Blac Chyna & Tyga’s Custody Battle: Model Wanted To Settle Outside Of Court, Rapper Allegedly Refused

Any two people can lay down and make a baby with ease, but when it comes to co-parenting that child together, things grow increasingly difficult. After the birth of their song, King, Tyga and Blac Chyna’s romantic relationship obviously didn’t work out. While he moved on with Kylie Jenner, she interestingly kept her next dating choice in the same family, shacking up with the socialite’s elder half-brother, Rob Kardashian. They’ve also had their ups and downs over the years in regards to raising their daughter, Dream, but as of late, it’s been her custody battle with Tyga that’s stressing Chyna out.

On a new episode of Nick Viall’s The Viall Files podcast, the mother of two spoke candidly about her situation with the West Coast lyricist. “For the first four years of Kingy’s life, I had him Monday through Friday. And then that’s when I had became pregnant with Dream. And it was like, the school and [being] pregnant and [in] a new relationship — it was a lot for me. So then that’s when our schedules had changed,” Chyna (also known as Angela White) told the host during their chat. Apparently, things with Tyga became tense this year, following her 2022 legal battle with the Kardashian family

Blac Chyna Tells All on The Viall Files

With all the time she’s been spending in court lately, the beauty mogul was hoping to handle King’s custody without lawyers. According to her, however, Tyga refused. “You have obviously more money than me. Why can’t we just settle this stuff outside of court, like [by] talking to you? He didn’t wanna do that, so now I have to go to court,” White vented. “We both don’t need this… The whole world’s watching, and it’s like, ‘We could’ve just had a conversation, man.”

While Blac Chyna has been busy with her new beau, Derrick Milano, and venting about her tumultuous pass to the press, Tyga is making headlines for reasons of his own. While taking a trip to the beach earlier this month, the “Rack City” rapper took some nude photos that left many of his IG followers feeling more than a little uncomfortable. Blac Chyna’s Finances Revealed In Custody Fight As She Shares Rare Photo Of Her Kids

RadarOnline has published an extensive collection of Blac Chyna’s finances as she remains locked in a fierce custody battle with Tyga. According to the documents, Blac Chyna, who also goes by her birth name Angela White, makes approximately $32,000 a month but earned nearly double that in September 2023. Furthermore, she lives on a property worth around $1.5 million but only has $11,000 in savings.

Chyna’s expenses were also released, including $22,000 in mortgage payments, $8000 in healthcare, and $5000 in childcare. She is currently locked in a fierce battle with her ex, Tyga, for custody of their 11-year-old son King Cairo. Both parents are requesting sole custody, while Chyna is also asking for $125,000 from her rapper to help cover her legal expenses. Tyga had previously requested sole custody of King and currently holds primary custody.

Meanwhile, Chyna also offered up a rare glimpse at her two children this week. She shared a picture on Instagram of 11-year-old King and 6-year-old Dream dancing together at an event. Given that there is a child in the background with face paint, the picture is believed to have been taken at King’s birthday party last weekend. As mentioned, King is Chyna’s son with Tyga. Meanwhile, Dream is her daughter with Rob Kardashian. Tyga was notably absent from the festivities for his son last weekend.

The party was a brief respite from the intense battle she had been going through with the rapper. Chyna claimed to the court last week that Tyga has become increasingly uncooperative over the last few weeks. According to the reality star, the rapper will not provide her with his contact information. Furthermore, he also will not tell her the address of where he resides with their son. Chyna reportedly only gets 24 hours a week with King but also alleges that Tyga has been working to disrupt and limit that time as much as possible.

Tyga Asks For Sole Custody Amid Legal Battle With Blac Chyna

The ongoing custody feud between Tyga and Blac Chyna has taken a new turn. New court documents obtained by ET shed light on the latest developments and reveal that Tyga is now seeking full custody of their son. Notably, just earlier this month, Blac Chyna, also known as Angela White, had made her own plea to the court. She requested an increase in visitation rights and more transparency regarding the arrangements for their 10-year-old son, King Cairo, whom she co-parents with Tyga. Additionally, Blac Chyna urged the court to obligate Tyga to cover her legal expenses in the ongoing legal battle.

