Kanye West Briefly Unbanned On Twitter, FBI Might Probe His Presidential Campaign

One of the most persistent aspects of Kanye West’s past few years was his ban on Twitter for controversial statements. However, it seems that Elon Musk’s “X” rebrand also came with some user changes and reinstatements. Moreover, the platform unbanned the Chicago artist’s account, though it’s unclear if he will use it at all. Of course, it shouldn’t be too surprising to see Ye rant and ramble about whatever pops into his head again. Still, recent reports of a potential FBI probe into his presidential campaign might compel him to hold his tongue. Also, it looks like Twitter re-suspended his account, so that didn’t last long.

Furthermore, Radar Online reportedly spoke to Kanye West’s 2024 campaign committee treasurer Devin White and attorney Bruce Fein. During their talk, they alleged that the Federal Bureau of Investigation might look into Milo Yiannopoulos, the Yeezy mogul’s on-and-off-again campaign manager. The right-wing pundit is a U.S. resident alien on O-1 visa status, and this forbids him from formally working on a campaign.

Kanye West’s (Brief) Unbanning On Twitter

“Commission regulations prohibit foreign nationals from directing, dictating, controlling, or directly or indirectly participating in the decision-making process of any person (such as a corporation, labor organization, political committee, or political organization) with regard to any election-related activities,” the Federal Electoral Commission states. “This prohibition includes advances of personal funds, contributions or donations made to political party committees and organizations, state or local party committees for the purchase or construction of an office building funds under 11 CFR 300.35, and contributions or disbursements to make electioneering communications. Foreign nationals are also prohibited from, directly or indirectly, donating to an inaugural committee; and it is a violation of federal law to knowingly accept such donations from a foreign national.” What’s more is that this could spell out deep trouble for Kanye West, which Fein and White claim to have warned him of.

“He’s a foreign national,” Fein told the outlet. “You cannot take any services from a foreign national. It’s a criminal violation, not civil- a criminal violation! It’s a felony, it’s not a minor offense. This is not an obscure provision in the election law.” Meanwhile, White added: “We believe it would be virtually impossible at this point for [Kanye] not to be aware of that unless he is somewhere where he is incapacitated.” For more news and the latest updates on Kanye West, stay logged into HNHH.

Pras Roasted For Being An FBI Informant

Pras is getting a lot of flack and jokes online after he admitted that he was an FBI informant. Moreover, the revelation relates to his criminal conspiracy case, where he stood accused of witness tampering and failing to register as an agent of China, as well. According to Rolling Stone, the Fugees MC testified in his own federal trial. During that, he admitted to several meetings with FBI agents about China potentially extraditing a dissident. “Pras is testifying in his own defense,” reported Dan Friedman relayed on Twitter. “Told the judge: “After consulting with my attorneys and the universe, I decided that I will testify.”

Furthermore, this case also saw another famous person testify, but this time against Pras, and it was none other than Leonardo DiCaprio. While he’s not involved in this case at all, he detailed his relationships with Pras and with Malaysian businessman Jho Low. For those unaware, he’s the person that the rapper allegedly conspired with to embezzle money from the Malaysian government and to secretly fund Barack Obama’s 2012 presidential campaign. What’s more is that the “Zealots” artist was apparently the middle man for many of these operations.

Pras Admits To Being An FBI Informant

Specifically, the court accused him of helping Low put pressure on White House and justice officials that tracked his fraud scheme. In addition, Pras allegedly helped advocate for the Chinese government “securing the return” of a dissident living in the U.S. that developed a relationship with former Trump advisor Steve Bannon. While denying his role as an agent of China, he clarified his involvement. “I took it upon myself to report because I thought the FBI should know,” he expressed during his testimony.

After this admission circled online, with the added fact that he reportedly accepted $100 million to engage in these activities, fans reacted with shock and ridicule on social media. Pras faces 22 years in prison if convicted, and the jury deliberated the case starting Monday (April 24). Before the trial, he spoke to Rolling Stone and maintained his innocence. “What benefit would I get trying to break laws?” he told the publication. “It’s not worth it to me. I’m like a pariah now. I’ve got friends who won’t talk to me because they think there’s a satellite in orbit listening to them.” Check out reactions to Pras, the FBI informant, down below and return to HNHH for the latest on the Fugees member.

Charleston White Explains Run-In With The FBI

Charleston White says that he was picked up by the FBI after someone accused him of kidnapping women. They said he was holding them hostage with illegal firearms. White explained the situation on Instagram Live after a video went viral on Monday showing the former gang leader being detained by law enforcement officials in Texas.

