Chris Brown Accuser Shares Disturbing New Details Of Alleged Rape At Diddy Party

Later this month, Investigation Discovery is set to unveil its new documentary, Chris Brown: A History of Violence. The doc will explore the allegations of abuse coming from several women, including one alleged victim who accuses Brown of sexual assault. According to the Daily Beast, the anonymous woman claims that the alleged assault took place at one of Diddy’s yacht parties.

At the event, she alleges that Brown led her to a bedroom where the alleged assault took place. “Chris Brown raped me… And I can say that, and I know it for a fact. Instead of telling myself that it wasn’t. It was. It was rape,” she alleges. She also alleges that Brown drugged her, and kissed her repeatedly in attempts to stifle her cries.

The woman went on to hit Brown with a $20 million lawsuit after the alleged assault, which was eventually dismissed. This was due to “conflicting text message records,” according to the Daily Beast, and her lawyer Ariel Mitchell withdrawing from the case. At the time, Brown had fired back at the woman’s lawsuit by alleging that texts and voicemails she sent after the alleged encounter proved that she was lying. Allegedly, these messages showed her trying to hang out with Brown again, saying positive things about their alleged encounter, and more.

While this particular accuser has chosen to stay anonymous, not all of them have. Earlier this month, one of Brown’s alleged victims Liziane Gutierrez came forward, explaining why she chose to participate in ID‘s documentary. “Several women agreed to participate and share their stories. Diddy Receives Laundry List Of Disturbing Allegations From Danity Kane Singer Dawn Richard

The lawsuits against Diddy aren’t going to slow down anytime soon and Dawn Richard’s set of allegations is more proof of that. According to a haunting report from TMZ, they obtained legal documents from the singer and just the number of accounts alone is eye-popping. However, the actual contents of each accusation are even more so. Richard and Diddy’s relationship began in 2004 via the latter’s program on MTV, “Making The Band”. This is when she started to learn that the Bad Boys mogul was capable of some committing some serious to harm to herself and others.

For example, in 2005, Richard says she saw one of the rapper’s former girlfriends, Kim Porter, leaving a studio with her face bashed. Then, in 2006, Richard recalls when Diddy first met Cassie and was extremely predatory towards her. Later, in 2009, she claims that she witnessed him toss the singer against wall, pin her to it by choking her, and then drag up her the stairs all while intoxicated on drugs in his L.A. residence. Additionally, Richard remembers when Diddy hurdled hot scrambled eggs at Cassie and scolded her for not making them properly. “I’ve been asking you for my s***; I can’t stand you b****, you never do it right!”

Eventually, the veteran singer and some of her friends warned Cassie and urged her to leave Diddy. This got back to him, and he threatened to take their lives and end their careers. “Y’all b****es don’t get in my relationship. Don’t tell my b**** what she need to be doing… Just make money and shut the f*** up… I end artists… I shelve careers… You could be missing… You b****es want to die today”. After that exchange it seems that’s when the entrepreneur began to target Richard, too. She recounts a time when she was forced to record for 48 hours straight with no sleep leading to some physical issues.

Furthermore, there was an even worse stretch from ’09-2011. Diddy began to touch Richard inappropriately while she was naked in her dressing room at his studio. Additionally, she says that she was locked in a car with tinted windows rolled up. She called her dad to help, and he had to travel from Baltimore to New York to do so. When he arrived and confronted Diddy, he said, “Think about your daughter… Think about your daughter’s career.” So far, no response from the rapper on any of this. 50 Cent Drops Defamation Lawsuit Against Ex Despite Abuse Allegations

50 Cent may have plenty of jokes for Diddy, but the rapper has had legal issues of his own in 2024. He was accused of rape and physical abuse by his ex-girlfriend, Daphne Joy Narvaez, back in March. 50 Cent responded by filing a defamation lawsuit against Narvaez, in addition to denying all claims outright. The defamation suit has lasted throughout the summer, but the rapper has decided to pull the plug on the whole thing. According to TMZ, 50 Cent is dropping the defamation suit against his ex.

