Roddy Ricch Seeking Joint Custody Of His Young Son

Recently, Roddy Ricch entered a custody battle with ex-girlfriend Alexandra Kiser. In a recent petition Kiser submitted she is asking for full custody of the pair’s 3-year-old son and the reasons given are alarming. According to AllHipHop, she claims that Roddy is addicted to Promethazine and “prioritizes being high over being a father to their child.” She’s also asking for 20k a month in child support from the rapper. He’s been ordered to pay 24k a month temporarily while the court proceedings unfold.

There are even more and perhaps even worse allegations directed at Roddy Ricch in the petition. Kiser claims that Roddy still has gang affiliations, while also specifically citing an instance where she and their son were evicted from a house Roddy owned despite him having the money to pay for it. She also gave a peek into the artist’s financial side claiming that he earned more than $10 million in 2022 alone. Finally, she claimed that he is worth more than $25 million and asks for fees of $500,000 for any appearances. Ricch hasn’t responded to any of the allegations made against him, but he is requesting joint custody of the child.

That time it went much worse with fans leaving the livestream in bulk and criticizing his new material in the comments.

Currently, the former couple is arguing online over threats from the rapper to take custody of the child if the “Baddies” star doesn’t take proper care of it. Considering Blue’s absence in the lead-up to the birth and their volatile relationship prior to the pregnancy, fans and families are split on how to proceed. Moreover, new tweets from him continued this contention, and even his first baby mama and current partner Jaidyn Alexis stepped in to defend his parenting.

“Irreplacable moments,” Alexis wrote on Twitter with pictures of Blueface with their son. “I couldn’t care less bout nun the bs but u always show for them.” On the other hand, the 26-year-old’s most recent statements add to the idea that he’s concerned over how Chrisean Rock will take care of the baby. “You smoked your way to birth,” he alleged. “You don’t think I can get the kid? Blueface has been making headlines over his jabs at the mother of his newborn, calling her “selfish,” and claiming everything she’s doing is for attention. He took things up a notch when he hopped on Twitter this week, calling her out for hitting the gym. He claimed that she should have been focused on their child at the time instead of her physique. Blueface even went on to threaten to file for custody of Chrisean Jr. if Chrisean doesn’t make him a priority.

“If she don’t take my son serious an make that her main focus an priority for atleast 30days I will file for custody you’ve been warned,” he wrote. “My kid not finna be molested and touched on like everybody in her family dead homys I don’t play them typa games.” Chrisean seemingly responded to his diss by sharing a clip of the home gym she was working out in, which was only steps away from the baby’s crib. The father of her child’s threats, however, seem to have really gotten under Chrisean’s skin. She recently went live, breaking down into tears over the thought of Chrisean Jr. being taken away from her.

In another clip, Chrisean seemingly addresses Blueface’s accusations that she kept him from attending the birth. She’s also reportedly looking to confirm that the rapper is indeed the boy’s father in order to start receiving child support. This came as somewhat of a surprise for fans, as the model has been open about not receiving child support from the fathers of her children in the past.

The reports have managed to stir up quite the response from social media users. Many are now debating whether or not the mother of two should be receiving payments from King’s father amid their reported custody arrangement. Some suggest that since Tyga claims to take care of their child for the majority of the week, he shouldn’t have to pay her. Others says that he should have to pay her child support regardless, based on his income.

Though Tyga doesn’t want to change things up this late in the game, Blac Chyna’s mother insists that he should.

Nia Long Files For Custody Of Son With Ime Udoka: Report

Nia Long has filed a case with celebrity attorney Samantha Spector to “determine a parental relationship” with her ex, Ime Udoka, regarding their 11-year-old son. The actress is seeking full custody after she and Udoka split up following his cheating scandal in 2022. She hopes to allow Udoka visitation rights and have him pay the entirety of the attorney fees, according to RadarOnline.

Long and Udoka were together for 13 years and welcomed their son in 2011. They got engaged in 2015, but never married. They split up when news of Udoka’s infidelity broke.

