In the past couple of years or so, fans have noticed a trend of their favorite male celebrities embracing their feminine sides, rocking things like dresses, purses, and of course, nail polish. Drake, NBA YoungBoy, Lil Baby, and many more have hopped on the trend. Unfortunately, this has resulted in some pushback from critics.

While many see no issue with men expressing themselves however they choose, others have been quick to call them out, arguing that it says something about their sexuality. According to Fat Joe, however, it’s nothing but a trend, and shouldn’t necessarily be treated as though it’s any deeper than that. He shared his thoughts during a chat with fans on Instagram Live earlier this week.

Fat Joe Says It’s Just Another Trend

“You’ve got guys who I don’t think are gay but they’re painting their nails or they’re walking with Birkin bags, you know?” he began. “Unfortunately, it’s sad. You know you have originators, and then you have a lot of running with the swag or running with the style. So if Dipset was wearing the flyest clothes… Everybody was rocking the bandana, 2Pac was rocking the bandana… So it feels like it’s been a new trend, a new swag, a new style. Paint your nails, use a bag, wear a dress.“

“The toughest one, my man’s on RICO,” he continued. “Young Thug was wearing the skirts and this and this and that. He’s the toughest, so it’s safe to say it’s a fad. The remix, originally leaked by Adam22, was later heard during Kanye West’s appearance on Justin Laboy’s The Download. He also shared his bold take on the whole Drake versus everyone debacle, appearing pretty thrilled about it personally. “Everybody is very, very excited about the elimination of Drake,” he said, claiming the recent shots at Drizzy have left people feeling “energized.”

Now, Ye has been spotted in the studio with one of his favorite young artists, 4batz. In a new clip shared online today, they’re seen vibing to some music together. While it seems innocent enough, the clip has managed to garner some spirited reactions from commenters. Many point out that it was just last month when 4batz inked a deal with Drake’s label, OVO Sound. The deal in question is only for one EP, but regardless, it’s left fans wondering where exactly his loyalty lies. Either way, many are looking forward to hear whatever it was they were cooking up during the studio session.

This isn’t the first time Ye’s worked alongside 4batz, however. Last month, a snippet of Ye’s verse on a remix of “act iii” surfaced online, and got mixed reactions. Earlier this week, Fat Joe took to Instagram Live to weigh in on all of the high-profile rap beef going on these days. He commented on Drake’s feud with almost everyone, for example, calling Kendrick’s “Like That” verse with Future and Metro Boomin “the original.” Since that release, however, there’s been another feud brewing between Chris Brown and Quavo. The two have taken various shots at one another over the past couple of weeks, referencing past flings, allegations, and more. According to Fat Joe, Chris Brown would be pretty tough to beat.

“Of course, the 2Pac of 2024 has to be Chris Brown. Chris Brown is considered an alien. If you playing basketball, he’ll bust your a**. If you sing against him, he sing better, he dance better. If he gotta rap, he raps,” he explained. “Like, that’s battle rap. Chris Brown, that’s the one I been listening to.”

Fat Joe On Rap Beef

While the 2Pac comparison is pretty controversial, many others agree that Chris Brown’s latest diss was impressive. He unleashed on the former Migos member on “Weakest Link,” claiming to have slept with Quavo’s ex Saweetie while they were still together. “You f*cked my ex-ho, that’s cool, I don’t give no f*ck, lil n***a/ ‘Cause I f*cked yo’ ex when you were still with her, b*tch, I’m up, lil n***a.” He even said that when his groupmate Takeoff passed away in 2022, “everybody really wished” it had been him.

Cam’ron, 50 Cent, and many more think he came out on top. Benzino Thinks He’d Beat 50 Cent In A Boxing Match

It looks like Benzino could be looking for another boxing opponent after Joe Budden allegedly backed out of their match, and he just might have his sights set on 50 Cent. During a recent appearance on the We In Miami podcast, The Source icon was weighing in on Fif’s ongoing feud with Diddy, claiming that he’s unsurprised by it. He says that since Diddy’s allegedly been messing with the mother of 50 Cent’s child, there’s bound to be some strong feelings involved. Benzino was then asked whether or not he’d ever consider taking on 50 Cent in the ring. With no hesitation, he said yes, arguing that size doesn’t really matter when it comes to boxing.

“Being big don’t mean nothing in boxing, history has shown us that,” he described. “50’s been shot in the face before so that counts. He had to get reconstructive surgery; he’s not gonna be able to take any old punch in his face.” Benzino continued, claiming that with a few months of training under his belt, he’d have it in the bag.

Benzino Is Confident

“If we were to box in a boxing match and I were to train for a couple months, hell yeah I could box 50,” he said.
