Andrew Tate Bail Request Denied By Romanian Court: Report

Andrew Tate will remain behind bars after a Romanian court denied his latest appeal. Authorities in Romania detained the controversial influencer, his brother, and two women in late December on suspicion of human trafficking and organized crime. The Romanian court denied his several release attempts. However, they didn’t file charges against him yet. The court extended his detainment, once again, last month and it appears that they won’t allow him to make bail, either.

According to Sky News, Andrew Tate lost another appeal in his release. A Romanian judge ruled that the former kickboxing world champ will remain behind bars for another 30 days at least. Tate appeared in court today to try to appeal the extension. His spokesperson said that Tate hoped “reunited with his family.” “His legal team will be appealing this decision within the 48hr time frame,” the rep continued. With the rejection of his appeal, Tate will now be held in a Romanian prison until March 29th.

Andrew Tate’s Arrest

When Tate and his brother were initially arrested on Dec. 29th, officials said that they would be held in custody for 24 hours. However, the court extended his detainment by 30 days. Then in January, they extended it for another 30 days and did the same in February. Court documents explained they kept them in custody because “the possibility of them evading investigations cannot be ignored.” They feared that he could be a flight risk, writing Tate could “leave Romania and settle in countries that do not allow extradition.”

Tate and his brother have insisted that they’re innocent of any of the accusations they face, claiming the Romanian government doesn’t have a shred of evidence against them. However, it’s quite rare for suspects under preventative arrests to request bail, though there are many instances where a judge grants requests to be placed on house arrest or geographically restricted.

Tate’s Health Scare

Earlier this month, reports emerged claiming that Tate was battling lung cancer. Alleged medical documents surfaced online alleging that his doctors wanted him to undergo immediate surgery and that his incarceration presented an immediate threat to his well-being. However, Tate later addressed the claims on Twitter, writing, “I do not have cancer. My lungs contain precisely 0 smoking damage. In fact, I have an 8L lung capacity and the vital signs of an Olympic athlete. There is nothing but a scar on my lung from an old battle. True warriors are scarred both inside and out.”

Troy Ave Testifies At Taxstone’s Murder Trial

Troy Ave took the stand at Taxstone’s murder trial for the killing of his bodyguard, Ronald “Banga” McPhatter, on Monday. Troy reportedly told the jury he and McPhatter were in the VIP section of Irving Plaza when they ran into Taxstone, with whom they had a longstanding feud. He explained that tensions were high as they introduced themselves.

“Banga turns around to me and says, ‘I’m gonna rock him,’ which means, ‘I’m gonna hit him,’” Troy Ave testified. “And then I wink at him—I tell him, ‘Do your thing.’” From there, Troy explained that Tax pulled out a gun and shot McPhatter. Troy then wrestled for the gun with Tax, which resulted in him being shot in the legs.

“When the shot goes off I see the light from the spark and I hear the shot,” he testified. “This is all happening fast. I get up and start fighting Taxstone, trying to take him, grab the gun, and another shot goes off. I put my leg up to kind of block the shot from hitting me in the face or chest. I got up. I’d rather die fighting. People die from leg shots. I’d rather die fighting than laying on the ground. I got up immediately.”

Before taking the stand, Troy shared a photo of Jay-Z testifying in a 2021 lawsuit on Instagram. He captioned the picture: “To all my real ones that been riding with & for Me, today is the day I finally get to clear my name. XXXTENTACION’s Family In Court Awaiting Verdict

XXXTENTACION’s family attended court today (March 13) to await the verdict in the trial concerning his murder. Moreover, closing arguments began recently and it seems like the case is almost coming to a close after some more deliberation. While it’s unclear who exactly is present at court itself, surely many loved ones, whether close to X or just his fans, are waiting with similarly heavy hearts. Furthermore, this trial is starting to wrap up almost five full years after the Florida rapper passed away following an armed robbery outside a motorcycle shop. In the years since his passing, the pain of his loss hasn’t hampered his enduring legacy.

However, an update on the verdict should come sooner rather than later, given that jury deliberation began on Wednesday (March 8). Not only that, but the jury have reportedly deliberated for over 12 hours at this point over the fatal case. In fact, the jury asked the judge to show jurors text message evidence from the suspects’ phones. Specifically, their request relates to codefendants Michael Boatwright and Dedrick Williams. Jurors asked that they review texts, photos, videos, and screenshots shared between the day before the murder and the day of the murder.

