Pardison Fontaine & Cardi B Still Collaborate, He Recalls Giving Her “Be Careful”

During a recent appearance on The Breakfast Club, Pardison Fontaine recalled providing Cardi B with her Invasion Of Privacy track, “Be Careful.” According to him, she knew it was meant to be upon first listen, later making it her own for her debut album. He opened up about his writing process, revealing that the two of them still work together to this day.

“I do it well,” he began. “So I feel like now is the time I really gotta just show that and talk about it.” Pardi continued, explaining how he wrote the song from a woman’s perspective, noting that his verse was initially going to be his response. “She heard the song and was like, ‘I need this,’” he described. “‘I’m taking this.’ She did her thing, flipped it around, all of that.”

Cardi B Knew She Wanted The Song Right Away

Cardi isn’t the only female MC Pardi’s worked with in the past, however. He’s also previously collaborated with the likes of Sexyy Red, and of course, his ex Megan Thee Stallion. The duo worked on her “Savage Remix” as well as her track with Cardi B, “WAP.” Ultimately, things between them didn’t work out, which he says was due to “a laundry list of reasons.” Elsewhere in the interview, he opened up about their split, sharing his take on the controversial public breakup.

“Listen, I’m a person that believes love doesn’t go away,” he explained. “It changes. And that’s another thing I’ve stated. I’ll always want well for her. I’m not a person that wants bad for her. Blueface Reveals Jaidyn Alexis Owns MILF Music

They recently had a child together, although now, they are not together. Instead, Blue has been back with his first baby mother, Jaidyn Alexis. Now, however, it seems like he is no longer with her. Of course, Blueface was pushing MILF Music pretty heavily as of late. He was in the studio crafting hits for Alexis, and it seemed like things were going well. Moreover, we saw videos of these two celebrating their success with the label. Of course, working with Blueface can prove to be pretty fickle. With Alexis taking the label out of her bio, it was believed that she had left the imprint. However, as it turns out, she can’t really do that. “Fun fact: milf music LLC is in Jaidyn’s name she’s the soul proprietor of the corporation, I own nothing,” he wrote. Overall, this is quite the revelation. Furthermore, it just goes to show that Jaidyn Alexis IS MILF Music, whether she likes it or not. In the end, if she wanted to sever all ties, she would need to go to the label directly and break the contract. This puts her in harm’s way if she feels like she doesn’t want to deal with it anymore. Needless to say, Blue has protected himself in case of an emergency.

Megan Thee Stallion Remained Adamant That Tory Lanez Shot Her After His Bodyguard’s Witness Statement Went Public

It has been four months since Tory Lanez was sentenced to 10 years in prison for shooting Megan Thee Stallion in her feet but he and his defenders continue to put forth the idea that it wasn’t him. After a court document featuring a statement from Lanez’s bodyguard that he saw Megan’s friend Kelsey Harris holding a gun became public, gossip blogs and social media accounts almost immediately began running with the story, insinuating once again that Megan was either lying or mistaken about just who pulled the trigger.

However, Thee Stallion herself remained adamant in the face of the renewed attacks from Lanez’s supporters (or Megan haters), questioning some of the commenters’ adherence to so-called “street code” in an Instagram Live stream. “Imagine y’all sayin’ somebody is following the street code, not snitching,” she said. “Y’all trying to pretend like Kelsey shot me. Kelsey didn’t shoot me… Her main problem with me was, ‘You won’t tell people I didn’t shoot you!’ I was like, ‘Kelsey, I don’t wanna talk about this on social media at all.’ But now you won’t even get online and defend yourself. So that really just proves my point: Either you took some money or your life is in danger!”

She also addressed Tory directly in the stream, saying, “If you say you didn’t shoot me, why wouldn’t you get on the stand and say, ‘I didn’t shoot this bitch?’ You say it online every day. You figure out how to get your n****s to say you didn’t do it, you figure out how to get the blogs to say you didn’t do it, but the one motherf*cker it would have mattered from was you. You should have said, ‘I didn’t do it. Kelsey did it.’ Kelsey, if you didn’t do it, why won’t you say, ‘I didn’t do it?’”

“I know who shot me,” she continued. “I said who shot me and that’s why you’re in jail…. You’re dragging online like there’s no evidence, there’s no new evidence… It’s 2024, y’all still f*cking with me!”

