Ray J Says Diddy Needs An Exorcism After Seeing The Cassie Assault Video

Ray J says that there’s a demon side of Diddy and the Bad Boy mogul needs an exorcism to get it out. He discussed Diddy and the recent video of him appearing to assault Cassie at a hotel in 2016 during an interview with The Art of Dialogue. He says the behavior was “shameful and unacceptable.”

“It’s not OK,” he said of the apparent abuse from the video. “When somebody is around somebody and we’re counting on them to be our one of our leaders in a space that we’re all trying to get to that’s not acceptable to do and it’s not OK. I mean, it might be forgivable in a sense of a spiritual realm of life or forgive everybody but it’s unforgettable, and that’s where you just draw the line on friendship and hanging out and supporting and being cool. It’s like n****s it’s done, and that’s it.”

[The video] was heartbreaking and shameful and unacceptable I’ve never seen nothing like that. I’ve never seen nothing like that in the history of my life, so that’s a new for me. The Dream, Producer For Beyonce, Rihanna, & More, Faces Rape Accusation In New Lawsuit

The Dream, best known for his work as a producer with Beyonce, Rihanna, JAY-Z, and many more artists, is facing a rape accusation in a new lawsuit. Chanaaz Mangroe, a former protégée of Dream’s who performed as Channii Monroe, claims he used promises about her career to pressure her into an abusive relationship back in 2015. In the lawsuit, she recalls him allegedly forcing her to have sex, strangling her and even making a video recording of one of their sexual encounters and threatening to publicize it. She also makes accusations of sex trafficking.

“What Dream did to me made it impossible to live the life I envisioned for myself and pursue my goals as a singer and songwriter,” Mangroe said in a statement to The New York Times. “Ultimately, my silence has become too painful, and I realized that I need to tell my story to heal. I hope that doing so will also help others and prevent future horrific abuse.” She filed the lawsuit in U.S. District Court in Los Angeles.

The Dream Accepts Best Rap/Sung Collaboration Grammy With Frank Ocean & JAY-Z

While the statute of limitations on the alleged crimes has passed, Mangroe is citing California’s Sexual Abuse and Cover-Up Accountability Act, which provides victims more time to bring sexual assault cases in civil court. Dream has yet to comment on the lawsuit publically.

Dream’s credits include Rihanna’s “Umbrella,” Kanye West & JAY-Z’s “No Church in the Wild,” Beyonce’s “Single Ladies (Put a Ring on It),” and many more hits. For his efforts, he’s secured eight Grammy Awards on 21 nominations. Those included Songwriter of the Year at the 65th Annual Grammy Awards. Aubrey O’Day Felt “No Vindication” After Seeing Diddy’s Abuse Video

Aubrey O’Day says she feels “no vindication” following the release of security footage appearing to show Diddy assaulting Cassie at a hotel back in 2016. She discussed the viral clip during an interview with Page Six at Gurus Magazine’s #30VOICES30DAYS cover launch party on Saturday. O’Day famously signed to Combs’ Bad Boy Records as a member of Danity Kane in the 2000s.

“There’s no vindication for anyone to have,” she told the outlet. “Sadly, if you’re a victim of anyone at any point in time in life, this will ring true to you: There’s no such thing as vindication. It never goes away. It’s never better. And even when people are exposed, it doesn’t take away the experience. I suppose [being vindicated] gives you more credibility. But if you believe in yourself, anyone else’s belief in you doesn’t really matter much anyway. So, no, I don’t feel that.”

O’Day also theorized that the incident wasn’t the first time Diddy was violent. “Did you watch the video that was released?” she says. “How many more of those do you think there are? Do you think that was the first time that that happened or the first person?” CNN was the first outlet to publish footage of the apparent assault, in which Diddy throws Cassie to the ground and kicks her. In the days after its release, Diddy came forward with an apology video. O’Day also criticized that move on X (formerly Twitter) afterward. “Diddy did not apologize to Cassie. He apologized to the world for seeing what he did,” she wrote at the time.

Lil Skies Arrested For Alleged Hit & Run Accident In Pennsylvania

Lil Skies was reportedly arrested for an alleged hit-and-run accident in which authorities claim he failed to stop and exchange insurance information with the driver of another vehicle, last month. DJ Akademiks shared the arrest report on Instagram, on Sunday. The incident occurred in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania.

In the comments section, fans weren’t happy with the news. “Not cool Skies, should have stopped & exchanged insurance with the other motorist,” one user wrote. Another fan added: “Bro can’t stay outta trouble. If I was in Lil Skies shoes I’d be locking in daily trying to create generational wealth for my family yet here he is driving his car 30 over the speed limit like an idiot man.”

Diddy-Dirty Money’s Kalenna Harper Defends Diddy From Fellow Bad Boy Artists’ Allegations

Nobody has had a rougher 2024 so far than Diddy. It actually started last year with a lawsuit filed by Cassie that accused him of abusive behavior. Earlier this month, CNN shared a leaked clip of hotel security footage that appeared to be video proof of her accusations. In between the original accusation and the release of the video he faced months of trouble. That included multiple new lawsuits and was highlighted by two of his properties being raided by the feds.

