Diddy Earns Minor Legal Victory After Judge Dismisses $100 Million Judgement From Michigan Inmate
Diddy may be in federal custody right now, but at least he’s not going to have to fork out $100 million. According to a recent report from TMZ, Judge Anna Marie Anzalone is tossing out the sexual assault lawsuit from current Michigan inmate Derrick Lee Cardello-Smith. The reason being is because Mr. Cardello-Smith “failed to prove he effectively served the lawsuit in accordance with Michigan law”. The mogul’s attorney, David Fink, was the one who was able to orchestrate this victory.
If you remember, Mr. Cardello-Smith says he experienced a sexual assault encounter with Diddy back at a Detroit, Michigan party in 1997. The time in between the act and the filing of the lawsuit is key here for this reason too. Judge Anzalone is also removing the motion from the convicted felon that would have prohibited Diddy from selling assets to cover the costs. She’s doing this because she’s almost 100 percent certain the Bad Boy Records founder will win this case based on statute of limitations alone.

This Michigan Lawsuit May Be The Only Legal Win For Diddy
Prior to this new update, Diddy was going to have to pay installments of $10 million, but that’s only because he didn’t issue a response. On September 12 was when he filed the motion that was accepted today to have it waived. Now, Diddy will most likely request to have this entire lawsuit wiped, but always stick with us no matter what the next step is.

Kanye West & Kim Kardashian Prioritize Parental Duties Despite Busy Careers
Kanye West and Kim Kardashian may have a lot going on when it comes to their careers, but that doesn’t mean their families take a hit. Recently, the co-parents have been putting time with their children first even amid their busy schedules. Earlier this week, for example, some of their little ones went back to school. The SKIMS founder took to Instagram to share a sweet photo of all of them lined up. While most of them looked exciting for their first days, their youngest Psalm seemed less than thrilled to end his summer vacation.
Kim’s post arrived shortly after they supported their dad Ye in China for his Vultures 2 listening party. North, Saint, Chicago, and Psalm even joined him onstage at Hainan’s Wuyuan River Sports Stadium for a performance of “Everybody.” Bianca Censori was also spotted at the event, filming and rooting for her husband and step-children.

Kim Kardashian & Kanye West’s Kids Go Back To School
She appears to have only gotten more involved in Ye and Kim’s kids’ lives in recent months. When the Yeezy founder first headed overseas for his various listening parties with his little ones, she was right alongside them. Before that, she was also seen taking his kids to dinner with her family, movies, and more back home in Los Angeles.
Kim’s post also comes after she revealed that her son Saint started his own YouTube channel. She shared earlier this month that the 8-year-old must follow a strict set of guidelines in order to keep his social media privileges, however. Eve Clarifies JAY-Z’s Alleged Controversial Comment About Female Rappers
Eve says that her comments on JAY-Z telling her that female rappers “don’t really do that well” from her memoir, Who’s That Girl?, are being misconstrued. She had recalled the legendary rapper making the remark as a warning to her back in 1999 ahead of the release of her debut album, Let There Be Eve…Ruff Ryders’ First Lady. She provided more context to the conversation during an appearance on The Breakfast Club on Tuesday.
“That was one of those things we were like, ‘Do we put that in?’ Because you know how people get,” she explained. “It was nothing bad about that. It was one of those things where it was a very amazing phone call that I needed.” She continued: “That was one of those I always felt like I was the underdog anyway. He wasn’t saying it out of malice or mean. It was facts, really. But I was like, eh, OK, let me see. I’ma show you. It’s all good. And it went on to be fine. Like I say in the book, we all have that person.”

Back in June, Rubi Rose confirmed that she and Druski were no longer an item after a few months of dating. At the time, she didn’t share many details of the split, though she appeared to be fed up with the internet personality. “F*ck love,” she told Rambo is Talking when asked what her favorite love song was. Druski was similarly silent about the breakup at first, though he later suggested that he wasn’t ready for everything the relationship came with.
According to Rubi Rose, however, the relationship was never real in the first place. Earlier this week, the video vixen and rapper took to Twitter/X to make the shocking revelation. “And for the record i never slept with that man, n***a paid for PR,” she wrote simply. “Not the p***y…”

