Lil Nas X Corrects Article Who Mistook His Mother In Graphic Fashion

With a tour documentary shortly on the way, it seems like Lil Nas X is gearing up for something big in 2024. However, all the media coverage and updates haven’t been perfect, especially when it comes to other outlets trying to bite off more than they could chew. Moreover, the MONTERO star recently called out some “fake news” that emerged online concerning the identity of his mother. If you’re a longtime fan, you know that the wider public still doesn’t really know who she is, and it seems like he definitely wants to keep it that way, at least for now.

“y’all just be creating people,” Lil Nas X expressed on Twitter on Thursday night (January 4). “cuz who the hell is shawnita hathaway I did not come out that lady p***y.” For those unaware, this refers to a since-deleted piece that PEOPLE wrote on his parents that mistakenly identified his mother as Shawnita Hathaway. You can find an archived version of the article here, which claims that they split when the “INDUSTRY BABY” artist was five years old and that his father, Robert Stafford, gained full custody of him when he was nine.

“I never really talk about my mom,” Lil Nas X had previously told Vanity Fair. “She’s [addicted], so we don’t have the closest relationship. Even trying to get her better– things didn’t quite work out. But there’s still love… The biggest surprise of becoming globally famous? On the outside, everybody loves you– but on the inside, everything [feels] the same.” “I hate speaking on my personal life,” he said on Twitter shortly after this revelation. “but y’all n***as don’t know how many nights I’ve cried myself to sleep feeling guilty because nothing i tried would help my mom. paint me as the bad guy all you want, but at the end of the day, you don’t know me outside of this internet s**t.”

“Despite what people say @lilnasx is the greatest kid a parent can be BLESSED with,” the Georgia native’s father added online. “Although his mom is in a struggle with an addiction she’s STILL a QUEEN and he goes through great lengths to make sure we’re taking care of. Those who have family members and friends dealing with addiction understands that there ain’t enough money you can throw at this situation to make it right. Boosie Badazz has made amends with his mother after the two had a falling out over his recent lawsuit against his brother. In a post on Instagram, Tuesday, he showed fans a picture of himself and his mom celebrating the holidays. He also revealed that he dropped $50,000 on gifts for his family for Christmas.

“BACK WITH MOMA!! HONOR THY MOTHER AND FATHER NO MATTER WHAT,” Boosie captioned the post. He had revealed the rift in his relationship with his mother during an Instagram Live post, earlier this year. “I lost a relationship with my mom and everything,” he explained at the time, before revealing that he would still go forward with the lawsuit. “I don’t give a damn. You think I’m dropping this lawsuit? I swear to God I ain’t.”

Boosie also showed love to his aunts on social media for Christmas. “I bought seven Rolexes for seven of my aunties. I done gave away like $50,000 to all my family, I love my family, man. Everybody got $500 to $1,000. All my aunties got Rollies, my mama got diamond chain, bag, money,” Boosie said during a live stream. He added: “I love my aunties. My aunties used to watch me, and I was a b*tch-ass child, bro. My aunties took care of me, bro. I wish my Auntie Jean was here. Memories, man. Takeoff Sexual Assault Lawsuit Persists, Mother Will Serve As Defendant

Takeoff’s loss was already a lot for his mother to deal with. Now she has to be involved with a separate lawsuit. Titiana Davenport, the caregiver of Kirsnick Ball, is going to be called to court to speak on his behalf for a sexual assault lawsuit back in 2020. According to AllHipHop, the paperwork was filed in August of that year at the Los Angeles Superior Court. A supposed night of hedonism turned sour for a woman who was at a party with Takeoff.

The night of the unwarranted sexual advances took place on June 23, 2020, at an Encino home. According to the lawsuit, the woman claims that the late rapper took quite a few chances to force himself onto her. She explicitly was not interested. But, when they got into a bedroom, that is when Takeoff was supposedly successful. The Georgia artist denied any of his actions.

Now, this evening is being brought back to light. Since Takeoff cannot appear in court, Titiana will replace him. There has been no information on when she will be making her up to the courthouse yet. On top of this, Titiana is still awaiting an answer on the lawsuit she filed against the bowling alley where her son was murdered.

Moreover, she recently broke down during an Instagram Live sessions over an incident from earlier in her life when her son and his girlfriend Jaidyn Alexis came over. Saffold remembered how they apparently stole her chicken that she was going to eat that night and didn’t leave any for her. What made this situation particularly painful, though, was just the amount of stress she was under, both financially and in her work. While we can’t say it was the most well-planned meal, it shows how little details and considering the needs of others first go a long way.

Eazy-E’s Mother Delivers Heartfelt Speech At Compton Street Naming Ceremony

Earlier this week, Eazy-E was recognized by his hometown of Compton, CA with a street named in his honor. Auto Drive South’s 100 block is now officially known as Eazy Street. They held a ceremony to celebrate the occasion, which was attended by several of Eazy-E’s peers, friends, and family members. The late N.W.A. icon’s mother Kathie Wright even delivered a moving speech at the event, growing misty-eyed as she thanked the crowd for attending.

