YFN Lucci Allegedly Offered Plea Deal For 17 Years In Prison

YFN Lucci has been offered a plea deal by the DA, according to reports. The rumored deal would leave him spending 17 years behind bars if accepted. He’s charged with various crimes at the moment, including manslaughter, racketeering, six counts of aggravated assault, and more. He’s serving time now for RICO charges that follow a 2021 drive-by shooting. The incident led to the death of James Adams. Though Lucci is not believed to have killed Adams, per Georgia law he is being held responsible as an accomplice. The rapper was one of several other people charged in Atlanta as part of a major indictment.

In April, a clip of YFN Lucci appearing to pour lean in a jail cell hit the internet. Though it’s unconfirmed what he was pouring into the various bottles, social media users noted that if it was in fact lean, he’d be breaking some major rules.

YFN Lucci’s Alleged Plea Deal

In March, legal documents surfaced that appeared to reveal that YFN Lucci refused to testify against Young Thug and YSL in court despite their reported beef. Lucci was stabbed in jail in 2021, and authorities suggested that the people behind the attack were members of YSL. Young Thug and YSL are also facing their own RICO charges at the moment, and it was speculated that Lucci might choose to testify against them. “Lucci’s name ain’t this case. Lucci on the victim’s side. So Lucci telling,” Wack 100 said last year.

Reporter Goerge Chidi tweeted in February, “YFN Lucci’s trial was due to begin January 9, same as Young Thug’s.” “The YFN gang and RICO case is just as wide-ranging as the YSL case,” he claimed, “The two are connected; Lucci is a witness. But Lucci’s trial date has been postponed, his attorney said Tuesday. No new court date has been set.” He went on to write, “For clarification: Lucci is on the state’s witness list. That doesn’t mean he’s going to testify, but he could still be called.” Lucci’s attorney has denied rumors that he will appear as a witness in the YSL case.

Blueface Arrested For Alleged Robbery: Report

Blueface has found himself in some trouble with the law. According to TMZ, the rapper was arrested on Wednesday and charged with felony robbery. Overall, this news comes as a huge surprise, especially when you find out that he was in court at the time of the arrest. Although this seems bizarre, there is a reason for this. As the outlet reports, the artist was in court due to his attempted murder case. Last year, Blue was arrested and charged for allegedly shooting at a man while out at a nightclub.

As we have reported previously, Blueface denied any wrongdoing in the case. However, he still has to go through preliminary hearings on the matter. That said, this new arrest certainly interrupted those proceedings. At the time of writing this, TMZ and others aren’t sure why the rapper was arrested. Of course, he has been charged with robbery, however, there are no details on the alleged incident and when it may have happened. As it turns out, even Blue’s attorneys are confused by all of this.

Trapboy Freddy Faces 10 Years After Pleading Guilty To Federal Gun Charge

Trapboy Freddy’’s staring down a potential 10-year sentence after copping a guilty plea in his weapons case. According to Fox4News, the rapper pleaded guilty to a gun charge on May 11th, although a judge hasn’t determined the sentencing yet. However, according to the deal, Freddy could be sentenced to less than 10 years in prison, supervised release and a fine of $250,000. Through the deal, Freddy avoids further gun-related charges but he must hand over a Taurus TCP .380-caliber gun.

Freddy’s recent issues with the law stem from an arrest in August 2022, which captured national headlines. U.S. Marshals claimed that they entered Freddy’s home only to encounter a caged tiger cub. However, these rumors quickly spread across social media that the tiger escaped from the Dallas Zoo. Ultimately, both police and officials from the zoo clarified the rumors. “Dallas Animal Services responded to the address and secured the tiger, which is currently being held in protective custody at an undisclosed location,” police said in a statement.

Trapboy Freddy Pleads Guilty

Ahead of his arrest, the rapper had taken photos alongside the baby tiger. He shared images of himself with the cub on a leash. However, there weren’t any confirmations from law enforcement officials or Freddy himself whether it was the same cub that was taken by Animal Services. Police took Trapboy Freddy into custody and charged him with possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. The rapper was previously involved in cases related to assault, organized criminal activity, probation violation, and unlawful carry of a firearm. 

The sentencing will undoubtedly put Freddy’s career on hold for a bit. The rapper released his last project, No Distractions in 2022. The Dallas native’s latest project included appearances from Lil Keed, Yella Beezy, and Fetty Wap. However, he continued to release new music this year with “Back End (Freestyle)” and “Webbie G Shit Freestyle.” With a potential 10-year sentence on the line, we hope that he’ll still be able to release new music. Master P Calls to “Free Mystikal!” Amid Rape Charge

Master P showed support for fellow rapper Mystikal on Saturday, who has been indicted with a first-degree rape charge. During his performance at the Lovers & Friends festival in Las Vegas, Master P shouted “Free Mystikal!” to his audience. He also told fans to “get [their] hands up for [his] dawg.” He went on to further show his support, playing Mystikal’s tracks “Here I Go” and “Shake Ya Ass.” Master P’s hot take has garnered some negative attention on Twitter. Many feel as though he’s is in the wrong for showing support for the rapper who has faced several sexual assault allegations in the past.