She went on, stating that she didn’t have any hard feelings for Druski despite their faux romance. The Roots Busted Out A Delightful Mike Shinoda-Themed Rendition Of ‘My Sharona’ To Introduce The Linkin Park Leader On ‘Fallon’
The recently reunited Linkin Park put their stamp on last night’s (September 17) episode of The Tonight Show. Perhaps the most fun moment came at the very start, though.
The band’s Mike Shinoda was one of Jimmy Fallon’s interview guests, and after introducing him, Shinoda walked out as The Roots performed a rendition of The Knack’s 1979 classic “My Sharona.” Naturally, instead of singing the actual words, they replaced it with Shinoda’s name and it was a delightful moment.
Shinoda clearly got a kick out of it, as he laughed and pointed at the band when he realized what was happening. Still smiling and laughing once the intro was done, Shinoda explained to Fallon how his name has faced “My Sharona” comparisons since he was in high school.
He also spoke about what it’s like to have the Linkin Park machine up and running again and said, “You know what’s really funny is I was texting with the band after the Forum show, and we were euphoric for like 48 hours. I mean, it was truly, you know… to be this many years in and to feel that genuine adrenaline and excitement and happiness was like… there’s nothing like it, man.”
The new-look band also performed their recent single “The Emptiness Machine.” The group released the single earlier this month and it’s the first one featuring new members Emily Armstrong and Colin Brittain. Check out the performance below.
Nicki Minaj Thinks It’s ‘Crazy’ She’s Not A US Citizen After The ‘Millions Of Dollars’ In Taxes She’s Paid
Nicki Minaj has lived in the United States for most of her life, but as she recently discussed, she’s not actually a US citizen. She thinks that’s pretty wild given how much of her money has gone to paying taxes.
As HipHopDX notes, during a recent TikTok Live broadcast, Minaj said:
“I’m not a citizen of America. Isn’t that crazy? I was born on a beautiful island called Trinidad and Tobago. But I’ve been in the States for many years. You would think that with the millions of dollars that I’ve paid in taxes to this country that I would have been given an honorary citizenship many, many, many thousands of years ago.”
Minaj previously opened up about her background in 2018. In an Instagram post shared in response to children being separated from their parents at the US/Mexico border, Minaj wrote, “I came to this country as an illegal immigrant @ 5 years old. I can’t imagine the horror of being in a strange place & having my parents stripped away from me at the age of 5. This is so scary to me. Please stop this. Can you try to imagine the terror & panic these kids feel right now? Not knowing if their parents are dead or alive, if they’ll ever see them again…”
Diddy’s Life Is In Serious Jeopardy, According To Former MDC Warden
Diddy is currently in one of the most dangerous and “horrific” detention centers in the United States. After his first bail package was denied –it includes selling his and his mother’s Miami homes, as well as being under a watchful eye at all times– he was admitted into the MDC in Brooklyn. The Metropolitan Detention Center is constantly dealing with some sort of issues, with some being graver than others. According to Yahoo! News, they include “rampant violence, dreadful conditions, severe staffing shortages and the widespread smuggling of drugs and other contraband, some of it facilitated by employees”. At the same time, they say they’ve been subject to nearly perpetual lockdowns and have been barred from leaving their cells for visits, calls, showers or exercise.
Additionally, “perpetual lockdowns” are a commonality, as well as not being allowed to leave their cells for “visits, calls, showers or exercise”. However, easily the most harrowing is the number of suicides and general deaths at the MDC. Cameron Lindsay, a former warden from the detention center, tells TMZ that all of the former, especially the latter, are things Diddy should be extremely wary of. Lindsay says that other inmates see killing certain criminals as a “badge of honor”. The music mogul fits into that mold based on status alone, but also due to the scarring allegations.

Warden Details What Diddy Will Expect At The MDC In Brooklyn
Its why Diddy is currently being housed in the Special Housing Unit of the MDC. It’s a sector that keeps people like Diddy away from general prison mates. Lindsay also reveals that he won’t have a lot of access overall. That means one hour of rec time, three shows per week, three 1,800 calorie meals of varying freshness, and more. Furthermore, family and friends will have less time to see Diddy in comparison to his legal team. There’s also a commissary with available goods such as food, clothing, and some technology. Overall, the embattled star is going to have rough living conditions, to say the least.
