If you are a fan of Big Lex, then you know that she hates Joseline Hernandez. These two have never really liked each other, and it has led to a longstanding feud. Overall, these two got into an altercation months ago on TV. This altercation subsequently led to charges against Hernandez. The entire case has since been put to bed and Hernandez has gotten her punishment. However, for many, the whole thing is still on a lot of people’s minds. Whenever Big Lex does an interview, the journalist always makes sure to ask about what went down.

Recently, Big Lex sat down and had an in-depth conversation about the altercation. While speaking to the interviewer, Lex claimed that her fight with Joseline didn’t hurt. Although it seems like Joseline did get some heavy hits in, Lex claims that it didn’t affect her at all. Moreover, she went and insulted Hernandez. In the clip below, you can see that she accuses the star of having a bad body odor. She even says that Hernandez has always smelled like onions.

Fans weren’t so sold on the comments made by Big Lex. Overall, the commenters over at The Neighborhood Talk were quick to say that they believe Joseline’s punches certainly did damage. “Not listening to someone that called the police, cried, and ran for their life talk sh*t,” one person wrote. “After getting beat like that I wouldn’t have nothing to say,” said another. Needless to say, these comments have ultimately backfired.

Joseline Hernandez Receives Sentence For Big Lex Altercation

Things popped off at John Gotti III and Floyd Mayweather’s fight back in June, but unfortunately, the boxers weren’t the only ones throwing hands. Joseline Hernandez famously got into a heated brawl with one of her reality show castmates Big Lex, as well as the officers who tried to detain her. Now, the Joseline’s Cabaret star has learned her fate in the case.

According to new court documents obtained by TMZ detailing Hernandez’s plea agreement, she pleaded not guilty to various charges. These charges include resisting an officer with violence, battery on a law enforcement officer, and more. She was sentenced to two years of probation. She’s also been ordered to have no contact with the victim and her family, and to write an apology to the officers involved in her arrest.

Luckily, it doesn’t look like the personality will have to spend any time behind bars. She will, however, be subjected to random drug tests while she’s on probation. She’s also been ordered to complete a 29-week program that aims to teach batterers de-escalation techniques. Hopefully, the program will prevent Hernandez from getting into any more brawls any time soon. She’s also been open about her sobriety journey in the past, so the drug tests are likely to act as an incentive for her to stay clean.

Almost immediately after it took place, footage of the infamous altercation began making its rounds online. Unfortunately, the footage is far from flattering. Hernandez can be heard yelling various racist and homophobic remarks at responding officers. Eventually, she even had to be carried away from the situation by officers. Big Lex Dropped By Lawyer Amid Joseline Hernandez’s Assault Case

Big Lex’s lawyer has jumped ship amid the ongoing assault case against Joseline Hernandez, in which Lex is the alleged victim. In court documents obtained by Rader Online, attorney Brian Andino asked to withdraw from the case, citing “irreconcilable differences.” He didn’t provide any further explanation and the judge has yet to accept his withdrawal.

The case stems from a fight between Lex and Hernandez backstage at the Floyd Mayweather v. John Gotti III in June. Clips from the night show Hernandez brutally beating on Lex even as security tries to step in. Hernandez is facing charges of felony resisting officers with violence, felony battery on law enforcement officer, misdemeanor battery, misdemeanor battery/touch or strike/cause bodily harm, and a misdemeanor trespass charge.

In the arrest report, one officer said he saw that Hernandez “exited the bathroom within the dressing room and began to verbally assault law enforcement officers as they informed her that she needed to leave the property.” Officers cited in the report also spoke to a female victim “who advised that while sitting on the event level of FLA Live Arena the defendant walked up to her, threw a cardboard box at her head, and then began to strike her about her face and head with closed fists.”

Hernandez addressed the arrest during an appearance on The Breakfast Club afterward, arguing she wasn’t the aggressor in the incident. “I can’t really speak too much on that but what I can say is that I’m always gonna protect myself,” she said. “If you see me out here in the streets and you know I’m just making sure that I’m straight an no one hurts me. Stunna Girl Claims Big Lex “Abandoned” Her Kids, Starts GoFundMe For Them

Today, Big Lex dropped off diss a diss track aimed at Stunna girl called “Number 1 Stunna.” The track follows some drama between the two of them surrounding Big Lex’s recent altercation with Joseline Hernandez. Earlier this month, she accused Stunna Girl of calling her a “rat” amid Hernandez’s legal repercussions. Shortly after she called out the performer for allegedly claiming she snitched, her 911 call came out, revealing that she told dispatchers that Hernandez “beat [her] real bad.”

