Kodak Black Reportedly Wanted In Florida

Kodak Black is reportedly wanted in Florida for failing a drug test and violating his bail conditions. Moreover, TMZ reported that a judge signed off on his arrest warrant on Thursday (February 23). Furthermore, the Florida rapper allegedly failed his drug test, as it reportedly came back positive for traces of fentanyl. According to the reports, he missed a test on February 3 and submitted one on February 8, which apparently came back dirty. Meanwhile, Kodak is on bail for drug charges on testing conditions, and had a weapons conviction commuted by then-President Donald Trump.

Still, these early reports are making their way across social media quickly, so little official details exist surrounding this development. However, at the moment, Yak hasn’t posted anything concerning this alleged “wanted” status on social media. As such, it remains to be seen whether he’ll address the situation in any way, or otherwise try to resolve things quietly. After all, the 25-year-old is known to usually be quite outspoken, as when he recently called out other rappers for fake love.

In addition, Kodak faces a lawsuit alongside Justin Bieber, city officials, and a venue for a 2022 Super Bowl party shooting. Cardi B Calls Community Service A “Spiritual Journey”

Cardi B says that her time doing community service has been a “spiritual journey.” Cardi reflected on the experience in a tweet posted on Saturday afternoon. The mandated service stems from a plea deal Cardi accepted regarding a 2018 strip club brawl in Queens, New York. Two bartenders at Angel’s Strip Club alleged that Cardi ordered an attack on them because she believed her husband Offset had had an affair with one of them.

“Community service has been the best thing that has happened to me. Almost like a spiritual journey because sometimes I leave these centers in tears. Those people that we leave behind they just need somebody to talk and a lil push and YOU might be able to change their life forever,” Cardi tweeted. It isn’t the first time she has mentioned the experience on Twitter. On Friday she shared a selfie while writing, “My brains are burning from waking up early, community service then studio….but I did the crime ‘I only have myself to blame.’”

Cardi’s “Spiritual Journey”

Cardi accepted the guilty plea in September, receiving two misdemeanor charges of assault in the third degree and reckless endangerment. The victims also received a three-year order of protection from Cardi. “Part of growing up and maturing is being accountable for your actions. As a mother, it’s a practice that I am trying to instill in my children, but the example starts with me. I’ve made some bad decisions in my past that I am not afraid to face and own up to,” Cardi said at the time in a statement obtained by PEOPLE. “These moments don’t define me and they are not reflective of who I am now. I’m looking forward to moving past this situation with my family and friends and getting back to the things I love the most — the music and my fans.”

Cardi has until March 1 to complete her service hours. The original deadline was last month, but she had it extended. It’s unclear exactly what service she’s doing, but she’s mentioned working with veterans on Instagram Live.

Cardi B Turns Up During Community Service, Says She’s Back In The Studio

If there’s one thing you can always count on Cardi B to do, it’s turn up. For the past few days, much of the rap diva’s time has been spent serving court-ordered community service. She was previously sentenced to 15 days after taking a plea deal. She ultimately failed to meet the requirements earlier this year but thankfully, she was granted an extension by the judge. Now she has until the end of February to finish her sentence.

In her usual style, the Grammy Award winner has been showing up to work in designer duds, documenting many of her outfits for followers on Twitter. In nearly every upload, she’s been reminding users to “obey the law,” and not make the same mistakes she has. Since it went down in 2018, Cardi has been able to do plenty of reflecting on the infamous strip club brawl that landed her in court.

As DailyMail reports, the 30-year-old and her crew were accused of targeting Angels Strip Club employees over a personal dispute. Prosecutors say that Cardi asked eight people to visit the Flushing, Queens establishment and assault two sisters, Baddie Gi and Jade. A plea deal was rejected by the New Yorker in 2019. Following that prosecutors presented the case to a grand jury. At that time, they also obtained an indictment with two felony charges.