The drama began when the Boston Celtics suspended Udoka as head coach for violating “team policies.” ESPN later broke the news that he had an affair with someone within the organization. “I want to apologize to our players, fans, the entire Celtics organization, and my family for letting them down,” Udoka previously shared in a statement. “I am sorry for putting the team in this difficult situation, and I accept the team’s decision.” He’s since been hired as the new head coach of the Houston Rockets.

Ne-Yo Serves Ex-Girlfriend Papers Demanding Paternity Test

It looks like Ne-Yo is adding yet another messy chapter to his storied love life. The singer and songwriter just got divorced. Now, he is having issues with his baby mama. He recently had his ex-girlfriend Sade Bagnerise served with papers asking for a paternity test. He is also asking for court-mandated child support. The pair have two children, both of which allegedly belong to Ne-Yo. The singer is not so sure, however.

According to court documents obtained by Radar Online, Ne-Yo is certain that he is the father of his older child, Braiden Bagnerise. However, he has doubts about the paternity of his younger child, Brixton Bagnerise. He requested a DNA test to establish paternity and is also seeking joint custody and a flexible parenting schedule for the children. Ne-Yo wants Braiden to take his last name, but it is unclear if he plans to change Brixton’s last name as well after the results of the paternity test are available.

Ne-Yo’s romantic relationships have been complicated. In February, he finalized his divorce from Crystal Renay, which required him to pay almost $2 million. Renay filed for divorce in August 2022, just four months after they renewed their vows. She accused Ne-Yo of cheating on her multiple times and fathering a child with another woman during their marriage. In the divorce, Renay gets one of their four homes in Georgia and moving expenses up to $20,000. Ne-Yo has agreed to pay $150,000 for a new car for Renay, while keeping their 2022 Bentley Bentayga for himself.

The couple has three children together, so Ne-Yo will also pay $12,000 monthly for child support. Additionally, he will pay the kids’ school expenses and $5,000 monthly for alimony for the next three years. Both Ne-Yo and Renay have joint custody of the children and have agreed not to introduce romantic partners around the kids. Tyrese Fights Judge’s Custody Settlement Ruling

Yesterday, we reported that actor Tyrese Gibson has been ordered to pay $650,000 in child support and legal fees. This settlement is in regard to his ongoing custody case with his ex-wife, Samantha Lee Gibson. The decision was made by a judge in Fulton County court yesterday. While the overall sum is massive, most of it won’t even go to his ex-wife. The majority of the money will go to Samantha’s attorney, who accounts for $399,000 of the total. Tyrese has to pay $237,944 for child support to his ex-wife.

The ruling comes less than a year after Tyrese complained about being asked to pay $10,000 per month to his ex. Last fall, he argued in court that the amount was excessive. According to the actor, Samantha earns a good income herself. Therefore, she shouldn’t need nearly so much from him. He also accused the judge of being biased against him due to his race. However, it’s unclear if there is any truth to this claim. Now, Tyrese has made it clear that he has no intention of just rolling over and accepting the ruling.

Some may think Tyrese’s reluctance to pay the huge sum stems from a lack of funds. However, according to the actor, that isn’t the case. He did not say whether or not this was due to his belief that the judge was being racist. However, he made it clear that he was fighting for dads everywhere.

According to TMZ, Tyrese has been ordered to pay around $650,000 in child support and legal fees. The ruling was made by a judge in Fulton County court on Tuesday. Although the judge has made a decision, Tyrese’s attorney Tanya Mitchell Graham has stated that her client intends to appeal the ruling and file a motion for a new trial, according to TMZ. Graham has also mentioned that Tyrese is not obligated to pay his ex-wife until May 15th. However, she thinks that the due date could be extended further once she submits the appeal. The amount of $237,000 that Tyrese owes to Samantha includes child support and interest. In addition, it appears that Tyrese is required to pay $17,000 for the “special master” who was appointed by the judge to handle minor disputes during the case.

