Andrew Tate Jail Update: Podcaster Reportedly Eating “Stone Cold Food” With Insects In His Cell

When Andrew Tate was arrested in Romania during the final days of 2022, the podcaster certainly think he’d still be behind bars three months later. He’s managed to continue sending messages out to his fanbase via Twitter. They’ve mainly been regularly updating followers on the allegedly horrible conditions he’s facing while awaiting his trial. Most recently, the embattled media personality is claiming that the excess presence of bugs in his cell is preventing him from being able to consume all of his food.

According to a recent tweet, Tate receives his meals three times a day – at 8 AM, noon, and 5 PM. “I have a plastic bag I use to try and protect the food from insects. I spend my entire day destroying the flies and ants who get close to the meal,” he explained. “In accordance [with] Ramadan, when the sun goes down, I eat the stone cold food in my cell by myself.” On Monday (March 27), the 36-year-old returned with an update on his situation. “Today I lost 30% of my calories to insects. Tomorrow the battle begins again,” he vented.

Andrew Tate Updates Concerned Fans

As Mirror reports, Andrew and his brother, Tristan Tate, were detained for an additional 30 days earlier this week. At the time, a spokesperson for the siblings said, “We have been rendered speechless by the news. The interaction with the judge was extremely dynamic and the brothers were offered for the first time the opportunity to present all legal guarantees that they are not a flight risk.” They also added, “They are the first ones who want light to be shed on this case.”

“The substantial material damages they have suffered are nothing compared to the moral ones. Their image has been irreparably harmed and it will take years to rebuild the reputation, trust and connection with the general public,” the official statement ended. At this time, Romanian prosecutors remain under the impression that Andrew Tate and his brother, as well as two other suspects, were part of an organized crime group “with the purpose of recruiting, housing and exploiting women by forcing them to create pornographic content.” Make sure to check back later for any updates on the investigation.

Lil Nas X Fires Back At Tweet Comparing Him To Andrew Tate

Lil Nas X called out a user on Twitter who compared him to Andrew Tate. In doing so, the user shared a screenshot from Nas’ “Montero (Call Me by Your Name)” music video which showed the rapper dancing on Satan. They argued that Tate is a better “role model” than Lil Nas X.

“On the left, we have ‘Lil Nas X’ twerking on Satan,” the user began, before adding, “On the right, we have Andrew Tate, who teaches young people to think critically, to take care of their physical health and build financial security. Guess which one is deemed controversial and which is hailed as a role model.”

Nas fired back with two points. Firstly, he explained, “that is a cgi animated being not satan from the bible book.” Then he argued, “there’s no such thing as a good role model, y’all need to find yourselves and stop looking for people to look up to.” Many other Twitter users sided with Nas in the back in forth. “Gosh this is a tough one, but I’m going to have to say the accused human trafficker is the controversial one?” one fan of Nas’ wrote, referencing Tate’s recent arrest in Romania for alleged human trafficking and the forming of an organized crime group.

Outside of calling out haters on Twitter, Nas recently starred in a new campaign for Coach that highlights the brand’s Tabby bag. The campaign features the message “what we carry makes us stronger.” Nas spoke about why he signed on for the effort with Rolling Stone. “There are definitely different sides of me that coexist at the same time,” he told the outlet. “[There’s] Lil Nas X, the pop star, all the cool clothes singing on stage, and then there’s Montero behind the scenes, who’s still growing and learning and figuring out life just like anybody else.”

Andrew Tate Bail Request Denied By Romanian Court: Report

Andrew Tate will remain behind bars after a Romanian court denied his latest appeal. Authorities in Romania detained the controversial influencer, his brother, and two women in late December on suspicion of human trafficking and organized crime. The Romanian court denied his several release attempts. However, they didn’t file charges against him yet. The court extended his detainment, once again, last month and it appears that they won’t allow him to make bail, either.