Arrested at the end of July 2022, Mystikal is now in custody with no possibility of bail. He was booked and charged with three misdemeanors, including false imprisonment, criminal damage to property worth less than $1,000, and prohibited acts of drug paraphernalia. The alleged victim of the rapper claims that she was imprisoned in his home after he took her car keys. He also allegedly punched the woman and pulled out her hair. She alleges that Mystikal also made her pray with him and then splashed her with rubbing alcohol to rid her of “bad spirits” prior to the alleged rape. The events allegedly took place after he accused her of stealing $100 from him. The woman later escaped and was able to get to a hospital to receive treatment and call the police. She suffered minor injuries consistent with rape.

Mystikal Faces Life In Prison

Mystikal’s defense has called the charges he now faces “immaterial, impertinent and scandalous.” He requested bond in October, which he has not received. His defense later filed a motion for a gag order, citing an “inordinate amount of publicity.”

If convicted, Mystikal will serve life in prison under state law. Mystikal has been previously convicted, having served six years in prison for sexual battery in 2004. After being released in 2010, the artist became a registered sex offender in Louisiana. Shortly after his release, he was additionally charged with domestic battery, and again in 2017 for alleged rape and kidnapping. The case came about after his former hair stylist came forward and alleged that he made her perform sexual acts with him. Charges for this 2017 case were later dropped due to a lack of evidence. On top of his current charges, the rapper is facing five separate drug charges as well.

Alec Baldwin Holds Rifle On “Rust” Set After Criminal Charges Dropped

Alec Baldwin was spotted wielding a rifle on the set of Rust, just one day after the criminal charges were dropped against him regarding the death of cinematographer Halyna Hutchins. Baldwin fatally shot Hutchins while rehearsing a scene for the same film in 2021. He had fired a prop gun that was loaded with a real bullet.

In pictures from the set, Baldwin is in character wearing leather boots, gray pants, a shirt with a black vest, and a bandana. He plays Harland Rust in the movie. Filming is taking place near the Yellowstone Film Ranch in Paradise Valley, Montana. The previous shoots took place in New Mexico, but they’ve moved in response to facing safety violations on set. They’ve also agreed to pay a $100,000 fine in the state.

The charges for manslaughter against Baldwin were dropped earlier this week. “We are pleased with the decision to dismiss the case against Alec Baldwin and we encourage a proper investigation into the facts and circumstances of this tragic accident,” Luke Nikas and Alex Spiro, the attorneys for Baldwin, said in a statement. In the time since the shooting, Baldwin has maintained he didn’t pull the trigger and pleaded not guilty. Despite the decision, prosecutors say that they may refile the charges in response to an additional investigation that is being conducted.

While Baldwin appears to be off the hook for the shooting for now, Hannah Gutierrez-Reed, the armorer on the original Rust set, is still facing involuntary manslaughter charges of her own related to the fatal shooting.

Jonathan Majors Charged With Assault, Harassment Following Arrest In NYC: Report

The Manhattan DA’s office laid assault and sexual harassment charges against Jonathan Majors following his arrest in New York City on Saturday night. The Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania star shocked fans after a woman claimed that he put his hands on her. The accuser claims Majors struck “her about the face with an open hand, causing substantial pain and a laceration behind her ear” in the formal complaint. She added that he allegedly “put his hand on her neck, causing bruising and substantial pain.”

The charges against Jonathan Majors stemming from the alleged  “domestic dispute” includes: numerous counts of assault in the third degree, attempted assault in the third degree (3), aggravated harassment in the second degree (1), and harassment in the second degree (1). Since his arrest, his attorneys have stated that he’s completely innocent. The Creed III actor was later released by the DA’s office on his own recognizance. He was also provided with a limited order of protection. Paparazzi later caught Jonathan Majors leaving court with a “Freedom” hat. After the news emerged, his rep said, “He has done nothing wrong. We look forward to clearing his name and clearing this up.”

Shortly after police arrested Jonathan Majors, his defense attorney Priya Chaudhry issued a statement. Chaudhry said that she expects the charges will be dropped “imminently.” She added that Majors is “completely innocent and is probably the victim of an altercation with a woman he knows.” Chaudhry added, “We are quickly gathering and presenting evidence to the District Attorney with the expectation that all charges will be dropped imminently.”

Though Majors hasn’t responded to the claims, Chaudhry added that they have obtained footage from the vehicle. Additionally, they also have testimony from witnesses, which they believe will exonerate Majors on all charges. “This evidence includes video footage from the vehicle where this episode took place, witness testimony from the driver and others who both saw and heard the episode, and most importantly, two written statements from the woman recanting these allegations,” Chaudhry added. Andrew Tate Potentially Incriminated Himself In Jail Call

New reports online suggest that Andrew Tate potentially incriminated himself in a jail phone call during his human trafficking case. Moreover, the main source for these reports is a video from account Lawyers For Workers. In said clip, the lawyer alleges that a source close to Tate revealed that the controversial influencer might’ve messed up on the record. For those of you unaware, Romanian authorities arrested Tate and his brother in late December of last year on charges of assault and human trafficking.