“The victims allegedly had glass bottles hurled at them, alcoholic drinks thrown in their faces and one woman’s head was slammed into the bar,” attorneys alleged while setting the scene. When all was said and done last year, Cardi wound up pleading guilty to two misdemeanour charges. She got off nearly scot-free, as a whopping ten other counts (including the aforementioned two) were dismissed.

Ahead of the weekend, the “Hot Shit” hitmaker checked in with Twitter to reveal yet another OOTD. “My brains are burning from waking up early,” she wrote in the caption. “Community service then studio… But I did the crime, ‘I only have myself to blame,’” she added. Fans were obviously pleased to see her look, but what’s really creating a buzz is Cardi’s confirmation that she’s back in the studio.

Fans have been waiting for the follow-up to her debut album, Invasion of Privacy, since 2017. If we’re lucky, maybe the fashionista will have her sophomore project on DSPs before the end of the year. Last year saw a significant rise in celebrity doppelgangers, with figures like “Fake Drake” using their resemblance to stars to get ahead. After OVO sent him a cease and desist letter a few months back, Izzy humbly agreed to stop performing as the Canadian artist. Unfortunately for Adam Sandler, a man who bares the same name as him isn’t being so kind about giving up his foolish antics.

For his part, the actor has been busy working on his “insane” 340-page script for his next collaboration with the Safdie brothers following their wild success with Uncut Gems. Elsewhere in the country, the other Adam Sandler has been dressing up in a Sesame Street Cookie Monster costume and harassing locals. According to TMZ, things are so bad that police are issuing a warning about the man wearing blue.

On Wednesday (February 22), the Santa Cruz PD put out an official notice for citizens in the area to beware of Sandler. He has no relation to the Grown Ups actor and is wandering around the beach and wharf while making uncomfortable comments to strangers and acting out erratically. Cops say that no crimes have technically been committed, but they’re remaining vigilant as he has a “history of unpredictable vulgar comments and troublesome behaviour.”

Police have asked patrons of the city to stay away from Sandler should approach or provoke them. If anything inappropriate happens, locals should feel free to contact authorities and report the incident. Their warning also makes it known that the troubled man isn’t an employee of the city – and this isn’t his first time behaving in such a manner.

Over a decade ago, in 2012, Sandler was one of the many costumed figures wandering around New York City. At that time, he opted to play the role of another Sesame Street favourite, Elmo, but instead of spreading laughter and joy, he ranted about hateful topics, including antisemitism, in Times Square. University Of Idaho Murder House To Be Demolished This Semester: Report

There are still several months until we’ll see Bryan Kohberger officially stand trial for the accused brutal murder of four University of Idaho students. Before his identity was revealed to the public late last year, internet sleuths all over the world came together in hopes of finding a suspect and getting answers for the families and friends of the victims. True crime fanatics anxiously wait to see what will happen this summer. Still, occasional updates surrounding the tightly gag-ordered case continue to pour in.

According to the latest from NewsNation, the student residence/party house where Kaylee Goncalves, Xana Kernodle, Ethan Chapin and Madison Mogen were stabbed to death is due to be demolished in the coming weeks. Local police, the FBI, the prosecution, and the defense have all had an opportunity to thoroughly examine the chilling crime scene. Now, the residence’s windows are boarded up to prevent curious bypassers from snooping or sensationalizing.

Moscow Murder House’s Final Months

The news comes from the U of Idaho’s president. He stated in a memo that the home’s owner extended an offer to the school that they’ve since accepted. As a result, the property at 1122 King Road in Moscow will be demolished later this semester. “This is a healing step and removes the physical structure where the crime that shook our community was committed,” the recent note explains. “Demolition also removes efforts to further sensationalize the crime scene.”

The residence spans nearly 2,200 square feet and has three levels. It contains six bedrooms and three bathrooms, two of the former on each floor and one of the latter. Additionally, it has a highly accessible sliding back door where Kohberger is believed to have entered the residence. The victims were found in or near their bedrooms on the second and third floors. The discovery was apparently made by friends several hours after the tragic murders. At this time, their school is working toward building a memorial dedicated to the victims on the Moscow campus.

