Why Is Cam’ron Dissing Melyssa Ford From The ‘Joe Budden Podcast?’

For the past few days, podcast hosts Cam’ron and Melyssa Ford have been going back and forth, generating quite a bit of buzz among the fans of both shows as the two millennial favorites unfurl their friction for all the world to see.

If you are up on everything that’s happened, here’s a quick refresher.

Who Is Melyssa Ford?

Ford, who currently appears as a co-host on The Joe Budden Podcast, started her career much like her co-host and her new rival — in the world of rap. However, where they rose to fame behind the mic, she did so in front of the camera as an in-demand video vixen, appearing in clips from the likes of Jay-Z, Ghostface Killah, Mystikal, Jadakiss, and Usher. In the mid-2010s, after making a run at a film and television career, she made the pivot to podcasting, appearing on the Hollywood Unlocked show until 2020 when she started her own show. She joined the Joe Budden Podcast earlier this year.

What Did Melyssa Ford Say About Cam’ron?

It was during a recent episode of Joe’s show that Ford started the feud. Responding to Cam’s on-air anecdote about a wild trip to a brothel in the ’90s, Ford wondered aloud, “Is there a distinct possibility that there may have been underage girls in that whore house?” While she was chastised by her co-host, when Cam learned of her comments, he went all the way off.

What Did Cam’ron Say About Melyssa Ford?

Back on Cam’ron’s show, It Is What It Is with fellow Harlem rapper Mase, the de facto Dipset top man addressed Ford’s remarks, saying, “Tread lightly. Be careful ’cause I’ll tell you one thing: I know a lot of people at ICE [U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement]. I’ll have you escorted back up across the border [Ford is originally from Canada]… It screams desperation. We’ll get a petition to get you out the country. Cut it out.”

Ford later apologized, but Cam wasn’t having it. During an Instagram Live stream, he denied her suggestion that and Mase had sex with underage girls, then called her apology “fake” and accused her of escorting herself.

“First of all, I only like older b*ches,” he said. “Second of all, it was 1992 — we were underage! I just turned 16!” Shutting down her apology, he fumed, “You can’t just say sh*t like that and two days later be like, ‘Oh, my bad. I wasn’t thinking.’ You damn right you wasn’t thinking! Why say that in the beginning?… I could’ve went straight to: Ice-T f*cked you in the bathroom for $2,000 when you was doing waitressing. I didn’t even go there! You used to f*ck in the bathroom at the Kit Kat Club or one of them old-ass clubs. Stop, you a video vixen!”

He also couldn’t help getting in a jab at his fellow rapper turned show host (who can’t seem to stop getting himself into these situations). “Shout out to Joe Buddens for hiring all these washed n****s,” he cracked. “You should open up a dry cleaning.”

Cam’ron & Mase Seemingly Suggest They Once Slept With Lil Kim & Foxy Brown

Cam’ron and Mase insinuated that they both slept with Lil Kim and Foxy Brown back in the day during the latest episode of It Is What It Is. While discussing NBA legend Dirk Nowitzki’s recent admission that the two rappers were his childhood crushes, Cam and Mase jokingly referred to them as their “old joints.”

“Dirk’s one of us!” Mase joked. “I knew Dirk was a n***a, yo. I knew there was a reason we liked Dirk. Foxy Brown and Lil Kim? The n***a got ratchet taste! He definitely does. He’s the leader in ratchet. Shout out to Foxy, shout out to Lil Kim. Those are my peoples, I love them.” From there, Cam added: “He like our old joints. You had one, I had one. I think. I don’t know, maybe I’m buggin.’”

As for Dirk, he revealed Brown and Kim as his crushes during an episode of Matt Barnes and Stephen Jackson’s All the Smoke podcast. He said: “Childhood crush? I mean the ’90s? I mean, Lil Kim. Foxy Brown.” Foxy ended up responding to Dirk’s admission in a comment on social media. She wrote: “[Love] u DIRK Haaaaaaaa![fire emojis] HEAVY ON DAT OREO LIFE!!!!! @swish41 [laughing emoji] WHAT WOULD Y’ALL NAME IT? [laughing emojis].”

