As of late, Rick Ross has been wrapped up in an online feud with none other than Drake. This was recently prompted by the latter’s “Push Ups” diss track. For the most part, Drizzy went after the likes of Kendrick Lamar, Metro Boomin, and more, but Ross did catch a couple of strays. On the track, the Toronto-born performer criticized him for jumping into rap beef at his age. He also suggested that all of Ross’ chart-toppers were thanks to him.

This has resulted in the two trading various jabs publicly, and headlines for whatever shade they throw the other’s way. This week, however, Rick Ross decided to take a much-needed break to step out with his latest love interest, Paige Imani. In various fun clips and photos posted on her Instagram Story, they’re seen cruising around on a boat. Despite the whole Drake debacle, they looked unbothered as can be.

They took some shots, danced, and more. Imani even showed off what appears to be a new tattoo on her neck of Ross’ first name, William. On top of Rozay’s rap beef, he and Imani have been subject to quite a bit of criticism for showing off their romance. This is largely due to the fact that it was only a couple of months ago that he parted ways with Cristina Mackey.

Waka Flocka Reveals His Relationship With Big Mel

Waka Flocka rang in the new year with a bang. On January 10, 2024, the rapper shared the big news of his relationship with Big Mel. He captioned the cute Instagram post “Crazy bout Big MeL” with a red heart emoji and the hashtag “#MelWaka.” The post currently has over 10 thousand comments, so evidently, there were many reactions. While a lot of comments contained congratulatory messages, several of them were unfortunately quite negative. Both Waka Flocka and Big Mel received backlash for different reasons, so much so that the rapper had to hit back at the critics, especially since they were bringing his ex Tammy into the picture. He had hoped people would be happy to see him move on from his former relationship, but instead, they seemed hung up on it. “If y’all really loved me and Tammy respectfully can y’all respect our personal lives,” he wrote. Soon after, Charli, Waka and Tammy’s daughter, also came to her parents’ defense in the comments. “Leave my father alone, he is happy and my mother is happy both in separate relationships,” she wrote. 

On Mel’s part, she ignored the critics altogether. Despite the backlash, the Fashion Nova ambassador happily posted about her man. There are several posts mentioning or featuring Waka Flocka on her Instagram account. For example, on February 16, she posted a series of photos with the caption “I love you Waka, ty for the most amazing Valentine’s Day ever.” The two seem to be smitten with each other and are spending a lot of time together.

Ne-Yo Legally Becomes Father Of His Girlfriend’s Youngest Children

Ne-Yo moves through relationships quite fast, and we’re not talking about jumping from one to another. Moreover, he recently achieved his goals in court and became the legal father of his ex-girlfriend’s (or current girlfriend? It’s unclear) young children, Braiden (born in 2021) and Brixton (born in February). Sade Bagnerise’s kids will also have their last name changed from Bagnerise to Smith, which is the R&B singer’s legal surname. This information comes from court documents allegedly obtained by TMZ, and some time after he originally made this request in court. Given their murky relationship status, it’s unknown whether this confirms that they’re still together or if it’s more of a co-parenting situation.

Regardless, a judge believed that it would be in Braiden and Brixton’s best interest to be considered Ne-Yo’s legal and biological children. Considering that the court deliberated this and first received a motion in May, this was a long time coming. In addition, he sought to make them able to inherit things from him as if they were born within wedlock with Sade Bagnerise. It’s quite a big move, all things considered, and one that might just bring these two closer together.

Previously, though, we know that Bagnerise’s older kids were going through it with some bad bullying, which she had to step in for in order to get their comeuppance. While responding to claims that she helped her son fight a classmate, Ne-Yo’s former partner stood by her support of her kid. Whether you agree with her actions or not, it’s clear that it’s a tough judgement call to make. After all, unless you’re already a parent, it’s hard to think about what one would do in that situation until you’re presented with it.

“I will always protect anybody I love especially my KIDS,” Sade wrote on Instagram. “I will never understand bullying someone and then playing victim when they stand up for themselves.” Maybe this new legal win will better prepare the Arkansas native to stand up for his kids.