Stunna Girl went on to throw some shade on Twitter, even recently dissing Big Lex’s parenting skills. She started a GoFundMe for the “Big Ratt n her kids,” claiming that she doesn’t support them properly. “Hey everyone I made this go fund me to help out these babies since their mother is more worried about chasing a DL man , clout & fame off Stunnagirl instead of raising her kids,” the description reads.

“She has 3 thousand dollars in twenties she loves to flex but doesn’t use any of that money to fund her kids livelihoods,” it continues. “She abandoned her kids just like she abandoned her wig that Joseline beat her out of . So let’s all donate to the Bugg Eyed bih because the only bag she has is the bags under her eyelids.” These aren’t the only shots she’s taken at Big Lex as of late, however. Recently, she also detailed her time at Big Lex’s “Freak In ME” video shoot, claiming that she had to make an effort not to outshine her.

Joseline Hernandez Hit With Two Felony Charges For Big Lex Altercation

Joseline Hernandez appeared in court today (August 3), where a judge revealed that she’s been charged with two felony counts of battery on a law enforcement officer. She was in court for her arraignment, after a warrant for her arrest was issued earlier this week. The charges stem from an altercation that took place between her and Big Lex at a Mayweather vs. Gotti match in June.

Apparently, the two of them got physical after a heated verbal exchange. Things got pretty brutal, based on footage of the incident. According to reports, various people tried to break up the fight before police got involved. Hernandez was arrested following the brawl, and charged with battery, trespassing, and more. Body cam footage from her arrest was later released, showing Hernandez lashing out at law enforcement officers.

She’s seen throwing her phone at somebody and shouting, before being taken down by police. She then proceeded to unleash a slew of homophobic and racist comments at police, and they eventually carried her away. Many suspect that Hernandez could have been intoxicated during her fight with Big Lex. She’s been open in the past about her substance abuse issues. With that being said, this was also far from the first altercation fans saw Hernandez involved in.

Following news of her arrest warrant this week, Hernandez took to social media to comment on The Shade Room’s post. “Even the beat can’t catch me,” she wrote alongside several laughing emojis. She appeared to be taking the news pretty lightly, considering the seriousness of her charges. The new set of charges Hernandez has been hit with pertain to her interaction with police seen in the body cam footage. Luckily for the reality star, however, the judge states in the clip that she only needs to be booked as a formality. It appears as though she won’t actually be behind bars for too long. Hernandez has pleaded not guilty to the various charges, and is scheduled to appear in court again next week.

Joseline Hernandez Unfazed By Arrest Warrant For Brawl With Big Lex & Police

Joseline Hernandez’s approach to life is mostly carefree – even when she lands herself in a world of trouble. The Puerto Rican has been open about her issues with substance abuse over the years. Though she’s been sober for different periods, it hasn’t stuck with her quite yet. There’s been some speculation that she was under the influence during her brutal feud with Big Lex at the Mayweather vs. Gotti fight earlier this summer, as Hernandez seemed to have a particularly hard time controlling her rage, both toward her co-star and the police.

As authorities attempted to de-escalate the physical altercation, the mother of one lashed out at them, ultimately resulting in her receiving a new arrest warrant this week. Radar Online shared the news on Monday (July 31), asserting that Hernandez is facing repercussions for assaulting a law enforcement official. “Florida prosecutors filed a series of charges against Hernandez. The list included felony resisting officers with violence, felony battery on law enforcement officer, misdemeanour battery, misdemeanour battery/touch or strike/cause bodily harm, and a misdemeanour trespass charge,” the outlet noted.

In her usual fashion, Hernandez doesn’t seem too bothered by the latest update, though she did tell The Shade Room in a recent interview that she felt “scared” in the moment when attempting to defend herself against police. “Even the beat can’t catch me ,” she wrote in the comment section of a recent Instagram upload. At this time, we’re unsure if the 36-year-old will be extradited to Florida, but we’ll keep you in the loop with any updates.

Joseline Hernandez, The Puerto Rican Princess, has a warrant out for arrest. A new video has hit the Internet following her backstage brawl at a boxing match, showing her assaulting officers. In the video, Hernandez is confronted by multiple officers. After yelling at them, she attacks multiple officers.

According to The Shade Room, Hernandez is charged with battery of law enforcement officers. She is due in court by Aug. 10. If she does not show, she will forfeit any bond options.
