Who Is Jessica White? The Newest Member Of “Love & Hip Hop”

Love & Hip Hop Atlanta has welcomed newcomer Jessica White to the show. She is an incredibly stunning fashion model and television personality who gained fame at an early age for her striking looks and versatility in front of the camera. After just one week of modeling, White’s first gig was for none other than Vogue magazine. Since then, she’s built a very impressive portfolio for herself. Besides her outstanding modeling career, she has appeared on multiple reality TV shows and had an eight-year relationship with Nick Cannon.

White recently penned a long, heartfelt message to Cannon. In a lengthy Instagram post, she covered the eventual breakdown of their relationship. She revealed several intimate details, stating she gave “eight ride or die years” to Cannon. The message came as a result of Nick Cannon seemingly disapproving of Jessica White’s casting in Love & Hip Hop Atlanta

White has appeared in several high-profile magazines. She moved to Paris as a teenager and quickly signed with IMG Models. This led to her featuring in W, Harper’s Bazaar, Maxim, and Sports Illustrated, the latter becoming a frequent collaborator of hers. White appeared in multiple Sports Illustrated series 12 times for a whopping eight years. In the mid-2000s, she also became a lauded Victoria’s Secret runway model.

Commercially, she also worked for CoverGirl and was signed as a spokesperson for Maybelline cosmetics. Her runway portfolio might be her most impressive, as she’s walked for significant names, including Alice Roi, Baby Phat, Ralph Lauren, Philipp Plein, Oscar de la Renta, Marc Jacobs, DKNY, and more. She continued her reign in the 2000s with advertisements for Gap, Tommy Jeans, and Rocawear.

White extended her career with a moderately successful venture into television, particularly reality TV. She had minor roles in the comedies Big Momma’s House 2 and The Perfect Match. In 2009, she appeared as herself on America’s Next Top Model. After a long break from TV, White starred in an episode of the reality TV parody Real Husbands of Hollywood alongside Nick Cannon on the episode “Model Behavior.” Until her announcement as a member of Love & Hip Hop, White’s most notable appearance was on the reality dating show, Famously Single. Along with other prominent celebrity figures, White attempted to address and fix her romantic problems.

Jessica White’s Relationship With Nick Cannon

On June 13, in a since-deleted Instagram post, White chronicled the alleged toxic state of her relationship with Nick Cannon. This would mark the second time the model would speak up about her time with the media mogul.  In 2021, she admitted to finding out about his baby with Brittany Bell, along with the rest of the world, while they were a couple. Worse yet, the announcement came just a few weeks after White’s miscarriage.

During an exclusive interview with Page Six, White revealed several alleged instances of emotional abuse marked her relationship. “I went through an emotionally abusive relationship, and everybody goes through it,” she said. “I am just the first person in Hollywood to talk about it, and not try to make a pretty picture of it.” Although the pair were officially together from 2015 until 2020, White claimed they’d been an on-and-off couple for much longer.

White has since joked that she should have saved the massive details for a book and “got paid for it.” Regardless, she has insisted she’s never going back to Nick Cannon. “I am having so much fun without him, and I am better without him,” she said. White added that she doesn’t need “all that energy and all that s**t.” She is now on a journey of self-love and acceptance, and she’s admitted she’s quite excited to try her hand at love again and have a baby “with the right man.”

Jessica White Accuses Nick Cannon Of Being “Emotionally Abusive”

Jessica White has accused Nick Cannon of being “emotionally abusive” during their relationship. The model discussed her time dating Cannon during a new interview with Page Six. Cannon and White officially dated from 2015 to 2020, although she mentioned to the outlet that they were together for eight years.

“I went through an emotionally abusive relationship, and everybody goes through it,” she told Page Six. “I am just the first person in Hollywood to talk about it, and not try to make a pretty picture of it, I don’t want to be perfect.”

The interview comes after White posted a lengthy statement on her Instagram page directed at her ex. At the time, she wrote: “I wanted it to work, prayed every day that you’d see me and love me the way that I loved you. Maybe you did but just kept it from me during the relationship. I walked away with more questions than anything, I don’t know till this day really why current things had to happen.”