As we previously highlighted on HNHH, Blac Chyna’s current custody arrangement allows her to spend time with her son just once per week. In light of her financial constraints, she has taken the step of filing a motion to secure over $100,000 from Tyga. This substantial amount is crucial for her to effectively pursue her legal battle against him. With her financial resources running out, Blac Chyna finds herself in a challenging position. Consequently, she has resorted to alternative means to bolster her finances. In fact, she started selling her belongings in order to help raise some money.

Custody Battle Between Tyga And Chyna Continues

Moreover, Chyna’s argument is centered on her limited time with King, alleging that she currently only has access to 24 hours per week with their child. She says that Tyga has been uncooperative, stating that he “refuses to directly communicate with her, share his contact information, or give her an address for where King lives.” Beyond this, she asserted that Tyga has withheld vital information regarding King’s well-being, including witholding the location of his school and details pertaining to his medical prescriptions.

As both parties continue to assert their claims and counterclaims, the court faces the challenging task of determining the most suitable custody arrangement for young King. In response, ET reported that Tyga is also asking that “[Chyna] provide written permission if wanting to take their son outside of the state,” and that they keep the same holiday schedule that they’ve already had. Meanwhile, in response to selling her stuff, Blac Chyna said, “I feel like a lot of things hold energy, right? And we had discussed this before, I just kind of wanted a fresh start. And I don’t think nothing’s wrong with selling your old stuff. I feel like, at this point in my life, I don’t really value materialistic things.”

Ne-Yo’s Ex Facing Gag Order Relating To Custody Battle

R&B singer Ne-Yo and his ex Sade Bagnerise are currently locked in a custody battle in the courts. Earlier this year the singer, whose real name is Shaffer Smith, filed in court to establish himself as the father of the pair’s two children. According to The Jasmine Brand, he asked for multiple things from the judge in the trial. Included in his requests is a DNA test on the younger child. He requested it so that the child could be given Smith’s last name. He’s also seeking joint legal and physical custody of the children alongside his ex.

In a countersuit filed by Bagnerise, she requests that he be given legal custody, but she retains primary physical custody. “In Sadè’s counterclaim, she reportedly requested that Ne-Yo have the children every other weekend with alternating holiday time. She also asked for court-ordered temporary and permanent child support,” they explain. After the court made the easy decision of giving Ne-Yo joint legal custody, they’re beginning the more involved legal process of sorting out the physical custody of the children. Check out Jasmine Brand‘s entire report on the legal battles below.

In the newest court proceedings, Ne-Yo is making sure that Bagnerise can’t speak on their case publicly. “In his newest motion, Ne-Yo argued it would best benefit his children to keep certain information about the case — such as his finances, the location of his homes, the amount of child support he will be paying, and the entire settlement agreement — hidden from the public.”

He also doubled down on keeping the case private. He’s not only requesting that the results be kept private, but also that Bagnerise be barred from speaking on the legal battles in any public format while they’re ongoing. With her unable to speak to the media info on the case may be hard to come by as it unfolds. What do you think of Ne-Yo’s ex not being allowed to speak publicly on their ongoing legal battles? Blac Chyna Reportedly Selling Personal Items Amid Financial Hardship, Seeks Money From Tyga

Blac Chyna and Tyga have been engaged in a custody battle as of late. Of course, this battle has to do with their son King. Overall, Tyga sees King most of the time, with the now Angela White only getting 24 hours with him per week. However, the social media star and entrepreneur is looking to change this. Unfortunately, custody battles can cost a whole lot of money, and she is figuring that out very quickly.

Consequently, she reveals that she has been selling numerous personal items throughout 2023. Whether that be purses, clothes, or shoes, White has been getting rid of all of it. Nipsey Hussle’s Ex-Girlfriend Granted More Visitation Rights With Daughter

Nipsey Hussle’s teenage daughter, Emani Asghedom, has faced a complex custody situation in the aftermath of the rapper’s tragic murder in 2019. Initially, custody of Emani was granted to Nipsey’s family members (Nipsey’s brother, sister, and mother). This was an arrangement that continued for a few years. The family members were awarded custody after they alleged that Tanisha was not deemed suitable for the proper care of the minor child. In legal records, they cited her past struggles with substance abuse, including drug and alcohol issues. However, in 2022, Emani’s mother, Tanisha Foster, initiated legal proceedings to challenge and potentially reverse the custody arrangement. Now, the legal battle continues with Foster as she fights to obtain more rights to visit her daughter.

