In 2013, UFC President Dana White, upon visiting Dublin, was inundated with recommendations to sign the local fighter, Conor McGregor. Heeding the advice, White met McGregor, and soon after, the Irish fighter made his UFC debut. McGregor’s unique fighting style, combined with his charisma, quickly made him a fan favorite. His bouts, including those against renowned fighters like Nate Diaz and Jose Aldo, not only added to his fame but also his fortune. For instance, his 13-second fight against Aldo in December 2015 earned him a cool $12 million.

2017 saw McGregor venture outside the MMA cage and into the boxing ring, facing off against the undefeated boxing champion, Floyd Mayweather. This fight, one of the most lucrative PPV events ever, guaranteed McGregor $30 million. However, with bonuses and other earnings, McGregor’s total from this bout exceeded $100 million.

Outside the ring, McGregor showcased his entrepreneurial spirit by launching the Proper No. Twelve Irish whiskey brand in 2018. Partnering with liquor company Proximo Spirits, McGregor’s whiskey venture saw immense success. By April 2021, McGregor and his partners sold their remaining stake in Proper No. Twelve, with the deal’s total value potentially reaching $600 million. From this venture alone, McGregor stands to make around $200 million.

McGregor’s fame and marketability have also led to lucrative endorsement deals with major brands like Burger King, Beats by Dre, and Anheuser-Busch. These endorsements, combined with his fight earnings, have significantly contributed to his net worth.

Conor McGregor Dodges Charges On Alleged NBA Finals Rape

Conor McGregor will not be charged after being accused of raping a woman at Game 4 of the 2023 NBA Finals. Prosecutors in Miami declined to charge the MMA fighter due to insufficient evidence and a lack of corroborating witnesses. While prosecutors acknowledged that CCTV footage showed McGregor and his accused did enter a men’s bathroom for approximately five minutes, they stated that there simply wasn’t proof that McGregor sexually assaulted the woman. Furthermore, prosecutors pointed to comments the alleged victim made to law enforcement in which she appeared to ask if they thought McGregor was likely to financially settle the case.

“After a thorough investigation, including a review of videos and interviews with eyewitnesses, the authorities have concluded that there is no case to pursue against my client, Conor McGregor. On behalf of my client, his family and his fans we are pleased this is now over,” Barbara Llanes, an attorney for McGregor, told TMZ this week. McGregor had proclaimed his innocence throughout the investigation. Furthermore, the fighter’s team had dismissed the claims from the start as nothing more than financial intimidation.

McGregor Rejoins Testing Pool

Meanwhile, McGregor is taking significant steps in his fighting career. McGregor officially rejoined the USADA drug testing pool last week. Returning to the Octagon after two years battling a leg injury, McGregor has previously been reluctant to rejoin the pool. This led many people to believe that he had been using steroids during his rehabilitation. According to the UFC’s agreement with USADA, a fighter who rejoins the testing pool must remain in it for six months and pass two random tests before they can fight again. While appeals were made to eliminate the six-month waiting period for McGregor, the anti-doping agency held firm.

It’s unknown who McGregor’s first fight back will be against. Many assumed that it would be against Michael Chandler after the two went head-to-head on The Ultimate Fighter. However, McGregor has spent his time away calling out anyone and everyone who comes to mind. That said, many people are now eyeing UFC 300 as McGregor’s return. That would give him plenty of time to fully recover, as well as arrange a fight for himself.

Dillon Danis Shouts Out Conor McGregor After Horrific Showing Against Logan Paul

Dillon Danis got absolutely dusted against Logan Paul this past weekend. Overall, it was a pretty bad fight for everyone involved. Logan didn’t look particularly good. However, he was much better than Danis, who couldn’t hit anything to save his life. He was getting beaten up pretty handily, and it became clear that he is a social media warrior. Despite all of this, he is still feeling thankful. For instance, he took to Twitter today where he thanked his mentor Conor McGregor. Below, you can see the array of nice words.

“Just an appreciation post for my brother,” Danis wrote. “I have learned so much from him in my life and he always has had my back through everything. He is the greatest fighter of our generation and I’m blessed to call him my brother. I could go on for paragraphs about what this man has done for me but just wanted to say, love you, my G. Got your back till the end.”

Dillon Danis Gives His Thoughts

McGregor eventually replied to Danis by noting just how proud he is of him. Moreover, he noted that Danis accomplished a lot by getting in the ring. He even brought up his jiu-jitsu titles, as if that means anything after such a shocking drubbing. “Proud of you Dillon!” Conor said back. “You built that card tremendously and went out swinging! 4x jiu jitsu world champion with the bottle to go into Pro boxing in front of the world. Chalk it up to the first time ever in history that has been done! Well done brother! Onwards!”

