Super Bowl LVIII is just weeks away, which means so is Usher’s Halftime Show performance. While fans speculate about Usher’s potential set (and possible guest stars) and marvel over his spartan diet, Usher and the NFL have announced an exclusive merch collection commemorating the impending performance, including pieces from brands like Mitchell & Ness, New Era, Riddell, and Wilson Sporting Goods.

According to a press release, the collection will include Mitchell & Ness jerseys, hoodies, jackets, and t-shirts, New Era headwear designed by Just Don, Riddell helmets, and a limited-edition Wilson football, all emblazoned with Usher’s signature “U” logo in a purple-and-pink colorway chosen specifically for Super Bowl LVIII.

You can purchase items from the collection at Super Bowl Experience in Las Vegas, or on the brands’ respective websites, beginning on February 7. You can also check out NFLshop.com/USHER to sign up to be notified when the collection goes live. See below for photos.

In his statement about the collection, Usher said, “I can’t wait to hit the stage at the Apple Music Super Bowl LVIII Halftime Show for a 30-year celebration of my music in Las Vegas. There is no better way to get fans pumped about the performance than with a one-of-a-kind merchandise collaboration with the NFL, with designs that embody my style. I hope to see all my fans decked out in pieces from the collection.”

Lil Nas X Returns To Twitter And Teases A New Era

Lil Nas X is someone who likes to take a hiatus in between projects. Overall, he is very funny on Twitter and fans have always known him for that. However, since the release of his debut full-length album, we have not actually heard from him all that much. Except for a few tweets here and there, Nas X just kinda does what he wants and keeps to himself. Well, it seems like he is gearing up for something new as last night, he made a triumphant return to the Twitter world.

In the tweets below, you can see that he is scheming about something. Whether or not that is new music seems to have been answered. Although as you are going to see, it seems like the artist is a bit non-commital as to what he wants to do next. He posed a question to his fans about releasing something. Once they answered in the affirmative, he decided to take a step back and change his mind on everyone. Needless to say, not the ideal answer for his fans.

Nas Drops Teaser That Has Fans Buzzing For New Music

Earlier this week, Nas cleared out his entire Instagram. In its place, he uploaded a pretty short and simple video of a storm. The clip doesn’t come with any caption but the move has fans suspecting new music could be on the way. Many artists have begun new eras by clearing their social media. It sets up for an entirely new visual look which often leads to new music. While there still isn’t anything known about what Nas is releasing or when it’ll be here the fact that he has new music coming soon won’t surprise fans.

Nas has been releasing music extremely prolifically this decade. He and producer Hit-Boy have created a series of collaborative projects called King’s Disease. The three albums were released in 2020, 2021, and 2022 and have been met with increasingly loud critical acclaim each time. The first two albums were packed full of features from fellow great rappers. Fivio Foreign, A$AP Ferg, Anderson .Paak, Lil Durk, Don Toliver, Big Sean, Lauryn Hill, Eminem, YG, and more all make appearances.

Nas May Be Hinting At New Music

The trio of King’s Disease albums aren’t even the only new material Nas has dropped. Back in 2021 he also surprised released another entire album called Magic. The album was just 9 tracks but features A$AP Rocky and DJ Premier and was also well received by fans. A few weeks ago Nas revealed in an interview that he was already back in the studio. Now, all of the hints of new music could be assembled into an actual new release soon.

Nas also showed up on one of the biggest music and film crossovers this year. Metro Boomin’ grabbed plenty of big rappers for his recent Spider-Man soundtrack. That included Nas who appeared on the hilariously titled song “Nas Morales.” Like much of the album, the song has been a big success. It’s already racked up over 13 million streams on Spotify since its release. What do you think of Nas potentially teasing new music? Let us know in the comment section below.
