Yungeen Ace Arrested For Gun Possession, Mugshot Surfaces Online

26-year-old Yungeen Ace is living through what may prove to be one of the most emotionally tumultuous weeks of his life. Shortly after sharing news of his brother’s death on Instagram, XXL reports that Keyanta Bullard was detained by police in Jacksonville in the early hours of Monday (April 15) morning. Documents obtained by the outlet reveal he’s now at Duval County Jail, where he faces charges of possessing a firearm, weapon, or ammunition as a convicted felon. His first court appearance took place on Tuesday afternoon, but at the time of publication, Ace seems to still be in police custody. At this time, other details surrounding the arrest remain unclear.

It’s obvious that the Florida-based artist was already in distress at the time, as he had only recently shared online that his brother died. “D**n big bro, you really f**ked mama up [with this],” Ace wrote on his Story. “Both my 💔💔 gone.” We’re unsure how the rapper’s older sibling lost his life, but his younger brother, Trevon Bullard, was the target of a 2019 drive-by shooting. Ace miraculously managed to survive being shot eight times during that incident, though the younger Bullard didn’t make it out.

Why Is Yungeen Ace in Police Custody?

All of this trauma is likely hitting the “Shots Fired” rhymer hard, especially considering how proud he felt after unleashing Forgotten Star and a new music video for the aforementioned song. The 15-track featureless LP was Ace’s first release since 2022’s Survivor of the Trenches, which included appearances from SleazyWorld Go, EST Gee, Real Boston Richey, and Rob49.

Yungeen Ace isn’t the only young lyricist we’ve seen land in hot water with the police this month. Just a few days ago, Chicago’s Polo G was arrested after hotel staff allegedly found a gun left behind in his room. G Herbo Arrested For Illegal Weapon In Chicago During Gun Bust

G Herbo has been arrested in Chicago, IL, for illegal gun possession, as originally reported by TMZ Hip Hop. This was part of a gun bust that occurred on Sunday at about 5:45 P.M. Law enforcement sources claim they arrested G Herbo near North Wabash Avenue and East Ontario Street. Police say they found a gun and arrested Herbo, booking him for a misdemeanor for the unlawful use of a weapon in a public place.

The Chi-Town rapper is currently out on bond and will await a court date that will happen later this year. For now, he’s allowed to walk the streets of Chicago again, though it’s advisable that he be more careful about where he goes, who he hangs out with, and what he does with his free time. This is just another feather in the cap of a long legal trouble track record for the rapper. Back in 2020, he was charged with a fraud scheme in which he was obtaining luxury trips and even puppies.

G Herbo Arrest & Career Impact

Just a week ago, G was performing in Miami, FL, to thousands of screaming fans. Now, he’s contemplating how his future might go with multiple legal charges. He got his start back in 2012 when he and Lil Bibby dropped the single “Kill Sh*t.” Rap icon Drake called Lil Bibby and Lil Herb (G Herbo’s original rap name) the future of the rap game. This got them a ton of attention, and their first song has over 50 million views on YouTube.

Since then, he’s dropped five studio albums, as well as a collaborative album in 2018 with Southside. His last album, Survivor’s Remorse, debuted at number nine on the Billboard 200. Juan Toscano-Anderson Of The Utah Jazz Calls Ja Morant’s Friends “The Police”

The biggest current news story in the NBA as of writing this article has an unfortunate but all too familiar ring to it. Moreover, the basketball world and beyond reacted with a wide array of emotions when they saw Ja Morant flash a gun on Instagram Live for the second time in about two months. However, not everyone is placing the blame on the star guard or even considering the league’s response. Instead, they looked to Morant’s inner circle as a potential source for his troubles. For example, Utah Jazz forward Juan Toscano-Anderson recently popped up on Twitter with his take on the situation.

“Ja friends really the police,” he expressed on Twitter about the now-viral clip of Ja Morant. “Why they always recording? If ppl got they phone out recording my privacy and private time- that’s a way to never be invited around me again. However, I am mature enough to understand accountability….. But why they always recording??????” Furthermore, there’s a lot of reasons as to why people are defending “Ja Wick” or chastising him for his behavior. One thing’s for sure: whoever or whatever is to blame, the Memphis Grizzlies are in a tough situation.

Juan Toscano-Anderson On Ja Morant’s Friends

“We are aware of the social media video involving Ja Morant,” the organization stated on Sunday (May 14). “He is suspended from all team activities pending League review. We have no further comment at this time.” Not only that, but the fact that this is a repeated occurrence could spell out more dire consequences for the South Carolina native. As such, it will be curious to see how the Tennessee team moves forward with his standing and whether the NBA takes executive action.