“I got picked up by the FBI. While the FBI were picking me up, they was at my momma’s house. Somebody called the FBI with a picture when I bought that M50 two weeks ago. They emailed that picture to the FBI today, with me holding that M50 at the gun store,” White explained. “And they said that I got Asian girls, Now, this what the FBI said they said. They said I got Asian girls held hostage with Glocks, switches and bombs. What they did was, they was watching my Live! ‘Cause they watch my Live all the time.”

Charleston White’s IG Live

“When the FBI get out here, four white guys that look like them n****s that take them drug dealer n****s to jail to make them tell, all them got out the car, and they wasn’t smiling,” he further said. “Boy, they looked mean than a muthafucka! By the time they opened the door, they said, ‘Mr. White.’ Boy, that made me feel a little better ’cause they was smiling now. And they had some papers in their hand, and they said, ‘We got some reports that you got some hostages, some Asian girls being held hostage.’ I said, ‘Awww, man!’ ‘And they said you got some Glocks with some switches.’” White later theorized that police were able to track him down by watching his Instagram Live.

While it’s unclear who filed the accusation, it came after White brandished a gun on social media while going on a racist rant aimed at China Mac. “Chinese women should be raped brutally by big dick, well-hung Black men,” he said, before adding, “Chinese babies should be killed and sodomized.” Following the rant, White and DJ Akademiks’ upcoming comedy show in NYC, The Truth Is Funny, was canceled.

King Von Allegedly Placed $100K Hit On FBG Duck, FBI Witness Says: Report

King Von allegedly put a $100K bounty to kill FBG Duck, according to newly released FBI documents.

Chicago Scene 88 obtained the newly released documents from an interview with a witness. The unnamed individual identified numerous people allegedly involved in Duck’s death. The witness spoke to officers on August 18th, 2020, weeks after Duck’s death.

Though many of the names have been redacted, the witness alleged King Von initially placed a $50K hit on FBG Duck. He then upped the reward to $100K.

The witness also alleged that King Von purchased “custom made necklaces for ‘O Block GDs’ responsible for the murder of WEEKLY.” Additionally, the FBI documents also revealed the person they interviewed identified the alleged shooters. The witness said Marcus Smart, better known as MuWop, carried out “several murders on behalf of O-Block Black Disciples.”

Another document that emerged identified the weapons used in the murder of FBG Duck, which is linked to dozens of other murders in Chicago.

Following the paperwork’s release, fans dug up an old tweet from King Von where he stated that he and Duck squashed their feud.

“Me and Duck settled Our differences right before he passed,” he tweeted after Duck’s passing. “We was talking bout bringing everybody together as a whole n changing da community for the better. Imma still stand on dat shit. Every step of the way imma be thinking of u. Even doe u dissed my dead homies and family.”

FBG Duck’s mother later shut down these claims, calling them lies.

There isn’t confirmation surrounding the authenticity of the documents at this point but HNHH will keep you posted on anymore updates surrounding the case.

U Of Idaho Stabbings: Suspect Reportedly In Custody After FBI Pennsylvania Arrest

Some were certain that 2022 would end without any answers regarding the tragic University of Idaho stabbings. However, they were proven wrong on Friday (December 30), as a suspect has finally been taken into custody regarding the tragic slayings. According to CNN, the FBI made an arrest hours ago, and the Moscow Police Department is preparing for a news conference later this afternoon.

The new reports say that authorities tracked down the person of interest in northeastern Pennsylvania. Descriptions say he’s a man in his 20s, though no other information about potential motives or relations to the victims has been made public at this time.

The arrest follows yesterday’s (December 29) update from police, who say they’ve had upwards of 20,000 tips sent their way. These came in the form of 9,025 emails, 4,575 phone calls, and 6,050 digital media submissions. Additionally, they conducted upwards of 300 interviews regarding their investigations.

21-year-old Kaylee Goncalves and Madison Mogen may have been sleeping during the attack. However, previous reports reveal that they made several calls to an ex-boyfriend, Jack, around the time of the murders. The two other victims, Xana Kernodle and her 20-year-old boyfriend, Ethan Chapin, were in her room.

The shocking stabbings are the first of its kind to rock the small college down in seven years.

“Investigators believe someone has information that adds context to what occurred on the night of the murders and continue requesting additional pictures, video, and social media content. Our focus remains on the investigation, not an individual’s activities displayed in the tip,” a recent update from authorities said.

The off-campus residence where the victims live remains an active crime scene, although cleaners will visit. Moscow Police have worked with property management services to get rid of “potential biohazards and other harmful substances used to collect evidence.”

Check back in with HNHH later for any updates on the University of Idaho killings.
