Tyga And Blac Chyna Drop Custody Battle, Agree To Joint Custody

Since last year, rapper Tyga and model Blac Chyna began a custody battle over their son King. At first, things seemed pretty hostile as stories leaked out into the media of dissonance between the pair. One memorable story claimed that Chyna was attempting to settle things outside of court, but the rapper refused. As a part of the custody feud, both parents were required to take court-mandated parenting classes, which they both completed last year.

News of their legal battle has slowed down quite a bit since then. Back in December, it was reported that the pair were close to a solution but the legal process itself took a few months. Now the two have formally agreed on a solution to their custody dispute. The pair have agreed to joint legal and physical custody of their son while also settling matters like visitation and attorney fees. The full details of their agreement aren’t available but it appears to be about as amicable an ending to the situation as possible. Check out what is known about their agreement below.

Last month, Tyga made a surprise appearance on one of the biggest tours of 2024 so far. He joined Nicki Minaj on stage during an early stop on her Pink Friday 2 world tour, which just made a pair of stops in Canada. Afterwards Minaj showed the “Taste” rapper some love on social media thanking him for joining her on stage.

Another strange story that spawned from the couples custody battle was their son King’s baptism. Attendees reportedly had to sign a hefty non-disclosure agreement just to get in. The agreement allegedly included $500k in fines for anybody who broke the agreement and shared information or video from the event. Last year, it was revealed that Jeezy and Jeannie Mai had decided to go their separate ways following two years of marriage. The sudden split led to an onslaught of speculation about the reason behind the former couple’s separation. They described the relationship as “irretrievably broken” without mentioning specifics. There have since been reports of differing family values, persistent arguments, cheating, and more leading to their breakup.

Last month, Jeezy filed a motion to seal all information pertaining to their two-year-old daughter, Monaco. “The parties are both public figures. Since the filing of this action, they and, most importantly, their child, have become the subject of intense media scrutiny and publications in connection with their divorce action that are directly contrary to the best interests of the child,” the filing read. “In addition, this litigation is tragically becoming increasingly contentious, and, as a result, it is inevitable that sensitive personal and financial information and information related to the child will necessarily be discussed and disclosed as the parties explore the issues incident to their divorce.”

Now, Jeezy is seeking primary custody of their little one, according to new legal docs obtained by TMZ. Reportedly, he’s asked a judge to toss their current custody arrangement and to allow Monaco to live with him full-time. He alleges that Mai has previously withheld his time with their daughter, and that her frequent travel often leaves her to be cared for by Mai’s family. Jeezy argues that living with him will create more stability in Monaco’s life. He also insists that Mai’s previously raised security concerns are a nonissue.

50 Cent Seeks Full Custody Of Son With Daphne Joy Amid Diddy Sex Work Allegations

Earlier this week, new details of Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones’ lawsuit against Diddy became public, including various allegations against others like Yung Miami. He accuses the City Girls rapper of trafficking “pink cocaine” for the Bad Boy Records founder, as well as accepting monthly payments from him in exchange for sex work. The femcee isn’t the only woman Diddy’s accused of paying for sex work, however. Lil Rod also alleges that Daphne Joy, the mother of 50 Cent’s son, was accepting paychecks from the mogul.

While Joy has yet to address these allegations publicly, new reports suggest that 50 Cent isn’t happy about them. Allegedly, Fif is now seeking full custody of their 12-year-old as a result. “Given the latest developments and news of Daphne Joy’s involvement in the Diddy lawsuit, 50 is going for sole custody of his son,” a source allegedly told Us Weekly.

While Daphne Joy has yet to respond to the allegations, Diddy has continued to cling to his innocence. As expected, 50 Cent has also been persistent with his online trolling. Most recently, he joked about the sex work allegations on Instagram. “I didn’t know you was a sex worker, you little sex worker.LOL Yo this sh*t is a movie. @bransoncognac @lecheminduroi,” he captioned a set of images of himself smoking a cigar in the rain.

During a recent interview with ET, the personality revealed that she now has 50/50 custody of her kids King Cairo and Dream with Tyga and Rob Kardashian, respectively.

It looks like White is doing better than ever these days, gushing over the heartwarming news. “I fought my way through it. It’s done. I’m so excited. You have no idea,” she explained. “[It’s working] splendid. I’m in a better place, my kids. Having a structure for me and stability for me, is everything for me,” she added. “Now everything else is going to trickle down because our foundation is strong.”