According to Sky News, Andrew Tate lost another appeal in his release. A Romanian judge ruled that the former kickboxing world champ will remain behind bars for another 30 days at least. Tate appeared in court today to try to appeal the extension. His spokesperson said that Tate hoped “reunited with his family.” “His legal team will be appealing this decision within the 48hr time frame,” the rep continued. With the rejection of his appeal, Tate will now be held in a Romanian prison until March 29th.

Andrew Tate’s Arrest

When Tate and his brother were initially arrested on Dec. 29th, officials said that they would be held in custody for 24 hours. However, the court extended his detainment by 30 days. Then in January, they extended it for another 30 days and did the same in February. Court documents explained they kept them in custody because “the possibility of them evading investigations cannot be ignored.” They feared that he could be a flight risk, writing Tate could “leave Romania and settle in countries that do not allow extradition.”

Tate and his brother have insisted that they’re innocent of any of the accusations they face, claiming the Romanian government doesn’t have a shred of evidence against them. However, it’s quite rare for suspects under preventative arrests to request bail, though there are many instances where a judge grants requests to be placed on house arrest or geographically restricted.

Tate’s Health Scare

Earlier this month, reports emerged claiming that Tate was battling lung cancer. Alleged medical documents surfaced online alleging that his doctors wanted him to undergo immediate surgery and that his incarceration presented an immediate threat to his well-being. However, Tate later addressed the claims on Twitter, writing, “I do not have cancer. My lungs contain precisely 0 smoking damage. In fact, I have an 8L lung capacity and the vital signs of an Olympic athlete. There is nothing but a scar on my lung from an old battle. True warriors are scarred both inside and out.”

Andrew Tate Potentially Incriminated Himself In Jail Call

New reports online suggest that Andrew Tate potentially incriminated himself in a jail phone call during his human trafficking case. Moreover, the main source for these reports is a video from account Lawyers For Workers. In said clip, the lawyer alleges that a source close to Tate revealed that the controversial influencer might’ve messed up on the record. For those of you unaware, Romanian authorities arrested Tate and his brother in late December of last year on charges of assault and human trafficking.

While these reports are unofficial at the moment, he spoke often of his malicious and illegal activities, so it’s not exactly a surprise. Still, the lawyer explained the alleged situation in a video posted by No Jumper to Instagram. “We got a credible report of Andrew Tate doing some really dumb things,” the lawyer began. “So, he’s in Romanian prison, lock-up, detention, waiting for his trial. Like in the United States, they let you make calls. Like in the United States, they monitor your calls… anything you say can and will be used against you.

Andrew Tate Might’ve Incriminated Himself While In Jail

“The reports are that this guy did two outrageously out of bounds things on jail calls,” he continued. “So often, jail calls is what gets people screwed. They end up admitting stuff that gets them charged with the crime or they start committing whole new crimes. In this guy’s case, first, there’s only a list of people that he’s allowed to call. The reports are that he called people on the approved list, but then they patched in other third parties.

“That could be its own crime, certainly not going to help his attempts to get out on bond,” the lawyer went on. “Big trouble, if you ask me. Number two- this is actually the real problem. They’re saying he’s on jail calls discussing with another individual bribing two Romanian public officials.” However this case ends up developing, Tate continues to be outspoken and boastful online. Recently, he addressed rumors that he was battling lung cancer in a bizarre tweet. Regardless of your take, come back to HNHH for the latest news and updates on Andrew Tate.

Andrew Tate Refutes Alleged Cancer Diagnosis In Outlandish Tweet

Andrew Tate remains behind bars along with his brother on suspicion of money laundering, human trafficking, and other allegations. However, new reports emerged on Friday that Tate is battling cancer in prison. The controversial personality reportedly saw a doctor in Dubai weeks before his arrest in December. His doctors in both Dubai and Romania expressed concern over a lesion on his lung and tried to book an appointment to have it removed before it spread.

As Tate’s alleged medical records circulated, his apparent manager shared a statement that confirmed the diagnosis. “Ok a lot of people are asking me if Tate lung cancer story is true. Yes it’s true, I was the one driving with him to and from the hospitals in Dubai. I don’t have any more specifics to share,” the Instagram post read as fans and detractors reacted to the news. Ultimately, the reports claim that Tate needs medical attention immediately to prevent “series negative implications” on his health.