XXXTENTACION Verdict Soon To Come, Family Awaits It At Court

Tragically, some of the “Look At Me!” rapper’s family, such as uncle Leonard Kerr, are all too familiar with his death. Kerr was actually with X at the time of the robbery. “We get in the car to drive out,” he recounted on the witness stand. “At the exit, when we pull out, we stop. [XXXTENTACION] looked to the left. I looked to the right. By the time [XXXTENTACION] looked to the left, I see a car coming down the block and blocked the entrance. After the car pulled by the entrance, two persons jump out the side doors. One come on Jahseh side, one come on the side that I’m on.” Later, he went on to describe how the suspects robbed him, he fled, heard gunshots behind him, and called X’s mother after he returned to the scene and found him unresponsive.

Meanwhile, the most recent development before jury deliberation was a newly shared video of the codefendants celebrating after their crimes. Moreover, the suspects allegedly celebrated with the cash that they took from X before taking his life. While this case is nothing if not marred in tragedy and callous cruelty, at least justice might be served soon. Considering that, come back to HNHH for the latest news and updates on the XXXTENTACION murder trial.

XXXTENTACION Trial Update: Jurors Want To Review Suspects’ Text Messages

As the world awaits the verdict on the XXXTENTACION murder trial, jurors want to review the defendants’ text messages. Moreover, these updates relate to codefendants Michael Boatwright and Dedrick Williams, as the jury wants to review their communication. However, it’s important to consider that the jury went out for deliberation on Wednesday (March 8) and have deliberated for over 12 hours, though it’s unclear if that time refers to today (March 13) or overall. Still, jurors want to see their text communications as well as videos, photos, or screenshots from the day before the murder to the day of the murder.

Moreover, this trial faced an exhausting and painstaking process, causing many to reflect on the five years that have passed since X’s loss. For example, the defense team tried very hard to get Drake involved in this case, as they claimed he orchestrated the whole ordeal. After significant pushback from both the court of law and the court of public opinion, officials dismissed said motions. However, it remains a permeating and odd conspiracy online, as some subliminal bars are scarily coincidental.

XXXTENTACION Trial Jurors Want Text Message Evidence Shown To Jury

Regardless, the trial underwent some big changes from its inception. Another big development across the case was one of the four original codefendants becoming a state’s witness. Also, DNA evidence points to another person entirely being responsible for the murder outside of a motorcycle shop in Florida. At least, that’s what the defendants’ attorneys claim in an effort to prove their clients’ innocence. “Whoever [XXXTENTACION] struggled with is not in this courtroom,” he told officials. “The DNA proves that someone not named Michael Boatwright or Trayvon Newsome participated in this murder.”

Meanwhile, the court clarified that while the three codefendants on trial are tried together, their convictions are separate. As such, perhaps they (including defendant Trayvon Newsome) won’t all be convicted. However, they could all face upwards of life in prison, with the possibility of changes, reversals, or reductions looking slim. Overall, there’s not much else left in this case but to await their fate. With that in mind, stay logged into HNHH for the latest updates on the XXXTENTACION murder trial and jury.

Peewee Longway Wants His Hellcat Durango Back

Peewee Longway had his car stolen from him at a gas station. He wants it back. On March 11, Longway posted to his Instagram that he had his vehicle stolen from him at a Raceway gas station and wants information. He is very upset over it. “Whoever in Ben hill Atlanta ga lil N-gga jumped in my trucc at raceway on Campbellton and berge I need info asap ain’t no sorry or I didn’t know not playing no games at all.”

He had since deleted the post. It is unknown why he did so. It is also unknown if he got his Hellcat Durango back. He has not provided a lot of additional information for his fans.

Peewee Longway Is Not The First Famous Auto Theft Victim

Carjackings are on the rise in Atlanta. There has been an increase of 47% in auto theft in 2022 compared to the previous year. Police have warned people to not leave their car while it is still running, even for a split second. Always turn it off and take the car keys with you. If Longway had followed that advice, he might have not had his truck stolen from him. Peewee Longway should not feel too bad. Plenty of other celebrities had also been victims of auto theft. For example, in 2021 Ludacris also had his car stolen when he left it running for a moment to go to the ATM. That vehicle was quickly recovered by the police in a parking deck.

There is also Akon’s car theft, also in Atlanta in 2021. He was pumping gas into the car when somebody just went in and drove off. It was able to be recovered due to Akon leaving his phone inside, which could be tracked by the police. More recently, in Los Angeles, Snoop Dogg’s son, Cordell Broadus, also had his car stolen and recovered by the police. That vehicle was recovered through a tracking company that was hired. A source had revealed that somebody had left the keys inside of the vehicle, making the initial theft very easy. We will keep you updated as the story unfolds.