He even uploading one of his songs to SoundCloud many years ago. Labelled “Rise up instrumental- test,” the nearly four-minute posting finds Kohberger saying some chilling things that potentially foreshadow his alleged murderous antics in Moscow.

“You are not my equal / You are evil but I’m devil,” he tells listeners. “End your life you get no sequel / Leave your loved ones crying like some seagulls / Don’t f*ck with us / You underestimate.” Elsewhere in the news, it’s been said that the former Ph.D. student’s phone was searched. It allegedly contained numerous photos of one of the young women he killed, though authorities have yet to confirm. Boosie Badazz recently expressed that he wants Nipsey Hussle’s killer, Eric Holder, to get stabbed to death by crips while in jail. Of course, the harsh, morbid, and vengeful tweet came after the court sentenced Holder to 60 years for the murder. Moreover, authorities sentenced him after finding him guilty of first degree murder on Wednesday (February 22) for the 2019 killing. While many debated whether this sentence is enough, clearly the Louisiana rapper wants a more extreme price to pay. Furthermore, he took to Twitter to fire off the intense wish.

“JUST 60 years for killing Nip n he go get PAROLE N 20 lol,” Boosie wrote. “I hope some crips stab him to death n prison! MAKE NIP SMILE!” Though Boosie stated some disappointment, Hussle’s friend Cowboy spoke to TMZ about justice and grief in this case.  “60 years, that’ll hold him,” he shared. “It was definitely justice for Nipsey. It’s going to hurt forever. It’s going to be an open wound forever because we’re not going to get over Nipsey… He got all this time but it’s not going to bring Nipsey back.

Boosie Badazz Goes Off On Nipsey’s Killer

“I’m still grieving Nipsey,” he continued. “I could imagine how his mom, his dad, his brother – they were tight. I’m still hurt and I was just his friend.” On the other hand, many waited for a long time to learn the fate of Eric Holder. Moreover, the court delayed his sentencing for various reasons following his July 2022 grand jury conviction. Allegedly, Holder took issue with Nipsey accusing him of being a snitch, while he just tried to warn him about.

“Nipsey was like, ‘Man, you know, they got some paperwork on you, you know,” a witness told the grand jury in 2019. “‘I haven’t read it, you know. Like you my bro, you know. Like maybe you need to take care of that, you know.’” Holder also suffered a brutal prison attack during his two-week trial. Detroit Rapper Crème Serving Prison Time For Stealing Millions Via Tax Fraud

Detroit artist Crème of the rap duo Deuces Wild is serving time in prison after stealing millions through tax fraud. Moreover, a judge sentenced her to four and a half years behind bars for a tax fraud scheme that involved state agencies and the IRS. Also, they ordered Crème, real name Sameerah Marrell, to pay almost $8 million in restitution. Overall, the rapper stole $8.5 million through a tax fraud scheme, effective from 2014 to the early months of 2022.

Furthermore, the Detroit area artist pleaded guilty to wire fraud, mail fraud, and committing an offense while on bond in January. However, she avoided authorities by refusing to attend a guilty plea hearing in October of 2022. Still, her failure to comply didn’t last long, as officials caught her in Memphis back in December of 2022. Through Crème’s fraudulent system, she and her accomplices targeted both state agencies and the wider Internal Revenue Service. Moreover, the 42-year-old and complicit colleagues filed over 120 false income tax returns for trusts and estates. While this was to try to claim over $13 million from the IRS, the buck didn’t stop there. In addition, they falsified state income tax returns to try to claim over $14 million from Arizona, Colorado, Connecticut, Georgia, Maryland and Minnesota.

Crème Caught For Tax Fraud

“Ms. Marrell committed an astonishing amount of fraud against federal and state agencies,” the IRS said in a press release from official Charles Miller. “She also proved herself incorrigible, continuing her scams even after her initial arrest. We hope that today’s sentence will deter both Ms. Marrell and anyone else who seeks to steal public funds for private gain.”

