Another Posthumous King Von Album Is On The Way, According To His Manager

In 2020, King Von tragically died at the age of 26 after being shot at an Atlanta nightclub. The hip-hop world was shaken with many icons sharing tributes such as Chance The Rapper, Calboy, Dreezy, Joey Purp, and Queen Key. Since then, a lot of posthumous music has been unleashed; 2022’s What It Means To Be King was a goldmine. There were also plenty of posthumous videos, for tracks like “Get It Done,” “Too Real,” “Don’t Play That” with 21 Savage, and more.

It looks like even more posthumous music is coming — a whole album, in fact. Von’s manager, 100k Tracks, teased fans on social media: “Yup it’s that time again @kingvonfrmdao ?/?/23 Album Ready @nima_empire @ghazi @empire @otf @_gbg_gbg_ @100kmgmt @__tmac__1 @_djbandz – what would von name it though,” he wrote.

Just days before the rapper was killed, Von talked with Uproxx and talked about who he made music for. “People that grow up in Parkway with single mothers. You know, that Section 8 sh*t,” he said. “Grow up around there, with drug dealers around. People that grew up in sh*t like that and f*cked up predicaments. It’s a lot of people. And then people, just as entertainment, and sh*t, I guess. The suburban kids. Everybody who f*ck with the music, man.”

King Von Allegedly Killed Boss Trell With Help From T. Roy, Says FBG Duck’s Mom

FBG Duck’s mother claimed that King Von allegedly killed Boss Trell with help from his friend T. Roy. Moreover, this news comes soon after an FBI witness said that the late Chicago rapper put a hit out on Duck. Still, a lot of information on these incidents is unclear, something that Duck’s mother acknowledged.

“Von allegedly killed Trell, him and T. Roy,” she stated in a video clip. “Only the streets know and only the people who did it know, so that’s why I’m saying ‘allegedly’. November the 6th, my nephew made a post and he said: ‘I’m tired of this gang banging s**t…’ one of them posts he said. But the fact he said that November the 6th, this man allegedly killed him on the 8th, and then died seven years later, eight years later on the day that one of the people he killed made a post. I’m spiritual with this s**t, okay? And once we gone, we gone.”

Moreover, Duck’s mother’s testimony is eerie and heartfelt. Even though a lot of details are still hazy, millions still mourn those who died in these disputes. However, many pointed to an old tweet of Von’s as an indication of things smoothing out.

“Me and Duck settled Our differences right before he passed,” he wrote after Duck passed. “We was talking bout bringing everybody together as a whole n changing da community for the better. Imma still stand on dat shit. Every step of the way imma be thinking of u. Even doe u dissed my dead homies and family.”

Still, Duck’s mother claimed that these sentiments were untrue. Even after these cases revealed so much pain, many continue to honor the positive legacies these people left behind. For example, King Von’s estate recently dropped a video for his track “Get It Done” on what would’ve been his 28th birthday.

However, what do you think of FBG Duck’s mother’s allegations that King Von killed Boss Trell with T. Roy? Whatever the case, let us know in the comments down below. Also, as always, stay logged into HNHH for the latest updates on this case.

King Von Allegedly Placed $100K Hit On FBG Duck, FBI Witness Says: Report

King Von allegedly put a $100K bounty to kill FBG Duck, according to newly released FBI documents.

Chicago Scene 88 obtained the newly released documents from an interview with a witness. The unnamed individual identified numerous people allegedly involved in Duck’s death. The witness spoke to officers on August 18th, 2020, weeks after Duck’s death.

Though many of the names have been redacted, the witness alleged King Von initially placed a $50K hit on FBG Duck. He then upped the reward to $100K.

The witness also alleged that King Von purchased “custom made necklaces for ‘O Block GDs’ responsible for the murder of WEEKLY.” Additionally, the FBI documents also revealed the person they interviewed identified the alleged shooters. The witness said Marcus Smart, better known as MuWop, carried out “several murders on behalf of O-Block Black Disciples.”

Another document that emerged identified the weapons used in the murder of FBG Duck, which is linked to dozens of other murders in Chicago.

Following the paperwork’s release, fans dug up an old tweet from King Von where he stated that he and Duck squashed their feud.

