It’s that time of the year where everyone is reflecting on their past 12 months and deciding how they want the next 12 to go. For may their New Year’s Resolution has something to do with self improvement. But for Jaidyn Alexis she’s focusing on herself in a different way. During a recent interview at a New Year’s Eve party she revealed that her resolution is to put herself first. But during the interview she also dipped into the realm of self-improvement revealing that she wants to be “better” than the woman she was before.

Later in that same interview though, she said something that fans were even more interested in. She gave a hard confirmation about her status with Blueface, who she was engaged to earlier this year. When asked about their current relationship she confirmed that she’s “single” and added that she’s focusing on “getting this money.” Despite the ending of their engagement, Blueface allegedly bought Jaidyn Alexis a house last month. At least according to them, he bought her a house. Chrisean Rock later claimed that the house was actually rented not bought and Blue wasn’t even the one paying for it. At the same New Year’s event, Blueface gave even more details on why he believes that Chrisean Rock’s song Chrisean Jr. isn’t his. During an interview last month, he made the claim that the child actually belonged to Chrisean’s ex, who he claims she was still involved with even while they were dating.

Jaidyn Alexis’ new house was the setting for quite a bit of holiday content from Blueface as well. Earlier today, he shared a controversial tweet that once again found him in headlines and hot water. “All black women would choose to be single moms on government assistance over any man that’s been scientifically proven before Blueface don’t blame me,” Blue’s newest tweet reads.

But surprisingly, a fan felt confident enough to come into his comment section and take shots at Blue’s own mother. “Klarissa included since you wanna go there,” their response tweet read. Instead of defending his mother like you might expect Blue to do, he agrees with the fan’s take. “Karlissa ESPECIALLY,” he replied. Fans were surprised to find he had purchased the house for her given that they recently broke up. Now, there’s some pretty significant evidence that Blue is in fact the owner of the house. But on Instagram today he revealed that he doesn’t even have a key to it. In a new video shared to his Instagram story Blue and Jaidyn have a discussion about getting him a house key. When he asks where his key is at she responds by claiming that he has the code to the garage. Subsequently she seems to suggest that the code is enough for him.

In the comments, fans take sides over who is right in this instance. “He raise hell everywhere he go he wouldn’t get one from me either,” one fan says siding with Jaidyn. “Y’all don’t seriously believe that he doesn’t have access to that home?” another comment suggests. In a new video shared to Twitter Blueface and his son are enjoying their Christmas about to head up the elevator in their house. But the clip quickly becomes a point of intrigue when the elevator doesn’t move like they expect it to. “This what I got my Bm for Christmas and we not even together what did your BD get you ?” Blue captions the first tweet. Though it isn’t obvious right away what’s going on follow-up tweets clarify.

“Word has it we still stuck in the elevator y’all so easy to boost the algorithm” and “We stuck in the elevator at my BM house that’s a real life Rich problem” he clarified in successive tweets. The elevator is inside a house that Blue claims he recent bought for ex-girlfriend Jaidyn Alexis. That point has been disputed in recent weeks when another of Blue’s exes, Chrisean Rock, claimed that it was actually a rental and that Blue isn’t actually paying for it.
