ASAP Rocky and Rihanna are the premiere power couple right now… although they’ve never collaborated on a song together- at least, one they’ve released. Moreover, the closest thing we have to that is the Barbadian singer’s appearance in the “Fashion Killa” music video, but nothing else. As such, many folks wonder what a team-up on wax between the two would sound like, especially as they still haven’t dropped their long-awaited follow-up albums. Furthermore, the New York MC recently told Complex of what a joint effort from him and his boo would sound like. In fact, he named his favorite collaboration of theirs, and it’s as wholesome of an answer as you’d want.

“If me and my lady was to collab, what could we, like, team up and just f***ing smash and go cr*zy on?” ASAP Rocky remarked while repeating the question. “I think we do a real great job at collaborating and making children. I think that’s our best creation so far. Nothing’s better than that, I don’t think. Any design- I mean, we had a third designer coming to help. A ghost designer named God, you know, shaped everything. And we have these beautiful angels, so that’s the best collaboration,” he concluded with a laugh.

A viral tweet has fans wondering whether ASAP Rocky and Rihanna, who have had two children in two years, are expecting a third.

The tweet features a photo of a pregnant Rihanna alongside the caption: “Rihanna confirmed that she & Asap Rocky are expecting their 3rd Baby.”

However, as it was later pointed out by users adding context, the photo is actually from May 2023, when she was pregnant with the couple’s second child, and neither Rihanna nor ASAP Rocky has made announcements regarding a third pregnancy.

The tweet, which has over 18,000 shares as of this writing, is a prime example of much of what has gone wrong on Twitter — also known as “X” because that’s a perfectly good and reasonable name for a social media platform (if you’re an out-of-town billionaire best known for promoting conspiracy theories and trying to fight other tech billionaires) — since its purchase by Elon Musk. Since anyone with eight bucks to their name can pretend to be “verified” and engagement is rewarded no matter its value or authenticity, there are plenty of trolls on there willing to do or say whatever they can to get attention — and a cut of Musk’s new profit sharing model.

Again, with the worth of information on the internet rapidly approaching zero, it’s important to take stock of how trustworthy or otherwise a news source really is.

ASAP Rocky Allegedly Told ASAP Relli ‘I’ll Kill You’ Before Shooting Him In The Hand, According To Relli’s Court Testimony

ASAP Rocky went to court yesterday for a preliminary hearing in the shooting case against him. There, ASAP Relli, the former ASAP Mob member who accused Rocky of shooting him in the hand in 2021, testified that Rocky told him, “I’ll kill you right now,” before opening fire four times.

Rocky had already pled not guilty to two counts of assault with a semi-automatic firearm after being arrested in April 2022 at LAX while returning from Barbados on a trip with his girlfriend (rumored wife) Rihanna.

Police also raided Rocky’s home in Los Angeles, reportedly finding a gun, but not the one used in the alleged shooting. Police also said they secured footage of the shooting, providing enough evidence to officially charge the rapper for assault.

Relli later sued Rocky and his lawyer Joe Tacopina for defamation, arguing that statements Tacopina made about Relli “trying to get money from Rocky” constituted slander.

According to TMZ, Tacopina cross-examined Relli, trying to expose inconsistencies in his story and questioning why he delayed going to law enforcement. Relli insisted that he only waited to report the alleged attack for fear of retaliation. He also denied that the report was a money play, while detailing how exactly the ASAP Mob members fell out.

According to Vogue, Rihanna and her other half were out in Los Angeles this past weekend, where she sported a 1999 Roberto Cavalli coat that cost an estimated $17,200.

Rihanna Has Reportedly Inked A $32 Million Deal With Live Nation To Kickstart Her Comeback, But Fans Aren’t Buying It

Despite Drake’s best attempt to rain on Rihanna and ASAP Rocky’s post-baby bliss (with a messy diss record), the pair remain unbothered. After the track was released, fans rushed to social media, hoping that the two would issue a response to Drake’s throwaway bars. Although they have yet to do so, that day may soon come. Rocky’s forthcoming album, Don’t Be Dumb, is nearly complete, and according to Mirror, Rihanna is gearing up for a significant comeback.

The outlet alleged that Rihanna inked a $32 million deal with Live Nation to kickstart her return. In the report, they suggested that the deal terms included a world tour. But with no album out, such a venture wouldn’t make sense. However, the publisher suggested that Rihanna will drop two new albums over the next two years.

Following her Super Bowl LVII halftime show performance, Rihanna told British Vogue she planned to drop a new album in 2023. However, her second pregnancy put that on the back burner.

“I want it to be this year,” she said at the time. “Honestly, it’d be ridiculous if it’s not this year. But I just want to have fun. I just want to make music and make videos. And I need the right background music with the visuals. I can’t just go shoot a video of me talking.”

Unfortunately, extra time was needed to make that musical pivot so that Cudi could rethink his approach for his forthcoming album, Insano. Ultimately, he postponed the project, which was slated to drop in June. Due to the temporary album setback, Cudi has fed fans other collaborations, including a campaign with Star Trek and a song with Lil Durk.

Thanks to his recent concert, supporters have more insight into what the future holds for the body of work. Here are the features on Cudi’s upcoming ‘Insano’ album. Following Cudi’s last Cudder’s Clubhouse performance at Kings Theatre in Brooklyn, New York, on Friday, October 15, he took to X (formerly Twitter) to confirm a handful of collaborations that could appear on the project.

Cudi confirmed Pusha T and Travis Scott during an exchange with a fan on the platform. According to HotNewHipHop, other suspected cameos include ASAP Rocky, Young Thug, and Lil Yachty.

Cudi felt generous during his online browsing and confirmed that Insano will still be released in January 2024.

Several pop-up dates remain for Cudi’s intimate show, including stops in Dallas and Houston, Texas; more details will be revealed then.

Drake’s New Song “Fear Of Heights” Features Numerous References To Rihanna

Late last night Drake dropped his highly anticipated new album For All The Dogs and fans are spending a lot of time dissecting it. There are stacks and stacks of talented collaborators on board for the project. J. Cole, 21 Savage, SZA, Bad Bunny, Sexyy Red, Lil Yachty, PARTYNEXTDOOR, Chief Keef, Yeat, and Teezo Touchdown are the credited featured and there’s even more talent involved behind the scenes. But people are also talking about multiple artists who don’t even appear on the album, as they allegedly get dissed in the lyrics.

One of the biggest reported disses Drake threw out is at Rihanna on the song “Fear Of Heights.” It comes pretty early on the album and the very first verse is littered with some not-so-subtle references to Drizzy’s former collaborator. The most obvious and direct is his repeated use of the word Anti, which is the title of Rihanna’s critically acclaimed 2016 album. But throughout the verse, he makes reference to the pair’s past together. They’ve allegedly dated at numerous points from 2009 all the way up to 2018. Now, Rihanna has two children with another rapper, A$AP Rocky, who seemingly also gets referenced in the verse. Check out the entire song below.