This is a complete turnaround from the 50 Cent who adamantly denied Narvaez’s accusations in March. The rapper issued a statement criticizing his ex for besmirching his reputation in a way that could impact his livelihood, and consequently, their shared child. 50 described Narvaez’s accusations as a “purposeful attempt to destroy his personal and business reputation.” He also felt as though his ex was trying to ruin the custody battle the two were embroiled in at the time. 50 voiced a concern over being unable to see his “minor son” due to Narvaez’s “false” claims.

The decision was confirmed on September 10. TMZ obtained legal documents in which 50 Cent asked the defamation suit to be dismissed “without prejudice.” A judge has reportedly yet to sign off on the request, but there’s no outstanding legal reason why there would be a problem. Neither 50 nor Daphne Joy Narvaez have commented on this latest decision. In fact, both parties have gone out of their way to avoid the topic in recent months. Daphne Joy Narvaez deleted the original Instagram post accusing 50 Cent of abuse back in July. 50 seemingly returned the favor by refusing to pursue legal action.

The defamation lawsuit is settled. The custody battle between 50 Cent and Daphne Joy Narvaez, however, is not. 50 is seeking sole custody of their son, Sire, due to claims made about Narvaez in a lawsuit against Diddy. The ongoing lawsuit, filed by Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones, claimed that Daphne Joy Narvaez spent time as a sex worker for Diddy. 50 wants sole custody as a means of keeping his son protected. Given what has come to light about Diddy, the concern is understandable.

Kehlani’s Ex Shares Receipts Amid Abuse Allegations

Kehlani’s ex, Javaughn Young-White, has shared a series of text messages between the two on Instagram after the singer was granted a temporary restraining order against him on Friday. Young-White argues that Kehlani was the one who was abusive during their relationship. He’s also seeking custody of their 5-year-old daughter, Adeya.

“I BEGGED YOU to leave me alone, I BEGGED YOU that I didn’t want to speak,” Young-White wrote in one of the alleged messages. “I RAN from your room into the backhouse. You followed me and barged through the door. I asked you REPEATEDLY that I did not want to talk to you. You said ‘YOU HAVE TO SPEAK TO YOUR CO PARENT’ I RAN into the bathroom. I said NO I DONT. PLEASE STOP. I said PLEASE leave me alone. Cause I knew what you were about to do. I said I AM PACKING. You KEPT COMING. YOU wanted us to be homeless in the morning.”

Young-White previously made headlines, earlier this month, after TMZ reported on documents in which he appeared to accuse Kehlani of being in a sex cult. Soon afterward, he walked back the remarks and claimed they were put out without his permission by former legal counsel. Kehlani also addressed the drama on Instagram. “What has been published in the media over the past 24 hours is incredibly hurtful, inaccurate, inappropriate, and simply untrue,” they wrote. “I strongly deny any claims that I have put my child in harm’s way, or left my child alone with anyone deemed dangerous or unsafe. I also do not align with any of the allegations made against my former religious community that have been stated in the media.”

Keke Palmer & Darius Jackson Pop Out For The First Time Since Mutual Abuse Allegations

Keke Palmer and Darius Jackson have had a very difficult relationship trajectory, but it seems like things are healing for them in at least one way. Moreover, a new picture surfaced online of the couple with their son Leodis, the first one of them that came out since their since-dropped mutual abuse allegations from November and December of last year. Their son’s Instagram page recently posted about a trip to the zoo that this photo might be from. “I had a fun day at the zoo! I’m grateful. Hope you guys had a good weekend,” the caption read, although neither Palmer nor Jackson have said anything about their outing on their social media pages.

Furthermore, this got a lot of fans speculating as to whether or not the two are just coparenting or if they’re actually back together. Fans seem quite skeptical in general, but everyone can agree that it’s healthier and better for Keke Palmer and Darius Jackson to at least be amicable for the sake of their son. What’s more is that both seem to have moved on from the whole contentious situation, whether in personal or in rumored romantic terms. For example, Palmer sparked dating rumors with Duke Riley.