When Page Six asked for a follow-up on the statement, White admitted she regrets posting it. “I should have saved it for the f–king book,” she remarked. “I probably regret that [because] I should have saved it for the f–king book, and got paid for it.” She further confirmed, “I am writing a book,” but noted that her chapter on Cannon, “would be very short… I think if you put it in a book, he would be half a chapter. A half a chapter is still too long.”

White also added that she’ll never get back together with Cannon. “I am not ever going back and that’s the facts,” she said. “I am having so much fun without him, and I am better without him, and I don’t need all that energy and all that s–t, I am done.”

Nick Cannon, Who’s Up To 12 Kids Now, Had The Busiest Father’s Day, Which Overlapped With Multiple Children’s Birthdays

Nick Cannon has 12 children. This is surprisingly common knowledge amongst the public. Cannon doesn’t mind joking about it at his own expense (or Taylor Swift’s), which recently included admitting that Mother’s Day “didn’t go as planned this year.”

Father’s Day went better on Sunday, June 18.

Cannon’s twins, Zillion and Zion, turned two last week, and their birthday celebration appears to have bled into Father’s Day. Cannon shares Zillion and Zion with Abby De La Rosa, whom he also welcomed another child with last November.

“My little guys turned the BIG 2 this week! Thanks to our friends and family who came together to help us celebrate Zilly & Zion!” Cannon captioned an Instagram video.

Cannon also posted photos to his Instagram Story with his daughter, Powerful, whom he shares with Brittany Bell, and Bre Tiesi shared an Instagram video of Cannon with their son, Legendary.

Cannon’s journey into fatherhood began with his ex-wife, Mariah Carey, and their 12-year-old twins, Moroccan and Monroe. Along with Legendary, Powerful, Zillion, and Zion, Cannon is also dad to Beautiful, Golden, Halo, Rise, Onyx, and Zen (as chronicled by People).

Cannon and Alyssa Scott lost Zen to brain cancer in December 2021. The child was merely five months old. They welcomed Halo in December 2022.

Model Jessica White claims to have been in an on-again off-again relationship with Nick Cannon for nearly a decade. We first saw them publicly in 2015 grocery shopping right ahead of his divorce from ‘the voice’ Mariah Carey. Now the Victoria’s Secret model is reaching out to her longtime lover via Instagram after he stopped communicating with her for making their relationship her storyline on Love and Hip Hop Atlanta.

Jessica wrote:

Tried to reach out to you but here’s my book @nickcannon I know you’re upset about the show but after eight years I can’t stand when things catch you off guard and I feel like you deserve way more respect as a man even though I may be more respectful than you ever gave me With public announcements. . Lol I have loved and I gave eight ride or die years to you With my head high and heart praying you’d see me the way I deserved. I wanted it to work, prayed every day that you’d see me and love me the way that I loved you. Maybe you did but just kept it from me during the relationship. I walked away with more questions than anything, I don’t know till this day really why current things had to happen. I wanted the world to know I didn’t always feel good like Nc was proud to have me as a partner and I’m so happy I can say that now and still know how awesome I am. I’m proud I can say the truth and how I’m healthy emotionally and wouldn’t change my insane insecurities that I prayed off my life. I had many hurts and pain way before nick. I never felt love that was safe even as a kid so no nick you didn’t cause that pain I had it long before us but I put it off on you unfairly without seeing that my healing needed to be deeper past us. I mean you added to it but my fear of not being loved wasn’t broken by you I’d like to publicly say that. I felt like you always put the other women on a pedestal and i was beyond unstable about that. I have to say these things because I’m going to move on from public shame tht has been over my life since I was at the top of my game in fashion. I know the truth now about just how much healing I needed and God has taken my hurt I’m not ashamed by being beautiful and successful and not being loved with care throughout my life because theres big big love coming to me that will fill up my memories with joy. God will get the glory out of my broken past not shame nor sadness. the truth is NC and I were both beautifully broken when we were children and didn’t know how to love each other. Instead we hurt each other.

Nick Cannon Makes Fat Jokes About 50 Cent Amid Vivica A. Fox Comments

Vivica A. Fox recently said she would be open to rekindling her romance with 50 Cent, who she briefly dated in 2003. “Well, [Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez] did it again. Why not?” Fox said on The Sherri Shepherd Show. However, Fox also noted, however, that 50 appears to be in a dedicated relationship. “[50 Cent] has a beautiful girlfriend by the name of Cuban Link… Recently, he gave her something, but I don’t know if it was an engagement ring. But it was a beautiful ring,” Fox said during the same interview.

