Adam22 Calls Out Joe Budden, Proclaims No Jumper, VladTV, & DJ Akademiks The “Big 3”

Adam22 is furious with Joe Budden and thinks that No Jumper, VladTV, and DJ Akademiks are the three biggest hip-hop outlets. In a video on No Jumper’s social media pages, he compared the views for both his pages and Budden’s.

Adam began by claiming that someone sent him a clip of Budden remarking that No Jumper is in bad shape. “Let’s do the science,” he responded. “Joe Budden’s channel has gotten 12 million views in the past month. No Jumper’s main channel plus our clips channel has done about 26 or 27 million views for the past month. So, we are two times, by far, what you have going on. And on top of that, we kill it on Facebook. We kill it on Snapchat. We have 3 million followers on Instagram and we make a huge amount of money on there.”

From there, Adam added: “Joe Budden, I don’t wanna hear sh*t. You’re running a chop shop. You might have the whole hip-hop media gassed into thinking that you’re really killing it like that but trust me, when you wanna talk about who’s really doing business out here, it’s not you. There’s a big three and you’re not in it. It’s me, Vlad, and that fat motherf*cker you were sitting with.” Despite posting it on No Jumper, many of the fans in the comments section disagreed with Adam. “No jumper had potential to be the top but y’all cover more LA gang bangin and p**n than hiphop,” one top comment reads. Another argued: “It’s Akademiks, Say Cheese & The shade room Tbh.”

DDG says he was being “petty” when he DM’d Rubi Rose back in 2023 amid a fight with Halle Bailey. Speaking about the incident with VladTV for a new interview, he explained that he knew Rose would post the messages and wanted Halle to see them because he was upset.

“I did it in front of her. I had no intention of actually linking with Rubi Rose,” he said. “She seen it. Imagine you’re arguing with your girl and you get mad at her for something. ‘I’m finna do this. Watch this,” type sh*t. She ain’t on there f*cking nobody. She just on their posting what she would post on Instagram. It was smart.” He also described 2023 as a “set-back,” as far as the music side of his career. The Game Praises Nicki Minaj’s “Big Foot,” Argues She Beat Megan Thee Stallion In Their Beef

The Game is picking Nicki Minaj over Megan Thee Stallion following their recent exchange of diss tracks. Speaking about the beef during an interview with VladTV, Game argued that “Big Foot” was a better song than “Hiss.”

He began: “I like ‘Big Foot.’ You know what? I like when she said, ‘Get on the good foot.’ I thought that was like a good punchline.” On the song, Nicki raps: “Bad b*tch, she like 6 foot, I call her Bigfoot/The b*tch fell off, I said ‘Get up on your good foot’” From there, Vlad brought up Tory Lanez shooting Megan, to which Game responded: “Exactly, or did she? Or did she not? I don’t know. I mean, I wasn’t there and neither were you.” After Vlad reminded Game about “Hiss,” the rapper added: “The thing about Megan’s Law is, didn’t that offend somebody or something?… In rap beefs, if you can keep it about the person, it kind of gives you an edge so I gotta give that one to Nicki.”

Tony Yayo Calls French Montana A “Marketing Genius”

It goes without saying that French Montana has managed to do the impossible by making a name for himself and standing out in the hip-hop space. While plenty of this has to do with the hitmaker’s musical abilities, he also has his marketing skills to thank, according to Tony Yayo. During a recent conversation with VladTV, the NYC-born performer praised French for his talents, arguing that they’ve put him ahead of the pack.

“These are the marketing geniuses right here,” Tony Yayo begins in a clip from the interview. “So I’m always going to shout them out… French to me was always a marketing genius. He always was kind of smart… he was always just kind of ahead of his time.”

Tony Yayo Thinks French Montana Was “Ahead Of His Time”

While he may have been ahead of his time, French Montana hasn’t been able to dodge criticism following the release of his latest project, Mac & Cheese 5. The performer received some pushback from fans for dropping various versions of the mixtape on streaming services, including one massive 126-track edition, which features the tracks from all versions combined. He even faced fraud allegations, after various listeners came forward claiming their pre-ordered vinyl copies of the record were shipped to incorrect addresses.

Ultimately, the project ended up debuting well below what was previously projected. Despite the backlash, he stands by the release, including the controversial 126-track edition. In a message shared with social media followers late last month, French called the decision nothing but “simple science,” and compared himself to the likes of City Girls’ JT and even Taylor Swift. What do you think of Tony Yayo’s recent praise for French Montana? Do you agree that the Morocco-born performer is a “marketing genius” as he says? Trick Daddy Promised 2Pac’s Mom He’d Never Reveal Reason For Shout-Out On “Still Ballin’”

Trick Daddy says that he’ll never reveal why 2Pac mentioned him on the song, “Still Ballin’.” Speaking with VladTV for a new interview, Trick explained that he promised the late rapper’s mother, Afeni Shakur, that he’d never tell the story.

