E.Ness is the latest celebrity to speak out about the wave of sexual assault accusations against Diddy, which also involve various other alleged crimes. Moreover, he’s taking the side of folks who think this is all fake and a ploy to punish him based on false claims. For those unaware, Ness was part of Da Band, the Bad Boy rap group whose creation and career was chronicled in the MTV reality series Making The Band 2. This defense from a label mate also adds onto Sean Combs’ own denials, but their voices are quite small in the wider discourse on these allegations.
“It’s a smear campaign,” E.Ness claimed concerning the Diddy lawsuits during an interview with Directed BY CEO Nafees on YouTube. “That’s what’s happening with Puff. It’s a smear campaign. And what they usually do is they go to your personal habits. They start attacking your personal habits, your girlfriends, your exes. Then they try to find something to attack you through those vessels.” He also alleged that this is the “classic rollout” that they gave other alleged celebrity abusers like R. Kelly, Michael Jackson, Mike Tyson, and Bill Cosby.
However, despite all this speculation and conflicting narratives, Diddy has popped out at least a few times for the public eye beyond just his defenses of himself. Recently, he and his family hit up Rolling Loud Los Angeles over the weekend, where he and his children got to see Ye and Ty Dolla $ign, Nicki Minaj, and likely other sets at the festival. Still, the Bad Boy mogul remains quite tight-lipped and private amid all these claims, as he has a lot of legal baggage to handle. While others agree with E.Ness’ assessment, there are far too many testimonies with too much weight to ignore.
Meanwhile, as the New York icon’s charter school also reportedly struggles to stay up to snuff, he will need many solutions his way fast. Nevertheless, what most folks want is accountability under a fair legal process, and for the industry to reckon with long-term avoidance of crimes like these. As impossible as it sounds, that fight is what matters most. For more news and the latest updates on E.Ness and Diddy, check back in with HNHH.
Ye and Ty Dolla $ign’s Rolling Loud L.A. set this weekend probably wasn’t what many fans expected for a couple of reasons. For one, it was more akin to their VULTURES listening parties than it was to a traditional festival performance, as they didn’t really “perform” anything. Not only that, but another element that surprised a lot of folks is something they found out a couple of days after it went down, and relating to an even larger story in pop culture right now. From what TMZ footage indicates, it seems like Diddy went to this VULTURES event with his family and crew, as footage also emerged of his twin daughters attending Nicki Minaj’s set.
Furthermore, this is interesting considering they are both in controversial, albeit very different, situations when it comes to their public image. Ye is still dealing with a lot of fallout from his antisemitism and the breakdown and volatility of his personal relationships, whereas Diddy faces multiple massive lawsuits accusing him of sexual assault and much more. As such, a lot of people think that they have more reason to link up now. After all, they’ve both spoken on the importance of solidarity and unity, although these circumstances make that sentiment hard to swallow.
For those unaware, their last public interaction concerned Ye’s scandalous Drink Champs interview in which he expressed antisemitic and anti-BLM views. It notably got a lot of backlash for downplaying and spreading misinformation about the death of George Floyd, and folks called Diddy out for letting it air in the first place. While Revolt took it down eventually, this was a very odd situation given that the two had beefed over these controversial views before. With this in mind, many wondered why Sean Combs would let something like this happen in the first place.
Meanwhile, they’re also both facing issues with their academic institutions, as well as a lot of legal trouble and general public scrutiny. We can only wonder where the two stand on each other right now, and whether they found reason to support each other. It will take a lot from both of them to one day find forgiveness from the media, society, and their fans. See the clips and footage of Diddy at Ye’s show with the “Via” link below. Over the last few months, Diddy has been hit with lawsuit after lawsuit, packed with multiple allegations. When Cassie accused the mogul of sexual assault in November 2023, the news was all over the internet. It was settled quickly, barely a day after it was filed. However, Diddy has not gotten respite since then as he has had other allegations and lawsuits to worry about.
Arguably the biggest right now, as well as the most recent, is the $30 million lawsuit filed by Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones. The producer worked closely with Diddy for a while and was heavily involved in creating The Love Album (2023). NBC News reported that Jones’ lawsuit was filed in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York on February 26, 2024. Reportedly 73 pages long, the document details several allegations mounted against Diddy. More importantly, the case is far from settled, which means Diddy may head to court. Here’s a breakdown of the wildest allegations in the lawsuit.
