NBA YoungBoy’s Pre-Trial Release At Risk As He’s Sent Back To Baton Rouge After Arrest

Earlier this week, NBA YoungBoy was arrested after a raid of his Utah home, which he’s dubbed Grave Digger Mountain. At the time, it was reported that he was taken into custody due to “patterns of unlawful activity, procuring or attempting to procure drugs, identity fraud, forgery, possession of controlled substances, and possession of a dangerous weapon.” Today, new details about his case emerged, revealing that most of his charges stem from an alleged prescription drug fraud scheme.

Essentially, officials accuse YB and his crew of calling in prescriptions using real doctors’ names. One suspicious pharmacist tipped off the police. The arrest has led to a lot of questions about what’s next for the rapper, who’s been on house arrest in Utah for two years. He’s awaiting his upcoming trial in Louisiana on a previous gun possession charge. Of course, this latest development was expected to impact his pre-trial release in some way. It looks like officials aren’t wasting any time.

Today, a federal judge signed a request from prosecutors to schedule a bond revocation hearing and ordered that he be held in custody until it’s scheduled. If she ends up determining that YB violated the terms of his pre-trial release, she could order him to be held until his trial. Moreover, the performer has to kiss Grave Digger Mountain goodbye for now. He’s been sent back to his hometown of Baton Rouge, LA where he must remain until he learns his fate.

GloRilla Does Field Sobriety Tests In Bodycam Footage From DUI Arrest

Earlier this week, GloRilla’s lucky streak came to a screeching halt when the femcee was arrested and booked for driving under the influence. Reportedly, the femcee was pulled over for making an illegal U-turn at a red light in Georgia. Upon approaching her, however, an officer could smell marijuana and alcohol coming from her car. Now, bodycam footage of her arrest has made its way online, showing her doing various field sobriety tests.

In the first video, GloRilla is seen chatting with an officer through her window, repeatedly telling her that she’s “cool” when asked about how many drinks she’d had that night. She then asked the officer whether or not she knew who she was, which she didn’t. At one point in the video, she told the officer she had a gun in the backseat of her car registered under her name, though it wasn’t listed in the police report.

GloRilla Chats With Officers In New Arrest Bodycam Footage

After exiting the vehicle, GloRilla inquired about her rights as they pertained to refusing a breathalyzer test. They told her that she had the right to refuse, and the female officer pointed out that GloRilla’s breast was exposed, which she then fixed. Eventually, she agreed to some field sobriety tests, which she’s seen doing in the footage. While Glo appeared to do pretty well, officers clearly weren’t convinced, as she was taken into custody.

Unfortunately, it doesn’t seem as though GloRilla’s reaction to the arrest has fans impressed either. Earlier today, she shared a photo of herself on Twitter/X holding a bottle of Taylor Port. Considering that she was just arrested for drinking and driving, many felt this was in poor taste. She’s since deleted the post. What do you think of GloRilla’s DUI arrest? What about the newly-surfaced bodycam footage? Share your thoughts in the comments section down below, and keep an eye on HNHH for more updates.

NBA YoungBoy’s Bad Doctor Impression Allegedly Got Him Caught In Prescription Fraud Scheme

Earlier this week, NBA YoungBoy was arrested at his Utah home on multiple charges. Initially, it was reported that he was booked for “patterns of unlawful activity, procuring or attempting to procure drugs, identity fraud, forgery, possession of controlled substances, and possession of a dangerous weapon.” Today, new details of the case were made public, revealing that it’s far more complex than expected.

YB was hit with a total of 63 charges. Most of them are related to an alleged prescription drug fraud scheme. He’s looking at 20 counts of identity fraud, 20 counts of obtaining a prescription under false pretenses, 20 counts of forgery, and more. Allegedly, he and his crew would call in prescriptions using real doctors’ names, which is ultimately what got them caught. A probable cause affidavit from Cache County details how a caller claiming to be “Gwendolyn Cox” tipped off police.

NBA YoungBoy Hit With 63 Charges

‘Gwendolyn’ sounded as though she was a much younger male from the Southern states. Gwendolyn made a statement ‘well I axed her to and she said that she’ll have you call me.’ This statement was a response to a request that was made to have ‘Gwendolyn’ contact Dispatch and have them transfer her call back through. … (I have) lived in the Southern United States, the terminology in replacing the word ‘ask’ with ‘axe’ or other variations, is consistent with a Southern dialect in states such as Texas, Louisiana, Georgia and other southern states,” the affidavit reads.

