Fake Drake Dresses As Ice Spice For Halloween In Sassy Viral Video

We thought we’d seen the last of Fake Drake when the Canadian rapper and his OVO brand sent a cease and desist to at least one of the men pretending to be him last year. 2023 hasn’t seen too many celebrity doppelgangers (that trend appears to have been left in 2022). Nevertheless, Halloween is giving people the perfect excuse to dress up in costume as their dream persona. Among our favourite looks so far have been Saweetie as the lead character from Edward Scissorhands and North West paying tribute to her dad. At this time, an homage to Ice Spice also has our attention for reasons completely unexpected.

On Monday (October 30), a video of a man who looks similar to Drake dressed in costume as the Bronx baddie began circulating online. Some falsely labelled the original poster as Champagne Papi, but upon closer inspection, it’s obvious that it’s one of the Scorpion rapper’s many lookalikes. Rather than going for a “40”, middle-parted,” the fake Drizzy stuck with Spice’s signature curls. His outfit – a pink velour tracksuit – kept him looking fresh enough to make the “Deli” hitmaker proud.

“The fact that y’all really believe that’s Drake is [wild] ,” one Instagram user wrote under @theneighborhoodtalk’s post. “Lmaooo he should’ve worn a skater skirt & really brought it home ,” another chimed in, curious to see what the father of one’s legs might look like in one of Spice’s signature styles.

While people all across the country donned their red wigs to step out as stars like Sexyy Red and Ice Spice for Halloween, the latter lyricist broke the internet with her costume. She chose to channel the famous pin-up character Betty Boop while performing this past weekend, showing off practically her whole behind while spitting some of her biggest hips. She already showed off one extravagant look at a party over the weekend. In the pictures she disappeared into a flowery outfit inspired by Tim Burton’s Alice In Wonderland. But for the holiday proper she had a more personal look ready to go.

“Death Thee Stallion” she captioned a post of her fit. In the series of pictures she shows off her costume, Death The Kid from the anime Soul Eater. Fans quickly rushed to the comments to praise her look. House music producer Yaeji called the look “fire” while the official MTV account said “you dropped this .” Fans were even more overwhelming in their love for Meg’s fit. “they can never make me hate you,” and “everytime I think Megan can’t feed my weeb heart anymore she proves me wrong. Over the weekend, Megan Thee Stallion announced a new single coming soon. The track is called “Cobra” and is scheduled to drop on November 3. The song will serve as her first true solo single since last year when she treated fans to her new album Traumazine.

Bette Midler’s annual Hulaween Bash is just one of the many functions that some of our favourite celebrities were at, including Chloe Bailey. The Atlanta-born artist had one of the spiciest costumes at the venue, and it looked amazing on her as she put on a performance for everyone in attendance.

Like many of the stage looks we saw during her In Pieces tour, the 25-year-old was slaying in her latex Catwoman outfit. She shielded her eyes from the camera flashes with futuristically shaped sunglasses, and let her hourglass figure speak for itself. Many people would be unable to comfortably move in an outfit so tight, but in the video below, Bailey proved that she’s an expert at making her booty bounce, no matter how skin-tight the clothing on her body is.

Megan Fox and Machine Gun Kelly dressed up as characters from the anime, Death Note, for their second Halloween costumes, over the weekend. The two were spotted heading to Vas Morgan and Michael Braun’s Halloween Party in the outfits. Earlier in the weekend, they went with characters from Kill Bill, which ended up being a controversial decision.

SAG-AFTRA requested that members avoid dressing as characters that would promote struck work and if they do, at least not post it on social media. The guidelines read: “Let’s use our collective power to send a loud and clear message to our struck employers that we will not promote their content without a fair contract. Choose costumes inspired by generalized characters and figures (ghost, zombie, spider, etc). Don’t post photos of costumes inspired by struck content to social media [either].” While sharing her Gogo Yubari outfit, Fox tagged the union on Instagram. Kelly dressed as Uma Thurman’s The Bride.

In celebration, the “Pound Town” performer recently took to social media, telling fans to drop their Sexyy Red costumes. It’s safe to say that she wasn’t disappointed, as countless social media users responded with their Sexyy-inspired fits.

She reposted some of her favorites, and a few of them are seriously spot-on. “Yall snappin wit yall costumes of me,” Sexyy Red wrote. According to her, however, there was one clear winner. It appears as though the “Shake Yo Dreads” performer’s fans have taken over Halloween, and if there wasn’t already a run on bright red wigs, there will be soon. Sexyy herself has been embracing spooky season for some time now, rocking devil horns in a variety of her recent Instagram photos.

She hasn’t always appreciated others taking notes from her distinct style, however. Earlier this month, Latto shared a video of herself throwing it back alongside friends in a pair of True Religion jeans. Latto’s denim sparked controversy, with many claiming that she was jacking Sexyy’s look. Fuel was only added to the fire when the “SkeeYee” artist reposted a fan’s Instagram Story, which appeared to throw shade at Latto. “All these celebrities wasn’t wearing @truereligion until @sexyyred came out ,” the post read. Despite speculation, the St. Louis native denies any beef. “Definitely not shading her I’m direct wit it whatever I gotta say,” she wrote.