As aforementioned, Rodney Jones worked closely with Diddy throughout the making of The Love Album. According to the lawsuit, the producer lived and traveled with Diddy for long periods from September 2022 to November 2023. During this time, Jones allegedly witnessed multiple acts of misconduct, and “serious illegal activity” from the record executive. Among the most prominent is that Diddy allegedly had underage girls over at his parties. The lawsuit reportedly contains alleged screenshots showing underage girls at these gatherings. According to the documents, the girls were also given laced drinks at Diddy’s behest.
Drugging And Possible Rape
Throughout the 73-page lawsuit, Rodney Jones accuses Diddy of sexually assaulting him on different occasions. However, amidst it all, this particular allegation is arguably the heaviest sexual offense, if it turns out to be true. In the document, the producer reportedly says that he believes Diddy drugged him on February 2, 2023. While he’s not sure, Jones says that there’s a possibility he may have also been raped after being drugged. According to the lawsuit, he woke up naked, dizzy, and confused in bed with Diddy and two sex workers.
Furthermore, according to the lawsuit, Jones alleges that Diddy touched him inappropriately. The statement in the document claims that Diddy sexually harassed and assaulted Jones while he lived with Diddy at his Florida home. Allegedly, this also happened at Diddy’s home in New York, as well as on a yatch the mogul rented in the US Virgin Islands. Chiefly, the assault and harassment included “constant unsolicited and unauthorized groping and touching of his anus,” according to the lawsuit.
Grooming
The lawsuit also claims that Diddy allegedly tried “to groom Jones into accepting a homosexual relationship.” Explicitly stated in the document, the producer alleges that he was forced to work in Diddy’s bathroom as the executive showered naked in a glass enclosure. Subsequently, according to the lawsuit, Jones raised concerns about this arrangement to Diddy’s chief of staff. However, Kristina Khorram, the chief of staff, brushed it aside, dubbing the behavior “friendly horseplay.” She allegedly also stated that those acts were Diddy’s way of “showing that he likes you.” Jones didn’t buy that though, as his lawsuit also accuses Khorram of aiding and abetting her boss’ sexual assault of him.
Surprisingly, allegations of sexual assault are not the only things present in Jones’ lawsuit against Diddy. Allegedly, the producer also received threats of physical harm from the mogul who repeatedly exerted dominance and control over him. According to the document, Diddy sometimes threatened to “eat Mr. Jones’ face.” Additionally, the suit reportedly states that Diddy “informed Mr. Jones that he is willing to kill his mother, Janice Combs, if he must, in order to get what he wants, so he wouldn’t think twice to hurt Mr. Jones.”
Forced To Perform Sexual Acts On Sex Workers
According to the lawsuit, Diddy allegedly forced Rodney Jones to procure sex workers on several occasions. However, that wasn’t all. The suit also alleges that Diddy pressured the producer to engage in unwelcome sexual acts with these sex workers. This was allegedly done to please the music mogul. To aid in soliciting these workers, Diddy allegedly provided Jones with “an exclusive Bad Boy baseball cap.” According to the lawsuit, the producer was required to wear this cap to a Miami establishment “as a signal to any sex worker he approached” that Diddy was in town. The suit claimed that it was meant to signify that Diddy had sent Jones to recruit them.
Diddy’s Admittance To Gun Violence
Another damning allegation against Diddy, a statement in the lawsuit claims that Diddy bragged about getting away with shooting other people. Jones alleges that Diddy forced him to watch as he displayed guns, and bragged about gun violence. Furthermore, another statement claims that Diddy admitted to being responsible for a shooting in a nightclub in New York in 1999. This alleged shooting involved rapper Shyne who was subsequently sentenced to 10 years in jail.
Last month, a new spate of allegations hit Diddy. He’s been hit with multiple series of lawsuits dating back to last year which each individually focus on different allegations of abusive behavior. The full span of all the accusations together paint a pretty damning picture. But despite the numerous claims many in the music industry are still debating the full merit of everything he’s accused of. But he isn’t the only one involved who has had to deny various claims made against him.
Stevie J is also mentioned in a lawsuit filed in February. The suit claimed that Diddy once showed a producer of his pictures of Stevie having sex with another man. The pictures are even included in the evidence of the lawsuit filed. Unsurprisingly, it didn’t take Stevie long to try to categorically deny all of the claims. He invoked his belief in god in a statement he made last month trying to dispel the accusations made against him. He went as far as to claim that the video “can’t” be him. In the aftermath, a pornstar claimed publicly that the pictures included were actually of him and not Stevie. Now, the music industry veteran is once again commenting indirectly on the allegations he’s facing.
