Ice Spice Smokes Weed On IG, Haters Say She “Just Lost All Her Charm”

Social media hardly bats an eye at celebrities who regularly indulge in drinking. When it comes to smoking weed or other substances, however, artists are often condemned. Doja Cat has faced regular backlash for hitting her vape (even on the Met Gala red carpet, despite Anna Wintour’s famous rule), and Cardi B had to call out those criticizing her for smoking a cigarette on her birthday earlier this week. Now, it’s Ice Spice who’s feeling the heat. A video of the “Munch” spitter hitting a blunt on her Instagram Story seemingly turned off several of her Munchkins.

In the recently posted clip, Isis Gaston casually smokes while seemingly riding on a bus. It’s unclear who’s in her company. Male voices are heard from off camera, raising eyebrows after she confirmed that there’s a new lover in her life whom she wants to keep secret. Once the video was uploaded on IG, it wasn’t long before haters began to share their thoughts. “[She] just lost all her charm,” one user suggested.

“She never had charm, just a fat a**,” another user chimed in. “They gon cook [you] for this,” one reply to that post reads, obviously awaiting Spice’s loyal fans to stick up for her. “This is not attractive at all,” and “I thought she was different,” others wrote after seeing the 23-year-old’s incriminating video. Of course, everyone is entitled to their opinion, but a @nojumper comment points out, “[You] ain’t expect a drill rapper out the [Bronx] to smoke? What kinda Fenty snortin’? Talkin’ ’bout losing her charm .”

Not everyone is impressed with Ice Spice’s occasional indulgence in weed. Still, her latest single is already earning a lot of positive attention online. Cam’ron is a hip-hop veteran, one that helped define the genre in the East Coast in the 2000s and remains a pivotal voice in the culture. Nowadays, it’s through a bit of a different lens, given the massive success of his sports talk show with Ma$e, It Is What It Is. Moreover, it’s still great to see the Dipset member be a part of the game, whether that’s occasional performances, releases, or just being part of the conversation. Still, with that experience and knowledge gained over a long time, plenty of people will try to downplay your impact, especially those that don’t know your full history. Lil Yachty has been having a huge career resurgence over the past year or so. Overall, a lot of this can be attributed to his latest album, Let’s Start Here. With this project, Yachty ditched a hip-hop sound and decided to give us some psychedelic rock. The artist was definitely channeling some Tame Impala throughout the tracklist, and fans loved it. However, this does not mean he has abandoned hip-hop entirely. Instead, he has been dropping some amazing rap bangers while also contributing to Drake’s For All The Dogs.

Needless to say, Yachty is getting co-signs that plenty of other artists wish they had. There is no telling what Yachty is going to do next, and his fans are very excited about the future. At the time, people just didn’t understand his sound. When you don’t understand something, sometimes you show fear over it. That can definitely be said of the Charlamagne Tha Gods and the Ebros of the world. However, Yachty is the one who has come out on top in the end. One could make the argument that the haters are not worth addressing.

Rod Wave Warns Haters He’s Going To Start Hitting The Gym

Rod Wave haters beware. In a recent livestream, the rapper outlined his fitness. “All y’all calling out my name, making fun of me. I’m going to hit the gym, I’m gon get my motherfucking six-pack. We finna gonna tighten up. And I’m gonna get everybody back, man.” We hope that Wave’s fitness journey goes well and he gets the results that he wants from it.

Wave has gotten a lot of hate for his physique, with many people resorting to fat-shaming and other nasty comments to make fun of the artist. To illustrate that point, the comments of the clip shared by Akademiks were full of people making fun of Wave. “He finna get a 6 pack of cheeseburgers,” one person wrote. “Yeah cus he needa get rid of that jello pack,” added another.

Haters can keep hating, but Wave is living it large right now. The first-week projections for his new album, Nostalgia, have sales of 130,000 to 140,000. That could see him take #1 on the Billboard 200, a spot currently occupied by Olivia Rodrigo’s Guts. In fact #1 and #2 are both new releases on the current chart, with V’s Layover coming in at #2. However, it’s not like there isn’t precedent for it. Wave’s last two albums, SoulFly and Beautiful Mind, both hit #1. Furthermore, all four of his previous albums are certified platinum. He might not be the first name that comes to mind in terms of “rap success” but he certainly has the data to back it up.

Additionally, what makes the projection even more impressive is that Nostalgia is not carried by a wealth of features. Wave is a pretty niche artist and there’s no harm in that. However, the 18-track project has just three features, with the biggest name collab being with 21 Savage. The other features are indie band Wet and rising star Sadie Jean. However, we will have to wait and see whether Wave is able to take that #1 spot from Rodrigo next week.