New court documents obtained by RadarOnline show that a recent hearing took place between Foster and Nipsey’s family. The documents showed that a visitation schedule has been put in place. This is due to Foster contending that the child’s paternal family had exploited their financial position and influence to gain custody. She claims they are using it to prioritize their own interests over the well-being of Emani and herself. These allegations encompassed not only financial support issues but also the reduction of visitation rights, adding a layer of complexity to the ongoing legal battle for custody.

Tanisha mentioned in her petition, “I have continued to be an active part of Emani’s life. She spends the night with me often. I take her to school, and I continue to do the things a parent would do with their child. I am very unhappy that the guardians will not take my calls. They have blocked me on their cell phones. I have to go through a third party or Emani to communicate with the guardians.” Nipsey’s family, on the other hand, argues that Foster’s history of alcohol use and violent behavior renders her unfit for guardianship. Additionally, a 2020 video surfaced in which Emani reportedly complained that her mother had left her outside for extended hours in the heat, as per Sandra Rose.

“There are no circumstances or events in my life that would disqualify me from regaining my exclusive role as Emani’s parent,” Tanisha continued. “There is no longer any need for guardianship. Emani routinely asks me when are she and I going to be able to live together. She longs to be with me as her mother. I am begging the court to terminate the existing guardianship.” During the recent hearing, the judge announced that a verdict regarding guardianship would be reached following a subsequent hearing scheduled for October.

Nipsey Hussle’s Teenage Daughter Is Once Again Subject To A Custody Dispute

Things have been pretty complicated for Nipsey Hussle’s teenage daughter Emani Asghedom. Following the rapper’s 2019 murder custody of his daughter was given to his family members. For a few years that arrangement worked but in 2022 Emani’s mother Tanisha Foster began the legal process of having the custody decision reversed. According to The Jasmine Brand, Foster accused Nipsey’s family of “using their financial position and influence to disregard their priorities by controlling the desires of Emani and Tanisha by withholding financial assistance and reducing visitation.”

The custody battle has gotten pretty dirty from there with lawyers representing both parties biting back and forth over who should have custody of Emani. The family also resorted to calling out Foster’s previous substance abuse issues as reasons why she is an unfit parent. Recently, a judge ruled that she won’t have to turn over a recording of Emani that her lawyer William Spiller claims is “unlawful.” Court notes say that it’s a recording that Emani recorded herself of their conversation. Check out the full details below.

Nipsey Hussle’s Daughter’s Custody Battle Continues

Earlier this year Belly talked about Nipsey Hussle to HotNewHipHop. He explained the origin of his memorable verse on the track “Double Up” from Nipsey’s album Victory Lap. It was originally recorded as a birthday present for Nipsey.

Belly also spoke on Nipsey’s artistic grind. “He just loves the sport, he loves the art of it, you know? It’s a shame we lost him as early as we did but you could see in the short span he was here, the type of mark he left on the world,” he reflected. “Being a part of his project, for me, was legendary… Nipsey’s somebody that won’t be forgotten. I think about Nipsey at least once a day, if not multiple times a day.” What do you think of the newest development in the ongoing custody battle over Nipsey Hussle’s daughter? Bam Margera Claims Ex-Wife Won’t Let Him See Their Son

More twists have dropped in the ongoing legal saga of former Jackass star Bam Margera. Margera caught the attention of news outlets in April after reportedly assaulting his brother at the family home. That resulted in a four-day police manhunt before Margera turned himself in. After that incident, Margera claimed that he would be pursuing sobriety in order to see his son, Phoenix.

However, things quickly spiraled out of control after Margera was placed on a 5150 psychiatric hold in Los Angeles in June. Reportedly, Margera had flown to LA in order to try and force a visit with his son. He was placed in psychiatric care after filming a video in which he said he would smoke crack until he died unless he saw his son. After that, he was discharged to a rehab facility owned by former NBA star Lamar Odom. However, Margera left the program early and reportedly headed to Vegas.

Margera Reiterates Desire To See Son

Speaking to TMZ outside a courthouse in LA, Margera reiterated his desire to see his son in person. However, he claimed that his ex-wife, Nikki, is currently preventing him from doing this. Furthermore, he alleged that the most contact he has had with Phoenix since this whole debacle began has been a handful of brief FaceTime calls.