A fling with either Foxy Brown or Lil Kim isn’t the only romantic relationship Cam’ron has discussed on It Is What It Is lately. Following Nia Long’s split from Ime Udoka, Cam’ron sent the actress a DM in an attempt to win her over. Unfortunately for Cam, he was unsuccessful. Be on the lookout for further updates on Cam’ron and Mase on HotNewHipHop.

New Cam’ron Freestyle Gets LeBron James’ Seal Of Approval

LeBron James has signed off on the impromptu freestyle Cam’ron dropped on a recent episode of It Is What It Is. “KILLA STOP PLAYING WIT EM!!” LeBron James commented when the clip hit Instagram. Meanwhile, Paul Pierce added: “yeah killlaaa.” The freestyle made liberal references to the NBA, including a major dig at the Utah Jazz. “Band in the living room. So we didn’t have to go to Utah to see the Jazz play,” Cam’ron rapped. Furthermore, he also used the line as the caption of an Instagram post.

Of course, It Is What It Is has become a major player on the sports media scene. Part of the appeal is it is independently owned and runs on YouTube. This means that Cam’ron and Ma$e have very little inhibitions about what they say on the air. Case in point, Cam’ron went into a lot of detail earlier this week when talking about how he and Ma$e once had a threesome with a sex worker.

Elsewhere, LeBron also recently spoke about his plan for attending his son’s impending debut for USC. “Whenever he’s cleared and ready to have his first game, I already told my teammates that if they play on the same day we’re playing, I’m going to have to catch them the next game. Family over everything. But definitely got to see Bronny’s first game whenever he’s cleared and ready to go,” LeBron told reporters after the Lakers’ Thursday night loss to the Thunder.

Earlier this week, the James family announced that Bronny had received medical clearance to resume practice with USC “next week”. Furthermore, the family’s statement said that Bronny’s debut as a Trojan would come “soon after”. Of the Trojans’ next 10 games from December 11 onwards, four coincide with a Lakers’ fixture. If Bronny’s debut comes against Oregon State (December 30), Cal (January 3), Colorado (January 13), or Arizona (January 17), LeBron would be skipping a Lakers fixture. Of the four, only the matchup against Cal is a home fixture for USC. The Galen Center, USC’s home base, is a little over two miles from the Lakers’ Crypto.com Arena.

Cam’ron and Mase have been killing it with It Is What It Is. Overall, the show has been a staple of the sports world. These two deliver some hilarious opinions and they do not care about offending anyone. Although they may not be seasoned journalists, it does not matter. They make everyone laugh and they always seem to get viral clips. Moreover, they have guests like OJ Simpson on every week, which just adds to their cache.

On the latest episode of the show, Cam’ron decided to tell a wild story about the time he and Mase participated in a threesome. It’s a story that made Mase uncomfortable at first, however, he began to laugh as Cam gave more details. “Well, we was gangbanging bitches,” Cam’ron started. “I remember one time — don’t let me talk about the past — we was at this whore house, me and Murda. So we left the bitch out the whore house. I had a lil’ stash crib over there between 7th and Lennox and we brought this bitch over there.”

And he’s hitting it from the back. He started hitting her, ‘You wasn’t sucking my dick like that.’ Yeah, that’s my n***a.”

Cam’ron Playfully Grills Ma$e About His Cameo In 50 Cent’s “Window Shopper” Video

In the latest episode of “It Is What It Is,” Cam’ron and Ma$e brought some lighthearted banter to the table as they dove into the past. Moreover, specifically addressing Ma$e’s unexpected cameo in 50 Cent’s 2005 music video for “Window Shopper.” The Dipset rapper seized the opportunity to ask his co-host about the role. The moment sparked laughter and curiosity on the show. During Tuesday’s episode (November 28), Cam’ron read out a viewer’s question that cut straight to the chase: “The people want to know: in 50 Cent’s video ‘Window Shopper,’ what was your role exactly in that?” Cam’ron asked, unable to contain his laughter. “They said he scooped you and took you shopping in the video. That’s what they told me — I haven’t seen the video in a while.”

