Jada Pinkett Smith will officially be bringing her series, Red Table Talk, back in 2024. The actress confirmed the news during a live stream on TalkShopLive. The news comes following the release of her new memoir, Worthy, which has brought with it several headline-grabbing stories about her relationship with Will Smith.
“The Red Table is coming back. We are in the works of a situation right now. So next year,” Jada Pinkett Smith said. “We could not do the red table while I was writing this book and while Willow was on her music journey.”

Jada previously expressed confidence in the return of Red Table Talk while speaking with PEOPLE back in June. At the time, she confirmed several platforms had reached out about publishing the series. “We’ve had a couple platforms reach out to us,” Smith revealed. “And we have some interesting avenues that we’re looking at now. You know me, I’m always looking for the next innovative thing. Actually, there’s one idea that we have in mind that I’m kind of excited about that will probably be happening, maybe, close to the release of the book. We’ve got some really interesting stuff happening with [Red Table Talk]. I’m excited about that journey as well.”
Red Table Talk previously aired on Facebook Watch, beginning in May 2018. It ran there for five seasons. Jada has hosted numerous celebrities on the show over those years. Diddy’s former bodyguard, Gene Deal, says that the Bad Boy founder once nearly came to blows with Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith. Speaking with The Art of Dialogue, Deal explained that the couple had “made advances” on Diddy’s then-girlfriend, Jennifer Lopez. “[Puff] stood up. And when he stood up, he walked and did his arms a certain kind of way like [crossing them]. I go over towards him and he said to me, ‘Yo, I think Will and Jada are trying to scoop up Jennifer. Will Smith has an official quote out regarding various reveals from Jada Pinkett Smith across the media last week. The New York Times quoted the A-list actor in another interview with his wife.

Smith added a letter to another appearance of an estranged wife, which will be on the On Purpose podcast hosted by Jay Shetty.

In a separate interview, Jada Pinkett Smith officially stated what many across Hip-Hop believed was in her heart: Tupac was her soulmate.
Speaking with journalist Christal Jordan at RollingOut, Pinkett revealed that Tupac was her soulmate and believed they shared past lives.
“There is all kinds of definitons of soulmates,” Pinkett Smith said. “If there is such a thing as past lives I definitely think Pac and I have traveled a few together.”

Prior to using ayahuasca, Jada says she was struggling with her mental health. “While I was really living the dream, I hit a huge wall — a massive amount of depression,” she explained. “I think that I looked at having outside sources to supplement for the voids that I was feeling inside.” At points, she even battled with thoughts of suicide. “I started looking for places, cliffs where I could have an accident, because I didn’t want my kids to think that their mother had committed suicide,” she said.