Troy Ave Seemingly Compares Himself To Jay-Z Testifying In Court

Troy Ave apparently thinks he’s like Jay-Z, at least from an Instagram post that he published talking about his court testimony. Moreover, he testified today (March 13) in Taxstone’s murder case, in which the latter stands accused of murdering Ave’s bodyguard Ronald “Banga” McPhatter. Furthermore, he posted a picture of Hov on the witness stand during his 2021 Parlux Fragrances lawsuit and included his classic The Blueprint cut “U Don’t Know.” Afterwards, he shared a message in the caption honoring his fallen friend and spoke of his long journey to get to this point.

“No F**K n***az formed against ME shall prosper…. #FreeTroyAve,” he wrote on top of his post. Then, he continued in the caption itself. “To all my real ones that been riding with & for Me, today is the day I finally get to clear my name. It’s been almost 7 years since I lost one of my closest friends #RIPBANGA, 7 years of a narrative about it being my fault, 7 years of my character being assassinated all the while Trying to defend myself without saying much!

Troy Ave Evokes Jay-Z In Court Testimony Post

“I took it all on the chin, never complained about the stress even tho I felt it,” he went on. “Never complained about the pain even tho it hurt! Never shed a tear even tho my heart was crying! At my weakest points I drew strength from GOD! drew strength from my Children & drew strength from Yall! But today … Ya Boi is Strong! Today .. is our day! We in court & the facts will speak louder than any words! It’s time to get this false narrative off my name and dark cloud off my head.

“To all my supporters today is the day you can tell whoever went against Us ‘Eat a D! I Told you So,’” he concluded. “Let’s continue to spread Love & Destroy Hate! wether u sending prayers or pulling up to the court today with positive energy I dead a** appreciate it all! #FREETROYAVE #SelfDefense.” Given all the years and feuds that led to this point, it will be interesting to see how the case plays out. Regardless, stay logged into HNHH for the latest updates on this story and more news from Troy Ave.

OMB Bloodbath Accused Of Assisting Violent Gang Murder

OMB Bloodbath faced accusations of participating in a violent gang murder, which come from a 2017 shooting. Moreover, the rising Houston rapper allegedly aided her gang, the 100% Third Ward, in committing a gruesome attack. Furthermore, she stands indicted of a RICO charge (Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act), which frequent readers know is serious business. Investigators maintained that Bloodbath, real name Alexandra Elizabeth Nicks, is a leader in this criminal organization. Also, they accused her of relaying messages from a 103 leader behind bars to fellow gang members in Houston streets.

In addition, these RICO charges likely stem from claims that the 29-year-old organized various crimes carried out by the gang under her direction. Not only that, but court documents obtained by AllHipHop reveal more details concerning these accusations. According to paperwork, the rapper and others murdered Sam Johnson on behalf of the 103 gang on October 16. 2017. Another victim, identified as a member of rival gang Young Scott Block (YSB), was injured in the shooting. Authorities found Johnson on a neighborhood front yard will shell casing strewn across a nearby street.

Also, investigators obtained surveillance footage which depicts a stolen Mazda driving by and shooting Johnson and the injured victim near a residence. In the footage, the car crashed into a drainage ditch, but the assailants kept shooting. Four men kept firing and ran towards a motel. Then, three shooters threw a woman and her infant out of a Kia Sedona that was near the street of the attack before driving away. After the shooting, officials reviewed jail calls between the Houston rapper and an incarcerated 103 leader.

During these recorded calls, the “Not Gang” artist and the prisoner discussed drive-by shootings by another gang, planning retaliation. Also, she told the leader about her upcoming record deal and said she’d pay “youngins” to shoot. “You’re going to have some good news in the morning when you turn on channel 13,” she allegedly told the leader the night before Johnson’s murder. GloRilla & Finesse2tymes Concert Victim’s Family Plans To Sue

The family of one of the victims of a crowd surge at a GloRilla and Finesse2tymes concert now plans to sue. Moreover, such reports come from TMZ, who spoke to the sister of Brandy Miller, one of the deceased. However, no such statements have been made as of writing this article from other families of those lost. Still, Michelle Miller told the publication that they intend to sue Glo, Finesse, event promoters, and Main Street Armory, the venue in question. In addition, Michelle said that Brandy’s brother was also at the concert and testified that it was chaotic from the jump.

Regardless, Miller was one of three victims of the deadly concert stampede that took place in Rochester. In the aftermath, Michelle expressed that her family is in the process of finding the right attorney to move forward with their case. According to her testimony, they spoke to several lawyers after Brandy was pronounced dead on Monday. Not only that, but they seek someone quite high-profile, as they have “no plans to back down.” Perhaps this legal action will take shape quite quickly considering the tragedy and scale of the incident, and the fact they believe it was easily avoidable.