In a pair of new clips taken from recent Instagram livestreams he did with his kids, Stevie J gives them a warning. He advises to “be careful out here” something that obviously takes on new meaning in the wake of the lawsuit. Despite that claim fans honed in on something very different in the livestream. In one particular clip, the music mogul’s daughter is seen twerking despite the fact that she’s in a livestream with her dad and brother. Almost all of the comments on the post are discussing that bizarre encounter.
What do you think of Stevie J’s warning to his kids after being mentioned in Diddy’s newest lawsuit last month? Do you agree with fans that his daughter twerking on Instagram live alongside him is weird? Let us know in the comment section below.
Diddy is facing a sexual assault allegation from a woman who claims she was just 16 at the time. Liza Gardner, who originally accused the Bad Boy mogul and singer Aaron Hall of rape back in November as Jane Doe, has submitted an amendment complaint with further details including her age at the time.
In the lawsuit, she recalled Diddy and Hall being “very flirtatious and handsy” with her and a friend and offering them drinks at an event MCA Records was hosting. Afterward, they went to Hall’s apartment for an after-party. “While at Hall’s apartment, Liza Gardner was offered more drinks and was coerced into having sex with Combs,” the lawsuit says. “After Combs finished doing his business, Liza Gardner laid in bed, shocked and traumatized.” Eventually, she was trying to get dressed, and Hall allegedly “barged into the room, pinned her down, and forced Liza Gardner to have sex with him.” She says they also assaulted her friend.
Diddy’s spokesperson responded to the lawsuit at the time of the initial filing in a statement to NBC News: “The claims involving alleged misconduct against Mr. Combs from over 30 years ago and filed at the last minute are all completely denied and rejected by him. He recognizes this as a money grab. Because of Mr. Combs’ fame and success, he is an easy target for accusers who will falsify the truth, without conscience or consequence, for financial benefit. The New York Legislature surely did not intend or expect the Adult Survivors Act to be exploited for improper purposes. The public should be skeptical and not rush to accept these unsubstantiated allegations.”
Gardner’s lawsuit is just one of many Diddy is facing for various incidents of alleged sexual misconduct. Be on the lookout for further updates on Diddy and the legal cases he’s facing on HotNewHipHop.
Suge Knight questioned Snoop Dogg, Dr. Dre, and The Game’s relationship with Diddy during the latest episode of his Collect Call podcast on Monday night. In doing so, he accused the group of artists of being in a secret society with the disgraced Bad Boy mogul. Diddy has been facing numerous accusations of sexual misconduct, most recently from Lil Rod.
“Once they start painting they fingernails and wearing women’s clothes, they got you,” he said. “I remember when they was giving Puffy an award at the ASCAP Awards — Andre went up there and got him an expensive watch and gave it to him in front of everybody. He basically confessed his love to this man. Then Puffy and Snoop became besties. Every time you see one, you seen the other one. Next thing you know, they start painting they fingernails. Didn’t make sense.”
He continued: “[The] Game bought Puffy a Lamborghini when Puffy got more money than Game. Why you buying this man a Lamborghini? You know your homies don’t even got a Lamborghini. But once again, it’s that secret society. For this thing to work and fix it, they gotta start all the way over in these major record labels and these big buildings. They need to get rid of all the guys who was connected to the poison and the snake.” Check out his full comments below.
Lil Rod filed his lawsuit against Diddy, late last month, accusing him of various unwanted advances, serving laced drinks at his parties, and much more. Diddy’s lawyer vehemently denied the allegations from the lawsuit in a statement to TMZ. Be on the lookout for further updates on Suge Knight on HotNewHipHop.
Lil Cease has broken his silence on the allegations against Diddy. Speaking with TMZ for a new interview, he took a fairly passive stance on the Bad Boy mogul, arguing that no one knows for certain whether he’s guilty while hoping everyone “finds peace.” Diddy is facing several lawsuits pertaining to sexual misconduct with the most recent coming from Lil Rod.
“At the end of the day, a lot of things is accusations. We don’t know if it’s true or if it’s not. I’m not the one to say what’s true and what’s not. But I hope everyone finds comfort, finds peace. And that’s how I see it,” Lil Cease told the outlet.