Andrew Tate Denies Cancer Rumors

Somehow, Andrew Tate has been getting his message across the internet, despite his incarceration. Though his team claimed that he’s remained isolated since his arrest, his Twitter account remains active. Most recently, Tate addressed rumors surrounding the alleged diagnosis. “I do not have cancer. My lungs contain precisely 0 smoking damage. In fact, I have an 8L lung capacity and the vital signs of an Olympic athlete. There is nothing but a scar on my lung from an old battle. True warriors are scarred both inside and out,” the tweet reads.

However, it didn’t end there. He, once again, reiterated how influential he is and stated that his existence on planet Earth can only make society a better place. “As one of the most influential men on the face of the planet, it is important for the food of humanity that I live as long as possible,” he continued in a subsequent tweet. “At my current strength levels, I estimate to survive for at least 5000 more years. With this in mind, I take my medical care extremely seriously.” Check out his tweets above and sound off with your thoughts in the comments.

Andrew Tate’s Representative Slams Internet Trolls Making Fun Of His Hair

A representative for Andrew Tate recently called out Internet haters for making fun of his hair. Moreover, the online trolling stems from a tweet that Tate sent out from prison concerning the changes he’s seen in himself since his incarceration. “I saw my reflection today and I barely recognized myself,” the tweet read. “A long beard, a full head of hair, and the stresses of battle show on my face. But then I looked into my eyes and recognized myself completely. They cannot break me.” Afterwards, many on social media clowned the alleged assaulter and human trafficker.

“‘A full head of hair’ is kinda stretching it bro,” one user wrote via Twitter. Another added, “Is this ‘full head of hair’ in the room with us right now?” Elsewhere, people joked that he actually looked at his also incarcerated brother (who has more hair on his head) instead of his reflection. “Man was looking at his brother and thought it was his reflection” one tweeter expressed with some laughing-crying emojis. “Full head of air more like.” Then, a member of Tate’s camp addressed these jokes and jabs.

“The peculiar online fascination with Andrew’s hair has proven, as a society, we care less about the potential dangers of false accusations and more about how people look,” they stated to TMZ. Moreover, the attacks on his hair come after recent pictures show wisps of hair forming on his usually bald head. Still, it looks like Tate will likely remain in prison for some time. Furthermore, he lost a third appeal to dismiss an extension of his sentence, and his recently received a third 30-day extension of his jail time alongside his brother.

Meanwhile, news of Tate’s arrest took a shocking turn after recent reports that he’s allegedly battling lung cancer. While many rightfully denounced Tate for his alleged actions and his definite history of disparaging remarks and attitudes, that’s never a battle to wish on anyone. As such, many hope that his circumstances don’t exacerbate his medical battle, while hopefully hoping advocating for accountability for his behavior nonetheless. Regardless, come back to HNHH for the latest big news on Andrew Tate.

Andrew Tate remains behind bars on allegations of organized crime and human trafficking following his arrest in Romania. The former kickboxer and his brother, Tristan Tate, have maintained their innocence since their arrest, though authorities in the European country haven’t released them. Andrew Tate has been incredibly vocal about his experience behind bars but the latest revelation is left many of his supporters concerned for his health.

In a statement to the Daily Mail, Tate’s rep said that the ex Big Brother contestant is likely suffering from cancer. After Tate previously indicated that he’s dealing with a health condition that “shouldn’t be taken lightly,” his rep said that it’s likely cancer. The rep confirmed, “Tate has a dark spot on his lung, most likely a tumour.” His doctors in Romania and Dubai expressed concern surrounding the lesion of his upper right lung. Per medical reports, they described it as a “serious health condition.” “No official diagnosis has been confirmed and he is in good shape and is staying strong. His doctors have requested that he returns to Dubai for further testing,” the rep said, though Romanian authorities reportedly only want him to receive treatment in the country.