“All I can tell you is I promised his mama that I won’t ever answer that question, and so I’m not answering that question,” he said during the interview. He also noted that his favorite 2Pac songs are “Brenda’s Got A Baby,” “Keep Ya Head Up,” and “Hellrazor.”

While he wasn’t willing to speak on the “Still Ballin’” lyrics, Trick did reflect on how his appearance on the remix for the posthumous album Better Dayz came together. He says that Afeni Shakur made it happen. “His mom reached out to me,” he explained. “She said, ‘You remind me so much of my son. I got a record that y’all should’ve been did, and you need to finish it. Whatever it takes …’ I said, ‘It don’t take nothing but [for] you to send me that record, I’d give it back to you. I did that record in 15 minutes. So I called for two weeks: ‘What did she say about the record? What did she say about the record?’ In three weeks, that b*tch is on the radio. I was like ‘Woah! This is my favorite n***a in the world.’ I respect this n***a and what he went through more than I respect my brother, more than I respect my daddy. He was like a young n***a in the hood; he was like our Jesus Christ.”

Yung Joc Thinks Lil Nas X Is Too “Extreme”

It’s been a busy month for Lil Nas X, with the hitmaker unleashing his new single “J Christ,” dropping a trailer for his upcoming documentary, and more. Ahead of the release of his new track, the performer also found himself at the center of some criticism, with countless peers and social media users accusing him of mocking religion, Christians, and God. While he vehemently denies this, arguing that he’s simply in a new era of his career, the track remains controversial.

During a recent interview with VladTV, yet another peer has weighed in on Lil Nas X’s latest pivot, Yung Joc. According to him, the performer had a good thing going for himself with “Old Town Road,” giving young boys someone to look up to outside of rappers and R&B artists. Yung Joc then notes how he made waves with his “Montero” video, shocking viewers by getting frisky with the devil.

“He went from zero to a hundred instantly,” Yung Joc describes. “And it gave people hope like, ‘Wow, you might be on to something so dope that other little Black boys can follow right behind you in this way and it’s showing that they don’t have to just rap or do R&B. Like, you’re singing country music.’” He went on, noting the different extremes Lil Nas X has been at throughout his career. “He keeps hitting us with these extremes,” he says, “It was just so extreme that I feel like he blew his load.”

While Yung Joc may feel like Lil Nas X’s career has taken too many extreme turns, “J Christ” has been a success, already racking up over 12 million views on YouTube alone. Boosie Badazz Denies Plies Beef, Recalls 2006 Concert Shooting

Boosie Badazz is no stranger to getting into it with other artists, but according to him, Plies was never one of them. The Louisiana-born rapper recently sat down for an interview with VladTV, reflecting on the 2006 shootout that took place at his concert with Plies. Plies performed before Boosie, and his performance went on longer than expected. Eventually, his mic was cut, leading to an argument between his crew and the promoter. “All hell broke loose,” he recalled. Tragically, five people were shot.

“Everybody thought that sh*t happened with me and Plies, but it didn’t,” he explained. “They held that sh*t that Boosie and Plies were beefing all the way until I went to prison. They put Boosie and Plies against each other. I had nothing to do with it.”

Boosie Badazz “Had Nothing To Do With” Plies Beef Rumors

“I was telling the promoter it was time for me to go on,” he described. “When people in they home state, they gotta do their thing. I guess they turned off his music.” Boosie continued, sharing his own experiences of having his microphone turned off by promoters. He claims that he’s also gotten upset when it’s happened to him in the past. According to him, however, he simply continues with his show and lets the audience sing along acapella. “As long as I get my backend,” he says.

Ultimately, Plies and various members of his crew were arrested for the shootout. The rapper was let off on probation, but his brother was sentenced to three years, and released in 2009. Plies was later hit with a $10 million lawsuit related to the incident, though the outcome of the suit remains unclear. What do you think of Boosie Badazz denying having any beef with Plies? Tony Yayo Praises Eminem & Takes Issue With Dr. Umar’s Criticism

Tony Yayo says Eminem is one of the five best rappers of all time. He shared the praise while discussing Dr. Umar’s recent criticism of the legendary artist during an interview with VladTV. Umar had argued to Joe Budden that Em can’t be considered an all-time great because he’s white.

“I don’t agree with that,” Yayo began. “I f*ck with Dr. Umar but I don’t have to agree with everything he says. I don’t agree with that. Eminem in my top 5 of MCs. And that’s not because I’m down with him and not because you got the “Free Yayo” shirt on. It don’t have nothing to do with that. I was an Eminem fan once I heard ‘Renegade.’ That was it for me. Once I heard him rhyme against Jay.”

When I heard the footsteps for ‘Many Men.’ He got that from Poltergeist or something. Eminem is like– Nobody wanna battle that n***a.” From there, he discussed 50 Cent bringing Eminem out on tour in Detroit, last year.
