Blac Chyna & Tyga Reportedly Resolve Custody Battle

Things are looking up for Blac Chyna and her ex Tyga, as the two of them have finally settled their longwinded custody dispute over their son, King Cairo. According to sources who reportedly spoke with TMZ, they resolved things amicably. Now, both parents will have rights when it comes to making decisions for King’s sake.

Blac Chyna will spend weekends with the 11-year-old, while Tyga will care for him for the remainder of the week. Additionally, the court is said to have ordered them not to speak badly about one another around their son. While this is sure to mitigate some of the tension that’s been brewing between them in recent months, they’ll also be enrolling in a program that will monitor their communication regarding co-parenting. Further, Tyga won’t have to pay child support, which Chyna requested back in August when she filed for custody of King.

Things got messy after Chyna filed, with her mother Tokyo Toni weighing in on Instagram. “@tyga you should be paying child support,” she wrote in The Neighborhood Talk‘s comments section. “What kind of man are you? She never asked you for a dime her son. You should be ashamed of yourself.” Tyga later responded to Blac Chyna’s request, claiming that there’s no reason for him to pay child support when he cares for King during the majority of the week and pays for his schooling.

Tyga eventually filed for sole custody of the child, and Chyna revealed that she would have preferred to work things out without getting the courts involved. According to her, aside from the resources they had to expend on the legal proceedings, she also didn’t want to battle her ex in the public eye. She claims that he refused to talk things out, however. Luckily, the co-parents seem to have now reached an agreement. What do you think of Blac Chyna and Tyga finally settling their custody dispute? Tyga Completes Court-Ordered Parenting Class Amid Blac Chyna Custody Battle

Earlier today, it was reported that Tyga has officially completed his court-ordered online parenting class amid he and Blac Chyna’s custody battle over their son, King Cairo. The news comes only days after Blac Chyna reportedly completed her own parenting class, a requirement for custody disputes. The reality star filed for joint custody of the 11-year-old back in July. She also requested that the artist start paying her child support, claiming that she’s yet to see any since the child was born.

He fired back, claiming that there’s no reason he should have to pay her. According to him, he cares for King Cairo throughout most of the week, in addition to paying $40K per year for the child’s schooling. In response to Chyna’s filing, Tyga also filed for full custody of their son. Blac Chyna claimed that she didn’t know where his filing was coming from, calling it “sad.” She further expressed interest in developing a healthy co-parenting relationship with the performer, as she feels it’s what’s best for the elementary schooler.

Reportedly, Blac Chyna also wanted to settle their dispute outside of court, but her former partner refused. “You have obviously more money than me,” she explained on Nick Viall’s The Viall Files podcast in October. “Why can’t we just settle this stuff outside of court, like [by] talking to you? He didn’t wanna do that, so now I have to go to court… We both don’t need this… The whole world’s watching, and it’s like, ‘We could’ve just had a conversation, man.’”

Tyga Asks For Sole Custody Amid Legal Battle With Blac Chyna

The ongoing custody feud between Tyga and Blac Chyna has taken a new turn. New court documents obtained by ET shed light on the latest developments and reveal that Tyga is now seeking full custody of their son. Notably, just earlier this month, Blac Chyna, also known as Angela White, had made her own plea to the court. She requested an increase in visitation rights and more transparency regarding the arrangements for their 10-year-old son, King Cairo, whom she co-parents with Tyga. Additionally, Blac Chyna urged the court to obligate Tyga to cover her legal expenses in the ongoing legal battle.

As we previously highlighted on HNHH, Blac Chyna’s current custody arrangement allows her to spend time with her son just once per week. In light of her financial constraints, she has taken the step of filing a motion to secure over $100,000 from Tyga. This substantial amount is crucial for her to effectively pursue her legal battle against him. With her financial resources running out, Blac Chyna finds herself in a challenging position. Consequently, she has resorted to alternative means to bolster her finances. In fact, she started selling her belongings in order to help raise some money.

Custody Battle Between Tyga And Chyna Continues

Moreover, Chyna’s argument is centered on her limited time with King, alleging that she currently only has access to 24 hours per week with their child. She says that Tyga has been uncooperative, stating that he “refuses to directly communicate with her, share his contact information, or give her an address for where King lives.” Beyond this, she asserted that Tyga has withheld vital information regarding King’s well-being, including witholding the location of his school and details pertaining to his medical prescriptions.

As both parties continue to assert their claims and counterclaims, the court faces the challenging task of determining the most suitable custody arrangement for young King. In response, ET reported that Tyga is also asking that “[Chyna] provide written permission if wanting to take their son outside of the state,” and that they keep the same holiday schedule that they’ve already had. Meanwhile, in response to selling her stuff, Blac Chyna said, “I feel like a lot of things hold energy, right? And we had discussed this before, I just kind of wanted a fresh start. And I don’t think nothing’s wrong with selling your old stuff. I feel like, at this point in my life, I don’t really value materialistic things.”