Needless to say, Danis should probably never get back in the ring, ever again. His showing was embarrassing, and had he fought a real boxer, he would have been knocked out easily. Let us know what you thought of Danis and his performance, in the comments section below. Additionally, stay tuned to HNHH for the latest news and updates from around the sports world.

Conor McGregor Goes Off On Logan Paul After Dillon Danis Fight

Conor McGregor came to the defense of training partner Dillon Danis following Danis’ fight with Logan Paul last night. “I was impressed by Dillon Danis. Are you not entertained? I was impressed, good shots, [Danis] needs to believe in his shots more and more and let them go, some of them were alright,” McGregor said in since-deleted posts.

However, he also went in on attacking Paul, who won via disqualification. “”You were in a dark spot? Guess what mate, you’re back in a dark spot now, back into the locker room… thinking about all the shit you’ve been going through, you’re still in a dark spot, you done nothing, up the crew!” McGregor, referencing some of Paul’s post-fight comments. McGregor’s own return to fighting is still something of an unknown. However, many believe that he will hold off until UFC 300 next year.

Danis Wants MMA Rematch Against Paul

Despite losing, and Paul seemingly done with the feud, Danis is insistent on a rematch. “A Jiu Jitsu guy with no boxing camp or coach made his debut, never wobbled, never dropped, had no standing 8 count, and rocked you multiple times. If I were Nina, I’d call off the wedding. You achieved nothing in your own sport, MMA next,” Danis wrote on social media Saturday morning. It was a response to post from Paul himself. “Honestly nothing to be proud about. that dude sucks, a real cunt. I’m gonna go back to living my life but felt good to beat his ass for 6 rounds and let him embarrass himself. Drink prime,” Paul wrote on social media an hour or so after the fight.

Furthermore, Paul, who chose to speak with the media after the fight, had nothing positive to say about Danis. “Dillon Danis truly is a coward. I forgave Dillon before this fight started. It was the only way to attack this fight without emotion. But he was calling himself a real fighter? Conor McGregor, you see that?” Paul said. Furthermore, he quickly turned his attention back to his current day job – fighting in the WWE. “This is a hobby for me. My true passion, I’m a WWE superstar. I’m an American boy, and I want that U.S. title. Rey Mysterio, I already beat you once and I’m coming for that U.S. championship.”

Snoop Dogg Stops By Conor McGregor’s Dublin Pub

Snoop Dogg paid a visit to the Black Forge Inn, the pub owned by Conor McGregor, during his recent trip to Ireland. Snoop linked up with McGregor and his mom the day before he performed in the Irish capital. “Snoop with my mom, happy as hell. Welcome to @theblackforgeinn, Snoop! Good luck with the sold out show tomorrow night!” McGregor wrote on Instagram. The accompanying pictures showed Snoop meeting fans, enjoying a steak and chips, and posing with McGregor’s UFC belt. Snoop also shared a photo of him posing with McGregor.

The trip was less eventful than Snoop’s last international outing. A few weeks ago, Snoop inadvertently recognized Armenian sovereignty over the disputed state of Artsakh. “My beloved Armenian people. I am thinking of you and sending love to all Armenian people in Armenia, Artsakh and around the wor[l]d. I’m bringing love and peace and wishing everyone strength. Im coming, September 23rd!!!!!!” Snoop wrote on Instagram. Artsakh is claimed by both Armenia and Azerbaijan and the current site of a major international incident.

Snoop Praises Barbie

Back in the US, Snoop recently gave a glowing review for Barbie, the smash-hit comedy blockbuster. “Just got back from seeing Barbie. That shit was funny as a muthafucka. Me and my wife was in there laughing like a muthafucka. And you do know that!” Snoop said on his Instagram earlier this month.

Barbie has been an absolute smash hit, becoming the highest-grossing film of 2023 at over $1.4 billion. It has also become the highest-grossing film by a solo female director, Warner Bro’s highest-grossing release, and the 14th highest-grossing film in history. Furthermore, it is also now the highest-grossing live-action comedy of all time. It surpassed Home Alone for the domestic US title and The Hangover Part II for the global title. The film only really struggled in markets like South Korea and Japan. This was due to factors such as the film’s feminist message, the lack of Barbie’s cultural presence, and backlash to the Barbieheimer trend.