While Crème launched an insane plan with a broad scope, all roads led to her eventual arrest given the staggering amount of fraud. Moreover, she must serve three years on supervised release after she completes her prison sentence. Meanwhile, she actually caught at least a bit of neutral news from the sentence. Lady Gaga Sued By Woman Charged In Dog Theft For $500K Reward

Jennifer McBride, who was charged as an accomplice in the theft of Lady Gaga’s dogs at gunpoint, now wants the singer to pay her the $500,000 reward that she promised to whoever found them. Moreover, authorities determined McBride had a hand in the crime, as she was allegedly dating the father of one of the men responsible for the assault. Still, she wants to force the singer to give her the reward in court. Furthermore, McBride maintains that the singer said she’d pay the reward “no questions asked” when she asked for help finding her dogs Koji and Gustav. For those unaware, two men stole these dogs at gunpoint from Gaga’s dog walker Ryan Fischer.

The accomplice in the crime delivered Gaga’s dogs to her at the LAPD Olympic Community station on February 26, 2021, two days after her colleagues took them. Later, officials charged McBride in connection to the incident with receiving stolen property and being a post-facto accessory to the crime. While it seemed odd at first, the revelation of McBride’s romantic relationship with one of the culprits‘ father made it clearer. Afterwards, she pled no contest to her charged count of receiving stolen property and got two years of probation. Now, she not only wants the original $500,000, but wants to triple the amount in damages to $1.5 million for Gaga posting the “misleading” reward.

XXXTENTACION Trial: Judge Ethers Defense Attorney Trying To Involve 600Breezy To Link Case To Drake

The judge in the XXXTENTACION murder case recently shut down defense attorney Mauricio Padilla for trying to involve 600Breezy. Moreover, his efforts were made to connect Drake to the murder of the Florida rapper. While the judge already ruled that the Canadian artist did not have to sit for a deposition in the trial, Padilla continued fighting. Furthermore, he represents defendant Dedrick Williams and alleged that Breezy flew to Florida on Drake’s orders to find X. Drill rapper Nas EBK has turned into one of the most buzzing rappers out of New York right now. The budding Bronx star has dished out several singles over the past months that have caught everyone’s attention and turned him into one of the most talked about new artists out of New York’s drill scene. However, part of the discussion surrounding his name isn’t necessarily from music. He also made a solid career as a YouTuber, which has undoubtedly played a significant role in his recent success as an artist.

Nas EBK’s had a few viral moments, thanks to the viral pranks he pulls for his YouTube channel. Though pranks videos are nothing new to the YouTube community, it’s certainly grown in tandem with TikTok. Some of them prove to be hilarious while others seem harmful. Unfortunately, the videos that fall in the latter category can also lead to actual repercussions involving law enforcement, which is the case for Nas EBK.

Police Arrest Nas EBK For Terroristic Threats

Per Northjersey.com, police arrested Nas EBK, real name Nasir Valenzuela, this week after a prank at a ShopRite went left. U.S. Marshals picked up Valenzuela on Tuesday in Penns Grove and charged him with terroristic threats and assault following a prank video that was shot in Rochelle Park. The video was posted on Buba100x’s YouTube page where they walk around ShopRite, asking shoppers strange questions and screaming at them.

Nas EBK eventually got physical with some of the people involved in these pranks. At one point, he took a hat off of an employee’s head, which escalated to violence. Nas EBK and Buba began to argue with the employee before the latter brandished a knife, according to police. “Walk toward me again and I’ll violate you,” the rapper said in the video before kicking the man. EBK, Buba, and the filmmaker fled the scene afterward before authorities arrived to the scene. Police charged EBK with possession of a weapon for unlawful purposes, simple assault, terroristic threats, and disorderly conduct. He’s currently being held in Bergen County Jail.