One pharmacist targeted in the scheme, Erik Stewart, says something just didn’t seem right when he received a call from a number that didn’t match the registered doctor’s office. “Usually, you don’t get a doctor calling in a cough syrup themselves. That’ll be like a nurse or something – but then, just their medical terminology was off the quantities,” he told KUTV. “The way they pronounced the things – everything was suspicious.” What do you think of NBA YoungBoy being accused of taking part in an alleged prescription drug fraud scheme? Polo G Reveals He’s Started Using Drugs Again As A Coping Mechanism

Polo G has been dealing with quite a bit in the last year. It began when his home was raided by police and he was arrested as part of a kidnapping investigation. That caused him to delay the album he had originally announced. The album still hasn’t been released yet, though it has a rumored release date in August of 2024. Even that release date could face turbulence following more legal trouble that Polo has been in recently.

Last week, he was arrested at a NYC hotel after the staff found a loaded gun in his hotel room. He was hit with two charges for illegal possession of the weapon and released on bail earlier this week. As he exited the courtroom a member of his entourage got in a physical altercation with a photographer trying to get a pic of the rapper. With everything going on in his life Polo has apparently fallen into some bad habits. He made a tweet that left fans concerned for his well-being and added some context to his current state of mind. Check out the post he shared below.

NBA YoungBoy’s Arrest: Initial Report On The Matter

Furthermore, YoungBoy was arrested at his home in Utah following a police raid, the property on which he’s been on house arrest since 2022, awaiting a federal gun trial in Louisiana. During this raid, law enforcement reportedly seized multiple prescription pills, weapons, and electronic devices after they issued a search warrant. GloRilla Has Wardrobe Malfunction During DUI Arrest In Georgia

GloRilla likes to have fun. Her biggest hits, “Wanna Be” and “Blessed,” are about dispatching the haters and living life to the fullest. Unfortunately, the “Blessed” rapper appeared to have too much fun during a recent stop in Gwinnett Country, Georgia. TMZ reported that GloRilla was arrested on Tuesday, April 16 on suspicion of driving under the influence. She was also charged with an unrelated traffic charge and possessing an open alcoholic beverage container.

GloRilla was pulled over at 4 AM ET on Tuesday morning, according to local police. She made an illegal U-turn at a red light, and was subsequently pulled over. The officer who filled out the arrest sheet stated that the rapper’s car smelled of alcohol and marijuana, but she refused to divulge how much she’d had of either. She then insisted that she was fine to drive, which led the officer to administer a field sobriety test. GloRilla failed each part of the test, per TMZ, and refused to take a breathalyzer afterwards. It was during said refusal that the arresting officer claimed that GloRilla suffered a wardrobe malfunction. Her breast slipped out of her dress, which she was unaware of until she was explicitly told.

GloRilla was taken into custody around 6:12 AM ET, and subsequently released on bond. This is not the first time she’s run into trouble with the law. She admitted to serving jail time over an unspecified crime during an appearance on Cornbread TV. GloRilla neglected to reveal the details of the crime. She did, however, shoot down the rumor that she served three years in prison for stealing boxes of cereal from KMart. The rumor became so popular that the rapper actually mocked fans on X (formerly Twitter) for believing it.

“You hoes really sat y’all ass up there & believed I went to jail for 3 years for stealing cereal,” she tweeted in 2023. “Dats why you ho*s hearts be in y’all a*s today because y’all believe whatever a n***a tell you,” she wrote. “Dats da reason you N***as be taking care of kids dats not y’all’s till they 12 because you believe whatever a ho [sic] tell you!”

GloRilla has yet to publicly address her DUI charges.

NBA YoungBoy’s New Mugshot Surfaces Online Following His Latest Arrest

NBA YoungBoy has had his fair share of legal issues in the past, and unfortunately, they don’t show signs of slowing down anytime soon. Earlier this week, it was revealed that the rapper was arrested at his Utah home, which he’s dubbed Gravedigger Mountain. He’s been on house arrest there, awaiting trial for a federal gun charge, for two years.

