its short time on the air. Starting in 2018, the show revolved around Jada Pinkett Smith, Willow Smith, and Adrienne Banfield-Norris discussing the big topics of the day. It was a rare success for Meta’s original programming, which had struggled to get off the ground. In fact, it was so successful that it got its own spin-off helmed by Gloria Estefan.

However, the show was abruptly canceled in April 2023. It was part of a wider series of cuts as Meta once again diverted resources toward its virtual reality services. Meta canceled all original programming on Facebook Watch to push its VR service, Horizon Worlds. This coincided with multiple rounds of mass layoffs as Meta struggled financially. But it seems that not everyone is upset about the show ending.

Nick Cannon Is Happy That “Red Table Talk” Is Gone

Cannon stirred the pot on his radio show when one of his co-hosts brought up the cancellation. “If there was no ‘Red Table Talk’ then he wouldn’t have slapped the sh*t out of Chris Rock.” Cannon claimed, referring to the viral 2022 Oscars incident. It appears that Cannon is implying that Jada Pinkett Smith was to blame for the jokes that Chris Rock made about her. He was confronted by co-host Abby De La Rosa, who asked him if he was just referring to that one incident. “I’m talking about that toxic table.” De La Rosa shot back that it was an “honest table”, to which Cannon responded, “Too much honesty can get your ass slapped in the face.”

“A good slap is what people need sometimes” De La Rosa retorted as the two hosts squared off. It’s a surprising take from Cannon, who had took a both-sides approach to the slap initially. However, while Cannon respects Will Smith, it appears that he’s doesn’t feel the same away about Jada. However, Cannon has never held back from controversy. In 2018, he dug up problematic tweets from female comedians while defending Kevin Hart. Maybe this is just Cannon’s way of pointing out more double standards. Or maybe he just really hated Red Table Talk.

Nick Cannon Suggests Mariah Carey Fumbled Him

Nick Cannon and his relationship with Mariah Carey has been very well-documented over the years. Although they are no longer together, they are currently in the midst of co-parenting. Moreover, since the end of his relationship with Mariah, Cannon has gone on to have numerous children with different women. Cannon has made it clear that he wants to have lots of kids, and he has been commended for it. However, there are certainly those who look down on it from afar.

As for Nick Cannon and Mariah Carey, there seems to be this perception that he was the one who fumbled the relationship. After all, Carey is one of the most successful artists ever. That said, some would say that he needed her more than she needed him. However, that is a child’s way of viewing the situation. Regardless, on the Daily Cannon Show, Cannon’s co-host Courtney Bee Bledsoe insinuated that it was his fault the relationship didn’t work.

Nick Cannon Divuges On His Relationship With Mariah

Immediately, Nick Cannon sprung into action as he responded by saying, “Did I? Explain to me how I fumbled Mariah.” His co-host told him she was just messing around, however, Cannon wanted to make sure he got his point across. “Maybe she fumbled me,” he said matter of factly. Of course, no one truly knows the dynamic of what went down when these two went their separate ways. On numerous occasions, Cannon has revealed just how much Mariah Carey was his first love. “When I found that out about how remarkable she was, that woman is not human. She’s a gift from God,” he once said.

At this point, it seems clear that Cannon would like to get back together with Mariah Carey. Although, that probably isn’t going to happen right now. Carey is in a relationship, and Cannon has even given his approval of the whole thing. Be sure to give us your thoughts on this situation, in the comments section below.
