Cardi B Gets Naked For The Cover Of Her New Single

Cardi B is an artist who blew up in 2017 thanks to “Bodak Yellow.” Subsequently, she followed up that success with Invasion Of Privacy, her debut album. Since that time, Cardi has yet to deliver a follow up. Although she has dropped a plethora of singles in between, fans have been waiting for her to officially drop an album. There have been numerous instances of Cardi promising a project and then not delivering. However, she now seems closer than ever to actually coming through on her initial promise.

Just a couple of weeks ago, Cardi came through with the “Like What” freestyle. Overall, it was a success, and fans have been wanting more ever since. Well, last week, Cardi B came through and revealed that she would be dropping a new song this Friday. The track in question is called “Enough (Miami),” and last night, she blessed us with the cover art. In this new cover art, Cardi B is completely naked, although she is covering up her chest with her arms.

Ty Dolla Sign Clarifies “Vultures 2” Album Cover

Ty Dolla $ign has revealed that he is the individual who appears on the cover of Vultures 2. A masked Ty stands against the same background used for the cover of Vultures 1. Furthermore, Ty is seen holding a picture of his incarcerated brother.

Kanye West posted the cover earlier this weekend. However, fans were not overly receptive to an album cover with no album to listen to. “Vultures 2 or GTA 6 dropping first?” asked one fan, referencing the equally tortured development of Rockstar’s open-world game. For context, GTA 6 is scheduled to drop in 2025. “Blud hasn’t mixed/mastered a single track from Vultures 2 yet,” theorized another fan. Despite this, some fans were excited and pointed to next week’s Rolling Loud California, despite West and Ty Dolla $ign not being listed as performers at the event. When do you think Vultures 2 will finally drop? Let us know in the comments.

Kanye West’s “Carnival” Gets Intense Cover Art

Furthermore, Kanye has gone pretty hard with the cover art for the long-awaited Vultures project. Last month, West unveiled the intense cover art for “Carnival”, one of the standout tracks from Vultures 1. Designed by noted Canadian artist Jon Rafman, the cover art for “Carnival” depicts a close-up of a screaming and bloodied skinhead. Rafman also created the AI-generated music video for “Vultures (Havoc Version)” which was released alongside the album.

“Carnival” features Playboi Carti and Rich the Kid. As mentioned, it is widely considered one of the best tracks on Vultures 1. Many people have already called it the best song of 2024. However, the song proved controversial even before it was released. A version heard at a listening party in Chicago earned the ire of Ozzy Osbourne due to an uncleared sample of Black Sabbath. A later version at a Long Island listening party used a sample of Kanye’s “Hell of a life”, which interpolates the same Black Sabbath song.

Kanye West Posts “Vultures 2” Album Cover, Fans Lament Lack Of New Music

Another week, another missed album deadline by Kanye West. Fans voiced their displeasure as West posted the cover art for Vultures 2 on the same day that the album was meant to drop. The cover of Vultures 2 shows a masked West holding a framed picture of a person some fans claim is Virgil Abloh and others claim is Ty Dolla $ign’s incarcerated brother.

However, as mentioned, fans were unhappy to be getting the album cover, but no album. “Vultures 2 or GTA 6 dropping first?” asked one fan, referencing the equally tortured development of Rockstar’s open-world game. “3/8,” he captioned it simply. Fans are already making jokes about how long this record will be. If you are not familiar with YB’s style, he loves to put at least 20 songs on each release. Kanye West Drops New Vultures 1 Cover But Fans Still Have Issues

Meanwhile, late last Saturday, Kanye dropped a new version of the cover art for his album, Vultures 1. The Jason Vorhees-esque hockey mask won by a figure on the album cover has been changed from white to black. However, the change was not the one that more modest fans were hoping for. Many fans still had issues with the scantily clad Bianca Censori who also appears on the cover. “How am I supposed to play this in my car and my mom sees this album cover,” one fan asked. “Wasn’t he complaining about his baby momma being too sexual to raise his kids,” noted another. “Salam brother Kanye, can we please get a Halal version of the cover. Thank you,” requested a third.

The week before the album dropped, Kanye posted an image to his Instagram story of himself and Censori showing off their respective phone backgrounds. West’s was a picture of Censori wearing a leather bikini. Meanwhile, Censori’s was a picture of someone dressed as Jason Vorhees. While Censori appears to be topless on the cover of Vultures 1, it is now relatively evident that the innocuous photo was a backdoor teaser for the cover art.

Iconic Jason Vorhees Actor Co-Signs Kanye Mask Use

Meanwhile, the original image of Kanye in the iconic white Jason Vorhees mask has been co-signed by Kane Hodder, who played Vorhees in four of the Friday The 13th films. “I was watching a bunch of the videos and I love it. Kanye, you gotta let me get you a better mask though. That’s kind of a cheesy one. I could get you a nice one and if you would just, during your performance, give the eyes a little bit. That’s what gets people when you’re wearing the mask. Do the big eyes,” Hodder told TMZ. Furthermore, Hodder said he’d be happy to send Kanye a film-worn variant from his own collection.