YB was booked for “patterns of unlawful activity, procuring or attempting to procure drugs, identity fraud, forgery, possession of controlled substances, and possession of a dangerous weapon.” He was taken into custody yesterday (April 16) following a search of his property. It remains unclear exactly what he’s accused of. Either way, the arrest could certainly threaten his ability to await trial at home.

NBA YoungBoy Looks Unbothered

Amid all of the chatter and questions remaining about YB’s legal drama, his latest mugshot has surfaced online. In the photo, the 24-year-old looks relatively unbothered, though it’s hard to tell by the low-quality image. Regardless, he’s got a lot to worry about these days, particularly if he’s found guilty of what he’s being accused of. This isn’t the first time his house arrest privileges were threatened either. At the end of February, prosecutors filed a request to address his allegedly “non-compliant behavior,” accusing him of doing drugs despite strict orders not to. It’s not been revealed exactly which substances YB was accused of using, however, he allegedly told supervising officers he had “no intentions” of stopping.

According to reports, NBA YoungBoy is currently being held without bond. This means that he’ll remain behind bars, at least for the time being. What do you think of NBA YoungBoy’s latest arrest? Do you think he’ll be able to find a way out of jail? What about his mugshot surfacing online? Share your thoughts in the comments section down below, and keep an eye on HNHH for more updates.

Yungeen Ace Arrested For Gun Possession, Mugshot Surfaces Online

26-year-old Yungeen Ace is living through what may prove to be one of the most emotionally tumultuous weeks of his life. Shortly after sharing news of his brother’s death on Instagram, XXL reports that Keyanta Bullard was detained by police in Jacksonville in the early hours of Monday (April 15) morning. Documents obtained by the outlet reveal he’s now at Duval County Jail, where he faces charges of possessing a firearm, weapon, or ammunition as a convicted felon. His first court appearance took place on Tuesday afternoon, but at the time of publication, Ace seems to still be in police custody. At this time, other details surrounding the arrest remain unclear.

It’s obvious that the Florida-based artist was already in distress at the time, as he had only recently shared online that his brother died. “D**n big bro, you really f**ked mama up [with this],” Ace wrote on his Story. “Both my 💔💔 gone.” We’re unsure how the rapper’s older sibling lost his life, but his younger brother, Trevon Bullard, was the target of a 2019 drive-by shooting. Ace miraculously managed to survive being shot eight times during that incident, though the younger Bullard didn’t make it out.

Why Is Yungeen Ace in Police Custody?

All of this trauma is likely hitting the “Shots Fired” rhymer hard, especially considering how proud he felt after unleashing Forgotten Star and a new music video for the aforementioned song. The 15-track featureless LP was Ace’s first release since 2022’s Survivor of the Trenches, which included appearances from SleazyWorld Go, EST Gee, Real Boston Richey, and Rob49.

Yungeen Ace isn’t the only young lyricist we’ve seen land in hot water with the police this month. Just a few days ago, Chicago’s Polo G was arrested after hotel staff allegedly found a gun left behind in his room. Read all about that incident at the link below, and check back in with HNHH later for more music/pop culture news updates.

Polo G Arrested After Hotel Staff Allegedly Finds Gun In His Room

Polo G is no stranger to run-ins with the police, and unfortunately, his latest one landed him behind bars. Earlier this week, the Chicago MC was staying at the Dominick Hotel in downtown Manhattan when officials received a phone call from staff. One staff member reportedly found a gun in Polo G’s room while cleaning it. This led them to notify the local authorities.

“On Wednesday, April 10, 2024 at approximately 1209 hours, police responded to a 911 call for found property at 246 Spring Street. Upon arrival it was reported to officers that there is a firearm at the location. An individual was placed into custody at the location without incident,” a statement from NYC police reads.

As a result of the staff member’s alleged finding, Polo G has now been charged with Criminal Possession of a Weapon and Criminal Possession of a Firearm. His arraignment is currently pending in Manhattan Criminal Court. Sadly, however, this isn’t the first time Polo G has found himself facing similar charges. Last August, his Southern California home was raided by the LAPD in connection to a robbery. Rifles, machine guns, pistols, a shotgun, a suppressor, a pair of switches, and more were reportedly found at the residence.

At the time, Polo G was booked on illegal possession of the short-barreled rifle his associate Trench Baby allegedly used to carry out the robbery. Shortly after his arrest, he and his sister Taurean were both released on a $100K bond. What do you think of Polo G getting arrested for alleged gun possession in New York City earlier this week?