Meanwhile, the wider world of NBA players, members, and commentators have yet to speak on this development at length. We’re sure that everyone must be gathering their thoughts and that networks are preparing to address the issue. However, it might just be the exact same discourse that surged last time. Hopefully there are better solutions available that don’t antagonize either party and truly keep extracurriculars off the court while still abiding by league values, as hard as that may sound. On that note, check back in with HNHH for the latest news and updates on Ja Morant.

Deontay Wilder Reacts After Being Arrested For Gun Possession

Deontay Wilder is currently in an interesting spot in his career. After losing twice to Tyson Fury, Wilder decided to fight Robert Helenius. Overall, this was a good idea for Wilder as he won the match via knockout. It was a huge fight for his confidence, and subsequently, he is expected to go up against Anthony Joshua. Although this would not be for belts, this would be for bragging rights. After all, these two men used to be at the top of the heavyweight division and were on track to unify their belts.

Now, however, Deontay Wilder is finding himself in a legal situation. According to TMZ, Wilder was arrested on Tuesday morning while driving around Los Angeles. As the story goes, Wilder was in a Rolls Royce when it was stopped by police. Per the report, the police felt like the windows were too tinted. Furthermore, the license plate was partially obstructed. Upon the traffic stop, cops smelled weed in the car which then led to a full search. Subsequently, a gun was found and Wilder was arrested and hit with a possession of a concealed weapon charge.

Deontay Wilder Speaks

Just a few hours later, Deontay Wilder was released on bond. Moreover, in the tweet above, Wilder commented on the situation. Simply put, it seems like Wilder only had the weapon for self-defense purposes. “I’d rather be safe than sorry. The End,” he wrote. As someone who is incredibly famous and wealthy, it is easy to see why Wilder would want to remain protected. Famous people are oftentimes the targets of crime and theft, and a gun is seen as a way to cover your bases. Moving forward, it remains to be seen what will happen with the charges.

Additionally, it has yet to be determined how this may affect a potential fight against Joshua. However, it doesn’t seem like any sort of repercussions will be on their way from a boxing perspective. Either way, fans are likely very excited about a potential match between Wilder and Joshua. Let us know who you think would win, in the comments section below. Additionally, stay tuned to HNHH for the latest news and updates from around the sports world.

Lil Tjay Arrested For The Second Time In 2023 In Connection To Gun Charge

Screen Shot 2023 01 27 at 4.59.20 PM

According to several confirmed reports, Bronx drill rapper Lil Tjay has been arrested for the second time in two weeks for failure to appear in court in relation to his felony gun possession charge that he caught at the Ice Spice video shoot earlier this month.

Dawn Florio, attorney for Lil Tjay aka Tione Merrit, says about Tjay’s most recent arrest, “Lil Tjay was not rearrested for another gun charge. He was excused from appearing in court last Friday by the arraignment Judge. Another Judge revoked his bond and put him back in jail for missing court on Friday even though he was told by the first Judge that he did not have appear. Lil Tjay’s family posted the bail yesterday and he is free. It is so unfortunate that he had to be jailed for something that was not his fault.”

Tjay was originally arrested for felony gun possession on January 16 at an Ice Spice video shoot in the Bronx. The NYPD conducted a search on a vehicle that was illegally parked containing Lil Tjay and four other individuals and uncovered four firearms. Tjay was arrested, but bonded out the next day.

Florio claims that Tjay’s arrest was a result of an illegal search and says that she can prove that the illegal weapons did not belong to her client.

Tjay’s next court appearance is scheduled for February 14.

Lil Tjay’s Attorney Questions If Police Had The Right To Search Vehicle: Report

There was an unfortunate run-in with the law yesterday after Lil Tjay was arrested. The New York rapper was reportedly in the Bronx with his team when he was pulled over for a traffic stop. According to reports, Tjay was on his way to film a music video with the city’s rising hitmaker, Ice Spice. However, after his vehicle was searched, police allegedly located a firearm.

Videos of Tjay being escorted to a police vehicle have surfaced on the internet. Bystanders recorded the incident, and one person even shouted out to the rapper, asking him if he was okay.

Following the widespread initial reports, TMZ returned with an update. The outlet was said to have spoken with Tjay’s attorney, Dawn Florio. The lawyer is no stranger to taking on high-profile clients.

Florio reportedly doesn’t believe that those officers legally searched Tjay’s car. The rapper was said to have been a passenger “with several other people,” not the driver. Further, Florio added the car was legally parked on the street and didn’t warrant police attention.

Because Tjay posted on social media about filming the “Gangsta Boo” music video with Ice Spice, Florio suggested police were on the prowl. That hasn’t been confirmed, but the investigation is ongoing.

Last summer, Lil Tjay faced a harrowing ordeal after he was shot seven times during a botched robbery. It took months for the rapper to recover, but he is doing much better and has returned to his career full force.
