Morgan Wallen Arrested After Throwing Chair Off Bar Roof: Details

Morgan Wallen found himself in a predicament on Sunday night. According to Billboard, the controversial country singer was at Eric Church’s Chief’s Bar in Nashville, where he was getting a bit unruly. As the story goes, he allegedly chucked a chair off a roof, which was six stories tall. Wallen found himself in trouble as there were two officers standing outside of the bar on the street below. The chair almost hit them, and they immediately sprung into action. Witnesses then made it crystal clear that Wallen was the one responsible.

These misdeeds got him “three felony counts of reckless endangerment and one misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct,” as per Billboard. Although Wallen was ultimately arrested around 11 PM, he was released on $15,250 bond just a few hours later. Wallen’s attorney subsequently put out a statement. “At 10:53p Sunday evening Morgan Wallen was arrested in downtown Nashville for reckless endangerment and disorderly conduct. He is cooperating fully with authorities,” it read.

6ix9ine’s Girlfriend, Yailin La Más Viral, Charged With Felony Assault

Yailin La Más Viral, the girlfriend of 6ix9ine, is being charged with felony assault after a video emerged showing an altercation between her and the rapper. She was arrested in Palm Beach on Friday, according to HipHopDX. Furthermore, the charges against her are felony battery, aggravated battery with a deadly weapon, obstruction of justice, and criminal damage to property worth $1000 or more. A bond of $9000 was paid by record producer Santiago “Alofoke” Matias.

Fans of both rappers were shocked when 6ix9ine posted footage of an altercation between himself and Yailin. In the video, she can be seen hitting 6ix9ine with a 2×6 and verbally assaulting the rapper before being restrained by police. Previously, 6ix9ine had posted a video of Yailin threatening him with a knife after accusing him of domestic assault.

6ix9ine Ordered To Pay $10M For Court No-Show

However, 6ix9ine is in some legal trouble of his own. Earlier this month, the rapper was ordered to pay $9.8M to Alexis Salaberrios of Florida. 6ix9ine had been accused of hitting Salaberrios in the head with a champagne bottle. However, he failed to attend a hearing for the civil case, leading to a default ruling in Salaberrios’ favor. However, Salaberrios also claimed that 6ix9ine had been deliberately hiding his assets to avoid paying her. As a result, the court moved to seize the rapper’s income to pay the debt.

It’s not the first time that he has been accused of financial impropriety. His former friend SteveWillDoIt took shots at the rapper earlier this year. Steve claimed that he secured 6ix9ine a lucrative deal with video platform Rumble to “play video games once a week for an hour” and that the company was willing to pay $2 million upfront for that. However, Steve claims that 6ix9ine never fulfilled that contract, spent the $2 million on gifts for “black chicks” to “make his ex jealous” and that Steve was left with the $2 million debt.

Joseline Hernandez Hit With Two Felony Charges For Big Lex Altercation

Joseline Hernandez appeared in court today (August 3), where a judge revealed that she’s been charged with two felony counts of battery on a law enforcement officer. She was in court for her arraignment, after a warrant for her arrest was issued earlier this week. The charges stem from an altercation that took place between her and Big Lex at a Mayweather vs. Gotti match in June.

Apparently, the two of them got physical after a heated verbal exchange. Things got pretty brutal, based on footage of the incident. According to reports, various people tried to break up the fight before police got involved. Hernandez was arrested following the brawl, and charged with battery, trespassing, and more. Body cam footage from her arrest was later released, showing Hernandez lashing out at law enforcement officers.

Joseline Hernandez In Court

She’s seen throwing her phone at somebody and shouting, before being taken down by police. She then proceeded to unleash a slew of homophobic and racist comments at police, and they eventually carried her away. Many suspect that Hernandez could have been intoxicated during her fight with Big Lex. She’s been open in the past about her substance abuse issues. With that being said, this was also far from the first altercation fans saw Hernandez involved in.

Following news of her arrest warrant this week, Hernandez took to social media to comment on The Shade Room’s post. “Even the beat can’t catch me,” she wrote alongside several laughing emojis. She appeared to be taking the news pretty lightly, considering the seriousness of her charges. The new set of charges Hernandez has been hit with pertain to her interaction with police seen in the body cam footage. Luckily for the reality star, however, the judge states in the clip that she only needs to be booked as a formality. It appears as though she won’t actually be behind bars for too long. Hernandez has pleaded not guilty to the various charges, and is scheduled to appear in court again next week.