Elsewhere, even Sarunas Jackson (Darius’ brother) got roped into this whole scandal, as he filed for a restraining order against Keke Palmer and her mother Sharon. “God bless him, but this clout chasing must stop,” Sharon responded to his claims of harassment. In addition, she also shared that she is “totally confused” as to why Sarunas is “trying to serve someone who never wants to see him again ever in life.”

Meanwhile, this follows some disparaging comments from both parties, including Darius Jackson’s February rant blasting his custody battle with Keke Palmer. “I feel for the dads that gave up when it came to custody,” he shared. “It’s mentally, emotionally & physically draining. You’ll lose yourself. My spirit is too strong to give up. But I totally understand. I have pondered it. Thank God I have an amazing circle. For those who don’t have kids & this is something that I will emphasize to my son. Wait til marriage & make sure God is the center of your relationship. Bhad Bhabie Makes It Clear That She’s Not Staying With Her Boyfriend After Abuse Claims

Bhad Bhabie recently posted video footage and other evidence of her boyfriend LeVaughn allegedly abusing her, but it seems like some folks got the wrong idea. Moreover, shortly after these accusations and pieces of proof emerges, she took to social media with a slightly empathetic message for the father of her child, but only because she wants him to get the help he needs by himself. Some fans interpreted this as the rapper still sticking to her relationship with LeVaughn, which they didn’t understand at all. But she clapped back via an Instagram comments section to clear the air and leave no doubts about her decision.

“If you cared you’d leave that man. He will abuse you in front of her,” a fan wrote to Bhad Bhabie, presumably referring to their child. “I wasn’t gonna speak on this but who said I was staying?” she responded to the online user. “What about that post made y’all think I’m staying? Bc I said I love him? Bc I said he’s gonna get help? I’m so confused and apparently so are yall.”

“I love that man more than I love myself and it’s honestly really sad,” Bhad Bhabie wrote about the situation with LeVaughn. “But unfortuantely this is real life I know the easy way out is to leave and that’s better said than done. This doesn’t happen this extreme often, but LV definitely has a problem. He’s going to get the help he needs. Right now there’s no room for mistakes. And he knows that. Who ever says they are there for me will b supportive of me no matter what I choose to do.

“Y’all know I give a mf hell but there’s no excuse for that at all what so ever,” Bhad Bhabie continued concerning the alleged domestic violence . “My point in sharing this wasn’t to attack him, it was for him to see what he does is wrong and to take accountability and make a REAL CHANGE.” Considering other antics and issues that came up earlier in 2024 such as an arrest for a burglary she didn’t commit, hopefully the rest of the year picks up for her.

Lil Reese Denies Inciting Violence Amid Bhad Bhabie Controversy

There is apparently a Lil Reese imposter on the loose, as the fake account left some comments surrounding the Bhad Bhabie situation. According to HipHopDX, the 21-year-old shared some truly disturbing footage and imagery from June 30 following an alleged physical assault by her baby daddy, Le Vaughn. If you are sensitive to violence, we highly suggest you not view the second “[Via]” link below. However, the evidence from Bhad Bhabie is there if you do want to view it. In the clips from around 4:30 a.m., she is thrown down repeatedly and after the gruesome altercation she was left with bruises, bumps, and cuts all over her face.

As of now, the post from the OF model/rapper has been deleted from her page. Le Vaughn has also not spoken out about any of it, and there is no word on if Bhabie has taken any legal action. She also wrote online talking about how she will not allow her partner custody of their child. “This man think he gonna take my daughter from me! Say whatever you want but tryna take my baby is crazy”. Tensions have been rising with this couple for some time and things seemingly escalated to unthinkable proportions.