Conor McGregor Challenges KSI During Boxing Match

The world of boxing, MMA, and combat sports as a whole invokes a lot of trash talking and bravado these days. Moreover, there’s perhaps no better contemporary example of that (in the mainstream) than Conor McGregor, who always seems to be stirring something up. Most recently, he called out KSI after the boxing match between Anthony Joshua and Robert Helenius, saying that “he couldn’t box eggs if he walked into an egg-boxing factory.” Specifically, it seems like the MMA star wants to do a bareknuckle fight with him, and since the YouTube star, rapper, and boxer was in the crowd, it could’ve happened right then and there. It didn’t, but the door’s open for the future now.

It’s unclear exactly why Conor McGregor all of a sudden took shots at KSI, but it’s nonetheless entertaining to see. After all, they’re two of the biggest names in that scene right now, albeit for pretty different reasons and with very different stories attached. Also, they’ve been pals and appeared on things together in the past, so maybe it’s just another step in their relationship. It may be odd, but it would still be a treat to watch.

Conor McGregor’s Call-Out

Furthermore, maybe this could be a part of the boxing event that KSI and Logan Paul are headlining this October. In fact, the Sidemen personality already responded to Conor McGregor’s challenge on Twitter (now X), and seemed to take it with pride, stride, and in good humor and fun. “Lmao just seen this,” he wrote on the social media platform. “Jake Paul must be crying that I’ve got Connor on my d**k already and I didn’t even have to fight an mma fighter.”

KSI’s Response

Meanwhile, surely more responses and statements in the future will expand on that animosity a little more. Maybe Notorious just wants to tackle all the big and promotable names to show his dominance and to garner a lot of cash while doing so. If it’s purely for the sport of it, then hopefully the two can have some good prep time and come together for a great display. Conor McGregor Showers Fiancee With Gifts For 36th Birthday

Conor McGregor went all-out to celebrate the 36th birthday of fiancée Dee Devlin. The couple have been together since 2008, meeting right after McGregor quit his job to pursue MMA full-time. Devlin is currently pregnant with the couple’s fourth child. Despite recent hardships, such as McGregor being accused of rape, the couple appears stronger than ever. While Devlin has not explicitly addressed the accusations, there has been nothing to indicate that they have put any public strain on the relationship.

McGregor currently remains away from the UFC as he continues to rehab from a broken leg that has sidelined him for the past two years. Moreover, McGregor appears unable to decide on a comeback fight. While it was widely expected that he would conclude his time on The Ultimate Fighter by taking on rival coach Michael Chandler, McGregor has appeared less and less interested in the fight in recent weeks. Meanwhile, very few fights (beyond Jake Paul) seem interested in fight the veteran brawler.

McGregor Gets Massive Gift Haul For Devlin

“Baby my love for you is as deep as the ocean! Here is the limited edition ocean @chanelofficial bag, among other things you love! I love you baby, happy birthday ❤,” McGregor wrote on Instagram. The caption was accompanied by pictures of the massive haul, as well as the extravagant decorations that McGregor had organized during the family’s current boat vacation. The McGregor family is currently yachting off the coast of France, hence the more nautical location of the party.

However, it’s not been all fun and games for McGregor as of late. He’s been catching a lot of heat for a recent spate of fiery remarks. He was all but accused of steroid use after attempting to call out Justin Gaethje for this BMF title win. Meanwhile, he also attempted to inject himself into the Jake Paul-Nate Diaz aftermath by calling out Diaz for an “abysmal” fight. That in particular was a bold move given that a) McGregor has previously lost to Diaz and b) McGregor’s own professional boxing debut didn’t go any better.

Conor McGregor Put On Blast By Justin Gaethje’s Manager

Conor McGregor is someone who has found himself at the center of controversy on numerous occasions. Although he had a great start to his career, the last few years have been difficult for him. He suffered two losses in a row to Dustin Poirier, and the second one led to a brutal injury. McGregor has yet to return since that injury and some believe he might never end up back in the Octagon. Although he is supposed to fight Michael Chandler, the fight hasn’t been scheduled, and fans are growing impatient.

Additionally, Conor McGregor has been calling out various other fighters. For instance, after Justin Gaethje knocked out Dustin Poirier at UFC 291, McGregor said he could KO Gaethje in one shot. However, this was mostly just an empty threat as the UFC had no interest in making this fight happen. Now, Gaethje’s manager Ali Abdelaziz is speaking out about Conor. While talking to TMZ, he went in on the Irish legend. He noted that McGregor is no longer a warrior and that all he can do these days is talk.