In response to the unexpected question, Ma$e, amused by the question, played it cool and diverted the spotlight, saying, “I’ma let you handle that.” The two almost couldn’t contain their laughter while the question was being read. The camaraderie between the two rap veterans was evident as they shared a laugh over the humorous question. Cam’ron And Ma$e Get Candid

Despite the playful exchange, Ma$e didn’t offer any insights into the specifics of his cameo. Or the reasons behind his appearance in “Window Shopper.” Cam’ron, opting for a friendly tone, didn’t press his co-host for more details. Instead, he let the moment pass without diving deeper into the 50 Cent video cameo mystery. The good-natured banter on “It Is What It Is” showcased a funny moment between both Cam’ron and Ma$e.

As the hip-hop veterans continue to navigate their careers and share anecdotes from their journey, fans can anticipate more candid and amusing moments on “It Is What It Is.” For now, the question surrounding Ma$e’s role in 50 Cent’s “Window Shopper” video remains one of the show’s intriguing mysteries, adding an extra layer of curiosity to the dynamic between these rap icons.

Mase Reveals Paul George Confronted Him Over Cam’Ron’s Podcast Comments

Mase and Cam’ron are no strangers to discussing fellow celebrities on their podcast It Is What It Is. That often includes sports coverage as they’re both big sports fans, though sometimes it can get them into hot water. Earlier this year they found themselves receiving some backlash over a segment they did about concerning allegations made against Dwight Howard. In the clip, they seem to primarily take issue with Howard’s sexuality more so than the actual concerning accusations he’s facing.

They’ve also been known to talk about Paul George in particular quite a bit in the past. The two hosts recently appeared on the Stephen A. Smith Show where they talked about how that made an actual encounter with George a bit awkward. Cam explains that he brought up Paul George after Hornets rookie Brandon Miller called him the GOAT. “I went crazy and said I don’t know what this kid is smokin,’ I don’t know where he’s been but he’s out his damn mind sayin’ Paul George is the GOAT,” he explained. But Cam wasn’t the one who had to account for his comments. Check out the full podcast episode below.

Mase Dealing With Reactions To Cam’Ron’s Comments

Cam explained that Ma$e eventually ran into Paul George in person. “Fast-forward three weeks later, Paul George sees Ma$e at Summer League and says, ‘Why I can’t be the GOAT? What’s goin’ on, Ma$e? Tell Cam why I can’t be the GOAT?’” Ma$e explains that he didn’t know how to handle the situation and ended up just calling Cam. When he picked up Ma$e said “Yo Cam, Paul George and them got me surrounded right now — why you say he can’t be the GOAT?”

Earlier this month the pair once again drew attention for something they said on their podcast. In the clip, they said they would choose DMX over Tupac in a best rapper debate, which many fans disagreed with. What do you think of Ma$e’s story about being confronted by Paul George over Cam’Ron’s comments? Let us know in the comment section below.

Cam’ron Takes Aim At Skip Bayless For “Using” Lil Wayne & Yella Beezy For Clout

Cam’ron is someone who does not mince words. Overall, this is especially true on his new sports talk show, It Is What It Is. He and Ma$e have renewed their friendship on this show, and it has been great to see. As you probably know, these two have taken aim at plenty of figures this season. However, they have a lot of respect because of these tactics. Fans love the show, and it will not be going away, anytime soon.

Recently, Cam decided to go after Skip Bayless while OJ Simpson was on the show. Essentially, Cam takes issue with the fact that Bayless seemingly “uses” black people to make himself appear cooler. For instance, he referenced the fact that Lil Wayne, Yella Beezy, and Bubba Dub have all been on the show. Cam feels like Skip is trying too hard and that if there is a show they should go on, it would be It Is What It Is.