While these reports are unofficial at the moment, he spoke often of his malicious and illegal activities, so it’s not exactly a surprise. Still, the lawyer explained the alleged situation in a video posted by No Jumper to Instagram. “We got a credible report of Andrew Tate doing some really dumb things,” the lawyer began. “So, he’s in Romanian prison, lock-up, detention, waiting for his trial. Like in the United States, they let you make calls. Like in the United States, they monitor your calls… anything you say can and will be used against you.

“The reports are that this guy did two outrageously out of bounds things on jail calls,” he continued. “So often, jail calls is what gets people screwed. The reports are that he called people on the approved list, but then they patched in other third parties.

“That could be its own crime, certainly not going to help his attempts to get out on bond,” the lawyer went on. “Big trouble, if you ask me. Number two- this is actually the real problem. They’re saying he’s on jail calls discussing with another individual bribing two Romanian public officials.” However this case ends up developing, Tate continues to be outspoken and boastful online. Finesse2Tymes recently picked up his friend who took charges for him from prison, giving him a gift that has people split on social media. Moreover, the Memphis rapper picked up his now free friend on his first day out with $5K and a lot of new sneakers. While he clearly expressed a lot of gratitude and happiness for coming home to his colleagues with gifts, many on social media didn’t agree. Furthermore, a lot of people were critical of the seemingly insufficient gesture. Considering Finesse’s own prison time, it’s no doubt that he knows what people would appreciate after coming out.

“11 years for 5k!!!” one user commented. “’Your honor I will tell you where all the bodies are,’” joking that it wasn’t worth not cooperating. “Well if that’s what happened he in fact did get finessed two times,” another added. Even though Finesse has been busy releasing new music since his release from jail, many thought he could’ve done more. “5k ain’t even enough to convince me NOT to call the cops on you…” another user expressed.

Boosie Badazz Reveals He Charges $40K For Podcast Interviews, Prefers Them Over Club Hostings

Boosie Badazz just revealed that he charges $40K for his now iconic and quite frequent podcast interviews. Moreover, he also said that he prefers to make his money that way, rather than by participating in club hostings. While he admitted that venue walkthroughs and similar appearances might net him more money, he’d rather be cautious. After all, being in a cramped and amped public space like that is a headache even if you’re not a celebrity. As the Louisiana rapper explained, he’s very particular about where, when, and with who he decides to offer himself up to media, business, or entertainment.

“I can make 30, 40 thousand to sit on a couch to talk,” Boosie explained. “That’s way safer than that club with all them guns in that b***h, gotta leave the club. [I’m] in front of somebody who ain’t gon’ hurt me. I think y’all should be happy I’m doing podcasts. I’mma live [way longer] doing podcasts. Way less danger doing podcasts. Would you rather do a show for 60 or podcast for 45? I made that decision the other day. I took the 45 over the 60. The 60 I had to pay for flights, hotels, going to a dangerous a** city. Of course, the 40-year-old stirred the pot with his interviews on multiple occasions, whether on standard podcasts or less defined media. Cardi B Calls Community Service A “Spiritual Journey”

Cardi B says that her time doing community service has been a “spiritual journey.” Cardi reflected on the experience in a tweet posted on Saturday afternoon. The mandated service stems from a plea deal Cardi accepted regarding a 2018 strip club brawl in Queens, New York. Two bartenders at Angel’s Strip Club alleged that Cardi ordered an attack on them because she believed her husband Offset had had an affair with one of them.

“Community service has been the best thing that has happened to me. Almost like a spiritual journey because sometimes I leave these centers in tears. Those people that we leave behind they just need somebody to talk and a lil push and YOU might be able to change their life forever,” Cardi tweeted. It isn’t the first time she has mentioned the experience on Twitter. On Friday she shared a selfie while writing, “My brains are burning from waking up early, community service then studio….but I did the crime ‘I only have myself to blame.’”

Cardi’s “Spiritual Journey”

Cardi accepted the guilty plea in September, receiving two misdemeanor charges of assault in the third degree and reckless endangerment. The victims also received a three-year order of protection from Cardi. “Part of growing up and maturing is being accountable for your actions. As a mother, it’s a practice that I am trying to instill in my children, but the example starts with me. I’ve made some bad decisions in my past that I am not afraid to face and own up to,” Cardi said at the time in a statement obtained by PEOPLE. “These moments don’t define me and they are not reflective of who I am now. I’m looking forward to moving past this situation with my family and friends and getting back to the things I love the most — the music and my fans.”

Cardi has until March 1 to complete her service hours. The original deadline was last month, but she had it extended. It’s unclear exactly what service she’s doing, but she’s mentioned working with veterans on Instagram Live.