It does seem a lot like someone doesn’t want to move on — and it isn’t Megan Thee Stallion (to be fair, the US prison system sucks, and nobody wants to spend 10 years inside, but at this point, an apology and request for leniency would probably be better strategies than whatever this is).

Beyoncé Finally Shared ‘Grown Woman’ On Streaming, 10 Years After The Release Of Her Game-Changing Self-Titled Album

Beyoncé is celebrating her game-changing self-titled fifth studio album today (December 13). 10 years ago, Bey released Beyoncé to iTunes, without warning, or any prior promotion. The album boasted 14 tracks, and a music video for each of the songs, plus three additional music videos. One of these videos was for “Grown Woman,” a Timbaland-produced track that didn’t appear on the tracklist for the audio portion of the album.

To celebrate 10 years of Beyoncé, the artist has finally put “Grown Woman” on streaming platforms.

In 2013, Beyoncé had begun teasing the album over the course of 11 months before its official arrival. The song was first previewed in a Pepsi commercial which premiered in April of 2013. Powered by African-influenced drums and Bey’s empowered vocals, “Grown Woman” was a fan favorite even before Beyoncé‘s official release. The chrous, on which Bey declares “I’m a grown woman / I can do whatever I want,” rang in a new era, at a time when fans weren’t sure what was to come.

The song’s accompanying music video featured clips from Bey’s home movie collection, juxtaposed with images of an adult Beyoncé maintaining her energetic spirit, as she knows she’ll be slaying the game for many more years.

Beyonce Nearing Billionaire Mark Amid “Renaissance” Success

Beyonce’s net worth has rocketed up from $300 million to $800 million, this year, following her massively successful Renaissance World Tour as well as its accompanying concert film. According to Forbes, she ranked as the 48th richest self-made woman in the world back in June, when her net worth was only listed at $540 million. Had she been at her current figure then, she would’ve come in at No. 30.

The Renaissance World Tour brought in $100 million after taxes alone, while her music catalog is now worth approximately $300 million. Additionally, she and JAY-Z both own a real estate portfolio that is estimated to be worth $320 million. The couple also have various other personal assets as well as business holdings in the Parkwood Entertainment company.

Her exact takeaway after taxes from Renaissance: A Film By Beyoncé is unclear, but the movie brought in $27 million worldwide at the box office in its opening week. Afterward, Beyonce thanked her fans for their support in a candid post on Instagram. “I am so deeply thankful to AMC and every team member who worked so hard on this film,” Beyonce began. “I just can’t thank all of you enough for your support. It was one of the hardest things I’ve ever done because of the short turn around time. I practically slept in the edit, color, and mix sessions. The race against time continued in order to get this film out so quickly. But it was so worth all the grind. I am overwhelmed by the outpouring of love from my Hive. And WOW! I am so touched and encouraged by the incredible reviews!!!”

She continued: “While I’m often critical and feel my art is never finished, the pendulum swings. I feel gratitude. ‘We did it.’ We have the #1 movie in the country! At this stage, it seems like fans are coming around to the artist again. While there are those who are a bit suspicious thanks to the allegations, others are still very much on the Lizzo train. Tory Lanez’s Bodyguard Insinuates Kelsey Harris Could Have Shot Megan Thee Stallion In New Letter

Tory Lanez’s driver and bodyguard, Jauquan Smith, recently submitted a new letter in the case of Megan Thee Stallion’s shooting. According to him, he wanted to testify during Lanez’s trial, but was prevented from doing so by the District Attorney. He identifies Lanez as his former employer as well as a “close personal friend.”

In his letter, Smith claims that he was acting as a driver for Lanez, Megan Thee Stallion, and Kelsey Harris on the evening of Kylie Jenner’s infamous 2020 party. He recalls Meg and Lanez getting into an argument in the car, which ultimately led her to get out and sit at a nearby bus stop. He says that Lanez got out of the vehicle to talk to her, and eventually, they both got back in the car.

Jauquan Smith Recalls Megan Thee Stallion Shooting

From there, Smith claims that their argument reignited, this time prompting some questions from Harris. According to him, Lanez then informed her that he and Meg were an item, which upset her due to their relationship. Allegedly, Harris and Meg then began to fight “both verbally and physically.” This prompted Smith to stop the car to break things up. At this point, he claims to have allegedly seen a gun in Harris’ hand. He says that Lanez ran towards Harris and struggled to get the weapon from her.