“I’m so proud of everybody that’s here today,” she explained. “And say I love you all and thanks so much for showing up at this presentation. Thank you very much, the city of Compton… I would like to thank everybody that had a part in this and I love you and God bless, and he is watching from a distance. Thank you very much. Eazy-E’s mother wasn’t the only one of his family members to speak at the event, however. The performer’s son, Eric Darnell Wright, also shared some heartfelt words about his father’s posthumous accomplishment. “My father finally got what he deserves,” he began. “A monumental street in the city he put on the map … It’s a long time coming, but again, I always say it’s God’s timing.”

For those unaware, Keke Palmer filed a restraining order against her former partner, Darius Jackson, and requested sole custody of their recently born child. Moreover, this followed a public spat in which he criticized her for wearing revealing clothing and happily getting serenaded by Usher during his Las Vegas residency. In a leaked alleged phone call, the actress’ mother supposedly went off on Jackson, accusing him of harassment and saying he has mental problems. During this, she apparently brought up the Usher incident with a wild take.

“Usher is gay!” Sharon Palmer allegedly expressed. “You and your stupid-a** family, y’all don’t even understand business. Usher’s gay, guys.” In a comment on The Neighborhood Talk‘s Instagram post covering this, Keke Palmer’s mother explained why she stated this. “The lie I told about Usher was to get Darius to stop abusing my daughter on account of his jealousy,” she clarified. “So I said he didn’t like women for her SAFETY. Everything else I meant with my chest and didn’t expect anyone to hear it because recording me is illegal. I guess he is okay with jail but I knew that when he put his hands on my daughter. He is still abusing her in all of this, trying to paint himself as a victim. Textbook behavior.”

Regardless of that Usher situation, if the allegations against Jackson are true, there’s abundant cause for Sharon to defend Keke Palmer. In her filing against her former partner, she claimed a systemic pattern of physical and emotional abuse, which sometimes allegedly occurred in front of their son. With a temporary restraining order and sole custody of their son, the 30-year-old will now have to go to court to determine whether this will be a permanent arrangement. A hearing for said decision will take place in early December, if everything goes as scheduled.

Meanwhile, Darius Jackson denied these claims and levied accusations of his own against her mom. His side of the story claims that Palmer threatened to shoot him and other considerations. The back and forth came after Keke accused her ex-boyfriend of domestic violence and filed a restraining order against him. She also is seeking sole custody of their 8-month-old son Leodis “Leo” Andrellton.

Darius’ mother texted Sharon after a video surfaced of her threatening Darius. She fired back at Sharon: “I have tried not to get involve in my son’s personal business, but I heard that you are going to put a Bullet in my sons head??? Well, then now we have to involve the authorities, because you don’t respect or value yourself and I can see no my son’s life. You might have to kill all of us.”

Boosie Badazz says that his lawsuit against his brother and Yung Bleu has cost him his relationship with his mother. Taking to social media, earlier this week, Boose explained that he still plans to go forward with his legal action.

“I lost a relationship with my mom and everything,” Boosie admits in a video caught by DJ Akademiks. “I don’t give a damn. You think I’m dropping this lawsuit? I swear to God I ain’t. You know how I see it. Forge my signature? On a $10 million contract? On the contract, the CEO gets half of whatever’s signed. You forged my contract. It don’t get no dirtier than that. Ray J’s Mom Hospitalized After Bad Reaction To IV Therapy

Ray J’s mother, Sonja Norwood, is currently in recovery after suffering from a bad reaction to a home IV drip meant to deliver essential vitamins and nutrients directly to the bloodstream. According to TMZ, Norwood began feeling light-headed after the treatment and had to lie down due to sudden rapid breathing.
From there, Ray and other members of the family called an ambulance out of concern.

The IV therapy included a mixture of C and B vitamins, as well as calcium and magnesium. TMZ reports it’s meant to boost a patient’s immune system but can induce side effects including infection, rashes, blood clots, air embolism, and more. Ray J has yet to comment on the hospitalization. Norwood isn’t the first celebrity to be hospitalized from an IV drip. Back in 2018, Kendall Jenner found herself in the hospital after a similar reaction.

The health scare comes after Ray J spent last week feuding with Kodak Black. He had expressed concern for the rapper after his worrying appearance on Drink Champs, which Kodak didn’t take kindly to. In fact, the “No Flockin” rapper threatened Ray for bringing up the time the two had dinner with Donald Trump. Ray J responded to the comments on Instagram Live afterward. “No, he don’t want no real fade,” he said on October 30th.

He continued: “He talking about he gon’ beat me up. Bro, if you don’t cut it out… You a street n***a, right? You’re a rapper? Well, let’s take the fade since you said you gon’ beat me up.