GloRilla & Finesse2tymes Concert Stampede: Victim’s Family Aims To Sue

Since the concert took place, both Memphis artists expressed heartbreak and devastation about the incident. “I’m just now hearing about what happened wtf,” GloRilla tweeted. “Praying everybody is ok,” and she continued in another tweet the day after. “I am devastated & heartbroken over the tragic deaths that happened after Sunday’s show. My fans mean the world to me. Praying for their families & for a speedy recovery of everyone affected.” On the other hand, Finesse initially caught heat for not acknowledging the deaths of innocent people and instead focusing on people trying to bring him down.

However, he since clarified his stance in a TMZ conversation. “Sometimes when you winning and you done won so fast… so I’m frowned upon,” he said. “But as far as the situation in New York, condolences to the family and the people who was injured. That’s what I wanted to say. I think it was a situation where someone fell, and people started running. Things got out of control and innocent people got hurt.” However, he said that he wasn’t worried about potential lawsuits or being blamed for the incident. Come back to HNHH for the latest updates on this developing story.

Toosii Films Police Run-In, Claims They Pulled A Gun On Him

Toosii recently had a scary run-in with the police that he filmed in the aftermath, and he claimed that they pulled a gun on him. Moreover, apparently the police saw his gun fall out of his car and saw him reach for it. This prompted them to shout “Gun, gun, gun!” and take hold of their firearms, which is never a safe or secure situation to be in. After all, there have been so many fatal misunderstandings with police that it must’ve been incredibly nerve-wracking. Nevertheless, the rapper and singer then filmed the aftermath of the incident, arguing with several of the police officers that saw him.

In the video clip, you can see one police officer maintain a blank expression as Toosii argues with him. Not only that, but the officers maintained that they weren’t the ones to scream “Gun!” in the incident. From what it looks like, this might’ve been part of something like a traffic stop, because they speak of a ticket later on. However, what highlights the clip is the “Favorite Song” singer’s shock at the fact they pulled a gun on him as well.

Toosii Has Police Encounter Involving Gun, Caught On Video

While this interaction could’ve gone south fast, fortunately it seems like nobody involved in the incident was hurt. Toosii’s outspoken demeanor and steadfast conviction in the clip fall in line with recent actions, and that’s a good thing. Most recently, he defended the LGBTQIA+ community in a late-night Instagram post. “I get on the internet everyday and see us attacking us,” Toosii tweeted before his IG post. “S**t getting overrated [one-hundred emoji].”

“It is what it is at the end of the day,” he expressed via Instagram. “If being straight [is] not an insult, why is being gay an insult? You’re trying to use calling a person gay as an insult. Them is the motherf***ers that really need to be attacked, feel me?”. Later on, he clarified his own sexuality and said that the comments were lame for attacking him. Regardless, come back to HNHH for the latest news and updates on Toosii.

Hurricane Chris Victim Gets Compared To Deebo From “Friday” In Court

Grammy-nominated rapper Hurricane Chris is now on trial for a shooting that occurred in June 2020. He’s facing murder charges after shooting Danzeria O. Ferris Jr. in Louisiana. The incident took place on June 19th when Hurricane, whose real name is Christopher Dooley, claimed to have caught Ferris trying to steal his car outside of a gas station. Due to the misunderstanding, the musician shot Danzeria, which quickly proved to be fatal.

After the shooting, officers arrived at the scene to find Danzeria with several gunshot wounds. The man later passed away in the hospital. It is reported that Ferris Jr. had his final moments at the Texaco on Hollywood Avenue. Now, Hurricane’s trial is officially beginning three years later. Despite the fact that he was driving a stolen car, he is confident in his innocence. In a weird turn of events, the rapper’s lawyer compared the victim to a Friday character, Deebo. Not only did the lawyer make the comparison verbally, but they also showed a photo of the actor to the jury.

Hurricane Chris Lawyer Compares Victim To Movie Character

After the shooting on June 19th, Hurricane Chris is now being charged with second-degree murder. He is also being charged with possession of a stolen vehicle. Interestingly enough, this is the same vehicle that the artist believes was stolen by the now-deceased victim. After the artist’s attorney made his comparison, 911 phone calls were played for the jury. The audio was reportedly so distressing that a woman left the courtroom.

Hurricane is currently pleading not guilty. His defense team is claiming self-defense as the cause of the incident. Despite how confident he is about his innocence, many people are not buying his excuse. Especially given the apparent low blow made by his attorney comparing the dead victim to a movie character. The fact that Chris was driving a stolen car has also caused some people to raise their eyebrows. The trial started recently on March 8th. While the trial is still in its early stage of development, many people believe that the case is a pretty open-and-shut one. Check back later for any updates on the trial.