Hodder is one of the most beloved Jason actors, despite appearing as Jason in some of the franchise’s more infamous entries. He first played Jason in Friday the 13th VII: The New Blood and would reprise the role for the next three entries in the series. This includes the infamous Jason Takes Manhattan as well as Jason X, the one set in space 200 years in the future. Kanye is yet to publicly respond to Hodder’s offer of a new mask.

Cover Art For Kanye West’s “Vultures 1” Memed By Fans

In the hours after Kanye West released Vultures 1, fans have begun to create meme versions of the cover art. The album cover art shows a scantily clad woman, presumably Bianca Censori, standing with her back to the camera and facing a man dressed like Jason Vorhees, presumably Kanye. The art was actually teased earlier this month by an innocuous Instagram post of Kanye and Censori showing off their phone backgrounds.

Some fans made the artwork more modest, giving Censori a bra and skirt. Others changed the image of Kanye to a stock PNG of Jason Vorhees. The meme versions came thick and fast, especially as the album was briefly removed from Apple Music for 20 minutes. Have you seen any of the cover memes? Do you have a favorite? Let us know in the comments.

French Montana Unveils “Mac & Cheese 5” Cover Art

French Montana took inspiration from his home country of Morocco for the recently-unveiled Mac & Cheese 5 album cover. Moreover, the mixtape– which will end the Mac & Cheese series that defined much of his rise and his career– is set to release on January 5. One week before this on Friday (December 29), the South Bronx rapper took to social media to share this new cover along with WORLDSTAR, and fans seem pretty excited for the effort. However, others expressed concern for the image’s presumed reference to satanic one-eye imagery or the Illuminati, which is definitely reading way too deeply into it.

What’s more is that French Montana is really balling out a lot these days in the lead-up to this new project’s release, as he wants to get into a celebratory mood. For example, he recently showed off his pricey and stylish fit at a recent NBA game between the Milwaukee Bucks and the Brooklyn Nets. Many fans noticed the “No Stylist” MC’s Louis Vuitton Air Force 1s, which he said in the video in question that they cost him $200K. That’s a ridiculous bag for some shoes, but when you’re as successful as he is, you can afford the indulgences every once in a while.

French Montana’s Mac & Cheese 5 Cover Art

In addition to the standard flexing, French Montana is also reflecting on the most definitive parts of his career that he wants to continue to represent. During a recent appearance on Fame & Flavor with food influencer Cugine, the culinary star asked him what the “Coke” in “Coke Boys” stands for. According to the 39-year-old, the title and label name (which was previously named Cocaine City Records) actually stands for “Creation Of Kings Everywhere.” That’s a worthwhile pursuit to champion, albeit a cheeky dodge of the more obvious interpretation.

Meanwhile, what do you think about this Mac & Cheese 5 cover and whether or not there are any occult references here? Also, what did you think of his Lil Baby-assisted single “Okay” to kick off the lead-up to it? However you may feel, let us know in the comments section down below. Presave Kanye & Ty Dolla Sign’s “Vultures”

Kanye and Ty Dolla Sign have been promoting their upcoming collaborative album for weeks at this point. Back in November, they shared the lead single, which is featured as the title track on Vultures. Ye dealt with backlash for his lyrics on the track after rapping, “How I’m antisemitic, I just f—ed a Jewish b—h,” referencing his myriad of antisemitism accusations. Other songs to make the cut include “New Body,” with Nicki Minaj. Be on the lookout for further updates on Kanye West and Ty Dolla Sign’s Vultures on HotNewHipHop.

In recent weeks, Offset has been strategically teasing the project in other ways. He’s amping up the momentum as he interacts more frequently with his followers. His recent viral appearance on Kai Cenat‘s stream showcased the rapper in high spirits, dancing and creating a vibrant atmosphere. It seemed like high-energy, good vibes all weekend. Offset himself acknowledged the moment and let his audience know how much fun he had. Sharing on social media, he wrote, “I had the most fun in a very long time this weekend.”

In line with his promotional efforts, Offset has previously unveiled a series of visually striking cover art images, many of them drawing inspiration from the iconic Michael Jackson. The album’s cover art, shared last week, portrays another captivating scene. The artwork features an inverted image of buildings consumed by flames, seemingly with Offset descending from the sky. In a sleek all-black ensemble and sporting a single white glove, the imagery pays homage to the legendary Michael Jackson, a recurring source of inspiration for Offset, as he has noted in numerous interviews. With these teasers, Offset has set the stage for a highly anticipated sonic experience with Set It Off. The upcoming album marks his second full-length solo endeavor, following the 2019 release of Father of 4. It’s set for release on October 13.
