YNW Melly Is Ready To Get His Legal Situation “Over With” According To Fredo Bang

Updates on YNW Melly have been few and far between since he was arrested nearly 5 years ago. When those updates do come they’re rarely added perspective on his mental state. Somebody who might know how he’s feeling right now is Fredo Bang. Though the two haven’t talked since 2022 he’s been a part of the trial since day one due to his association with Melly. Earlier this week he sat down with VladTV to discuss the case.

He revealed that he learned about the mistrial immediately because people tagged him on social media. The resulting mistrial meant Melly would spend even more time in police custody unsure of his future, something Fredo says he feels bad about. “I know a lot of people who have been in a situation like that waiting years and years and years… I just feel bad because I know he’s ready to get it over with,” he said. He also revealed that they haven’t talked because Melly was stripped of his phone rights. “We ain’t even talked in a minute, because they stripped him of all his phone privileges, and stuff. He can’t even use the phone. So it’s been a very long time since I talked to him,” Fredo finished. Check out the full interview clip below.

The interview comes a few weeks after Melly’s retrial was delayed once again. This delay came in late December of last year. Opening statements in the retrial are now expected to begin on March 5. The trial has been delayed numerous times already dating back to its originally scheduled October start date.

But it wasn’t all bad news for Melly. At the same time the start of the trial was delayed the judge also ruled in his favor, dispelling some evidence the prosecution was attempting to introduce. Wack 100 Explains Why Keefe D Won’t Be Convicted In 2Pac Murder Case

Wack 100 is someone who has a lot of insights into the hip-hop world. As an artist manager, he got to see a lot over the past few decades. Although Wack is known for getting into a few feuds here and there, he is still seen as a credible voice on certain topics. One topic that he has been keen to speak on is the 2Pac murder case. Overall, this has been a huge storyline as Keefe D was recently arrested. Soon, he will be put on trial and many are waiting to see what will come of all of this.

Recently, Wack 100 got to talk with Vlad TV about the ordeal. Wack knows Keefe D personally and has had conversations with him. In the clip below, Wack explains how he believes Keefe D will end up getting off. Although Wack 100 does think the man is a bit of an idiot for his comments and actions, he doesn’t think the evidence holds up. Additionally, Wack noted that he once spoke to Keefe D about his comments on the situation and how he was setting himself up for this kind of scenario.

“I don’t think they’re going to convict him,” Wack 100 exlained. “A lot of circumstantial stuff. I think he’s a damn idiot. He thought that his proffers over here was like a federal thing that covered the United States. I think that’s what he thought. [Keefe’s] 60 years old. I know he just had a surgery. A cancer removed. I think they’re just stroking the ego of the people because there’s no murder weapon.”

At this point, it remains to be seen whether or not Keefe D will be convicted. He is looking to get bail right now, although his hearings continue to be delayed. Boosie Badazz Says His Son Would Have To Kill Nine People To Be A “Gangster”

In a recent chat with Vlad, Boosie Badazz shared thoughts on how it’s tricky for kids of famous folks, especially in hip-hop. The main idea was about growing up famous, with a focus on King Harris, T.I.’s son. Vlad, who made it big as a DJ with immigrant parents, praised how having famous folks can help you out. He pointed to Ice Cube and Denzel Washington’s kids in acting. Saying it’s smart to use your famous family to succeed. But without getting into the tough stuff they might rap or act about.

Boosie agreed but added a twist. How it’s hard for a rapper’s kid to be taken seriously if they haven’t lived the tough life their lyrics talk about. Boosie said it’s tough to be seen as real in a music scene that really values street life stories. While he liked the idea of famous parents helping out, he said it’s crucial to be careful not to look fake. He continued by saying, “My son would have to kill nine people to be a ‘gangster.’” Essentially, he is pushing the importance of the message of really being “about that life,” if that’s what is being portrayed through music. Effectively being called his doppelgänger, the Boosie lookalike starred in a hilarious music video. He’s also been dubbed as a “Fake Boosie.”

Moreover, this talk between Boosie and Vlad gives a glimpse into the tricky path that celebrity kids have to navigate. Wack 100 Describes Michael Jordan Altercation

Wack 100 is someone who has been very forthcoming about some of the situations he has found himself in over the years. Overall, one such situation involves NBA legend Michael Jordan. Although Jordan typically keeps to himself, he has been known to be confrontational if he needs to be. However, it never gets to a point of no return. Instead, Jordan is somewhat of a diplomat who can ease tensions and neutralize a situation. It is a good quality to have, and Wack got to see it firsthand.