Conor McGregor Called Out

“Conor McGregor, he lost himself. He doesn’t know who he is. He’s a guy who isn’t even a fighter. He’s a retired fighter. He’s not in the USADA program, he probably weighs almost close to 200 pounds. He just wants clout,” Abdelaziz said. “He gets in fights in bars and at Grammy’s, street fights. He gets in fights when he has security there to protect him.” These criticisms may be harsh, but in the eyes of many UFC fans, they are mostly true at this point.

With McGregor refusing to enter the USADA program, he will not be able to fight for six months. This timeline will only continue to extend the longer he waits. Needless to say, it could be a while before we ever see McGregor in the Octagon again. Let us know what you think of all this, in the comments section down below. Additionally, stay tuned to HNHH for more news from around the sports world.

Conor McGregor Calls Out Nate Diaz Over “Abysmal” Loss To Jake Paul

Conor McGregor slammed Nate Diaz on Twitter, Sunday afternoon, following his UFC rival’s loss to Jake Paul in a boxing match the night before. McGregor called the performance embarrassing in several since-deleted posts on the site.

He began: “Peoples champ I gonna say this now, them antics when its time2move ain’t hitting for me no more. I’ve seen him point, I’ve seen him turn/walk away etcetc. it’s stale now. Fkn Do somethin cos you’re doing nothing! Could’ve been the 170lb ufc champion. Wasted it. Ur doing fuck all.”

“I gonna serve up your liver on a sandwich in the trilogy m8,” he added in another post. “Out straight. I won’t even hit ur face. That was abysmal last night. Paul is a r*tard. Absolute garbage he is. Moving backwards like I was watching a fight in rewind. Holy garbage. Embarrassing stuff all round IMO. #piss.” From there, he concluded: “Try point and walk away from me I gonna run at you and root you up the hole. Ronda messaged me said you are a do nothing bitch.”

Paul won his fight against Diaz by unanimous decision at American Airlines Center on Saturday. It was an important bounce-back victory following his loss to Tommy Fury, earlier this year. McGregor and Diaz have faced off twice over the years. Diaz first defeated McGregor in March 2016 via submission and then McGregor beat Diaz in August 2016 via split decision.

Paul has previously expressed interest in fighting McGregor himself. Speaking with ESPN ahead of his latest fight, Paul explained that he believed beating Diaz would set himself up to do so. “I see a road map where I knock out Nate and then go to Conor McGregor,” Paul said at the time. “To do what Conor couldn’t do — knock out Nate — and then that’ll be the biggest fight in combat sports that could possibly be made.” However, after Saturday’s fight, he changed his tune. When asked about the idea, this time around he remarked: “I don’t care about (McGregor). He needs to go to rehab. I want Nate in MMA. I want more professional boxers and I want Canelo.”

Jorge Masvidal Calls Conor McGregor A “B*tch,” Wants To Fight Him In The Street

Jorge Masvidal recently had a conversation with Michael Babcock for TMZ Sports, hinting at a possible UFC return. When asked who he would take on amid his return, he replied, “Whoever’s got the BMF belt.” Conor McGregor was then mentioned, and Masvidal revealed that he’s got a bit of a bone to pick with the MMA star. “Really I would like to fight Conor because he’s such a b*tch,” he explained. “I can’t stand that dude. But him on the street for free, ’cause he’ll never fight me in the ring.”

Masvidal continued, “He never mentions my f***ing name in a comment.””[McGregor] calling out Dustin and Justin,” he added, “Shut the f**k up, and do the due process. You f***ing b*tch!” It’s clear that Masvidal has some ongoing beef with McGregor, and he’s looking to squash it outside of the ring.

Jorge Masvidal Says He “Can’t Stand” Conor McGregor

According to Masvidal, the only opportunity he would get to take on McGregor is on the street. “Conor doesn’t want [a fight with me]. He’s shut it down like 3 or 4 times and he’s told people that I’m too big for him, yet he’s at my weight class, 170,” he explained. He then went on to give some grisly details of how he’d win against McGregor. “He knows that the way that I’d beat him is the way that he wins fights. Stand up, f***ing punching his teeth in and kicking his ribs in,” he shared. “So I know it’s just not good for his brand.”

As for Masvidal’s potential return to the UFC, he didn’t give a clear timeline as to when he plans to do so. Having just retired in April, it appears that it won’t be happening anytime soon. “I think I’m going to have to come back and snatch that belt up real quick. Something like that. But not at [155 lbs.], they gotta come up to [170 lbs.],” he said. “A UFC fight. Not now, but at some point, I think I gotta come back.