It appears that someone online is running a fake page and the troller commented on an X post surrounding the alleged abuse. “Lil Reese” was disgusted with the news and was willing to go after Le Vaughn. “Dis s*** so crazy… We gunna find dude ”. However, the real Reese wanted to clarify that he said nothing of the sort. “Bro that’s not me writing that ”. Fans were frankly not surprised that the Chief Keef affiliate was quick to shut that down. Diddy Scrubs His Instagram Following Months Of Controversy

Since November, Diddy has found himself embroiled in controversy. Overall, it all started when his ex Cassie accused him of sexual abuse, physical abuse, and sex trafficking. These allegations were shocking, and they subsequently led to a settlement the very next day. However, things eventually got worse for Diddy as numerous other women came out with similar lawsuits. The allegations against Diddy began to mount, and eventually, he had his home raided.

Although we haven’t seen any ramifications from the raid, we do know that a Grand Jury has been formed. This means an indictment could be coming down the pipeline, although that is certainly not guaranteed. Recently, some footage surfaced online that shows Diddy throwing Cassie to the ground, and kicking her while she’s down. Following this footage, Diddy released a much-scrutinized apology on his Instagram. Now, that video along with every other post on the mogul’s IG page, is gone.

Diddy Is Deleting Posts

There is no telling why Diddy decided to scrub his Instagram. Overall, this is a tactic that many artists employ when they enter a new era or want to start promoting a new album. However, as it pertains to Diddy, it’s certainly a curious move. Fans are certainly going to make their assumptions. However, it is important to stand back and wait for more information. Post Malone Unable To Close Abuse Lawsuit From Ex & Her Law Firm

Post Malone will be heading back to the courthouse on August 1, as he is still fighting off a physical abuse lawsuit from ex-girlfriend, Ashlen Diaz. In addition to that though, the Dallas, Texas native is also dealing with the firm that Diaz recruited, Martorell Law. According to AllHipHop and The Blast, the award-winning singer technically put their relationship issues to rest but not in the most effective manner. Martorell Law alleges that Post convinced Diaz to drop them, paid her $350,000, and they also claim that she never gave them the promised cut of that money.

That $350,000 comes from the palimony agreement that the now country singer and ex put in place. They were never married, however, Diaz wanted something after splitting in 2018. So, to summarize this, Post Malone is mostly handling just the lawsuit from Martorell Law now. It seems this battle is far from over, especially based on the language from the court documents.

“The Court learns that the settlement has not yet been finalized and therefore continues today’s hearing” (June 14). As we mentioned, the Inglewood, California courthouse is pushing this back to August 1, about a month and a half away. According to AllHipHop, “Martorell Law told the court it settled the matter with Post Malone and Diaz out of court, but the negotiations deal crumbled”. Joe Budden’s Girlfriend Responds To Recent Abuse Allegations Made By Tahiry Jose

Earlier this week, Joe Budden found himself at the center of some pretty nasty allegations. One of his exes Tahiry Jose leveled some serious claims about the former rapper and current podcast host’s behavior. She chimed in while Budden was discussing the leaked video of Diddy allegedly abusing Cassie. Jose claimed that the video was traumatic for her to watch as Budden has similarly physically abused her. Specifically she claims he threw her down a flight of stairs. Budden hit back against the allegations quickly saying “You are a lying, failed gold digger that has abused, targeted and manipulated many men. Outside of me you lack an identity which is why you’ve tried desperately to attach yourself to me for over 15 years.”

Now Budden’s current girlfriend Shadee Monique is chiming in with an Instagram comment of her own. Moreso than the allegations themselves, she’s responding to fans. Apparently she was tagged in quite a few comments where fans assumed she was subject to similar abuse. She refutes those claims by assuring everyone that she has never been abused in five years of being with Budden. She also clarifies that she doesn’t want to deny or speak over anyone else’s experiences and is merely sharing her own perspective. Check out her full statement below.

The abuse allegations came up in the first place because Budden was discussing Diddy. Many in the rap world have been in the wake of a video that leaked over the weekend. The video is hotel security camera footage that shows Diddy allegedly abusing Cassie, something he apologized for in a video of his own released a few days after the leaked clip.