In the VladTV interview down below, Wack explained exactly what took place with Michael Jordan. Essentially, they were at the Floyd Mayweather and Manny Pacquiao fight which took place almost a decade ago. On his way out of the fight, Wack heard a whole bunch of commotion behind him. Overall, he was confused by it but eventually realized a big security guard was elbowing his way through people to escort someone out of the building. Subsequently, Wack stood up to the security guard and it led to a confrontation.

Eventually, Wack 100 realized who was being escorted out of the building. It was none other than Jordan, who immediately spoke to Wack. Wack had been telling the security guard he could stay behind or go around, but not through. Jordan agreed with the sentiment and told his team to take him through a different exit. In the eyes of Wack, this was a huge moment for him as it taught him how to handle certain issues. Moreover, it made him feel “outclassed” by the NBA superstar. Needless to say, this was a huge moment in Wack’s life, even if he didn’t know it at the time.

G-Unit: The Game Says 50 Cent Was Only Member Making Money

The Game is a name that’s been well-known in hip-hop for decades. Like many of his contemporaries, rap beefs have come his way throughout the years. One of the West Coast icon’s most famous feuds is with 50 Cent, whom he previously worked with in G-Unit. During a sitdown with VladTV, Game spoke about his experience in the group, and how it helped him move up on the industry’s ladder. However, he did admit that it felt as though Fif was the only one getting serious monetary opportunities, leading to some resentment between them.

“I appreciated the step up on the ladder,” the 44-year-old told Vlad. “I always felt like if I never got put in G-Unit, or Dr. Dre didn’t sign me to Aftermath, I would still be sitting here talking to you with the same track record,” he said. “I’m the type, like if I put my mind to something and I say this is what I want to do, that’s just simply what I’m going to do… It was cool being in G-Unit, but then it wasn’t because I felt like we was just in it.”

The Game Reflects on G-Unit’s Highs and Lows

From Game’s perspective, “50 was making the money and we was just in G-Unit.” The Compton native wasn’t specifically salty because of Curtis Jackson’s hunger for success. Still, he was hurting while cast in the shadows of another lyricist while trying to reach the top himself. “I definitely wanted to like, just be a solo artist and like get to get to it,” he admitted.

Boosie Badazz Opens Up On Two Recent Lawsuits Filed Against Him

Boosie Badazz appears on Vlad TV so often that he sometimes runs out of things to reveal. But this week he shared that he had recently been hit with two new lawsuits within the span of a week. “I hate this court sh*t. I done been sued two times this week,” Boosie begins. The first suit was over a wrongful death that occurred near the music video shoot for Boosie and Baby Soulja’s 2017 song “Dirty.”

“When I got [to the video shoot] it had already happened down the street, or whatever. Why the hell are you suing me? ‘I didn’t provide security.’ I wasn’t part of the video. I was just coming to the video to do my part and leave,” Boosie explained. The second lawsuit deals with a notorious fight that broke out during a performance on the Legendz Of The Streetz Tour in 2021. “They got another dude suing me for the State Farm thing. Even though Boosie claims to hate the legal system, he’s also making use of it himself. He’s threatened to sue numerous artists online recently for sampling and interpolating his songs. Boosie Badazz Tells Story Of Confronting Yung Bleu For $30k

Boosie Badazz is returning to a beef that had fans intrigued earlier this year. The debate began in September when Boosie weighed in on Yung Bleu’s drama with his wife. That turned into a full-on beef between Boosie and Bleu which lasted the better part of a month and featured numerous points of dramatic tension. The first escalation came when Boosie claimed that Bleu owed him $30k spawning from the time he was signed to the rapper’s label.

That resulted in Yung Bleu hitting back at Boosie’s credentials as an executive. He claimed that the investments he makes in artists are superficial and he doesn’t actually do the work to see them through to actually being successful. An even more substantial and potentially illegal accusation came a few days later when Boosie claimed that Bleu forged his signature. It was a tailspin of accusations and beef that became difficult to make sense of in its entirety and ultimately culminated in Bleu trying to set up a boxing match between the pair.