“Me and Duck settled Our differences right before he passed,” he tweeted after Duck’s passing. “We was talking bout bringing everybody together as a whole n changing da community for the better. Imma still stand on dat shit. Every step of the way imma be thinking of u. Even doe u dissed my dead homies and family.”

FBG Duck’s mother later shut down these claims, calling them lies.

There isn’t confirmation surrounding the authenticity of the documents at this point but HNHH will keep you posted on anymore updates surrounding the case.

Rowdy Rebel Reacts To Bobby Shmurda’s Comments On King Von

Rowdy Rebel found himself in some hot water last week after his appearance on My Expert Opinion. During his appearance, Rowdy commented how he felt the issues between King Von and Lul Tim could’ve been handled differently.

“When King Von died, that Lul Tim n***a, he didn’t have to get out of the car and start squeezing right away. You already got yours drawn,” he said. “You had the upper hand and could have just been like, ‘Yo, back your n***as up and get your dawg outta here.’ But you already chose the murder route.”

Ultimately, Rowdy caused an uproar in NBA Youngboy’s camp, but it was Bobby Shmurda’s response that exasperated the issue further. However, he seemingly backtracked and admitting his collaborator and friend shouldn’t have said anything.

“I felt like that shit came out wrong. He meant it in a good way, like that he wished that none of that shit would’ve happened because he’s a fan of both,” Bobby said. “But sometimes, you can’t talk on other people’s shit. Period.’

“It’s like sometimes these emotions are going to come out so when emotions is high, you don’t want to talk on situations,” he continued. “Sometimes, you gotta say, ‘Man, I just wish the best for everybody,’ and that’s it. Keep it at that. Shut the fuck up and don’t say shit about the situation.”

The response sparked many to believe that Bobby went against Rowdy publicly. However, the “Paid Off” rapper clarified that he has nothing but love for Bobby.

“I cud never beef with my brother Bobby. He free’d me from a whole bid,” he wrote on Instagram. “But yu other n***as hurd what I said.”

In a subsequent post, he added, “I SAID WHAT I SAID.”

Clearly, Rowdy doesn’t have any problems with what Bobby Shmurda said. We’ll keep you posted on anymore updates regarding the situation.

According to several confirmed reports, the Chicago Police Department have now added a third person to the list of murder victims who allegedly died at the hands of slain Chicago rapper Dayvon “King Von” Bennett.

Reports have confirmed that Von and his cohorts had beef with a local gang known as STL(abbreviated for St. Lawrence), to which Modell McCambry was connected and it is reported that Von fired the fatal shot that killed McCambry back in 2012. There have been several different accounts from eyewitnesses about who killed McCambry, but the Chicago Police Department have attributed his murder to King Von instead of the other suspect in the killing, T-Roy.

King Von and T. Roy were best friends and have both been murdered since the 2012 shooting. This case marks the second murder that’s been attributed to King Von’s name since his untimely death in November 2020.

King Von’s Posthumous ‘Get It Done’ Music Video Is Unveiled For What Would’ve Been His 28th Birthday

Tuesday, August 9 would’ve been the late rapper King Von‘s 28th birthday. In honor of the hip-hop icon, his estate has unveiled a music video, “Get It Done,” featuring OMB Peezy from his posthumous album What It Means to Be King.

Directed by 20K Visuals, it follows other posthumous videos, like “Don’t Play That,” “Too Real,” “Demon,” “Armed & Dangerous,” “Mine Too,” and “Wayne’s Story.” As per usual, the “Get It Done” video has lots of fire, strobes, cash, and scenes with cars. Mostly it watches King Von and OMB Peezy rapping alongside one another.

In Uproxx‘s 2020 interview with King Von, which was conducted just days before he was killed, the rapper discussed the making of his music videos. “It be fun when you putting together the ideas but then when it’s time to make it, I be mad as hell, that I put together all this,” he said. “It’s tiring, man. We would get it out in one day. Sometimes it would drag over to the next day, if that was the plan, but if it was that day, we would just punch the hours in. We out five o’clock in the morning damn near.”

Watch the video for “Get It Done” above.