Margera is currently engaged in a custody battle with Nikki. The latest court hearing was over the validity of their marriage. Margera claims that the marriage, which took place in Iceland in 2013, was not legal as neither he nor Nikki were residents of the country. If upheld, it would call into question whether the California court has the authority to rule on the case. Meanwhile, Nikki also spoke to TMZ after the proceedings. “I haven’t yet seen anything that was consistent,” Nikki said on Margera’s alleged sobriety. “It’s scary,” Nikki continued, speaking on Margera’s erratic behavior, “His behavior has been extremely scary. Automatically, I’m going to choose our son. He [Margera] has put us in some extremely dangerous situations.”

Ne-Yo’s Ex Seeks Child Support In Exchange For Joint Custody

Ne-Yo’s ex-girlfriend, Sade Bagnerise, has agreed to share joint legal custody of their two children together, Braiden and Brixton. In May, he filed a lawsuit against Bagnerise, where he asked for a paternity test to be conducted in order to prove that he’s the father of the two boys. He additionally requested that Braiden’s last name be changed to Smith to match his own. Now, Bagnerise has filed a countersuit.

In the suit, the mother demands primary physical custody of their children. She also agreed for Ne-Yo to gain joint legal custody of their sons. Though the suit didn’t directly address his recent request for a paternity test, it claims that “[Ne-Yo] is the biological father of the parties’ minor children.” She’s also demanded that the singer pay her monthly child support along with reimbursement for their kids’ basic expenses.

Ne-Yo and his ex-wife, Crystal Renay, finalized their divorce in February of this year. Renay filed for divorce in 2022 after Ne-Yo fathered a child with another woman, Bagnerise. Earlier this year, Bagnerise took to social media to share a message about becoming pregnant with Ne-Yo’s child while he was married to another woman. “Coming to terms with the delicate circumstances, when I felt like I just couldn’t take on another load, especially at the expense of another persons happiness.. sometimes even my own.. wasn’t the easiest decision. However, I have to choose me. Therefore, I have to choose you,” she wrote.” Her post continued, “The JOY Braiden gives me every day strengthened me & let me know I can do this gracefully.. with love, compassion, and penitence . Patiently awaiting you. Ready for this journey. Ready 4 the lessons & the blessings. I can’t wait to meet you my buttercup!! xoxo MOMMY.”

In April, Ne-Yo defended himself against those hating on his personal life. He said, “Your opinions of me and my personal life don’t mean ANYTHING to me. My kids love me, my women love me. My future is bright as f**k!!” He continued, “Healthy, smart, and beautiful kids, limitless bank account, beautiful baby mama’s (Front [if] you want to. They all bad.) And lady friends that love my dirty drawls. ‘Life is good…’ (Future voice).”

Roddy Ricch Accused Of Substance Abuse

Roddy Ricch has landed himself in hot water with accusations of substance abuse. In a recent custody battle with his baby mama, she claims that the Compton rapper is abusing Promethazine. Nicknamed “lean” or “sizzurp,” many rappers and entertainers have indulged in abusing the medication for recreational purposes (say no to drugs kids). Moreover, Alexandra Kiser, Ricch’s baby mama, has filed for full custody of their 3-year-old son. According to documents obtained by The Blast, she stated that she’s been completely cut off financially. She also has to move out of the house Roddy Ricch provided for her. Not only that, Kiser is starting with full custody. However, she wants to put the Feed The Streets rhymer on child support.

Kiser is looking to receive $20,000 a month from Roddy Ricch. Reportedly the rappers income as of 2022 was estimated around $10 million. “[He] is a very successful and highly paid entertainer who goes by the name of Roddy Ricch. He has a net worth of approximately $25,000,000. He commands fees of $500,000 for appearances,” she began. Additionally, Kiser added that she currently has zero income. According to the filing Roddy Ricch’s child’s mother accuses him of being an absentee father. She alleges, “Since his birth, I alone, spend 98% of the time with him while Rodrick lives his life without any regard to his parental obligation or responsibility to spend time with Kadence.”

Furthermore, she continued to say that Roddy is absent for many important moments within their child’s life. Not only that, he’s also hired heavy-hitting lawyer Samantha Spector to defend him in the case. Kiser gave more details about Roddy Ricch’s whereabouts claiming he recently moved into a new gated community and wanted her to move out as soon as possible of the property he provided.

There’s a lot to unpack for this case. However, at the end of the day, the welfare of the child is what matters most. Hopefully, Roddy Ricch can come to some sort of agreement with his baby mama to resolve things. What are your thoughts on this situation? Does Roddy Ricch need to cough up the 20K?