Cease is far from the first celebrity to speak on the allegations against Diddy. Last month, Floyd Mayweather faced backlash for coming to the disgraced Bad Boy mogul’s defense during an interview with The Pivot Podcast. “I’m not gonna speak bad about P. Diddy because he’s still a Black man,” he said at the time. “Mistakes happen. I can’t say if it is or if it’s not a mistake, but things happen in life. P. Diddy’s business is P. Diddy’s business. It’s not my job or anyone else’s job to go on the internet and stomp him and kick a man when he’s down. My take on it is it’s not my business. I don’t think it’s right at all and I don’t condone it.” 50 Cent was among those to call him out for the comments.

Elsewhere in the interview, Cease also discussed giving away his unreleased Notorious B.I.G. songs. Be on the lookout for further updates on Lil Cease as well as the case against Diddy on HotNewHipHop.
Given the new allegations against Diddy, which some people think are comparable to the Jeffrey Epstein scandal, a lot of folks are finding new footage from years past and applying this dark context to it. For example, Internet sleuths found a clip of him talking with Birdman as they give each other flowers for their completed or current paths on the way to music mogul status. Not only that, but Sean Combs even lays his lips on Stunna’s head towards the end of the video, and a lot of folks had a lot to say about this. Sadly, all the homophobia kind of overtook the actual discussion around power dynamics and the implications of events and interactions like these.
The Cash Money executive has yet to respond to this new discussion as of writing this article. Furthermore, other celebrities are actually sticking up for Sean Combs in this case. “It’s another Black man in this industry going through some unfortunate circumstances,” Ja Rule recently told Piers Morgan of Diddy. “I wish him luck with everything he’s going through, and if there’s victims in this. I can’t speak on things that I don’t know about, Piers… but I wish everybody love.
“It’s a very unfortunate thing for the victims of these situations, and for the people who are also being accused of these situations,” Ja Rule continued about the accusations against Diddy. “I believe in justice and I believe in the punishment fitting the crime. If people get convicted of the things these people are saying, then they should be put in jail. But I also believe, on the flip side, if people are lying about these things, they should also be taken to court, tried, and be put in prison as well.” Check out fan reactions to the Bad Boy MC kissing Birdman below.

Meanwhile, the New Orleans mogul has not shied away from being critical of Puff Daddy in the past. As such, their relationship presumably soured a little bit over the years, and it will be interesting to see what comes of this new discovery. We’ll see whether he has anything to say about this, or if there will be any significant move in the near future to resolve these criminal accusations and bring justice about. Candace Owens centered the latest episode of her podcast on the recent allegations against Diddy. In turn, she says the case is bigger than that of Jeffrey Epstein. Sharing the episode on Twitter, Owens wrote: “The Diddy case is arguably bigger than the Jeffrey Epstein case and yet the media is virtually silent on it. That’s because they are implicated. It is dark, but we now know that both politicians and celebrities are being blackmailed.”
In the video, she goes into detail on Rodney Jones’ new lawsuit against Diddy. With his filing, Jones accuses the Bad Boy mogul of sexual assault. He claims Diddy pressured him to engage in sexual acts, served laced alcoholic beverages at his parties, and more salacious behavior. Owens notes that the lawsuit also names Universal Music Group CEO Sir Lucian Grainge.
For his part, Diddy has vehemently denied the allegations. In a statement provided to TMZ, his attorney, Shawn Holley, argued: “Lil Rod is nothing more than a liar who filed a $30 million lawsuit shamelessly looking for an undeserved payday. His reckless name-dropping about events that are pure fiction and simply did not happen is nothing more than a transparent attempt to garner headlines. We have overwhelming, indisputable proof that his claims are complete lies. Our attempts to share this proof with Mr. Jones’ attorney, Tyrone Blackburn, have been ignored, as Mr. Blackburn refuses to return our calls. We will address these outlandish allegations in court and take all appropriate action against those who make them.”

50 Cent went after Diddy while performing in Phoenix, Arizona on March 3 at Talking Stick Resort Amphitheatre. The concert was a rescheduled show from his Final Lap Tour. His joke about Diddy arose while 50 was trolling the audience for their reaction to him bailing on his last show in the city when it was 115 degrees.
“I don’t know how y’all live out this motherf*cker, it was 115 degrees the last time I got here. Some of y’all cussed me out,” he said. “Called me all kind of names online.” From there, he added: “I love you, why don’t you love me back? Where is the love?! Hold on, hold on. We don’t want too much love. You know what happened to Brother Love. Let’s keep it down, not too much love.”
