Yung Miami & G Herbo Discuss Cheating And Sneaky Links On “Caresha Please”

Just a few weeks ago, Yung Miami was hinting at the possibility of having to cancel her award-winning Caresha Please podcast. At the time, the reasoning she gave is that her fellow celebrities are afraid of the smoke. However, one rapper has since come forward and was feeling brave enough to be grilled by the City Girl in her hot seat – G Herbo.

The two recording artists had plenty to discuss, from their romantic lives (he shares two children with Taina Williams and one with Ari Fletcher while she’s been spending time with Diddy) to their careers. In the show’s typical fashion, the host didn’t hold back when asking questions. Particularly, she pressed her guest regarding the history of his fidelity within relationships.

“I wouldn’t say I’m a cheater,” Herbo said of his present-day actions. “I’ve cheated though,” he went on to confirm. Without missing a beat, Miami asked him, “Did you cheat on Ari with Taina?”

The “Chi-Raq” hitmaker paused briefly before answering honestly. “Yeah,” he said. As Caresha asked him why he made that decision, the father of three further explained, “I was young. I was dumb. I ain’t know no better, man, I was just doin’ shit. Like, just cheating.”

“I ain’t gonna say I was just cheating,” he went on, taking back his last words. “But like, me and Ari was at a space – and I done talked to her about this already. I already said my piece and apologized. We was at a space where, like I said, I be going through shit mentally and I’ve gotta like separate myself from shit.”

“Me and her was having our differences, but that was no excuse to hear on her,” Herbo told Miami. The “Ex For A Reason” artist then pointed out that Fletcher was open about her struggles with post-partum depression after giving birth to the rapper’s baby.

Now, he realizes how serious the struggles can be. At the time, though, the 27-year-old says he had never been around a woman experiencing something like that. “At the same time, when she was going through that, I had just lost one of my best friends,” he recalled.

“I was super stressed, but that ain’t no excuse. I ain’t make no excuse, I had to make peace with myself early on, because I thought I was right back then.

Elsewhere in the interview, the two discussed the intimate details of Yung Miami’s bedroom life. Though she’s never shy about showing her love for Diddy, it turns out that she’s got an old faithful sneaky link of her own in the form of her baby daddy, Southside.

Yung Miami Says She Knew About Diddy’s Baby in New Episode of ‘Caresha Please’

CARESHA EP 107 THUMBNAIL PODCAST 1X1

Yung Miami is back with a new episode of Caresha Please. In the episode, Miami sits with Chicago rapper G-Herbo who has a question for the City Girls rapper about her bae Diddy’s new baby girl.

“Did you know about that baby before October?” Herbo asked.

“Yeah, I did,” Miami responds. “I think communication is the key. I feel like when you dealing with somebody communication is the key. It wasn’t a surprise.”

Following Diddy‘s announcement of a new baby girl, numerous people, including DJ Akademiks, pointed to Yung Miami and dubbed her a side chick.

In previous interviews, Miami and Diddy have been dating and revealed they love spending time together but are not exclusive. Following Miami and AK going back and forth earlier this week, Diddy hit Twitter to give the timeline some straightenin’.

“@Yungmiami305 is not my side chick,” Diddy wrote. “Never has been, never will be. ShShe’sery important and special to me, and I don’t play about my Shawty Wop. I don’t discuss things on the internet and I will not start today.”

He added, “So think what you want. But know that if you do something to hurt mine, I’m gonna come to your house and we’re gonna talk about it like human beings. LOVE.”

Yung Miami Said Diddy’s Baby Announcement Didn’t Come As A Surprise: ‘Communication Is The Key’

Many viewers tuned into the season premiere of Yung Miami‘s talk show, Caresha Please. In this episode, which dropped today (December 22) on Revolt, the City Girl spoke with rapper G Herbo, who had some questions for her.