As you’d expect plenty of celebs have spoken out against Diddy and his actions, none more frequently than 50 Cent. 50 has spent months taking aim at the rap mogul on social media near daily. In a recent bombshell Rolling Stone story, numerous former Diddy affiliates opened up on their feelings towards him with nearly all the feedback being negative. But one person, former Diddy-Dirty Money singer Kalenna Harper came to his defense. She described some of the negative feedback the Bad Boy executive received as “disgruntled employee syndrome.” Her testimony left many online confused in the wake of dozens of allegations of bad behavior put on the record. Diddy Allegedly Victimized Male Sex Worker, Feds Claim To Have Surveillance Footage

Seemingly every few days there’s more disparaging news about Diddy. In the past few weeks, he’s dealt with the release of hotel security camera footage that allegedly shows him assaulting Cassie. It’s something she first accused him of in a lawsuit filed last year. Her lawsuit served as the launching point for months of controversy spawning from even more lawsuits filed against the rap mogul in the following months. The most recent came earlier this month and leveled even more allegations of damning sexual behavior against him.

Now he’s receiving yet another piece of bad news. The newest report comes from CNN, who also shared the hotel footage reportedly showing the Cassie assault. They shared an update on the federal government’s investigation into Diddy. The Feds first raided two of his properties in Miami and LA back in March. Back then they confirmed they were investigating allegations of sex trafficking. The new CNN report claims that the federal government acquired surveillance footage of a male sex worker inside Diddy’s home. Even More New Allegations Against Diddy Emerge

It was just earlier this week that a new report in Rolling Stone accused Diddy of assaulting his girlfriend while in college at Howard. TMZ claims they may call for testimony from witnesses as they weigh their next move in the federal investigation of the rapper.

Diddy Was Allegedly “Jealous” Of 2Pac & The Notorious B.I.G.’s Friendship

Kirk Burrowes, a co-founding partner and former president of Bad Boy, says Sean “Diddy” Combs was always “jealous” of the initial friendship between 2Pac and The Notorious B.I.G. Speaking with Rolling Stone, he claimed that Combs was fond of ‘Pac but the feeling wasn’t mutual. Instead, the legendary West Coast rapper was more interested in bonding with Biggie. “There was someone on the sidelines, jealous,” Burrowes remarked of Diddy.

Rolling Stone corroborated the feelings when speaking with hip-hop photographer Monique Bunn. “Pac didn’t have any kind of respect for Puff,” Bunn said, adding that ‘Pac viewed Combs as a “corny executive.” Burrowes also explained that the Bad Boy crew studied ‘Pac’s hit song, “I Get Around,” as an inspiration for finding mainstream hip-hop success.

Elsewhere in Rolling Stone’s piece on the disgraced music executive, the outlet reports on a new allegation stemming from Diddy’s time at Howard University. They cite a friend of Diddy’s college girlfriend who recalled a particularly violent incident. They claimed Diddy showed up “belligerent” outside of their dorm and “screamed and hollered and acted a stone fool until she [the girlfriend] came downstairs,” at which point, Diddy allegedly beat her “all over the place” with a belt and was “screaming at the top of his lungs.” They spoke with multiple other alumni who claimed to have witnessed the alleged incident.

Boosie Badazz Lists Diddy’s 3 Ways Forward: “Go Gay, Go To The Lord, Or Just Wait It Out”

Boosie Badazz says there are three routes Diddy can take from here on out after CNN published footage of him assaulting Cassie back in 2016. Speaking about the allegations the Bad Boy mogul is facing during an interview with VladTV, Boosie argued that Diddy could invest in religion, come out as gay, or wait at least a decade before making a comeback.

“I don’t know. It’s a cold world out here. I don’t know. Only God knows,” he said before referencing Chris Brown. When Vlad asks if artists will want to work with him again, Boosie said: “I don’t think all of them gonna go to work with him. I’m not doubting his comeback or whatever, but he’s gonna have to do something different. I don’t know what it’ll take.” He added that Brown had a better chance at a comeback because women were “infatuated” with him on another level. “And, Diddy has allegations of liking d*ck too. He has those allegations also so a lot of straight women who love men are not gonna come see him perform or support him. I say his options are let it die down for a decade and try to come back, or go Christian and get saved, or go gay.”

Diddy’s Legal Team Addresses Bombshell Rolling Stone Allegations

Diddy’s lawyer, Jonathan Davis, has responded to the new allegations brought up in Rolling Stone’s bombshell investigation into the Bad Boy mogul. In the piece, the outlet reports that Diddy allegedly once assaulted his college girlfriend at Howard University. In a statement Davis provided to the outlet after they reached out for comment, he implied the sourcing was “unreliable.”

“Mr. Combs cannot comment on settled litigation, will not comment on pending litigation, and cannot address every allegation picked up by the press from any source, no matter how unreliable,” Davis told the outlet. “We are aware that the proper authorities are conducting a thorough investigation and therefore have confidence any important issues will be addressed in the proper forum, where the rules distinguish facts from fiction.”