Cam’ron Says His Peace

“Yo if anybody that’s popping on the Gram, social media — do not go up there for free cause them n**** is getting the bag, my n***a. They treating y’all like the NCAA in 1991, my n***… The name of their show, you ever see how it comes on, like the logo? It’s gold chains,” Cam explained. “Skip, get the fuck out of here with them gold chains bro. Yo stop man. You gotta stop bro. Yo Bubba Dub, Yella Beezy – like I said, I already know Wayne ain’t playing no games — stay the fuck away if y’all don’t get paid. That n***a using y’all for cool points ’cause he don’t know how to be cool.”

Skip and Wayne have been good friends for a minute now, so he would probably disagree with the sentiment. However, there is no doubt that Cam is making an interesting point. Do you think he’s right? Let us know in the comments below. Additionally, stay tuned to HNHH for the latst news from around the sports world. We will always be sure to keep you informed.

Jack Harlow Likes Women With High Body Counts: “She Knows What She’s Doing”

Jack Harlow recently appeared on Mase and Cam’ron’s sports talk show It Is What It Is as the special guest of the hour on Friday (November 17). Moreover, their conversation was wide-ranging and made sure to go over some serious sports discussion and some more fun asides. For example, the Dipset leader asked the Kentucky native about what he desires in a potential partner, or the things that make or break the deal. Eventually, they got to the topic of women with a lot of experience in the bedroom, and how many folks don’t want to be with people with that kind of experience. For the Generation Now artist, though, that’s just a show of knowledge and openness.

“The thing about history is it often indicated a woman knows what she’s doing,” Jack Harlow posited. “So it don’t bother me too much.” Turns out that the “Lovin On Me” artist actually found a kindred spirit in Cam’ron. “That’s how I look at it,” the New York MC replied, and Harlow had some praise for his energy. “You seem like the type,” he told him. “I like that about you.”

Jack Harlow’s Thoughts On Body Count On It Is What It Is: Watch

Furthermore, folks may remember that the conversation around body count had its moment in the headlines earlier this year. Specifically, a lot of conversation emerged around Brittany Renner telling Shannon Sharpe that she’s slept with 35 men, which sparked a lot of debate. Some blasted this practice, whereas others were quick to defend Renner’s life choices and right to speak on her own sex life. One particularly extreme reaction came from Boosie Badazz, who made assumptions about her health.

“That’s kinda not adding up,” he remarked to DJ Vlad earlier this week. “I could’ve believed her but when she said three in one night I had to start multiplying. That’s too many if you finna ask me that, 35. You a h*e. I don’t want no b***h that’s slept with 35 n***as. You’ve at least been burnt seven times.” For more news and the latest updates on Jack Harlow, keep checking in with HNHH.

OJ Simpson Claims He’s Been With College Girls, Photos Surface Online

OJ Simpson is an interesting character. Overall, he is someone who has lost a lot of the good will he had when he played professional football. Of course, he stands accused of killing his ex-wife and her boyfriend. However, he ended up beating the murder case in a truly stunning trial. These days, Simpson can be seen on social media talking about fantasy sports. Additionally, he can sometimes be found on It Is What It Is with Cam’ron and Ma$e. The two have him on every Monday during the NFL season, and it has led to a lot of hilarious moments.

Overall, Simpson is incredibly unpredictable. He is someone who will say pretty much anything. However, this has somehow worked out quite well for him. This effectively has people tuning into his spots on It Is What It Is. Furthermore, the clips go viral and it keeps OJ in the conversation. Cam’ron Credits Gillie Da Kid & Wallo For Squashing Mase Beef, Dame Dash Weighs In

During a recent episode of It Is What It Is, Cam’ron chatted with Gillia Da Kid and Wallo about his past beef with Cam’ron. The duo have known each other since they were kids, and slowly started to part ways after forming Children of the Corn together. Cam’ron later accused Mase of being a “fraud,” and they went on to feud publicly before making up years later. According to Mase, money drove a wedge between them, as Cam thought he was refusing to share cash that he didn’t actually have.

Cam’ron explained that Gillie Da Kid and Wallo played a major role in their reunion, and took the opportunity to thank them. “Thank you guys also for helping connect me and Mase, and putting this sh*t together for us,” he said. “To be honest with you, and we talked about this on Million Dollaz Worth of Game, we may not even still be speaking right now without you guys’ platform.”