Earlier this month, Diddy announced the birth of his seventh child, Love Sean Combs, which came as a surprise to the internet. TMZ later reported that the mother of the baby was a 28-year-old cybersecurity specialist named Dana Tran, and not his current girlfriend, Miami. As the news shocked the internet, there was one question on everyone’s mind: Did Miami know that Diddy was expecting a baby?

Herbo was bold enough to ask Miami this during the show, to which she responded, “Yeah, I did. I think communication is the key. I feel like when you dealing with somebody communication is the key. It wasn’t a surprise.”

Elsewhere in the episode, Herbo asked Miami if she would have another baby. Miami, who is already the mother of two children, revealed she is open to the possibility.

“If it happens, I’m gonna do it,” she said, noting that she currently is not taking any birth control medication.

G Herbo Grills Yung Miami About Diddy’s Surprise Baby In The ‘Messy’ Teaser For A New ‘Caresha Please’

Yung Miami is accustomed to playfully making her guests squirm on her Revolt TV talk show Caresha Please since it launched this summer. She’s flirted with Megan Thee Stallion and asked Saweetie about her messy split from Quavo. This month, fans began wondering whether Yung Miami would use her popular show to address the shocking news that Diddy, with whom she’s been in an open relationship since last year, had fathered his seventh child.

Today, December 21, Yung Miami shared a 45-second teaser of an upcoming Caresha Please episode featuring G Herbo. She didn’t take it easy on the Chicago rapper — pressing him on cheating rumors from 2019.

“Did your two baby mamas get it on?” she asked. “Did you cheat on Ari [Fletcher] with Taina [Williams]? Were y’all steady f*cking? Why was you there? Did you ever smoke an opp?”

After awkwardly laughing off the intense line of questioning, G Herbo flipped the script: “Did you know about that baby before October?” And then Yung Miami was the one uncomfortably laughing.

“Getting a little messy, man. Clean it up. Clean up on aisle Caresha!” G Herbo added.

On December 10, Diddy tweeted, “I’m so blessed to welcome my baby girl Love Sean Combs to the world. Mama Combs, Quincy, Justin, Christian, Chance, D’Lila, Jessie and myself all love you so much! God is the Greatest!” Two days later, TMZ reported that the baby had been born on October 15, and Diddy welcomed her with a 28-year-old woman named Dana Tran.

Simultaneously, DJ Akademiks took a veiled shot at Yung Miami by tweeting, “Diddy different… my N**** done f*cked around and had a side baby on his harem of side chicks. Brother Love a real 1.”

Diddy and Yung Miami each fired back. Miami advised DJ Akademiks to keep her name “out your mouth!!!” Diddy clarified that Yung Miami “never has been, never will be” his “side chick” and asserted that “she’s very important and special” to him.

The new episode of Caresha Please will drop Thursday, December 22, at 8 p.m. EST on Revolt TV.

Yung Miami’s Aspiration To Be The ‘Black Oprah’ Has Fans Giggling Because There Is Already One

Look, man. We’ve all been there; we meant to say one word and said another. Or perhaps we added an adjective where there wasn’t supposed to be one. It happens to the best of us — even celebrities. The difference between them and us civilians, though, is that their miscues get turned into memes and run into the ground on Twitter. City Girls rapper Yung Miami is finding that out now, as the Caresha Please host’s recent comments about her aspirations for the new talk show have fans chuckling at her expense.

In a new interview with XXL, Miami says her goal with the podcast/talk show is “to take it to the next level. I want to be — I think she has a podcast now — a person like Wendy Williams. I’m dreaming big. I want to go to the highest of the highest. I want to be the Black Oprah.” Of course, daytime talk legend Oprah Winfrey is famously already Black — a big part of the reason she’s so notable is being the first Black woman with her impressive list of accomplishments — so fans have been pretty merciless in roasting Miami’s faux pas, understandable as it is. (As an editor, I’m putting the blame on XXL. You have to edit the quotes, too!)

Some are sarcastically making the quote a commentary of Oprah’s appeal to universal audiences (read: mainstream white ones), while others are taking the opportunity to point out Oprah’s less-than-solicitous stance on hip-hop. Miami herself, though, is taking the hilarity in stride, tweeting “Black Oprah” and “The next (((Black))) Oprah!” to keep the conversation going. Check out some of the responses below.