Andrew Tate’s Alleged Medical Documents Leak

Romanian output Spy News obtained Tate’s alleged medical documents from Romania and Dubai. He visited the doctor on December 5th, prior to his arrest, with plans to return to Dubai in January for a bronchoscopy and biopsy surrounding the lesion. Andrew Tate To Remain In Jail For 30 More Days: Details

A Romanian court has ruled to extend Andrew Tate’s hold for another 30 days, as reported on Tuesday (February 21st). The social media influencer, largely known for his controversial viewpoints, initially was detained following human trafficking allegations. The ongoing investigation into the suspicions of organized crime has warranted three 30-day extensions since Andrew’s initial arrest on December 29th, according to AP News. Accompanying the 36-year-old is his brother, Tristan. The duo was initially joined in custody by two Romanian women who will now be moved to house arrest.

The legal team representing the Tate brothers had appealed a prior extension ruling on February 1st, which they ultimately lost. Should the defendants be faced with another extension next month, the defense team is ready to challenge it, the outlet reports. Eugene Vidineac, one of the Tates’ lawyers, described how his team “effectively paralyzed the evidence,” resulting in insufficient reasons for the brothers to remain in custody.

Andrew, the older sibling of the two, boasts over five million followers on his social media pages. The influencer still has access to his accounts while behind bars and took to Twitter on February 14th to reflect on his situation: ”there are two possible futures of the universe. One, they kill me. Two, I emerge as one of the most respected and influential men on the planet galvanized by false persecution. I ask my enemies to make a choice. I will stay awake tonight prepared for mortal combat. Send your best.” Often referred to as misogynistic and hateful, the former kickboxing champion gained recognition for broadcasting his viewpoints online. Having resided in Romania since 2017, Tate maintains his opinion that his arrest was a premeditated political attack by the Romanian government.

According to Romania’s anti-organized crime agency, DIICOT, the human-trafficking case’s six alleged victims were revealed to have experienced mental and physical abuse from their captors. Additionally, the suspects forced the victims to film pornographic materials for their own financial gain. While the case has not led to any formal charges yet, it looks like the Tate brothers won’t be getting off easily any time soon. Andrew Tate Threatens To Sue Alleged Victim For $300 Million For Defamation

Andrew Tate threatened to sue an alleged victim for 249 million pounds for defamation after she accused him of rape and human trafficking. Meanwhile, he and his brother are currently behind bars in Romania on related charges following a December arrest. Moreover, the woman’s U.S. lawyers claim she received a cease and desist letter from him and his brother in December. To clarify, Tate’s threatened lawsuit equals $300 million in U.S. currency. What’s more is that the two brothers allegedly threatened to involve the victim’s family in the lawsuit as well.

Furthermore, a Romanian court recently found that Tate seemingly brainwashed women who worked for him and denied any trafficking. In addition, the brothers denied all claims and filed legal action against two women in Romania last April. While this occurred before Tate’s arrest, authorities believe he tried to intimidate witnesses and prevent any revelations.

“In April 2022, you falsely stated to a third party that our Client [Andrew Tate] human trafficked you, abused you and held you against your will,” the cease and desist letter read. “You have repeated false and defamatory statements to the police, the media, and another United States citizen about the Tate brothers.” On the other hand, lawyer Benjamin Bull said his client is a key witness against Tate in this legal battle. As such, he believes this letter is an egregious attempt to silence testimonies. “They want these young ladies to climb into a hole and hide, never come forward [or] describe what they saw and what happened to them,” he stated. Bull works for the National Centre on Sexual Exploitation in the U.S. “It’s clearly an effort to intimidate.”

Meanwhile, lawyers from Tate’s team confirmed the letter’s existence, but denied any such intimidation. In other news, officials took much of Tate’s assets after raids on his Romania properties. While the six alleged victims in the case who will testify are anonymous, they received huge hatred and even death threats from Tate supporters online after their identities leaked online. Also, no one brought specific charges against the brothers yet, but they remain in preventative custody as authorities investigate. Regardless, come back to HNHH for the latest news and updates on Andrew Tate.

“When the guards bring me to and from the courtroom, I stay absolutely respectful,” the self-proclaimed misogynist also said.
