6ix9ine’s Girlfriend, Yailin La Más Viral, Charged With Felony Assault

Yailin La Más Viral, the girlfriend of 6ix9ine, is being charged with felony assault after a video emerged showing an altercation between her and the rapper. She was arrested in Palm Beach on Friday, according to HipHopDX. Furthermore, the charges against her are felony battery, aggravated battery with a deadly weapon, obstruction of justice, and criminal damage to property worth $1000 or more. A bond of $9000 was paid by record producer Santiago “Alofoke” Matias.

Fans of both rappers were shocked when 6ix9ine posted footage of an altercation between himself and Yailin. In the video, she can be seen hitting 6ix9ine with a 2×6 and verbally assaulting the rapper before being restrained by police. Previously, 6ix9ine had posted a video of Yailin threatening him with a knife after accusing him of domestic assault.

6ix9ine Ordered To Pay $10M For Court No-Show

However, 6ix9ine is in some legal trouble of his own. Earlier this month, the rapper was ordered to pay $9.8M to Alexis Salaberrios of Florida. 6ix9ine had been accused of hitting Salaberrios in the head with a champagne bottle. However, he failed to attend a hearing for the civil case, leading to a default ruling in Salaberrios’ favor. However, Salaberrios also claimed that 6ix9ine had been deliberately hiding his assets to avoid paying her. As a result, the court moved to seize the rapper’s income to pay the debt.

It’s not the first time that he has been accused of financial impropriety. His former friend SteveWillDoIt took shots at the rapper earlier this year. Steve claimed that he secured 6ix9ine a lucrative deal with video platform Rumble to “play video games once a week for an hour” and that the company was willing to pay $2 million upfront for that. However, Steve claims that 6ix9ine never fulfilled that contract, spent the $2 million on gifts for “black chicks” to “make his ex jealous” and that Steve was left with the $2 million debt.

Jonathan Majors Accuser Charged With Assault In Connection To Their Incident

Jonathan Majors has had a turbulent 2023. The 34-year-old actor was arrested on suspicion of assault back in March, which surprised many fans. While Majors has always maintained the fact that he was an innocent victim that didn’t keep any public eyes off the ongoing trial. The beginning of the court saga has been delayed repeatedly back to August, September, and now October. Proceedings are expected to get underway later this week on October 25.

Right as Majors is expected back in court though, there’s been another twist in the investigation. Grace Jabbari, the woman who accused Majors of assault in the first place, was recently summoned to appear in court for an assault charge of her own. “From the beginning, we have said Jonathan Majors is innocent and provably the victim here,” a statement made by Majors’ attorney began. “Mr. Majors met with the NYPD to present them with evidence of what really happened on that night.” Check out all the details of the newest revelations in the case below.

Jonathan Majors Accuser Charged With Assault

While Jonathan Majors was hoping that a motion to dismiss his case would be granted, it appeared to be moving forward anyway. At least that seemed to be the case until this newest development. It’s unclear whether Jabbari being charged will help Majors get his case thrown out. But it does seem to add credibility to the story he’s stuck to since his arrest.

Almost every single time Majors went to court, Meagan Good has been there with him. Her unequivocal support has been controversial but that hasn’t slowed them down. Just last month Majors hinted that the pair may be on the path to getting married. That seemed even more likely just a few days later when fans spotted that Good appeared to have Majors as her lock screen. What do you think of the newest twist in Jonathan Majors ongoing trial? Let us know in the comment section below.

Trae Tha Truth Turns Himself In For Assault Charges Stemming From Z-Ro Altercation

On Wednesday, Trae Tha Truth linked up with Young Scooter to attend one of Young Thug’s court hearings. However, just one day after showing support for the Punk artist, he had to face legal issues of his own.

Earlier this year, Trae Tha Truth and Z-Ro were involved in an alleged altercation. The fight reportedly went down during 50 Cent’s Tycoon Weekend in Houston, and eventually, footage of it hit the internet. Following the incident, Trae spoke on the situation, saying, “It wasn’t no 7-on-1 situation. It wasn’t no blindside ambush. That’s not what this is. This is family business, internal stuff that’s been going on for 10, 15 years that’s probably been building up and just spilled over into shit.” Unfortunately, the situation has not yet been fully resolved.

He was released on bail shortly afterward.

Lyme Lite Media issued a statement on behalf of Trae Tha Truth.

“In the evening hours on Thursday, December 29, philanthropist and rapper Trae The Truth willfully cooperated turning himself into Houston authorities after rapper Z-Ro pressed charges for assault in regards to an altercation earlier this year in August,” the statement reads. After highlighting his humanitarian efforts, it continued, “The hometown hero is currently out on bail awaiting next steps in defense against the charges and claims pursued by Z-Ro.”

Dave Chappelle Attacker Hit With Prison Sentence

We all remember the video from earlier this year of Dave Chappelle being attacked while on stage. Seven months later, the man responsible for the attack, Isaiah Lee is receiving jail time for the offense.

The incident occurred during the comedian’s appearance at the Hollywood Bowl in May. Video footage taken by other members of the audience shows the attack taking place. Seemingly out of nowhere, Lee leaps from the front row of the crowd to jump up on the stage.

He subsequently bum-rushes Chappelle and tackles him. The comedian’s security and entourage were quick in their response, not allowing for the attacker to get very far.

Upon collecting himself, the 49-year-old proceeded to joke about the situation. “Thank God he was clumsy. He’s back there getting stomped,” he exclaimed while catching his breath.

According to a report from Deadline, Lee has now pleaded no contest to the charge of assault with a deadly weapon. As a result, he receives 270 days in jail.

Although the attacker had a replica handgun containing a hidden knife at the time of the assault, Chappelle suffered no injuries.

Later reports indicated that Lee had actually made a rap song about the comedian in 2020, in which he makes reference to the future attack. “Walkin’ straight into da Bowl,” he raps.

This news arrives on the heels of Chappelle recently receiving backlash for another one of his shows. Just a few days ago, he brought out his friend Elon Musk to join him on stage in San Fransisco.

The new owner of Twitter was immediately met with boos. In his since-deleted response to the situation, the SpaceX CEO wrote, “Technically, it was 90% cheers & 10% boos (except during quiet periods), but, still, that’s a lot of boos, which is a first for me in real life (frequent on Twitter).”

Of course, Musk has been under a lot of fire ever since the handling of his acquisition of Twitter in October.

After promptly firing major employees, he has gone on to roll out a paid verification feature, in which anyone can obtain a blue check – so long as they pay $7.99/month.

He also re-launched the Twitter Blue service, charging iPhone users more than other subscribers to access the “subscriber-only features.”

Finally, what do you think of the 270-day sentence? Comment down below and continue to stay tuned to HNHH for the latest updates.