However, the affectionate comments caught the attention of Nick Cannon, who talked about the whole thing on a recent episode of The Daily Cannon. Cannon is no stranger to controversial comments. Recently, he caught some heat for saying he wanted to impregnate WWE star Bianca Blair. However, has he crossed the line again with his new comments about 50 Cent?

“You can, like, fantasize about Fif from 15 years ago. That’s a different Fif than this fat n-gga that’s walking around now,” Cannon remarked. “I still would date the shit out of him,” co-host Mason Moussette shot back. However, the defense of 50 only seemed to empower Cannon. Maybe Cannon just wants to start some beef with the rapper? After all, Cannon recently revealed that he wants to start a band with his kids and nothing generates hype like a very public beef.

“I guarantee you, 50 Cent will come on this show,” Cannon continued. “And Imma play this clip about both of y’all saying y’all wanna fuck him. He is fat! He look like he got a pack of hot dogs in the back of his neck. You lookin’ at them pictures from Get Rich or Die Tryin’, now it’s get thick or die fryin’!.” Do you think Cannon’s comments crossed the line? Would you date 2023 50 Cent? Nick Cannon Aspires To Start Family Band, Mariah Carey Won’t Let Her Twins Share The Spotlight: Source

If you’ve been wondering why Nick Cannon has fathered so many children over the past few years, it seems an answer is finally coming to light – the California native has big plans of starting a family band. Radar Online published the report early on Friday (June 9) morning, revealing that Cannon is under the impression his offspring would be a “mega success” in the spotlight. Despite his confidence, however, ex-wife Mariah Carey reportedly isn’t on board with the project at this time.

“Nick was sure his kids could make millions as a band, but Mariah poured cold water on his dream,” an insider recently dished to the outlet. “She’s opposed to her children sharing the spotlight with Nick’s nine other kids from five different women,” they added. Neither parent has publicly addressed the gossip at this time, though we have seen their 12-year-old twins make appearances on their social media over the years.

It’s becoming increasingly obvious that they have at least some of their parent’s charisma. Of course, only time will tell if either Morrocan or Monroe has pipes like Mariah or comedy chops like Cannon. It remains unclear how the Wild ‘N Out host’s other co-parents – Brittany Bell, Abby De La Rosa, LaNisha Cole, Bre Tiesi, and Alyssa Scott – feel about their little ones getting in on the musical action. However, seeing as many of the children are still learning how to walk and talk, it’ll likely be some time before they move on to dancing and singing.

News of the family band comes just months after it was revealed that Mariah Carey planned to seek primary custody of her two children, seeing as they apparently spend most of their time with her anyway. Do you think that Nick Cannon could find further success by starting a band with all of his children? Let us know in the comments, and check back later for more hip-hop/pop culture news updates.

Nick Cannon Says Bruno Mars Has More Hits Than Beyonce

Screen Shot 2023 05 23 at 1.56.31 PM

Nick Cannon recently shared that  he thinks Bruno Mars has more hit
songs than Beyoncé and Taylor Swift.

The “Wild ‘n Out” host made the assumption while discussing who he
would rather see live on Monday’s episode of his radio show, “The
Daily Cannon.”

“See, I think, no offense, but I would rather go to a Bruno Mars show
than a Beyoncé or Taylor Swift,” Cannon said. “Who got more hits?”

When his co host Courtney Bledsoe chose Beyoncé, he responded: “I’m a
Beyoncé fan. I still believe Bruno Mars actually has more hit
records.”

“Don’t play me with, Nick,” Bledsoe said as she began to list
Beyoncé’s biggest hits, including “Crazy in Love,” “Drunk in Love,”
and “Single Ladies.”

“Wait a minute, I didn’t even go to Destiny’s Child,” she added.

“I still believe Bruno Mars actually has more hits than Beyoncé,”
Cannon said, at which point Bledsoe asked him to name one of Mars’
hits.

After Cannon failed to name a single one, Bledsoe laughed and said:
“You can’t name a hit! Not a hit in sight.”