A shot was then fired, though he didn’t see who pulled the trigger. “The whole incident happened so quickly,” he says. “Within [just a] couple of minutes.” He claims to feel “lucky” to have not been injured, and adds that in his opinion, Meg was “fortunate” too. Kendrick Lamar Opens Up On What Makes “Mr. Morale” Concert Film Special

Last year, Kendrick Lamar returned with his new album Mr. Morale & The Big Steppers. The project followed a long 5-year drought of studio albums dating back to the release of DAMN. in 2017. Following the release of the critically acclaimed album he took off on a major tour in support of it. Dates across North America and Europe saw the rapper lighting up the stage for massive delighted crowds. Much like some of his major touring contemporaries Taylor Swift and Beyonce did this year, Kendrick captured the magic of the tour in a concert film.

For the Mr. Morale concert film, Kendrick focused on just one show rather than collecting performances from various shows and assembling them together. The show he chose to focus on was a massive sold-out affair in Paris in October of last year. The show was originally streamed through Twitch before an edited version made its way onto Amazon Prime. Earlier this week Kendrick was in attendance for a screening of the film which was followed by a Q&A where he explained some of the motivation behind the project. Kendrick Lamar On His Concert Film

In the Q&A, Kendrick Lamar answers numerous questions about the creative decisions that went into the film. When asked about why he chose Paris Kendrick had some jokes before delivering a genuine answer. “N-ggas was just copying JAY-Z and Kanye,” he joked. “We was thuggin’ around that m*thafucka like 2012, 2014. That was like second home, just shooting sh*t, just getting material. So to go back and shoot on the anniversary of good kid, that’s special.”

When asked what he did differently knowing the show was being filmed, Kendrick had a hilarious answer. “The difference for me was, I was shaking major ass, man. Kanye West Creates Yews Platform Ahead Of “Vultures” Release

Kanye West and Ty Dolla Sign are gearing up to drop a brand-new project on Friday. This new album is called Vultures and overall, fans are a bit confused as to whether or not it will actually be released. For two decades now, Ye has had a history of delaying his releases. Oftentimes, he will host a listening party in which his project sounds unfinished. From there, he makes adjustments that can take quite a bit of time. Consequently, fans get frustrated and it leads to one giant and tired cycle.

On Monday night, Kanye West had his aforementioned listening party. It was a huge gathering of artists, with Kodak Black, Lil Baby, and even Freddie Gibbs in attendance. Furthermore, new songs were played, and while the reactions are not great, there were still quite a few fans paying attention. Now, it would appear as though Kanye has launched a website called Yews.News. This new platform boasts a name that he had previously filed a trademark for. Now, it is coming to fruition.

Cassie Plans To Tour Following Diddy Lawsuit, Ryan Leslie Claims

During a recent chat with TMZ, Ryan Leslie revealed that Cassie may have a major comeback underway, including an upcoming tour. The outlet asked Leslie about the performer’s recent lawsuit against Diddy, which came with a long list of horrific allegations. While he couldn’t provide much insight into that relationship, he shared that things were looking hopeful for the Connecticut native the last time they spoke.

“I think that was much further past after our working relationship,” he said of her allegations against Diddy. “The last conversation we had, she’s planning for a tour.” He didn’t share any additional details of the potential tour, but it’s safe to say that fans would love to see Cassie back on the road.

Ryan Leslie Hints At Cassie Tour

While Cassie and Diddy reached a settlement shortly after she filed, her suit was followed by three others. “I have decided to resolve this matter amicably on terms that I have some level of control,” her statement on the settlement reads. “I want to thank my family, fans, and lawyers for their unwavering support.” Various women have accused the Bad Boy Records founder of sexual assault, physical and emotional abuse, and more. He has since denied any and all wrongdoing. He accuses his alleged victims of filing as a “money-grab” and claims that “enough is enough.”

As she moves forward from the bombshell lawsuit, Cassie’s been spending her time surrounded by loved ones. Most recently, she was spotted enjoying a meal at Serendipity in NYC accompanied by her husband, Alex Fine. Their two little ones, Frankie and Sunny, also joined them for the outing.