While White has no problem showing off her new partner Derrick Milano to fans on social media, she says that she prefers to spend quality time with her children while he isn’t present. “Yeah, they definitely know Derrick, but sometimes just being in a relationship, a new relationship with a male, women they tend to cater more to the male, and that’s just never my thing,” she describes. “My kids are my kids, they came from me.”

The exciting news follows White’s longwinded custody dispute with Tyga, which they resolved in December. At the time, it was reported that White would care for King Cairo on weekends while Tyga cared for him throughout the remainder of the week. Teyana Taylor has just come out with some serious claims against her ex-husband and former NBA star Iman Shumpert. The two were married for seven years and together for 10. That is until the two eventually split in late September of last year. Not too much was known as to why they decided to separate initially. However, in November another update came out that the singer was the one who wanted to end things.

According to some legal documents, Teyana claimed Iman was “treating her cruelly and displaying extreme narcissistic behavior throughout the majority of their marriage.” Then, things got even more serious when Iman denied allegations against him that he was “endangering” her in multiple ways. Now, Teyana is going all in, essentially doubling down on those previous claims.

Jeezy Claims Jeannie Mai Is Acting As A “Gatekeeper” Between Him & Daughter Monaco

Back in September, Jeezy filed for a divorce from his wife of two years, Jeannie Mai. He also filed for joint custody of their nearly-one-year-old daughter, Monaco. While both of them have described their split as amicable, Jeezy is reportedly pushing for a judge to enforce a more consistent schedule when it comes to him visiting Monaco. According to RadarOnline, he believes it would be better for the two of them, as well as their daughter.

“The lack of consistency, continuity, and stability inherently associated with such a haphazard and fluid parenting time schedule is stressful to the Child, and it has, as is unfortunately inevitable with all families in transition, created unnecessary tension and confusion regarding not only parenting time but also in regard to each parent’s role and rights when the Child is in their respective custody,” his filing reads.

Elsewhere in his filing, Jeezy claims that the inconsistent custody schedule is getting in the way of his ability to develop a solid bond with Monaco. The filing does specify, however, that he doesn’t believe Mai is doing this intentionally. “[Mai’s] interference with [Jeezy’s] relationship with the Child, again, while not generated from or with malicious intent, is nevertheless, causing confusion and tension between the parties and is working to stifle the development of [Jeezy’s] relationship with the Child,” it says.

Sukihana’s Baby Daddy Claims That She’s Hiding Their Child From Him

Sukihana is no stranger to public drama and it re-emerged recently in a big way. Blogger Tasha K spoke with a man who is alleged to be Suki’s baby daddy and he had some inflammatory claims about their interactions. In the clip, he claims that his daughter is being kept from him and even shares a video of the child having to call him in secret. He also claims that Suki is keeping their daughter off of social media deliberately so she doesn’t have any way to contact her father. He doesn’t provide much explanation as to why Suki might feel all of this is necessary. which is where fans in the comments picked up the speculation.

“Taking your grievances to a blogger and not an attorney means Suki has probably made the correct call IJS. A judge can order visitation but he is also gonna order child support they go hand in hand,” one of the top comments on the post muses. DJ Mustard’s Ex-Wife Accuses Him Of Emotional Abuse Amid Custody Battle

Recently, DJ Mustard’s ex-wife Chanel Thierry took to social media to put him on blast. According to her, the producer is looking to get custody of their three children, and is trying to make her look bad in the process. Though they were only married for less than two years, Thierry says that they had been an item for 11.

“Imagine a man leaving you after 11 years, less than a year later moving his gf into the home y’all custom built for your family, playing house with your kids then turning around and trying to paint a picture like you are a unfit parent to get custody,” she wrote. “I’m truly flabbergasted.”

She didn’t stop there, however. In another post, Thierry made it clear that she’ll continue to speak her mind, particularly when it comes to her family. “No longer tolerating the emotional abuse on the back end,” she explained. “I will stand for myself always when the occasion arises and especially for my children.” Her posts come after she demanded the producer pay her roughly $82,628 per month in child support earlier this year. A judge later ruled for him to pay only $24,500 monthly. Though that may seem like a hefty price to pay, it’s only a drop in the bucket of the reported $623,381 he brings in each month.