Just last week, Tyrese took to social media to ask for people to review the other rulings of the judge in his trial. “I want this man to do exactly what he’s there to do on that bench, according to the law,” Tyrese said. “You know what else I’m gonna ask? I’m gonna ask all the judges, and anyone who can step in and help me, to do a specific review. To pull up all the transcripts for every father that Judge Farmer ever had to be on the bench for. Drake Bell’s Brother Says He Was Suicidal Over Custody Issues

Drake Bell’s brother says that the actor was suicidal over child custody issues with his estranged wife, Janet, according to TMZ. Orlando Police first reported that Bell was missing on Wednesday night. They cited Bell’s brother remarking that he had made suicidal statements about hanging himself beforehand.

“He should be traveling in a 2022 grey BMW and his last known location is potentially the area of Mainland High School on 4/12/2023 just before 9p.m.
He is considered missing and endangered,” police wrote in a post on Facebook.

Bell eventually responded to the missing person report on Twitter. “You leave your phone in the car and don’t answer for the night and this?” he wrote in a since-deleted post. It’s unclear what the custody issues are between Janet and Bell. “At this time we can confirm law enforcement officials are in contact and Mr. Bell is safe,” Daytona Beach Police Department spokesperson Carrie McCallister confirmed to the Associated Press.

Bell has faced several legal issues over the years. In 2021, he was sentenced to two years of probation for child endangerment over his relationship with a 15-year-old girl. They had met during one of his concerts back in 2017. He later pleaded guilty to attempted endangerment of a child and disseminating harmful material to juveniles. He was sentenced to two years of probation. Bell also performed 200 hours of community service in California. “I accept this plea because my conduct was wrong,” Bell said at his sentencing in 2021. “I’m sorry the victim was harmed. It was not my intention. I take this matter very seriously, and, again, I just want to apologize to her and anyone else who may have been affected by my actions.”

Bell is best known for his starring role on Nickelodeon’s Drake & Josh from 2004 through 2007. He’s also released several albums and plans to drop another project at some point later this year.

Tina Knowles’ Home Vandalized, Suspect Taken Into Custody

Tina Knowles was recently the victim of a man vandalizing her Los Angeles home, TMZ reports. Moreover, Solange and Beyoncé’s mother had an unwelcome visitor throwing rocks at her mailbox last Saturday (April 1), damaging her property and causing a disturbance. When the Los Angeles Police department got a call about the disturbance, they rushed to the designer’s home to respond to the incident. However, the suspect allegedly ran off on foot while being pursued by police units, including a helicopter. Eventually, they nabbed him after a foot pursuit and the suspect is now in police custody.

Furthermore, law enforcement informed the publication that the man behaved erratically during his arrest. Given that circumstance, authorities placed him on a 5150 psychiatric hold. Interestingly enough, TMZ also reported that Knowles suffered minimal damages to her mailbox, and fortunately, it seems like the rest of her property remains unscathed. Also, the part-time actress also apparently declined to press charges or even file an official police report. It seems like she let this incident brush off her shoulder, and hopefully she isn’t the victim of further attacks.

Fortunately, other news surrounding Tina Knowles leaned toward much less dangerous developments as of late. For example, she recently expressed pride in her granddaughter Rumi, one of Beyoncé’s children, already expressing an interest in fashion. “Rumi loves fashion,” she expressed during an interview. “She picks out her own clothes. We recently went to Disneyland, and she put on her Mickey Mouse shorts. Then she wanted to put on a sparkly printed top which had the same colors. It actually looked really cute. Blue was like, ‘My mom would be mad because she’s doing too much,.’ And Rumi said, ‘This is my style.’ She’s 5. I was impressed. She wore outrageous stuff, but she has an amazing sense of style. So you let them do their own thing. You can’t say, ‘No, this doesn’t go with this or that.’”

Meanwhile, the designer is often spending quality time with her grandchildren in wholesome fashion. A couple of years ago, people went crazy over Blue Ivy doing Tina’s makeup.
