In this latest series of photos from her Instagram, Chlöe is rocking four different looks. The first is an all-baby blue set featuring some gorgeous boots and a unique pair of jeans. Following that there is a sparkly white dress with jewels and spikes. Next, Chlöe is feeling a more cozy vibe by going all black with a long-sleeve shirt and leggings, or so it appears. A few slides down, she reveals it is a long black dress that reveals quite a bit near her chest and stomach. “Don’t play with it” when it comes to her ability to pull off an incredible outfit because she will slay it.

Chlöe Reminded Us Of Her Unstoppable Star Power During Her Debut Solo Tiny Desk Concert

Chloe Bailey is killing it in her solo era. This year, she released her debut album In Pieces and embarked on a solo tour. She and her sister, Halle, also released a line of activewear, and they teased that they will be hitting the studio to work on their third studio album as Chloe X Halle.

Today (September 5), Tiny Desk has dropped a special performance featuring Chloe Bailey, who performs solo as Chlöe.

During her Tiny Desk debut, Chlöe performed with an acoustic band, delivering some of her solo cuts.

She opened with “Surprise,” her sexy standalone single from 2022. She made a slight nod to Janet Jackson shortly after, saying “My name is Chlöe, Miss Bailey if you nasty,” making a smooth transition into the In Pieces fan favorite, “Body Do.”

Continuing with her momentum, she then performed “I Don’t Mind.” She slowed it down a bit with the performances on “In Pieces,” the title track from her solo debut album, which was co-written with Mikky Ekko.

While both of the Bailey sisters can guarantee us solid albums, their live performances always prove to be worth a watch. The work they put into their performances is unmatched by their peers, and promises longevity in the years to come.

Later on Friday (September 1), Bailey returned with another post from last night’s performance, this one giving us a closer look at her all-black ensemble. “Looks better in person 🙊,” she teased, seemingly referring to her booty, which makes multiple appearances throughout the carousel below.

A concert can be an emotional experience for fans, especially if it’s one of their favorite artists they’re seeing live. Emotions will definitely run high if you get dumped at a show, which is just what happened to one Chlöe fan recently. Chlöe was there for support, though, offering encouragement when she heard the news.

In a tweet shared last night (August 29), the fan wrote, “I just got dumped at @ChloeBailey concert [teary-eyed emoji] [crying emoji] she was a bad b*tch tho!! Bro just blew my night fr.” Chlöe quote-tweeted the post and added, “wtf. better off without him. onto the next!!! love you boo.”

At this point, the fan saw an opportunity and took it, replying to Chlöe, “ayo listen, if yall wanna make feel better, go stream my music,” along with a link to their Spotify artist page. Chloe x Halle Seemingly Respond To Funky Dineva’s Hurtful Comments

Fans saw her in a DDG video that suggested this was the case. However, Chloe came back with some harsh words for the internet, in defense of her sister. These comments eventually went viral, and fans have been showing appreciation for the duo. Clearly, they have each other’s backs, no matter what.

Despite this, some people just want to be mean, no matter what. For instance, on the Fox Soul segment, “Tea-G-I-F,” Claudia Jordan and Funky Dineva discussed the Halle Bailey pregnancy rumors. Funky Dineva was particularly disrespectful, as the gossip blogger roasted Chloe for her appearance. Moreover, he also had some choice words about her persona. “Chloe Bailey is so godd*mn lame to me,” Funky Dineva said. “First of all, girl, you are Miss Preppy Ashley from the suburbs. After tonight’s show, Bailey will travel to Anaheim on Wednesday, where she’s slated to perform at the House of Blues. Following that comes concerts in Denver, Minneapolis, Cleveland, Indianapolis, Toronto, Norfolk, Charlotte, Tampa, and finally, Fort Lauderdale on September 10 at Revolution. Later that month, you can catch her overseas in London on the 21st at O2 Shepherds Bush Empire.

Elsewhere in the news, the elder Bailey sister proved how much she has her little siblings back earlier this week by shutting down ongoing speculation about the 23-year-old being pregnant. Over the past few days, there have been rumors (unsubstantiated ones, to be clear) floating around that The Little Mermaid star and musician extraordinaire Halle Bailey is pregnant. She hasn’t offered any clarification herself yet, but it looks like her sister Chloe Bailey has shared a reaction.

During a recent Instagram Live session, Chloe said, “Y’all better keep my sister’s name out your mouth, thank you. Amen, hallelujah. ‘Bout to get me riled the hell up.” Somebody off camera said, “We don’t play about Halle.” Chloe added, “No. Like, what the heck? Period.”

Meanwhile, the two talked about making new music together in an interview with Elle that was published today. Halle said, “You can always expect new music from my sister and I,” and Chloe added, “I’ve been really inspired by that and just life: going out and experiencing people celebrating and having fun and just seeing what gets different types of people going. I can’t wait for my sister and I to put that within our own music, in our solo music and group music. It’s gonna be fun now knowing who we are individually more, and what we can bring when we come back together as a group — that’s gonna be really exciting.”

The pair went 10 years without eating any red meat until recently when a hotel accidentally served them the wrong burgers. In a new video clipped from an Instagram live, Chloe explains the situation through teary eyes. Some sympathetic fans in the comments elaborated on how it feels to break a long vegan or vegetarian streak. “I’m vegetarian and it’s definitely hard to tell the difference sometimes but you know the taste of real meat and that stomach ache ain’t no joke,” reads one of the top comments on the post.

We’ve seen him take aim at various figures in the industry throughout his career. Lately, it’s been Yung Miami and Lil Baby feeling the heat. More recently, Chloe Bailey is on his mind too. The latter covered Gunna’s hit song “fukumean,” for her followers earlier this week. Now, Ak thinks she’s sliding into the YSL artist’s life since he’s out of jail and has a new album.

“You dipped on that ni**a soon as that ni**a got locked up,” the Off the Record host’s bizarre rant began. “I ain’t gon’ call you the b-word, ‘cuz I heard you down with Beyonce. I don’t want them getting mad at me,” he added. “Man, as soon as she thought Gunna was not coming back home, she was single. Single as a motherf**ker. I watched her in some s**t called ‘Swarm,’ getting her BACK BLOWN OUT,” Akademiks continued, referencing Bailey’s first-ever intimate scene opposite Damson Idris in Donald Glover’s series.

Akademiks Thinks Chloe Bailey is Wrong for Covering a Gunna Song

“Why wasn’t you on the jail call singing this s**t to that ni**a?” Akademiks asked, despite “fukumean” not being out. “Y’all remember when Gunna was looking like a crackhead in jail?” he continued to yell while pulling up old photos of the embattled lyricist. Elsewhere, Ak went on to accuse Bailey of always singing other people’s songs before falsely claiming her debut album only sold 3,000 units in its first week. He also said that he doesn’t understand the hype about Chloe, but couldn’t help but admit she is an attractive young woman.

Her In Pieces album’s first-week sales may not have satisfied Akademiks, but they’re good enough for the Atlanta-born singer to take her debut solo project out on two separate tours. She wrapped up the first round of dates back in the spring, and a few weeks ago, Chloe Bailey confirmed her second round of In Pieces concerts, taking place across North America this fall.