DDG Slams Haters For Saying Halle Bailey Can “Do Better”

DDG called out fans on Twitter, Monday, complaining that they’ve been saying his partner, Halle Bailey, can “do better.” DDG remarked that they’re hypocritical about their own love lives and that the internet is not representative of real life.

“The internet is not real.. i’m having this shit in real life.. these folks ‘play hate’ and stream my shit in private..,” DDG began in one post. He later added: “And all them females talkin bout my girl can ‘do better’ fuck broke n****s wit no ambition.. ya ain’t never been to chanel & can pick out whatever & how many bags ya want.”

DDG and Halle Bailey have been together since at least March 2022 when they made their relationship public. A few months later they made their red carpet debut as a couple at the BET Awards. Bailey recently revealed that their love has been serving as an inspiration for her new music as she prepares for the release of her debut solo EP. Speaking with Cosmopolitan, earlier this month, she explained: “Love has been a really big one for me too, because that’s something I’m experiencing for the first time, and it’s, like, ‘whoa’ in your brain. It’s clear that Uzi’s not messing around anymore when it comes to drama back home in Philly. Luckily, they appear to be pretty confident that they’ve come out on top. She’s not kidding either. Beyonce has dodged plenty of hate and the occasional controversy in recent years by saying very little of anything publicly.

Carrying on in the conversation though, Cardi B explains that every artist handles things differently. I feel like every artist should do what works for them and what’s good for they mental health because I feel like, if addressing things to Beyoncé affects her mental health, then don’t do it,” she concludes. “But me, bottling things inside and let people, like, front certain narratives of me, it will bother me inside. Recently, Sukihana hopped on Instagram Live to respond to haters who have had a lot to say about her appearance online. The “Grinch” performer made it clear that she won’t let trolls get her down. She says that despite criticism, she’s confident in the way she looks, and wouldn’t trade it for anything. Later on in the clip, she was sure to flex just how far her good looks can get her, calling on a male friend to give her some cash. He, of course, seemed ready and willing to oblige.

“They say ‘Suki is so ugly,’ Uh uh baby, where?” Sukihana began. “I know that y’all want me to change my nose,” she explained. “Oh baby, I’mma show y’all what ugly is. I’mma show y’all what ugly is. Sukihana Fires Back At Haters After VMAs Antics

Sukihana fired back at her haters on social media, Wednesday, after her recent antics at the MTV Video Music Awards. While walking the red carpet at the event, she got down and twerked on all fours. Videos of the moment have since been circulating on social media. Many users online weren’t happy with the behavior.

One person online wrote: “I just had a daughter, I’m sorry I look at things much differently now and I would hate to see her acting like this. As grown man with values, businesses & a strong knowledge of what’s important, this type of behavior or woman doesn’t even attract me. Bring back class, respect & dignity. Now I’m about to get back to selling these vending machines while listening to A Long Walk by Jill Scott.” In response to the criticism, Sukihana wrote back: “Shut the hell up.”

Former reality show star Deelishis also had a negative response to the move. “Too many outdoor shoes been on that carpet buttercup,” she wrote along with mask face emojis. Sukihana shot back: “Girl you was sleeping with Flavor [Flav] you ain’t scared of nothing.” From there, Deelishis apologized for possibly offending. “First off let me start off by saying to Sukihana I apologize if my comment upset or offended you,” Deelishis wrote on Instagram. “I should have said ‘you too fine for that flo’ which is a much more precise way of describing what I thought when I saw the post or even better not comment at all.”

Alabama Barker Is Avoiding Responding To Any Hate Comments

The 17-year-old daughter of Travis Barker, Alabama Barker, has heard her fair share of hate, bullying, and negative reactions from fans. She is reaching her breaking point, but she is going to pull back the reins on that. In a recent Instagram story, she expressed that she would not mind clapping back at all of the people bringing her down. She says, “Sometimes I find myself wanting to clap back. Bite at everyone who barks at me.” That is the common reaction to have when someone tries to get under your skin.

However, while living in the constant eye of the media certainly has its drawbacks, it is also a blessing in disguise for the social media personality. The haters, like the media, are going to try and pry information and emotions out of you for their pleasure, or, in the media’s case, dollar signs. But, Alabama is learning a valuable life lesson. She also states in her IG story, “But then I look at those people, like really look at them… what kind of life they’re living. The choice they’re making. The things they do. Compared to who I am, what I do & how I live. And that, itself keeps me humble.”

This Is Not The First Time Alabama Barker Has Dealt With Hate

She signed off by wishing her haters on their way and saying, “Remind yourself that the evil-hearted never wins.” These thoughts creeping into Alabama’s mind seem to be stemming from the body-shamers, but they also could be about a plethora of other things. Her outfit choices, and her thirst traps on TikTok during the time of Kourtney Kardashian being sent to the hospital, could all be reasons as to why she is feeling this way.