While Cannon could not name a Bruno Mars hit, the Hawaiian singer does
have plenty.

In total, he’s had 32 songs chart on the Billboard Hot 100, 18 of
which have made the top 10, and eight of which have made it to No. 1,
including “Uptown Funk!” and “That’s What I Like.”

Mars’ figures are definitely impressive, but they come short when
compared to Queen Bey.

Nick Cannon Baited The BeyHive By Insisting That Bruno Mars Has More Hits Than Beyoncé

Nick Cannon’s becoming almost as well-known for his bad music takes as for his many, many kids. While he occasionally has hits — take his Mount Rushmore of female rap, for instance — he’s just as quick to make a crotchety comment about the modern state of rap music that proves his non-stop daddy duties have probably left him out of touch.

His latest thoughts, courtesy of his own Amp Radio show The Daily Cannon on Monday, certainly won’t help in that regard. If anything, he’ll be facing down hordes of angry Swifties and the BeyHive like The Electric Mayhem after negatively comparing both Beyoncé and Taylor Swift to Bruno Mars. A bold choice, inciting two of the most hyperactive fan bases at the same time like this.

Debating with his cohorts about which artist he’d rather see on tour, he declared, “No offense, I would rather go to a Bruno Mars show than a Beyoncé or Taylor Swift show.” He then questioned, “Who got more hits?” insisting, “I am a Beyoncé fan. I still believe Bruno Mars actually has more hits records.” Wow, that’s a bold claim. If only there were some publication, established 100 years ago, that could numerically track the performance of artists’ singles… oh yeah, wait:

According to Billboard (via XXL), it ain’t even close. While both have the same number of No. 1 hits (eight), Beyoncé has 21 top tens and 81 total Hot 100 appearances to Bruno Mars’s 32, of which 18 have been top tens.

Bruno Mars is a Warner Music artist. Uproxx is an independent subsidiary of Warner Music Group.

Nick Cannon Roasted For Picking Bruno Mars Over Beyoncé

Fans are roasting Nick Cannon on social media for arguing that Bruno Mars has more hit records than Beyoncé. He explained his reasoning during a recent episode of his podcast, The Daily Cannon, adding that he’d also take Mars over Taylor Swift.

“Have you ever seen Bruno perform live?” he asked his co-hosts. “Fire! ‘Cause he got his whole crew on stage with him and they be doing the little dances. It feels very Morris Day and the Time-ish. See, no offence, but I would rather go to a Bruno Mars show than a Beyoncé or a Taylor Swift [show],” Cannon added while asking who has the most hits. From there, they cited “Crazy in Love,” “Drunk in Love,” “Single Ladies,” and many more songs from Beyoncé. “I’m a Beyoncé fan,” Cannon clarified. “I still believe Bruno Mars actually has more hit records.”

Nick Cannon Chooses Bruno Mars Over Beyoncé

Fans were quick to begin roasting Cannon for the take on social media. “Nick cannon just said Bruno mars got more hits than Beyoncé like let’s be fucking serious right now,” one fan tweeted. Another wrote: “Alright we the people would like to release Nick Cannon from the culture. First all these kids and now you saying Bruno Mars has more hits than BEYONCÉ!! MAN WHAT?!”

Not all of the responses were so negative. On Cannon’s Instagram clip, fans understood both sides of the argument. “Bruno’s dance talent is incredible and shows do remind you of Morris Day and the Time. Beyoncé does have bangers. Both at the top of the game,” one user commented on the clip. Another agreed, “Bruno Mars has an AMAZING show!!!! AMAZING!!!! Live vocals, live dancing, live instruments and FUN!!!! Great, great entertainer and I’m not exaggerating. I was thoroughly surprised and pleased at his show!”

Fans Respond To Nick Cannon

Cannon’s comments come as Beyoncé embarks on the Renaissance World Tour. Fans in the United States will have an opportunity to see her between July and September as she travels the country.

Nick Cannon Picks Bruno Mars Over Beyoncé

The discussion comes as Beyoncé begins to travel the globe on the Renaissance World Tour, which marks her first solo tour since the Formation World Tour in 2016. She’ll be performing a total of 57 shows through September 27, 2023, stopping in England, Spain, France, Germany, and more.