Yung Miami Put Latto In The ‘Caresha Please’ Hot Seat And She ‘Wasn’t Ready For The Smoke’

It’s really starting to look like it’s Yung Miami’s new mission in life to make every single one of her rap peers as uncomfortable as possible on Caresha Please. Unlike a Nardwuar, though, hip-hop’s new favorite interviewer doesn’t surprise her guests with the depth of her research so much as she puts them in the hot seat with her blunt, no-holds-barred question style. Somehow, she doesn’t come across as invasively as The Breakfast Club, or combatively like Ebro, but she doesn’t softball questions like Sway or other mainstream interview shows.

Instead, she does something all her own, pulling from Twitter conversations and gossip blog fodder but never accusing her guests or wrong-footing them. Check out how she gets Saweetie hot under the proverbial collar or shamelessly flirts with Megan Thee Stallion. You get the sense that these are homegirls hanging out, and while she tries to extract the tea, at heart, it’s just a conversation among peers in a cozy environment with the cameras rolling. Her latest victim is Latto, who’ll appear on this week’s episode. Sharing her usual preview clip, Miami jokes that the Atlanta rapper “wasn’t ready for the smoke,” despite her assertion in the trailer below.

The latest episode of Caresha Please debuts tonight (September 22) at 8 pm ET on Revolt TV’s YouTube.

Saweetie Gets Visibly Flustered By Yung Miami’s Questions In A New ‘Caresha Please’ Teaser

I don’t know if anyone other than the producers at Revolt would have thought Yung Miami of City Girls would be such a provocative and surprisingly insightful talk show host, but if they did, they were right on the money. In previous episodes of her show Caresha Please, Miami got some dating advice from Gucci Mane and brought out the flirt in Megan Thee Stallion; in this week’s episode, she puts Bay Area rapper Saweetie in the hot seat, making the usually unbothered Icy Princess visibly flustered as she fires off her probing questions.

Among the inquiries that appear in the teaser, Yung Miami shared for the upcoming episode of Caresha Please are plenty of queries into Saweetie’s dating life. Caresha doesn’t hold back, asking the coy culture consultant about supposedly having her car repossessed after breaking up with Quavo, that rumor that she and Lil Baby went on a $100,000 shopping spree date, and whether or not she cheated herself. Give the trailer editor some props — even if her dumbfounded expressions don’t really match up with the questions in the full episode, it’s clear that Saweetie is having fun, even if she does get a little hot under the collar.

The new episode of Caresha Please launches at 8 pm on Revolt. You can watch the teaser above.

Megan Thee Stallion And Yung Miami Show That They Really, Really Like Each Other On The ‘Caresha Please’ Podcast

Megan Thee Stallion and City Girls’ Yung Miami do some heavy flirting in a preview clip from an upcoming episode of Miami’s Revolt TV talk show Caresha Please. As the two rappers — who are both known for their unapologetically racy lyrics and sexy aesthetics — banter, Miami wonders whether Megan “likes girls,” prompting the Houston hottie to give an answer that causes Miami’s jaw to drop. “I like what I like,” she says. “I like you.”

Megan Thee Stallion’s friendship with City Girls has produced other, similar instances of flirtation, but also more innocent displays of mutual appreciation. When Miami released her solo track “Rap Freaks” late last year, Megan was tickled pink by her friend’s witty, bilingual wordplay, while in a discussion between the two in Interview magazine, Miami recalled having to beg DJs to play City Girls’ music when her musical partner JT was locked up for credit card fraud.

Other excerpts from the upcoming episode find Miami furthering the line of questioning, with both admitting they want to kiss each other and Miami asking Megan, “You would f*ck me?” When Megan responds in the affirmative, Miami looks taken aback — but also, very into it. The episode is set to premiere tonight at 8 pm ET on Revolt‘s YouTube channel.
